Where do I begin? I was searching for a particular vehicle online and came across Auto Trust. I live in Ohio and was worried about buying a car online and having it shipped. I filled out the online inquiry and received a call from Gary P. (Sales Manager) asking if he could answer any questions that I might have. I knew from our first conversation that Gary was well seasoned and genuinely took an interest in my inquiry. He offered to take more pictures for me and said he would even pay for a third party inspection to be done on the vehicle since I wouldn't be able to test drive it. At the time I was talking to another dealer about the same model and let Gary know I might purchase from them. He said to think about it and that he would MATCH their price. Needless to say, I couldn't refuse this offer. The next day I received an email from the inspector and all was good. I signed the paperwork the following day. The whole process took 15 minutes and was done online. Gary said he would contact a shipper he knew and saved me money verses going through a website and hiring it out myself. My vehicle arrived 3 days later. The driver was great. My car didn't have a scratch on it. I've waited to write this review for 4 months in order to allow time to give feedback on my car. I have had ZERO issues. I absolutely love my vehicle and plan to purchase my next one from Auto Trust as long as Gary is still there manger there. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a good quality vehicle and a flawless transaction to ask for Gary P. I saved $3,000 with Auto Trust. I also wanted to mention Danielle. She took care of my title and I couldn't have been more pleased with her persistence to help me. I called her many times and she was friendly and very responsive. She knows her job and will get things done. I hope that the owner will see my review and recognize these two individuals. I have been in a customer service position for over 15 years and it's nice to know there are still businesses out there that value their reputation. Thanks to everyone for this pleasant experience! As a consumer you will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend buying a car here, Juan was so helpful and made the long process feel short. He answered all of my questions and I also learned a lot.

Went and checked out a c250 coupe and Pablo was the salesman helping me, did a great job and was super helpful with everything! Got me the car i wanted and transaction done in 2 hrs! COULDNT be happier, definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a car, Pablo was awesome… ask for him when you need a car!!
