Nice guys, good conversation. Unfortunately, they sold me a cargo van with a safety issue. If you’re going to buy a car from them, get it inspected by an independent mechanic first. I trusted they had done a full inspection and fixed any safety-related issues before buying the van. Unfortunately, they didn’t, and I discovered a week or so after purchase that my van had a broken, leaking shock. If I hit a big bump, it could have collapsed and I could have lost control of the vehicle. When I brought it back to them, they didn’t make it right. Instead, they referred me to the Ford dealer who is backed up for appointments. I had to rent a van to get through the weekend ($500) and if I waited for Ford to fix it, I’d have to do that another weekend. It ended up making more sense to have an independent mechanic fix it for $350.

Best Car buying experience!!! I just bought my car few weeks ago from AutoDeals. Car was very clean ( I was shopping for a car for few months and many dealerships don't clean cars until you buy it). I was able to take the car to mechanic to have it checked ( car is still on manufacturer warranty and no dealership when asked agreed to have car checked by outside mechanic) and on top of that I was able to negotiate the price. No hidden fees or pushing for additional services. Whole experience was very nice and smooth and I love my "new" car. I highly recommend this dealership.

The staff was helpful and conscientious. Truly felt that they wanted to help every way they possibly could. Walked in and drove off. A genuinely great buying experience.
