I bought a 2016 F-250 on 8/1. I brought it in to have running boards and a back up camera installed, plus they were going to repair some hail damage. After purchasing the truck, I noticed some loose screws and a missing screw on the right rear wheel well. I told the salesman about it when I brought the truck back for the above mentioned repairs. I took the truck to the dealership for these repairs on 8/5. He said everything should be done by Monday. So, knowing hail damage repair might take a little longer, I waited until the 10th, and then inquired about my truck. The salesman was out on paternity leave & he referred me to a different salesman. No problem there. 10 days later, I still have not heard anything about my truck. I ended up going to the dealership during the day, and the salesman immediatly saw me and started scrambling to find out the status of my truck. He said it was finally ready and I could pick it up. Since I drive a company car i knew it would be after I got off work before I could pick it up.My wife drove the loaner truck to the dealership after she got off work. Once we got there, they couldn't figure out where my truck was. It took them about 30 minutes to find the service ticket to find out where my truck was. Then it still took another 40-45 minutes to physically locate my truck. However, once they found my truck they couldn't find the keys. So, they were going to send us back home in the loaner truck we had had while my truck was in the shop. While the salesman, Chris P., was putting more gas in the loaner truck, one of the service advisers, Randy K, comes running into the showroom with the missing key. It turns out, the key was in another salesman's pocket.So, we go get the truck and I give it a quick inspection. They had not even touched the loose screws in the wheel well. Randy K took the truck back to the shop and fixed it himself, because by this time, most of the mechanics had gone home.A friend of mine had told me he had had some bad experiences with the service center here, but I thought I would give them a chance. I was not impressed at all! Although everyone was bending over backwards to apologize to us, it seemed like this was a pretty common occurrence. This whole debacle took almost 2 hours to get sorted out.****The ONLY reason I did not give an overall 1 star rating is because of the salesman, Chris P, and the service adviser Randy K. They went above and beyond to make up for everything that went wrong.*****They have promised to wash my truck and give me a tank of diesel, so I will see if they honor that when I go back up there to pick up my tags. Oh, and when I got home, I found the service ticket on the back seat of the truck, in the little plastic work order thingy. So what really irked me was the obvious incompetence of the service department and the false attitude that they really cared about me. I asked about getting remote start added to make up for their ineptness. I feel like they just placated me with false promises.

I can't say enough about the excellent experience I had purchasing my new Mazda CX5. Ben Sornat listened to my needs and found the perfect car for me. He explained all of the special features and carefully walked me through the purchasing process. He explained how their trade in process worked, I feel I really got a good deal! I just purchased my 3rd vehicle in two years from Autonation Ford in Fort Worth and I can honestly say I won't buy from any other dealer. I was lucky enough to meet Chris Smith on my first visit, in 2014. It was one of the worst nights to buy a car; icy, snowy, wet and cold. Chris made the experience well worth it and was the main reason I bought that Mustang. Since that night I've purchased two more vehicles and on both occasions have received nothing but the best customer service from Chris. He is one of the nicest, most honest men I've had to pleasure to know and truly does his very best to make sure you get the best deal; hands down. I highly recommend this dealership, especially for first time buyers....this dealership and Chris will make sure that you have a great experience. I'd also like to thank Tim, the Sales Manager and David from finance. You guys are the bomb!!!!! Rave reviews on my 2014 and 2016 F-150s.....Great vehicles. The new 2016 has so many neat extras....and is provides a very nice, smooth ride. Way to go Ford....you got it right!!

As a condition of sale, I asked that the Lift gate be fixed. The vehicle went to a chevy house (6-7 days) for a factory recall, but did not get the lift gate repaired. After I said I wanted the vehicle, I had to wait 3 days for the vehicle to be return to this dealer. When i learned that the lift gate was not fixed, i was told i had to buy as is or it would be sold to another buyer. I was told i would get their best interest rate, i said 3% or i would get financing by others, at closing I was hit with 5.75%!!! However they did get to 3%.

We purchased a 2015 Mazda3 from AutoNation Mazda FW. We had the pleasure of working with Ben and Zach - both were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the selection of our car. We had been to other Mazda dealerships in the area and were very disappointed with the service, this was our last try and we were ready to change the make and model of the car to get the service we desired. We have already recommended Ben and Zach to friends of ours who are looking for two vehicles at the moment.

