As the driver of an 11-year-old Rav 4 coming into the dealership, I really appreciated that Travis and team weren't judgy. I'd been to another Audi dealership where clearly they'd seen me drive up and didn't want to deal with me. The test drive was very low-key and there just wasn't the usual pressure I'd been experiencing during the 6+ test drives I'd been on at dealerships all over Mass & Southern NH. Travis was communicative, explained the car and its technology well, and--most important--worked with us in a flexible and supportive way.

Pat and Eric are two employees that truly made a difference in my life. Since returning home from a deployment in Afghanistan, transitioning back to a civilian world and environment has been the most challenging task I have yet to try and complete. With a vehicle that was falling apart when I first arrived at Audi Nashua, Pat immediately began working as hard as he could to get me approved financing for my dream vehicle - a brand new Audi A4.Eric, a fellow veteran of the Army as well, took special interest in ensuring I would be able to get a new vehicle, as the one I had was well past safely operable. An effort, or act of kindness, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem to that particular individual or group providing assistance, can often have an affect that not many would understand could be possible. Eric and Pat are directly responsible for increasing my quality of life to one that I can at least have some enjoyment in. The things Pat and Eric have, and continue to do, for me could not be appreciated anymore than they already are. Working with Patrick was great. He had known I was thinking about looking for a new A6, but wasn't quite ready. He kept informed on what was out there but wasn't pushy or over the top. Once I was ready and found the deal I like it was simple. Because of all the work Patrick did ahead of time I was able to walk in, sign the paperwork, and walk out with my new car in 15 minutes. I bought my Audi A3 from Travis Philbrook in August of 2016. As a young female and this being my first official purchase of a vehicle on my own, Travis was very kind, understanding and respectful. I was nervous going to an Audi dealership because I was concerned about being taken seriously since I am younger, and Audi is a higher class dealer where I expected they probably see more older well established buyers. However, Travis really was awesome! I stepped in the doors, he greeted my husband and I and helped us through the whole process. He showed me exactly what I wanted, worked hard for me to get the best deal, and really was so honest and trust worthy the entire time. It was a fabulous experience, I'd recommend anyone to go to Travis in particular because of the professionalism and dedication he demonstrated as a sales person for Audi. Oh a whim my husband and I found the perfect car for our "baby to be". It was time to get rid of the wrangler and buy a more suitable car for a baby. We found the used jeep cherokee on car guru. When we pulled in we were excited to see it was still on the lot. We worked with Patrick, who is a ball of energy and who loves to quote movies. He was upbeat and positive and made us happy to be doing business there. Once the deal was finalized we worked with Eric in finance. He was just as amazing and made our experience even better than what it had already been. Because of Patrick and Eric, I would highly recommend Audi of Nashua. Even though we were buying a used car they still treated us with the same dignity and respect as someone buying a brand new Audi.

This is my first Audi purchase but not the last. By the luck of the draw Travis was the salesperson assigned to me. From the beginning, he took the time to thoroughly answer every single question I had. We have been long time Audi owners and this was by far the best Audi dealership we have dealt with. This was also one of the most Hassle free car buying experiences we have had and well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive down from Maine. Jessica our sales rep responded to my vehicle inquiry within in an hour and we had a deal hammered out that same day . Jessica was extremely helpful, pro-active and just a blast to work with. On the day of pick up, Jessica was unable to be at the dealership but had the paperwork ready for us . Great Job Patrick Holland and Audi of Nashua. I am a "no hassle" buyer and appreciated that Patrick picked that up quickly and worked with me via email and text to get the car I wanted, at a fair price, with minimal time required on my part. Second car I have bought from Shane Weinberg, it was very hassle free as Shane knew what I was looking in the time frame I wanted. We agreed quickly on a price and closed the deal and I picked up the car the following week. All the paperwork was ready and I was in the finance office for about 20 mins. Shortest amount of time I have worked on car deals were my last two at Audi of Nashua.

I visited the show room on June 30th after confirming via email that a certain vehicle was on the lot, I got burned recently when I did not do this only to find the vehicle I was interested was sold. Patrick greeted me knowing that I was the only person trading in an X-5, he also introduced me to Jessica who had emailed me with me about the car's availability. Within about 3 hours I left with the Q5 in my position, it might have been faster if I had my title. The price was fair on both my trade and the vehicle I was purchasing. We were not able to apply the clear shield that day so that was completed a week later and since there was not a loaner vehicle Patrick let me "borrow" his own car. I would recommend Patrick and Audi of Nashua to anyone.Sincerely,S Clark

I told him what I wanted and he delivered, keeping me informed every step of the way. I was also please with the manager, Eric Kneidel who had all of the paperwork in order and gave me a number of different financing and lease options. Both were a pleasure to work with!

I came to Audi looking for a non Audi brand car and I ended up running into Dan out on the lot when I was just looking and he was very knowledgable about the cars on the lot I was telling him about what I was looking for and he went in to check on what he might have and he told me about the Audi A4 that they just took in trade the car was not ready to be seen I told him to let me know when I can see it and Dan had taken some pictures of the car and sent them to me that was amazing never in my years of buying cars has someone gone out of their way to do that for me and I had to have the car they made the whole transaction simple and easy for me and explained all the buttons and how they work in the car. Dan is very knowledgable and personable and I will recommend all my family and friends that are looking for a new car to go and see him

I owned a 2007 Audi A3, and loved that car, but for some reason, lately, it kept getting run into. After the last time, with it all fixed up etc. I brought it to the Audi dealership to see what other things, beside a timing chain, it needed. I had a feeling the cost was going to out weight the possibility of getting a new one, Patrick Holland, worked with me extensively , and provided me with the patience I needed to make the right choice, in case I sprung for a new car, which is what I ended up doing. He worked with me, so I would understand how to use all the new technology in my new all road, which I differently needed. I always say, 90% of the sale is presentation. I always feel comfortable calling him and asking about things on the car, and can he take the time to walk me through something. I would highly recommend Patrick and the Audi of Nashua Dealership!

