Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. My family has leased many vehicles from here and each of us has had a great experience every time. Our salesman, Joe Oliver, is wonderful - he’s very knowledgeable and really cares for his clients! We feel like family when we come in and speak with him! He’s gone above & beyond for us many times. Micky Joy, the general manager, is amazing - very kind and takes great care of his clients! I know that if we ever had an issue we could come to him and he’d make it right. Keith in the finance department usually helps us out when it comes time to do the paperwork (he’s also amazing) but this most recent time I got to meet Patti who was SO sweet and knowledgeable! Each step of the way, they made the process of leasing my new vehicle seamless and easy! It is such a pleasure doing business here.

There were some hiccups in the overall experience but in the end all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The five-star rating is specifically for Julian in sales and Patti in finance. Together these two dedicated employees made sure my experience was superb. Management owes them a bonus and some sort recognition. If you're in the market for a car, make sure to see Julian.

I drove away today in my new Taos today! I received the most amazing service from Rob Winters who leased me my car and walked me through the process to Patty at the finance department and then finally receiving help from the technical expert on all my new bells and whistles! Best dealership and team in Naples!!!!