I had my 2005 Ford Expedition towed there due to a transmission failure. I accompanied the tow truck and checked the vehicle in at 10:30 am on Friday, September 4th. They were very busy, and due to the holiday weekend, said they would get back to me on Tuesday, the 8th. I called Tuesday afternoon and left a voicemail with James Kelly, my service adviser. I called again Wednesday morning and again in the evening, each time leaving a new message in his voice box. After calling again on Thursday morning, I drove to the dealership and went to his office. I met him and explained about the non returned calls and he said there was trouble with the voicemail system. I asked him about the vehicle and he said they were just now working on it, and they would call soon. As I left, I drove by the spot where the tow truck had dropped it the previous Friday, and there it sat. On Friday, one week after the vehicle had been in their possession, I called James supervisor, Landon Owens, and explained the situation. He confirmed there were no system voicemail issues and would talk with Mr. Kelly. I was called by James Kelly Friday afternoon, 7 days and a few hours after receiving the vehicle, and was told the transmission would have to be completely replaced for $5164. This was based on the error code by the computer without a wrench being turned on the truck. I called a non Ford repair facility, explained the situation with the error code, and they came and towed the truck that day, and repaired the vehicle for half the price with a rebuilt transmission (that was what Ford was going to do) for half the price. I could have opted for just replacing just the damaged parts for even less, but went with the whole replacement and the 5 year50000 mile warranty. Autonation charged me $99 for "keeping" the truck for one week and then spending a few minutes checking the computer error codes. They ignored my phone calls for 6 days, lied about why return calls were not made. I cannot emphasize enough the displeasure with this service department. Trustworthiness is an issue with this dealership.

Andy Pham took care of me on this lease of a new F-150, and he's a very busy man but was always available to communicate with me to get the deal done. I shopped Auto Nation and they couldn't be beat price wise. I would had given 5 star's, but a rebate that Andy told me about many times turns out was not applicable for my lease, thus a bit disappointing when signing the paperwork. But even without the rebate, his price was still better than other dealers and his service is top notch!

I came in to buy my first car ever about a year and a half ago with no credit what so ever I've never had a credit card or anything. I was there from 1pm til about 11pm as these guys were busting their tails to help me as much as they could! They finally got me off the lot in a brand new car! Here I am a year and a half later and in a 5.0 15' I went back and got the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere in my entire life!!! They tried so hard to help me out any way they could and while I was waiting I got the best comfortable home-y feeling they are amazing friendly people!! I love auto-nation ford off Bryant Irving their dealership is the BEST!!!! I would strongly recommend them to anyone who's ever wanted to buy/trade a car! I've never had better service and I will continue to use them even though I live further away because I've never been more satisfied!! Hands down best dealership ever!!! I'd like to point out three people who made my experience amazing which is Tim, Chad Mclain, and Gary Anderson. You guys are truly amazing! Thank you for everything!

I'm in the market for a new car for my wife who is 8+ months pregnant, so my wife and I drove out to Fort Worth from the Garland area after communicating with the Internet Sales Manager Andy Pham at Autonation Ford Fort Worth via email and telephone. The communication was great to start. Andy even went out of his way to promise us that he will give us a free tank of gas if he isn't able to find us a car that's within our budget or that suits our needs. Needless to say, that didn't happen. Andy literally had my wife and I chasing him around the parking lot looking for a car in the 100 degree Texas heat, did I mention my wife is 8+ months pregnant. Obviously I had my wife remain inside after the second trip into the parking lot. Andy kept insisting and tried to force us in buying a car that was above our budget and that didn't suit our needs. To make it short, after Andy realized that he wasn't successful in finding us what we need and liked. He literally abandoned us in the show room. We sat and waited to no avail. We walked out after sitting around for half an hour or more, and we have yet to receive a call from anyone. It's almost like we were never there. I have bought 7 cars over my years at different dealerships and this was the worst ever. My advise to the customer, do not fall for the slick and fast talking sales man who makes promises that they can't keep.