Travis really summed up the experience this way: "We don't need to pressure you here, these Audis sell themselves." We had a specific type of vehicle in mind and he made the deal happen - late on a Sunday no less. Everything he promised during the test drive and negotiations he delivered on.Seamless handoff to Eric in finance. Fastest, most straightforward car buy I have ever had. No surprises at the end when it comes down to the final number. I literally was "in and out in 45 minutes", no sitting around or BS. Also, beautiful detail job on the car that had been sitting outside - ready to roll as soon as the papers were signed. Other dealers could learn from these guys. Loved the professional atmosphere and treatment.

I met Patrick about a year ago when my husband and I stopped in to take a look at an S5. At that time, we decided it wasn't the car for us, but we would periodically stop in and take a look at what they had available and every time Patrick was knowledgeable, helpful, and just plain enjoyable to talk to. Recently they had a new TTS on the lot which brought us into the dealership again. Even though the car was divine, it was a bit pricier than what I was comfortable with. Patrick was gracious and understanding and promised to keep an eye out for the "right" car. When that car came along two weeks later, Patrick texted me the info. right away and we went in to take a test drive. Both the car and the price were perfect! We've purchased many, many cars over the years, and the experience working with Patrick easy, fast and painless. Most importantly, I LOVE my new car. Patrick was true to his word when he said he would find the right car for me. I would recommend him without hesitation if you're in the market for an Audi.

Had a great unique experience here. I was lucky enough to work with Shane Weinberg. After finding a WRX here that I was very interested in, I decided to drive an hour to go look at it. Upon my arrival, Shane greeted me and listened to what I was looking for in a car rather than telling me what I was looking for in a car. He told me that the previous owner of this car sold it to upgrade to an S3, and after looking at the carfax it appeared to be a "likely story" as there was an accident on the record. I had to walk away and Shane was very understanding, only adding that it was a small impact and that the car was solid. I went home and managed to find the previous owner online via a Subaru social media page. EVERYTHING that Shane told me about the car was spot on and the previous owner really did only sell it to get an S3. The accident was very minor as Shane had mentioned. I immediately texted Shane after hours to pursue a deal. He found out my financial goals and met me at a pretty generous middle. He also got me a really good financing deal. I didnt get to work with anyone else at this location for reasons other than paperwork, however, I can say I am very happy that I got to work with Shane. Honest, patient and very informed. Come in knowing something about what you want and Shane will do the rest. Thanks again Shane!

My wife and I visited three Audi dealers in the area and eventually decided to buy at Audi Nashua. Travis was the sales rep that worked with us. He had been very friendly and helpful guiding us through the entire process. He was knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. When we had to communicate through emails, he would respond in a timely manner. Even though we were not able to find a car with the exact specifications we want at Nashua, Travis helped to locate one at West Virginia and eventually had it delivered to us! We felt no pressure during this multi-week process and had a very good buying experience at Audi Nashua, especially working with Travis. Definitely would recommend to friends.

My mom had become very comfortable with an older 2003 A4 but it was time to get something new. Her Audi would only receive about 5,000 miles a year, but any older vehicle hits a point where annual maintenance cost exceeds the value of the car. And, for someone who just needs a reliable car, the best route is to go with something new.She liked her Audi, and the A3 and A4 were a car within requirements I knew she wanted. When we walked in, as with most luxury brands, you're not bombarded with Glengarry Glen Ross-types who try to close a sale an hour later. When you've never bought a car in your life, even with me (son) assisting her, it's quite overwhelming. A car like Audi makes might sell itself but for someone like her, but a good or bad sales person experience can completely turn someone off from an entire brand. Travis had no problem with this and working with her over a multi-visit and week period. There was never pressure on a specific model or package. He had no problem answering all her questions and working with her. Besides familiarity and brand, these were the biggest factors in her decision to purchase an A3. She took ownership earlier this week and really likes it. I'd recommend the dealership and Travis to anyone looking for a car like this.

I have done some research on small SUV and decided to purchase 2016 Audi Q5. Given that I also have a trade-in, it was not a great experience dealing with several dealerships trying to get a competitive price on the new vehicle while getting a fair price for my trade-in. When I contacted Audi Nashua, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and their willingness to work with customer to make it a pleasant experience. I worked with Colby, exchanged couple of emails with pictures of my trade-in and we were able to make the deal with in 30 minutes. I was looking for a pre-owned within a certain budget, had some ideas of what I wanted, but not the whole picture.Travis helped me out from start to finish, answering all of my questions, finding answers fast when necessary. We found a great 2013 A4 in beautiful condition and all packaged up came in under the numbers that was stated as my limit, but a good margin.Found out at the end that I was Travis' first sale, and all I have to say is Wow! This is a professionally run establishment that goes the extra mile. Their professionalism compared with other dealers and the lower pressure sales process is great. Jessy Lamontagne is going places - great salesman who understands and LISTENS to the customer. His manager was also top notch. I also like that if/when you need service you never experience the elements. Drive in, given a loaner, drive out. Note, that the AWD in New England is important. Watch YouTube videos and see A4, A6, etc. with AWD going through 12 inches of snow like it's a clear roadway. Looking foward to a long relationship with this dealer and with Audi.

Called about a car they had on their website which happened to have just sold, Patrick quickly recommend a suitable option and we reached agreement on it and my trade over the phone as I live about an hour from Nashua. When I arrived at the dealership the car was as advertised and was also several thousand less than anything else I could find with similar options. I bought a new Audi Q7 in 2008 from this dealer, and have since dealt with many, many issues with this car. My experience the past seven years has given me a negative impression of both Audi as well as the customer service of this dealership. Within six months of buying my new Audi Q7, the engine exploded in the gas station. Additional problems accumulated, including malfunction of the driver seat door. Most recently, my windshield wiper stopped working. I went to the dealer to fix this problem about a year ago, and paid $704 for the replacement of several parts. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. The windshield wiper continued to exhibit erratic behavior just a few weeks later. With winter coming, I finally found time to take this car to the dealer again. After examining the windshield wipers, they told me we needed to replace the same parts they had replaced a year ago. Because I was a mere EIGHTEEN DAYS past warranty, I had to pay again for new parts this time $800. The never-ending onslaught of problems with this car has left me extremely frustrated. I am frustrated at Audi and have lost confidence in the quality of their cars. I am also frustrated with the dealership and their customer service, particularly with their handling of the windshield wiper issue. I would strongly advise customers to rethink their purchase.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was greeted naturally by the person I spoke with on the phone just a few minutes before I arrived. I was looking for a test drive and unfamiliar with all the various models. My sales consultant step me through the various models, had sit in an A5 for seat compatibility which is important to me and then took me for a spin in the two models that made sense for me. My sales rep seemed to know exactly which two cars to bring up for me. Turned out first her I drove was the one I bought, and Audi A3. We went through everything and at the end I really got a great deal too. The entire process worked out wonderfully for me, and I look forward to going back and keeping the relationship.

