I bought my 2020 Ranger from here today. BY FAR easiest experience I’ve ever had and I’m on my 3rd buying experience. Emailed with Sam the salesman for a few days who helped make things simple for me and wasn’t one of those annoying salesmen. I showed up and already the truck ready for me. Within 30 seconds I was having my car appraised and was test driving the new truck. Sam was awesome and efficient and helped me get to where I needed to be. I don’t know the name of the finance guy I dealt with was, but he was outstanding. Great conversation and super awesome guy. Even my girlfriend mentioned how nice he was afterwards and made the process quick and easy. I was in and out in around 2 hours and love the truck. I will always refer people here. A++ for both of them. Appreciate the help guys!

Our experience purchasing a car from AutoNation was excellent. In the past, we've walked out feeling uneasy and scammed after financing a car at other dealerships, so we are apprehensive about going to purchase cars. However, our car sales consultant Cecil was an absolute pleasure! Cecil is extremely patient, kind, and professional, we never felt pressured to make a decision. He went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly! Everything was clearly explained to us, and any questions we had he was great in answering them. He sat with us in our truck and walked us through all the features our truck has after we had already purchased our truck! George in the finance department also did a great job in getting us an acceptable monthly rate with insurance. We highly recommend them! Even after our purchase, I was able to contact Cecil to ask him questions, and he responded quickly. I've actually already recommended them to family and friends. Thanks for all your help!

I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford in Katy! Mina in sales was fabulous! He is very knowledgeable and patient. He was extremely helpful through the entire process of purchasing my first car. I had a great experience at AutoNation. I went in knowing what I wanted and how much I was able to pay monthly. The sales team did a great job helping me with my needs. The only reason that I can't give 5 stars is because they knew my price range and although they got it in the range when I got to financing, they then offered other warranties (they were truly necessary) that would have taken me out of the range. I believe as someone who doesn't purchase a car daily, this should have been discussed with me!!!

I purchased online and via phone calls. I asked for a firm price, in writing, before I drove 6 hours to make the trade. Abraham, my sales rep, was great in doing that and accommodating my schedule. My trade-in was a 2018 F150 with 48k miles. On my drive to Katy, the check engine light came on. When the used vehicle appraiser checked it,, the computer indicated a problem with the catalytic converter and I was told it would be a $1500 deduct from the trade-in value. I was half a step from leaving when I asked why that would not be under warranty because pollution control equipment is warranteed longer. Abraham wasn't sure so he spoke with the used vehicle appraiser. Sure enough, it is covered. The appraiser either lacks important knowledge or was trying to soak me for $1500. Regardless, it nearly cost them a deal. As a repeat customer, I expect better. Had it not been for the appraiser, I'd have rated my experience as a 5.