Really appreciated prompt, professional & courteous service (John B & Steve).And same for all the shuttle drivers.All put together, they impress me as being trustworthy & customer satisfaction oriented. Highly appreciated!For the first 12 months (May 2013-May 2014), I was happy all round with service & the work. But last year something changed. Hence the following "repetitive complaints":--Your "mechanics" leave deep scratch marks on the interior causing permanent damage on doors, floorboards, dash on passenger side & console... obvious work shoe sole marks! Also blackish brown greasy finger marks on interior (& exterior) of door on driver's side & grease spots on leather seats (especially driver's side). Greasy fingerprints on back windshield (miata hardtop convert). During one visit, they literally strewed my few belongings & mazda towing/emergency tools all over the trunk (they searched for abnormal noise I'd reported). At the end of one servicing, Steve requested they courtesy wash my auto. They delivered it streaked as if excess water had been wiped with a filthy rag. Was so disgusting I had to take it to be hand washed.Re customer waiting area: Television sound way too loud, especially while showing brain-numbing celebrity gossip type programs...I know it's personal. Would be nice though to watch "programs with substance".

One of my electric windows stopped working (at 102,00 miles) and I took it in for repairs. Apparently they were slammed in the service department so they rented a car for me from Enterprise. I returned the rental to the dealership and picked my car up the next afternoon. Not only had they repaired the window and serviced the transmission while they had the car and my vehicle had been washed! Great service! And Jose kept me informed of their progress periodically.

Being a first time car buyer, I was originally not looking forward to the difficult experience I heard comes with car buying. I first visited the dealership in order to test drive a Mazda CX-5 touring to be sure this was the car that I wanted to pursue buying. The test drive was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My salesman was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. Upon beginning the process of discussing the price of the vehicle, my salesman worked hard on my behalf to get me the best price I could as well as presented me with many different financing options to get my monthly payments where I wanted them to be. The financing staff was a joy to work with and really maybe the experience as painless as possible with the amount of paperwork that is necessary for any car buying experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at this dealership!

I have had bad experiences before when you " seal the deal" then go into finance and meet the a$#%les of the trade. I was told I could 0.0% apr, and I did, passed on the gimmicks. I brought an extra thousand to put down to get zero percent and took it home with me! If you go to auto nation ford on Bryant Irving, ask for Chris Smith, he was my salesman, honest and straight forward! I have received several emails this first week of owning my new Ford from Chris just to see if I need any help understanding the electronics on the "my ford touch". He came to my house, 20 miles away to personally deliver 2 hubcaps that we didn't notice were missing the night we bought the car. Excellent customer service!

My husband and I decided on Monday morning that we needed to trade in my car. We went in looking to trade in our vehicle for a used one. Due to our negative equity we did not qualify for financing. Our sales person called the next day with a new car (2014 Ford Edge) that he was able to get us in. He also followed through on some offers that he was under the impression that came with the car but didn't, however, he made sure we were accommodated.

I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 and the experience was painless and very straight forward. My salesperson, Benjamin Sornat, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very easy to deal with. I was quoted a good price (in fact, the best quote out of four that I received) and was given a detailed breakdown of the total costs involved. They gave me a fair amount for my trade-in as well. Nobody tried to change anything on me during the deal and they were agreeable to the few extra requests that I made. The finance person I dealt with, David Carpenter, was also easy to work with. All in all, I had a painless buying experience and I can recommend AutoNation Mazda as a good place to buy a car. I also highly recommend Benjamin Sornat as someone who is very upfront to deal with and will listen to what you say and act upon it.

The clutch went out on my 2012 Ford Focus. I called Autonation of Fort Worth and they told me to bring it in and they'd get right on it. They did just that. It was under warranty and the part was very popular so they told me it may be as long as a week before they get the part in. They gave me a rental car at no cost to me. It's never good when your car breaks down, but it is good to go to a dealership for repairs and get an awesome customer service experience and expert service. Fixed in 3 days.

The day was long overall mostly from waiting for the finance department which is shared with the autonation ford next door. However when we got to finance, David Carpentar was our guy and he was hilarious. Part comedian part finance, great combination for the end of a long day. He was very knowledgable and helpful when it came to warranties and what not. I would definitely come here again. I went in expecting just to test drive and come back later but they gave me a great offer on my trade in and a great deal on my car so I couldnt walk away.