As a business woman, mother and wife buying a car is frankly the last thing on my mind. However after recently needing a loaner from Audi Nashua I had the privilege of getting a Q5. It is an awesome vehicle, I had an A6 which was equally as awesome yet families grow and expand. Mark from service connected me to Patrick and from there it was the easiest automobile transaction Ive ever experienced. Patrick was very respectful and intuitive. He inquired of my preference of communication and honored it through the process, he would reach out if a live phone call was necessary so not to intrude on my family interactions or my work environment. We closed this deal in a weeks time over text, email and phone calls. I did not see the vehicle until I came to make the trade and truthfully it was better than I expected. Patrick anticipated things I would have easily forgotten from my trade in (easy pass, garage door opener, etc.) He even noticed that I had a car seat and knew I had a young child. When I got into the new Q5 next to the car seat that he transferred was a cute Audi Teddy Bear belted in. (my son was beyond thrilled) Who does that? Patrick. The Q5 was in pristine shape and there were more bells and whistles than I had hoped for. If you dont care for the walk in experience or are too busy I highly recommend working with Patrick and Audi Nashua they are a class act.

First-time owner of a used (2011) Audi A8 that I brought from a dealer in MA. It encountered electronic serious problem that dies on highway. Danielle Rodriguez of Audi Nashua helped to deal with the MA dealer since it is is under powertrain warranty and also deal with Audi USA. I was very frustrated because of the first major problem since bought the car last October. Danielle calmed me down very professionally and assisted me greatly through this painfully process. At the end, the problem is fixed with my paying $2500 out of my pocket. Very much appreciated Danielle's assistance to get the problem solved and the car runs great now. Audi has to send a technician from NJ to diag this rare problem that I am just unlucky to inherit from the first owner.

Buying a car from Patrick was great. He was a pleasure to deal with - very upbeat and helpful. When we came in for test drives, he just handed us the keys and let us go drive. He showed us a number of cars, told us the pros and cons, and never tried to pressure us. He made it easy. James made the financing choices easy as well. When we came in to sign the papers, Ryan (?) just walked us through the options, and again, did not push us to buy any extended warranties, etc., that we did not want.

My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q7, S Line from Patrick Holland of Audi Nashua. We went back and forth between the station wagon and the Q7 SUV - Patrick was both knowledgeable and patient. Over a few weeks, via email and during our 3 visits, he got to know us and helped us find the car that would best meet our needs. When it came to financing, the initial offer made by Audi was surprisingly reasonable, especially with regards to our VW trade-in. We didn't have to spend a lot of time negotiating - not the stereotypical car buying experience. He even came up slightly on the trade-in to help us make the deal work, even when we had accepted the offer as is, and went above and beyond finding an even lower interest rate than was initially agreed upon. When all was said and done, he spent extra time walking us through all of the functions of the car and installing the floor mats. Recently I had a fall out with the dealership that I had bought my previous car from as they had not been truthful with us and were not willing to work with us on what was initially sold so my husband and I decided to look at alternative options. For the past week I had been test driving cars and was ready to move forward with a purchase that was more local to us. Since we were in the area of Audi Nashua my husband convinced me to just take a look at Audi. I figured why not and we arrived at the dealership 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. This is where we met Jessy Lamontagne, who didn't brush us off because it was almost time to leave but took his time with us and not only showed me a car that he recommended but let us take it for a test drive. He listened to us and didn't rush us to make a decision. He is very personable, knowledgeable about the cars, easy to work with, and listened to what we were looking for. Even though the dealership we were not happy with was part of the same family ownership, Jessy was the redeeming factor for Lyon-Waugh Auto Group and we decided to stay with them. Because it was so late on Saturday (even though Jessy would have stayed) we decided to drive the 1.5 hours back to the dealership and buy our car the next day from him. From the moment you walk into this dealership, you sense a level of comfort like no other. I worked with Jude Pearson and she was able to get me into a brand new 2015 SQ5. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle at any point of the conversation/interaction. Jude worked with me to find the car that fits me perfectly. Bought a Certified Pre-Owned A3. I checked all the other Audi dealers within my proximity but only Audi Nashua had the model with the features I wanted. The price was extremely fair so I didn't have to haggle. Our Sales Associate, Mike Rindo, was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked with us to get a fair deal on our trade-in. When I picked up the car, Mike spent all the time needed to educate me about the various features of the A3; he even paired my cell phone using Bluetooth. The car exterior was washed and the interior was vacuumed/cleaned and the gas tank was full. Completing all the paperwork with Eric Kneidel was quick and painless. I had been in the market for another Audi A8 so I got in touch with my previous salesperson Shane Weinberg, who I had purchased 2 vehicles from in the past. I told him what I was looking for and said that there was no rush, just let me know when the right one comes in. Well, about a month and half went by and I get a call from Shane saying, "I just got in the perfect A8 for you". I went straight to the dealership that day after work and Shane had it all ready for me when I got there. He was right, It was the perfect car for me. It had everything I was looking for and then some, so I said "where do I sign"! I had a trade so Ryan went out to look it over. I keep my vehicles always looking "showroom ready" and Ryan agreed my trade could be put right out front for sale that night. They were right on mark with my trade and we worked out a good price for the A8. Shane brought me into the finance office to meet with Eric, who did the paperwork for the last 2 cars I purchased there. Eric was fantastic again and made everything super easy. Plus he was able to get me an awesome interest rate! Needless to say, I left that night in my new A8 and couldn't have been happier. I'm writing this note to express to to you my gratitude and appreciation of your Shop Foreman, Joe Leighton. I recently had my S5 in the shop for close to 3 weeks due to damage incurred during a winter storm. Being an avid Audi enthusiast and a passionate DIY'er, I went to the shop the day after the damage was diagnosed to see the damage for myself and ask some questions about it because the diagnosis didn't make sense to me over the phone. Joe, who performed the diagnosis and subsequent work on my car, was kind enough to take time out of his day to meet me, answer all of my questions and explain the entire situation thoroughly to me. Furthermore, he took the time to take detailed pictures of the damages and send them to my personal email so I could see and understand for myself. When I picked the car up, Joe came out to the pick-up area and followed up with me for awhile, telling me what was done, what had been removed and replaced, and offered his help via email or phone should I ever need any help or have any questions about anything in the future. I can't say enough good things about his courtesy, professionalism and customer service, and I thought you should know. Additionally, Wendy was very helpful in her correspondence with my insurance company and in providing me with status updates as the process dragged on for almost three weeks. Found a used car from this dealership on line. Tried to do most of the deal over the phone with my sales person, Gina. Once we came to terms on the price of car I gave them a $1,000 deposit over the phone and told them I would be there at 10:30 am the next day to pick up car. I had a three hour ride so I confirmed with Gina that the car would be ready for me to inspect and purchase. Again, since I had a three hour ride I requested and received a second confirmation that the car would be ready. Next day, I called at 9:00 to confirm with Gina, I was on my way and would be there at exactly 10:30. Again, I was assured the car would be ready for me. After arriving at exactly 10:30 Gina met me, introduced herself and then passed me off to another sales person, Lisa, that I had not spoken to before. I would not see Gina for the rest of my time at the dealership. When I asked Lisa where the car was, I got "the look" and I knew I was in trouble.Now let me be clear, it appeared to me that Lisa was thrown into a situation that was not of her doing and seemed to do what she could to do the right thing. She even followed up the next day and apologized for the terrible treatment I received. Unfortunately, after almost an hour of waiting, I decided I was not important enough to them and it might be time to leave.Understand my dilemma, I had already drove 3 hours to buy a car, asked a co-worker to drive with me so I could bring the car home, waited an hour to see the car and had a three hour ride home. Not a great position to be in.As I was working my way out the door I could hear the sales person Lisa asking the finance manager Erik to help her get the car and he responded "It's not my problem, I didn't drop the ball on this one"I am then approached by James who asks is there anything he can do to make this right. I suggest he do something about the $300 document fee that is overkill especially since I will have to handle my own sales tax and register my own car since I am out of state. Literally, they completed a bill of sale and assigned the title over to me which was about 2 pages to complete. After finally getting to inspect and drive the car, James proposes a $100 discount. That's what my time, my co-workers time and the frustration is worth. Really! Although it was obvious to me that they didn't care at all about me, I purchased the car. After paying in full, I asked Erik for both sets of keys that I was told was in their possession, I was informed they only had one key but they would reimburse me for a second one. Great, now I will have to take my time to get a key which I did. I spent an hour at another dealership to get the key.Finally, when I got home I noticed the tires on the car were badly worn even though I had inquired with the dealership and told by Gina the day before my arrival that the tires were in great shape and had to pass their full inspection.I probably should have noticed the tires, but with all the distraction and just wanting to get back home, I missed it.Bottom line, the dealership just didn't care. As I told them prior to my departure that day, we all make mistakes. The car wasn't ready. However, it's usually not the mistake that's the problem it's how one responds to the mistake that's the bigger issue. This dealership failed on how they responded miserably.

