Fantastic experience with auto outlet in Canandaigua. We walked in with a list of vehicles to look at and Nick was able to show us the vehicles and provide information regarding each one quickly. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and out going. He was not your typical pushy car salesman at all. Made the experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Auto Outlets. Thanks again!

Great experience. Knew what car I wanted and Nick made sure everything went off without a hitch. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Auto Outlets USA and both times was a pleasant experience. They also gave me a more than fair price for my trade in. I would recommend them if you are looking for a used car.

Quality cars at competitive prices, and purchasers can drive off with their purchased vehicle on the same day (even Saturdays). I also traded a vehicle toward my purchase, and they provided a fair value for the trade. I’ll be returning next time I need a quality used auto. My sales person, Nick, was superb to work with as well.

Dana James is the salesperson who helped me with the entire buying process. He was fantastic to work with! Gave me all of the details, went through every step with me very clearly and to the point. Made me feel extremely comfortable through the entire process and he did everything to make my experience wonderful.

Staff was awesome albeit a bit messy from start to finish. The team worked with me throughout the entire process and even delivered the vehicle to our residence. David was hospitable and very good with answering all our questions. Now they did absolutely cover this but I feel as though that the vehicle should have been looked over a bit better. A brake line had a leak in it (prior to me getting the vehicle) and they had the vehicle for roughly a month. This did delay the sale of the vehicle and could have been mitigated by a closer inspection. HOWEVER, that aside, the process was great and the staffing was amazing. I do recommend them!