First off the customer service was great my salesperson was Chirs smith. He did everything great, picked me up from my house in the car that i wanted! From the time we met to the time i drove home it was a awesome experience. Chris made sure that the whole ordeal was as quick and as easy as possible. If i had any questions whatsoever he answered them. Through the whole time i was at the dealership i felt like i was the only person he cared about even though their were other customers (being helped by others). As some dealers make it all about sales this dealership made it all about customer service even after i bought the car, everything Chris promised me came true any questions i had he would answer even after a week after the sale. I found something wrong with the car fixed no questions asked. Chris also took time for me to get comfortable driving the car before i left the lot (first manual). Overall this dealership was the best in the DFW area speed, friendliness, and customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new car and try to get Chris Smith as your salesman hes the best

I did my research online before shopping for a specific vehicle and found that AutoNation provided the best selection available at a reasonable price. Although I was disappointed in not finding the color vehicle I wanted I was very impressed with the professional service and courtesy I received while purchasing my Mazda6 from AutoNation. I have only had the car for two weeks now and I love the way it hugs the curves, has very good acceleration and is a very smooth ride. The best part about this vehicle is that it is very fuel efficient. I am still learning the new technological systems that come with the car, but I believe it is one of the best in the business. The financing took a little longer than expected but not their fault-power went out in the middle of the process and had to return the next day to complete the process. The salesmen I worked with at AutoNation, Zach and Stefano, were great. There was no pressure or rush to make a decision. I went back to them several times as I was looking around and test driving other vehicles. When I told them I wasn't ready to make a decision and was still looking, they were fine with that and just let me look and ask questions. When I was ready to talk numbers, there was little back and forth trying to make deals - we just got it done. This is my first Mazda and so far it's a great car for me.

The sales lady was good in the beginning of the sale of the F250 but had some minor issues at the closing of the sale. The fiance department is a joke, very unprofessional music playing very loud while trying to conduct business, wait time for the paperwork to be processed took over 3 hours for a cash deal plus they had the money 3 days in advance so one would think they would have the paperwork ready when I arrive, guess again no one had a clue what was going on in that department hence the delay. Also very pushy on the extra services they want you to buy. And to top it all off I had to deal with 3 of the fiance people and none of them had a clue what was going on. Plus had to go back to the dealership to finish the original deal because they forgot to get one of the extra's done on the truck before I picked it up. Overall, the sales team is ok, minor issues she got them worked out but the fiance department I would strongly not use them again, I can't imagine if i had to use them for financing! Thanks JG

I stopped by the service department at Autonation Ford on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth. I wanted my transmission fluid checked because I had just recently bought the used 2009 truck. The transmission must be checked from below while on a lift. The service manager came out and didn't understand. He said there must be a dipstick and to pop the hood. I obliged him. He called another guy over and both of them looked around under there for a dipstick. I told them the dipstick was a little short one down below. Then he asked me how many miles I had on it (99000) and started trying to sell me a transmission flush job, even though my owner's manual says it doesn't need a flush until 150000 miles. I left, because apparently these guys don't know what they're doing.

Just finished buying our third Mazda from this dealership. I bought my first Mazda 6 in 2010, and I got my second one (2014) a week before Christmas. Then we just (today) bought my husband a Mazda 3! Obviously, we have had great experiences here. The maintenance department is great to work with, as well. I've never had to wait past the expected completion time. My wife and I showed up looking to test drive a used vehicle that was advertised on the website. It was not there, but was out for a "test drive." This did not surprise me. However, the entire time we were there, it never returned. Now, I wonder..... We were looking at a Tacoma -- a small-sized pickup. While we waited, we test-drove a 2013 F150 -- a full-sized pickup. We fell in love with the F150 and in the end, we purchased it. With the rebates that were available, the final purchase price of the new F150 was comparable to that of a used Tacoma. Bobby Milligan was the used car salesman that waited on us. He flowed easily from the used car lot to the new car lot. I had questions about rebates and financing and when we returned from the test drive, he had those questions answered. When we decided to pursue the purchase of the vehicle, we were escorted to the main showroom where we filled out credit paperwork and were introduced to a finance department representative. Word came back that we qualified (not real surprised), and then we waited. And we waited, and waited, and waited. We showed up on a Saturday at 4pm. By 5:30pm we were ready to sign the paperwork. IT WAS 8:00 PM BEFORE we were able to go into someone's office to close the deal. If it wasn't raining, and if we weren't so settled on the F150, WE WOULD HAVE WALKED. IT WAS 2 1/2 HOURS WE WAITED. THEY WEREN'T THAT BUSY. UNACCEPTABLE!! We were finally introduced to David Carpenter, a different finance department representative than the first one we talked to, and then things sailed from there. That part of the process was painless and smooth. We showed up on a Saturday at 4pm. We left that same Saturday a little after 9pm. Everything was smooth, painless, and what I would expect, EXCEPT for the delay.