I called Audi in the beginning of December asking for my car to be seen due to grinding brakes. I received a call back from Service stating that "everyone is calling" and it is "normal" to hear squeaking when the weather gets cold. We were having warmer weather at the time, and I replied that the brakes weren't squeaking, they were grinding. After much back and forth, she told me to "run it through a car wash" and if it was still making noise, drop by for someone to ride with me around the block to see if it needed service. I had just had a baby and was on maternity leave so I had my husband take the car for a car wash the following week. Still grinding. We used his car mostly for the holidays and then I had him call since I had a difficult go around the first time. My husband called and had the same experience. Service now said they "don't do" drive arounds to determine if service is needed (mind you he spoke to the same person I did) and that my brakes didn't need service because there was no indication they would need service at my 35000 mile service check up.Luckily my service light came on for my 45000 mile service so I had to take my car in. I told the woman I spoke to that time that I wanted my brakes looked at as well. They couldn't get me in with a loaner car until the following week. I then get a call from Audi telling me not only do I need back brakes and rotors, but front one's too. I was driving myself and my 4 month old daughter around on shot brakes for nearly two months and was brushed off by service twice. Now I have to pay 1700 for my brakes to be serviced, when I likely wouldn't have nearly as much damage if I wasn't driving around for two months further running my brakes into the ground. I really hope that this review gets looked at, as no one should have to go through an experience like that. In hindsight, I should have escalated after the first call, definitely after the second, and absolutely after having to pay for the brakes with only a 160 dollar discount. Honestly Audi-it's almost insulting. I also needed to have three tires replaced. I have only had my car a year and seven months and paid good money for it. I'm so disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, that I received and wish I chose a different brand car. So disappointing.

Recently decided to lease a new Audi A4 at Audi-Nashua. My 2010 A4 was running well and Audi-Nashua service continues to be excellent. But after no-pressure discussions with multiple service and sales people at Audi of Nashua decided that the best use of my money was leasing a new 2015 Audi A4 and trading in my 2010 A4. Especially impressed with Danielle Rodriquez in sales who suggested the time might be right to trade and Tyler Jones in sales who found the right car for me. The whole transition into a new car was exceptionally smooth, the price was right, Josh gave me a nice walkthrough on the new features, the car is a pleasure to drive and I look forward to the service department keeping the car in peak condition as they did with my 2010 A4.