Spoke with the email sales department with salesman Tony. Initially the email correspondence was prompt and professional. I received a reasonable quote for the truck I was looking for. I made the mistake of going into the dealership on a Saturday nearly an hour until they closed. I figured since I already had the quote on the vehicle I preferred, that the buying process would be abbreviated. When I arrived I was told the truck the I received my quote on was sold,"this morning". So I asked about a similar vehicle, since I knew I wanted a truck, and we all know Ford has a huge selection. Tony pulled a truck out and I was given an extremely brief preview of the vehicle. I went to the office to start the price negotiation. I explained that all I wanted was the right vehicle for the right price. As I was asking about rebates and negotiating the cash price of the vehicle, Tony started to ask me about what my monthly payments need to be, I was planning on paying cash for the vehicle. As I continued to ask about what kind of price reductions could be made, Tony basically demanded to know what my monthly payments needed to be. At this point Tony became frustrated and his seamen or and overall attitude was absolutely unprofessional. from what I can gather Tony was a young novice salesman and maybe he was trying to rush a deal with me. This is not what I expected from an Autonation dealership, I understand that throughout the price negotiations that it can be frustrating for the salesman who wants to make the best deal for the profit of his business, but this can be done with a consistent professional demeanor. When I told Tony the deal was off and I wanted to speak with his manager, his response was,"you want to talk to him, you go get him". Tony appeared to be physically upset and would not tell me where his manger even was. I spoke with the managers and expressed my feelings of discontent with the service provided by Tony. The manger expressed his disappointment and apologized and attempted to introduce me to another salesman. I declined the offer due to the disappointment I had. The reason I attempted to deal with the Internet sales team was to save time. From what I can gather this ford dealership places there subpar or inexperienced salesman into the Internet sales section. I was looking forward to buying a car that night from auto nation ford on Bryant Irvin, but unfortunately I was unable to make that deal. Save yourself some time and shop somewhere else.

I recently had a BAD experience from a well known dealership in the DFW Metroplex (Vandergrift Honda). They tried to sell me a used vehicle they knew the transmission needed repairing. I test drove the vehicle on Thursday. They agreed to fix some minor problems I requested. I also noticed the check engine light was on. I ask if they would check that out as well. They agreed and said the vehicle would be ready the following morning. On Friday I met with salesman in the finance office. After we finished the paper work, he said he was going to get the vehicle. After about 45 minutes, he returned and said the vehicle would not be ready until Monday at the earliest. That's where my troubles began. I requested to speak with the manager. After about 10 minutes with him, I ask to speak with the shop foreman. He said he could not tell me what the problem was but he could probably have it fixed by Saturday. I agreed to wait. I showed up Saturday and was told there were several cars ahead of me and they had not been able to get to mine but they would sure to have it ready by Monday. I knew then they were stalling. It was something wrong with the vehicle they were not telling me. I decided then that I no longer wanted the vehicle. I ask the manager if he would refund my money that I no longer wanted to do business with them. He then tried to sell me another vehicle. I told him I just wanted my money. That's when things almost got out of hand. First he told me it would take up to two days for them to return my money. Not happening. Then he told me since I test drove the vehicle off their lot they were not obligated to give me a refund. Now it's not going well. Then he said the safe was locked and they couldn't get into it. After about three hours, they finally gave me back my cashiers check. A later learned the vehicle needed $2,600 worth of work on the transmission. On Sunday I called AutoNation Ford (Bryant Irvin) around 7:30pm. I spoke with a salesperson who advised they were closing in about 30 minutes but they would stay if I wanted to come in and look at a vehicle. I advised I lived about 20 to 25 minutes away. They said it was ok. I told them I would wait until tomorrow but I wanted to know if the three vehicles I looked at were still available. They looked them up and advised they were still there. The next day we met and I did buy one of the vehicle. After financing, I was told to take it home and make a list of what I wanted fixed. After three days I took it back with the list. They took the vehicle and repaired everything on the list and said if I wasn't satisfied, bring it back. I would personally thank salesperson (Giselle Espinosa) who was willing to stay past her working hours to help me. I would also like to thank Auto Nation Ford for keeping their promise to repair what I requested. They made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience for a change.