I was pleased to see the particular vehicle I was interested in had been driven from the warehouse and positioned directly up front prior to my arrival. I had my my initial test drive in mid-September and Josh got back to me ten days later when he found a like new car coming out of the service loaner pool. He put a hold on the car for me and I came up to the dealership and we closed the deal that evening. Josh came in on his day off to deliver the car to me personally so that my wife could drive it that weekend. It's now two weeks later and Josh is still helping me. I just purchased a third car from Shane Weinberg at Audi Nashua. The first two were Audi and the third was a Volvo they had taken in trade. Soon after taking delivery, we noticed an issue with the passenger side rear door. The top of the door didn't completely seal against the car when closed. We learned that the car had possibly been in a minor accident that had not shown up on the CarFax. Shane took the car back and sent it to a body shop for inspection and repair. He promised to make it right and he did. It turned out to be somewhat minor and there was no charge for the body repair. Shane stated that " it was the right thing to do". It's easy to make a customer happy when things go smoothly. It takes true professionalism to resolve a problem when an unexpected issue arises. Shane and Audi Nashua pass with flying colors.

I had been a Lexus driver for over fifteen years and owned a GS350 when I discovered the Audi A5 Cabriolet five months ago. I started, but lost track of the search for this car until two weeks ago when I was contacted by Daniel Mitsch, a specialist wtih Audi.To begin with, Daniel's excitement over finding the most "awesome" car for me was endearing and contagious. His candor when he didn't have the answer to a question ("I'll ask my boss and call you in two seconds") was startlingly refreshing. Before the end of the day, he had the car and a date for me to test drive. When the car sold before a transfer could occur he had another, even more "awesome" car twenty-four hours later. I've encountered dealers who appear to have "crafted" a rapport with their customer. But there is nothing about Daniel Mitsch's engaging style, sincerity, enthusiasm, or open delight when he's located the most "awesome" car, that isn't heartfelt. He is one of those people so well-matched to what they do, they'll succeed just by showing up.Perhaps the attitude, sincerity and excitement of a sales person shouldn't factor so heavily in a customer's decision to buy. But for me and others like me who sometimes need a tie-breaker, it matters plenty. Daniel is a gem. And now, thanks to him, I have the most "awesome" A5 I could want.

I worked over the phone and by email with Eric Kneidel and Paula Brait. They were both extremely professional, prompt and thorough. I worked over the phone and in-person with Colby Pooler. Colby too was extremely personable, professional, prompt, curteous, knowlegeable and helpful. Overall the CPO A6, which I found through the internet, was as advertised. It seemed to perform flawlessly in the 2500 mile drive back to the Texas where I live.I did find a number of deep scratches in the clearcoat behind the right rear tire that were not addressed in the CPO inspection. I have yet to find the IPOD cable that was supposed to come with the car. Also it is not clear that the car ever had the 5000 mile service. The service was not stamped in the maintenance book, though the CPO inspection included that as an inspection item. I was not presented the opportunity to roll the Audi service plan into the purchase price. Also I would like more information on the repairs to the 3 wheels - were the wheels bent or was it just curb rash? I will pursue this additional info from the dealer.

Sometimes you dont know what youre missing until you open up your mind to possibilities that you think are out of your reach... My husband and I for the past few months have been throwing around the idea of trading in our larger SUV as our life has taken another path. Im the type of person that will research and research until the cows come home before making a larger purchase like a car. At first I dismissed the thought of an Audi because I thought it was out of the price range that I was willing for us to pay, but research pays off and there it was top 3 in the small luxury suv line all within the same price range. Really an Audi is in range?? We had already test drove one vehicle and we had an appointment to test drive another competitor. Just so happens we were near the Audi of Nashua dealership with time to spare before the next appointment so we popped in. Colby came out and was very polite, listened to what we were looking for and our needs it was very low pressure and casual. We had also told him we were killing time until our next appointment to view another competitor. Even after we told him that I never felt like he was pushing us or trying to sway us away from the other appointment. We ended up taking a Q5 out to fill our downtime and wow within 5 minutes I had already in my mind eliminated the vehicle we had test drove a few days before and was seriously questioning if I wanted to keep the other appointment. But I wanted to cross my ts and dot my is so we went to the other appointment and less than an hour later we were back at Audi. We got back in a knick of time too as there was another individual looking to purchase the Q5 we wanted and Colby was in a race to get us in that Q. He was busy but he carved out the appropriate amount of time for us to finalize the trade/purchase transaction. Im a newbie to the Audi family and Id have to say Im smiling every time walked up to it I actually dont mind my commute now! In the end it was a seamless, friendly transaction and Colby has done a great job with follow up and offering his assistance as I get acquainted with the Q. Happy cornering!

So, my wife initially started off our Sunday having breakfast and talking about a new car for her for the fall and before we knew it we had decided to stop by Audi of Nashua to just look at a new Audi Allroad. Upon arriving to the dealership we were greeted by Colby, who at the time was in the middle of a couple of other tasks and without being prompted, Colby stopped everything he was doing and took the time and made my wife and I feel welcomed to Audi of Nashua as well as showed us the three 2014 Audi Allroads that just happened to be on sale for model year closeout. Colby was extremely knowledgable about the Allroad as well as other Audi models we were inquiring about and comparing during our recon mission. Without any sales pressure, Colby stepped inside the showroom and grabbed the keys to a 2014 Allroad and gave us a grand tour of the interior and exterior and allowed us to compare to the Q5 to see which car fit us best for our purpose. We were given the chance for a test drive and instantly were very happy with the Allroad and its drivability and performance as well as the interior options. After a short time hanging out in the showroom and crunching some numbers it was an easy decision, we were now Audi Allroad owners. I would have to say and my wife agrees, this was one of the best experiences at a car dealership that both her and I have had and as new Audi owners and new to Audi of Nashua, we look forward to doing future business with not only Colby but the rest of the Team at Audi of Nashua. I was looking for a very specific CPO car, and I found it in an online listing at Audi of Nashua. The team there was excellent, from answering my numerous questions early on, negotiating a price, and getting the financing done so I could make one trip up to see the car for the first time, get comfortable, and drive it home. They were pretty firm in their pricing, but to their credit they had an excellent inventory item that they knew would sell, and we agreed on a fair price to get a nice smooth transaction done. The entire experience was extremely professional, the car is fantastic and I am thrilled with my new ride.