We contacted James Miller on the Saturday of Memorial Day about a F250 on the website, he stated that he thought it had sold but would call me back later that afternoon and let me know for sure. I never received a call so I called on Monday to see if it was still available or if they had anything else that we would be interested in. The truck was available and I told him that I was going to have a coworker come by and take a look at it since we lived 375 miles away. We decided to purchase the vehicle and did the approval process over the phone. James worked really hard for us to get the best deal we could on it. My husband was told that he would have to be there within 24 hours of the deal being made and that we could not put a deposit to hold it until the weekend. So, he rushed down on a Wednesday to get it, another dealership was trying to leave with it while he was signing the paperwork ( that took much longer than it should have). After he left he realized that he forgot his garage and gate opener in the truck that we traded in he had me call James and ask to send them to us. James agreed and said he was taking them to shipping that day. We called a week later and he assured us that they had been sent to us. We called two weeks later and he went to shipping and they had not been shipped, he then told us that he would personally send them himself. Three weeks after the first call I call again and speak to a manager because James will not return any calls, this manager goes to find the remotes and they were still sitting on his desk. We finally received the remotes three days later. Now, after over a month of having the truck we still do not have tags because they continue to mess up. The first check was issued to our revenue department for the incorrect amount and the second check was sent to the incorrect address. After speaking to them about these issues they tell us that they will issue us a new temp tag until they can get it sorted out. We are at this point almost 45 days out! Still never a return call from James at the dealership, only voicemail, it seems that once he gets his money he could care less about the customer after the sale. He bugged my husband for a couple of weeks for us to put a review on cars.com, so thats what were doing. Buyer beware! Car shop at another location if you can!

I had seen a Jeep that fit my needs a couple of months ago, but called too late and it was already sold. The sales associated took down my information and said they would keep an eye out for a similar one and call me when one was available. Last week I received the call and was excited that one just like I wanted had finally turned up. I was told the vehicle had just been taken in as a trade and was not ready for me to look at it. It had to be processed, and there were 2-3 cars ahead of it, so it would be a couple of days. The next day I received another call asking if I would be financing or paying cash, so I assumed I was first in line for the Jeep. I had seen it already posted online and expressed my concern that someone else would purchase it before I had a chance to look at it. I was assured that no one could buy it before it had been processed. I filled out the online contact form just to make sure they knew I was really serious about this Jeep. The next morning I got a phone call that the Jeep was sold, someone had put a $500 deposit on it. Had I known that was the procedure I would have been happy to put my $500 down first. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation. It would be one thing to never have known about the Jeep and not gotten it, but to have THEM call ME about it, and sell it out from under me is not good business.

Arlene Kress did a great job of setting the deal up. We did it all via email since I was 250 miles away. We drove in on a Wednesday afternoon and loved the Ford Expedition she had for us. I wish the process of us driving away could have been a little quicker (we spent 4 hours driving to the dealership, and another 4.5 hours getting the deal done) since we had done most of the deal online but it was no fault of Arlene's. I pre-ordered my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid here based on their offer on my trade in. Trade in process was quick and fair, in my opinion. The salesman, Bobby Milligan, was very up front and honest and was great to deal with. He even sent me a picture of my new car on the truck as soon as it came in because he knew i had been waiting a long time for it. It took about two and a half months longer than advertised to get to the dealership, but they still have me their originally promised trade in price without any haggling, even though it was no fault of their own. They made me a very happy customer!

A few weeks ago I left a comment about AutoNation Fort Worth, for some reason I can not find that comment to update it. So I am writing a new review. My Husband and I purchased a new truck from AutoNation of Ft. Worth. We had quite a few issues with getting calls returned and a lot of broken promises. Once the GM Mr. Kelley Farley (SP?) got news of our situation he took immediate action in doing any and everything he could to make things right for us. He personally saw to it the issues we were having were solved, no questions asked, no excuses, just results. Mr. Farley went as far as to take care of some personal things for us also for the trouble we experienced. We did get an amazing deal on our new pick up truck and the sales staff was always friendly. I can now proudly say that we will continue purchasing our vehicles from AutoNation Ford of Fort Worth. This is truly one dealership that strives to take care of their customers! Thanks again for getting everything taken care of for us, and we love our new pick up truck!

My wife and I had tried multiple Ford Dealerships and found them to be pushy and confrontational. Not the case with Autonation! I recommend both the Frisco (Dennis) and Fort Worth (Tonya) Locations. Fort Worth is the place we decided to purchase our new Ford Fusion Hybrid. They were friendly and welcoming and seemed like they really wanted our business. We felt little pressure during our buying process, both because we had previously walked out of other dealerships, and because we felt little pressure from the sales team. The staff was knowledgeable about the vehicles. I also enjoyed the the post buying support that the dealership provided. When we traded in our car, they broke down the retail value and the deductions they took off to get us the final trade in value. No other dealership did this, and it was interesting to see this information. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Ford Vehicle.