I went into this dealership never having purchased or even driven an Audi so I was a little unsure of what to expect. My husband and I went in and were promptly greeted. Shane assessed my needs quickly and offered me a test drive. Of course I loved the car and we began the negotiation process with our trade and the price. I was pleasantly surprised at the fairness on our trade and the price of the car. The best part of this process was the efficiency and professionalism. I was there on Sunday and was driving away with my new car Monday evening. Shane checked in with me the next day and has been weekly to make sure I am happy. I truly feel this has been the best car buying experience with NO STRESS which I appreciate greatly. I can actually say it was fun. James Giniewicz is truly a phenomenal guy who knows his business. He's a straight shooter, no BS, very enthusiastic and works hard to meet customer expectations. I had a pretty tall order to fill, but James made it happen...within an extremely tight timeline. While I primarily worked with James, I did have the pleasure of interacting with some of the others as well, (Ryan LeBrun and Shane Weinberg).They are not receiving a 5 star rating for 3 reasons: 1 - Did not work with me on some post standard warranty items just over their exp. date, 2 - There are some areas that need improvement in their service department; disconnect amongst the staff, 3- They do not offer a very good value on their own trades.All in all...there is a great team of individuals working at Audi of Nashua, (much better than most).

My experience with Audi of Nashua could not have been more smooth. I initially called to inquire about their inventory and on the same day was able to visit the dealership, see the cars, have them appraise my trade-in, and leave with a very fair offer... all in the matter of a 1/2 hour (as I was on a tight schedule). They catered to me fully. In the days to follow, I was able to work efficiently with Shane as I needed to make a decision between a couple vehicles. Whether via phone or through emails, our communications were prompt, professional, and courteous. This all led to my purchasing a vehicle in short time. During the purchase process, different members of the team collaborated on handling the details with my trade-in, preparing the car I was purchasing, and working through financial and registration details with me. Again, an incredibly smooth process that had me in and out of the door in no time, with my new car. This included time that Shane spent with me, reviewing the details of the vehicle. In the days to follow, I received the courtesy of a follow-up call, to ensure all was well with the car... and then again about a month out. I pulled up to the dealership and Patrick Holland was on the spot to help me with questions regarding new and used vehicles. I decided last minute to go buy a car so I went to Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington, MA. They promptly greeted me and showed me the cars I was looking for, I had already picked out two CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) Audi's online to save time. When I looked at them I found at least 5 things wrong with both cars (Scratches, Pain Running/Over Spray), Rust on one of them, Worn leather and so on. I questioned if these were Audi Certified or Dealer Certified, because in my opinion Audi would not of certified either car. When I questioned the issues with the cars the Salesman got rude. So I said I would go somewhere else.I called Audi of Nashua and asked if they had any CPO cars in stock that I could look at. In short I explained briefly my experience at Audi of Burlington and stated I didn't want to deal with that again. They said come down and they will certainly be able to assist me. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Linda. She had asked some questions about what I was looking for and then proceeded to show me some cars to select for test rides. We test drove 5 cars in total and looked at 7 or 8 of them. Once I chose a car Linda proceeded to discus price, options that are available and how I wanted to pay, I had a pre approved loan for a decent rate, Linda explained that they didn't deal with the bank I was using due to the length of time it takes the bank to send the money. But she immediately stated that Audi could also get me financed and likely with a better rate. At this point the dealership was technically closed, but Linda and 3 other co-workers stayed 3 extra hours to complete all paperwork, get my loan approved and allow me to walk away as a proud owner of a CPO Audi.This is the type of experience everyone should receive when buying a car. I was able to purchase a great car for a great price. Linda did not pressure me in any way and made the whole experience pleasant. She took all the time needed and never once indicated that she needed to hurry up because they were closed. Everyone did all they can to make this happen in a very short amount of time.I would highly recommend Audi of Nashua and definitely work with Linda if she is available. But I am confident anyone there will give the same service based on my experience while I was there. I am currently looking to trade my Audi in and upgrade, Audi of Nashua will be my first stop and likely my last.Dennis

If you're looking for a new or CPO Audi in the Northern New England area, the only place you need to go is Audi of Nashua. Everyone there knows what they're doing and are pros. You will be treated well and they care about making you a lifelong customer. They don't want to sell you a car. They want to sell you all of your cars. Speedbumps are dealt with quickly and you genuinely feel like you are their top priority. They may not have the inventory of some of the "larger" dealerships in the area, but they more than make up for it with their courtesy, deals and attitude.

I have been scouring Autotrader for 6 months and I began my search for a BMW 535i xdrive, being a big man, comfort and fit was the most important feature, I drove the BMW 535, 740 IL and I was not comfortable, then the Jaguar XF, the Lincoln MKS, Caddilac CTS, Acura RLX and finally the Audi A 8L, after just sitting in the Audi A8 L, I knew that this was the vehicle for me, driving it was even more pleasurable. So my search began, after months of searching, I spotted the vehicle that had my name on it, a used 2014 Audi A8 L, located at Audi of Nashua, some 300 plus miles from my home. I immediately telephoned Audi of Nashua and asked to speak to a Sales Manager, Mr. James Giniewicz answered the call, James was so pleasant and friendly, I felt like I new him for years. I explained my desired deal to James and within 15 minutes I received a return call from James stating that the vehicle was not only available but he could make the deal per my terms, I was at that point the happiest 61 year old man in all of New Jersey. Wow, never in all my years was purchasing a new vehicle so easy and pleasurable. I stated that I would arrive on Saturday afternoon to complete the transaction. After a 5 hour drive, myself and fiancee arrived and were greeted by James and Mr. Colby Pooler, Sales Specialist, Colby was great, he immediately led us to refreshments and rest rooms and said that we should relax for a few minutes while he prepared my trade in for inspection, a much needed rest for sure. Within 10 minutes Colby returned, said everything was in order and a test drive was awaiting. My vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Colby spent the next 30 minutes explaining and teaching us the features we would need to make our trip home, He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. When we were finished it was time to meet Eric Kneidel, the Finance Manager. Eric was great, all my paperwork was prepared and ready, and went the extra mile to help reduce my interest rate by half a percentage point, what dealer does that for you! Eric made the usually painfull part of the transaction a real pleasure. When I was finished in finance, I met Ryan Lebrun, Sales Manager, Ryan was filled with tips for running and maintaining my new Audi for maximum performance and to reduce wear and tear, another great person in this already fantastic deal. Colby then completed his required paperwork, and we were ready to return home, but not before James came back and he and Colby congratulated me on my new purchase. If I were to write a script on the perfect auto purchase, I could not write it as well as I was treated by the entire staff at Audi of Nashua, They made this my most pleasurable purchase ever. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. The 600 mile round trip was my best ROAD TRIP ever.Thank you Audi of Nashua

I'll try to keep this short as its a long story:I searched nationwide trying to find a CPO B8 Audi S4 in a manual in my price range, I had 3 options. I contacted all the dealerships and even at the start Paula at Audi Nashua was the most helpful. As I live around 800 miles from the dealership, she offered numerous options for obtaining the vehicle, from shipping it directly to me as well as meeting us at the Manchester Airport and driving us to the dealership to finalize the deal. After multiple email exchanges, we agreed upon a price (which is nice, as the other dealership were firm, and coldly not open to offers at all), and did nearly all the paperwork via email. We flew to the area two days later and on Saturday morning and we're picked up by Ryan LeBrun the sales manager, who was an awesome guy. Obviously a car lover and having had 7 Audi's in the past, half of them various S4's, we had a lot to talk about, which made the 20 minute drive fly by.As soon as we arrived we met both Paula and Linda (Our Audi Specialist), both of whom were just a wonderful in person as they had been on the phone and over the course of the email exchanges. Before going to see the car we we're offered various caffeinated beverage which was great as we had a 12 hour drive ahead of us! We started by looking over the car, and Linda when through some of the basic details, of the S4, which was immaculate, she was clearly aware we we're not normal customers having had such a lengthy Audi history. We then returned to the showroom, Linda went through the entire CPO process, and provided us all the documents pertaining to the vehicle; The Manuals, CPO documents, the detailed inspection report, the keys (including the emergency plasticy one), and a cool little Audi bag (which my wife did not get from the Audi dealer we purchased her Q5 from just 1 month prior......Linda gave her one too!).We then met with Eric Kneidel the Finance Manager who was ultra nice, and worked us through the paperwork very quickly, understanding our time constraints, and not wasting our time with the add-on products, that every other dealer seems to push.We were back to Linda for some closing items, and were instructed to take some water, soda, and snacks with us for the long ride home (I mean who does that? My mom didn't even offer me snacks!) She escorted us out to send us on our way (we even gave her a hug! when's the last time you hugged someone at your car dealership?? my guess is never), right before we pulled out, Paula also ran out to thank us for our business, and to wish us a safe ride home, with instructions that we send an email when we got in just to make sure everything went ok (which I forgot to do, but Paula didn't. I arrived at Audi of Nashua to see a 2013 Audi A4 demo. I had an appointment with another salesperson, but arrived a half hour early and was greeted by Colby Pooler. We started talking and he volunteered to help me, if I didn't want to wait. Although the car that I had seen was a great deal, I wasn't thrilled with the color. After trying it out, I went back to Colby's desk to see if he could find me a different car and passed a beautiful 2014 Audi 4 Quattro.....It had my name written all over it! I really didn't want to buy a 2014, but after Colby spent some time explaining the creative financing package that they were offering, I was half way there. What finally convinced me was the time that was taken to work with me, the friendly and courteous manner of Colby and also of everyone else that I dealt with as well as the reputation of the dealership. My daughter bought an Audi from this dealership at the recommendation of a close relative that has bought two from them! The whole experience was a very pleasant one and they now have a happy new customer!

My complaint is about sales and not service. In fact, our service experience has been very good and both Eric Long and Mark Desjardins have always been very accommodating. However, my recent sales experience, which evolved out of my service visit, was quite the contrary. I was having my 2010 Q5 serviced and discovered it was out of warranty. I inquired about an extended warranty and was referred to Eric Kneidel for pricing. At that time, he told me they had just purchased a 2012 Q5 with low mileage and perhaps I would be interested in trading. This vehicle would be dealer certified and thus, have a 100,000 mile extended warranty.There was no specific vehicle info available at the time, so I called back the following day, inquiring about price and features. I was put through to both Eric Kneidel and my salesman, Mike Rindo's, voicemail.. After sometime, with no reply, I called again, only to be informed, this time, that they were both off. I was eventually given a trade price for my vehicle and a purchase price for the 2012. However, after thorough research on Kelley Blue Book, it most definitely seemed like I was paying top dollar for the 2012 and getting bottom dollar for my 2010, which also had low mileage and was in very good condition .In fact, I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and had it exclusively serviced there, as well. I called my salesman and shared my findings, only to be basically told the price was the price. Apparently, the 2012 2.0 liter was a very saleable vehicle and my 2010 3.2 liter was not, end of discussion. I have had 3 Audi's and was totally turned off by this experience and attitude, in general.. In fact, when I told them they're lack of willingness to work with me probably lost them a customer, there seemed to be very little concern. Being a business owner myself, I was, needless to say, less than impressed with my experience, once I left the service dept. .

We went out looking for a replacement for a ten year old Toyota Avalon, although the car runsperfectly and didn't need replacement in the near future. We visited five dealershipsnear us looking for larger, comfortable sedans. Our experiences ranged from good, down to beingdiscouraged from attempting to park at the dealer.We visited Audi of Nashua not really expecting to buy an Audi as it seemed to be in a higher priceband than we thought we were willing to pay. We met with James, who was infinitely patient withour indecision. Since we were in window shopping mode, we left that evening, thoroughly enjoyingthe car we had driven but still not prepared to make a decision. James applied no pressure.My wife spent a lot of time that evening looking at various Internet ads for used and new Audis tosee where the market was, even inquiring after a dealer listing three states away. The pricing The following day, after an indifferent call to a different dealer, followed by the bizarre experience ofnot being able to find a parking spot at a dealer, although a salesman had just consumed the lasttwo spots by parking between them, we decided to return to Audi of Nashua to try driving the A4,whose price point seemed right. A very sweet car, but not the size we were looking for.Shifting to looking a CPO cars, James showed us a fully loaded low mileage 2013 A6 at a very reasonable price.We had largely sold ourselves after playing with this model, although my wife's eye roved to a usedA7. So we played with that for a while, but after discussions between James and us we decided thatthe A6 would be a better fit long term. After again spending a lot of time, we said we had to sleep on it,and again said goodnight without any pressure tactics.On the third day, we showed up with the certified check and drove the car home. Throughout theexperience, the staff was friendly yet restrained, confident that they had a good product but willingto let us sell it to ourselves. To us, that makes for a relaxed and enjoyable experience even as weagonized about spending money.