After researching the model I wanted, I went to the dealership with a "number" in mind and expecting the obligatory haggling process. Their first offer was slightly UNDER my number! No haggling necessary. The salesman, Jason, and Tonya in finance, made the whole process as pleasant and unstressful as possible.

I just bought a new Ford F-150 Limited and the only reason I chose to buy at AutoNation, formally Bankston was because of my wife's relationship with Tonya Johnson. This is our second vehicle purchase from Tonya and her professionalism, knowledge, outgoing personality and persistence to find what I wanted was very much appreciated. I never felt pressured and my buying experience met my expectations. The General Manager was also very professional and took the time to make me feel like a valued customer. Gary Anderson, Finance Mngr. was very customer service oriented and made me feel welcome and valued. I have been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a year. I had some very specific ideas about what I wanted. I found the model I had been looking for at Autonation Mazda in Ft Worth, at a great price. The buying process was fairly typical. Tonya in finance was very helpful and got us a great rate. This is the 3rd car we have bought from an Autonation/Bankston location. May be a while, but would return.

While this is somewhat late it still applies. I purchased a 2013 Mustang GT early in February 2013. I actually started at AutoNation Ford-Burleson. While getting the oil changed in my 2011 Mustang I purused the lot for the 2013 models. They had several marked with great deals on pricing but did not have one that fit my needs. I then called Ben Garcia at AutoNation Ford Bryan-Irvin. He sold me my last two Fords at Burleson and had since moved to the Bryan-Irvin location. Ben told me that there were several on his lot an to come see him. Ben was now the Internet Manager so when I arrived he set me up with Bobby Milligan. After the initial chatting Bobby took me out and showed me several cars. I was very particular but we did find one that I liked and I took it for a test drive. That sold me. I currently owned a Taurus and the afore mentioned Mustang. Before arriving I had already decided that I wanted to trade my Taurus and become a two-Mustang owner. After letting them drive my car Bobby worked up an initial deal. As it always seems to go, your car is worth less than you think and theirs is worth more. That's just the game we have to play. I asked Bobby to give me the same deal they were advertizing at the Burleson store. After checking with management and reworking the numbers we came to an agreement. We shook hands and I was off to the Business office. After sitting in the waiting room for what I thought was a bit long watching TV, I met Mr. Anderson. When I asked what took so long, he told me that he had successfully found a bank that gave me a 2-point better deal on the financing than I had originally been told. That made up for any delay I had experienced and I left happy. While doing the paperwork, Bobby had th car cleaaned and parked next to my trade-in so I could transfer all my stuff from one to the other. He asked about the spare key for my trade. I told him that I could bring it back by in a couple of days. Two days later I came back to turn in my spare key. Bobby was off the afternoon but I was met by Jason Applegate. Jason said he would see to it that Bobby got the key and he asked if he could top off my tank for making the trip back out. That was totally unexpected and I accepted happily. A few days later, I again returned to have Bobby install my license plates while I sat in the showroom and had a nice chat with Mr. Anderson. This dealership will be the starting point (and I am sure the finishing point) for my next automobile purchase for sure.

This is my fifth car from Bankston/Autonation. I love my sales team! If you are looking for a non stressful, non pressured car buying experince, this is definitely the place. I will admit that I am a creature of habit, and I dont mind driving some distance for quality service and the people. Let me definitely recommend Kenneth Brown. My last two cars were purchased from him and it is ALWAYS a fun experience. Listen, nobody has time for bull and this is one place where you are not going to get bombarded with it. Love Kenneth, love David, love this place period. I am so happy with my car!

I called and made an apt for my auto to have oil and filter change and when I arrived at my apt time they said it would be a two hour waite . So of course I had to look at other autos and finally they called and said my car was ready 2 1/2 hours later and it was not washed or anything special like I have been a customed to at other mazda dealerships. If your wanting special treatment with you and your auto Dont take it Here!!!!!!!!!!!

Shopping for the right mustang was tough but finally found the perfect one at Bankston ford in fort worth Texas. Everyone from Bankston ford was very helpful the purchase went through very smoothly and they were very respectful and always helped me with any question I had.