Initially I came in to take a look at the car but after dealing with Kathleen and her boss Ryan I was so amazed with the welcome, the knowledge, the patience, the service, the follow up, the fun conversation I experienced. I didn't feel pressured or anything like that at all. I made up my mind to buy the car from them. The team at Audi of Nashua has worked with me and my husband for the past several weeks to turn around an error made on both ours and their part when purchasing a car a few months ago. They were able to find the right vehicle for us and then gave us the most thorough and user friendly introduction to the many features of the new car. Finally, they worked with us to assure the right warranty for the number of miles we drive, which ultimately saved us money as well. We brought our Audi to a local mechanic who diagnosed it with a large mechanical failure. He recommended contacting Audi of Nashua for their expertise. The dealership is located over an hour from our home but turned out to be well worth the trip. The level of service, knowledge and professionalism was unsurpassed. Given the extent of the repair it was complete in a timely manner and the cost very reasonable. We will be back to Audi of Nashua for all future service needs. If you live in NH and own an Audi this is where you should be going!

I bought a new Audi A6 in December 2012 and absolutely love the car. I wanted to let everyone know that this dealership was great. I worked with Shane and he was awesome. Shane is very polite and very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing everything about Audi. It was a great pleasure working with him.I just brought my car in for a quick visit today and quite a few salesmen (Shane, Ian, and Jesse) asked me what was wrong and they were all helping me out with my small problem. They all went above and beyond in order to make me happy. I have been reading other reviews and cannot explain why most are negative. I have had great experience with Audi of Nashua and will continue to return for service and purchasing another Audi for my wife.

I had a terrible, terrible experience with the entire team from top to bottom at this lousy dealership. I had contacted the sales staff there over the phone, asking if they would be willing to match or do better on a price than I had in hand. I live in Boston and Nashua is a little over an hour away. There was a slight difference in the options packages, a total of a $350 difference. I was assured that it was worth a trip up there to buy a new car and that we could discuss the price. Upon arriving the lady, Paula, I had spoken to on the phone, promptly dumped us on another salesperson Jesse ?, whose last name eludes me for a test drive. Upon finishing the test drive we sat down with Jesse and he indicated that I had already negotiated a number that was significantly higher than I had been led to believe over the phone. He stated that it was as low as he was going to go. Not wanting to have completely wasted an afternoon, I asked him to take a slightly lower offer to his sales manger, whose name I did not get. Basically we were $100 and a set of floor mats away from me putting the car on my credit card and being done with it. Instead, Jesse comes back to me and says that his General Sales Manager refused and I quote "You don't even want to know what my Manager said, I can't even repeat it." I am not accustomed to being insulted through intermediaries and told Jesse that I found that pretty damn irritating. Where I am from men talk to each other directly when they have anything in particular to say, especially if it is insulting. But that is not how business is done in that corner of New Hampshire. I was so angry with the insulting tenor of the conversation, a curious tactic for a business trying to sell luxury cars, that I left having felt like I was the attempted victim of a bait and switch and an incredibly arrogant Sales Manager and or incompetent salesperson, Jesse. Way to close the deal! On my drive back to Boston, the other incompetent salesperson, Paula, called me back and attempted to explain herself. Nothing came of that conversation at all. Why she wasn't present to shepherd the deal that she had initiated at any point while I was actually at the dealership is simply beyond me? The level of weaseling and nonsense involved in this encounter left a terrible taste in my mouth. If I didn't enjoy my current A6 as much as I do, I would simply have been done with Audi for good and made sure to tell every single person I know about what a ridiculous operation they run. However, a terrific salesperson from another dealership here in Massachusetts called me the following morning and made me a great offer on a new A4 which I happily accepted. Ultimately a happy ending with Audi in general, but no thanks to the Three Stooges at Audi Nashua, good riddance.

I went in to lease an Audi A5 Cabriolet. I knew what I wanted and already did 99% of my own legwork. They only had 1 and it was in the showroom. I was asked what my budget was and I told them that I was not ready to divulge that information, I just wanted straight up lease pricing on the MSRP of the vehicle. Easy enough, no haggling. I realized after I said that, the sales woman wrote me off. I saw a lease incentive on their website on the exact car I went in saying I wanted to lease, that they never mentioned. I sent a request to test drive through their website, after 24 hours of silence I called to set up a test drive. I was told that if the numbers given to me didn't fit my budget, they didn't want to take it out of the showroom. WOW! Again, back to budget. (Which I neither confirmed or denied that it did not fit in my budget at this point)She told me she'd see if she could get it out of the showroom that evening for me to test drive it and she would call me back to confirm. She called me back to inform me that the only A5 they had they trader that day to another dealership and they would not get anymore in. I told her I'd pursue another Audi dealership at that point. FYI to Audi. I make PLENTY of MONEY and have PERFECT CREDIT. Your loss.

We went to the dealership with the intent of purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned car that we had discussed with Paula Brait. After the test drive, we shifted gears and decide to test drive a S4 as well. Mike Rindo, our sales specialist did not push us towards either purchase and gave us enough room to make our decision. In spite of being an avid car fan, Mike pointed out features that I was not completely aware of.Anthony worked with us to finalize the deal. The financing manager, Eric, was a pleasure to work with. He did not push any sales packages and was very efficient with the paperwork. In all, it took me about 15 minutes to purchase the car. While I waited for out of state registration, they setup an area for me to conduct business through the day.I highly recommend the dealership and would love go back and buy another car in future.

Bought my car 2 years ago from Eric Lebrun in sales and finance manager Eric Kneidel. Eric Kneidel recently got involved in helping me with a service issue from an out of state Audi dealer. That said he helped fix the problem and this dealership has earned my trust and future business as a result. It is two years later and I am out of state over 6 hours away and they still are providing over and above customer service. I will purchase my next car with Audi of Nashua even though another highly rated Audi dealer is 10 miles away. You cannot beat the staff and prompt response on any issues that happen with any car purchase. I have never posted a written review before but the service has been so great and because of the trust that has been built this is the least I can do for them in telling those considering buying at this dealership to use this as an example of not only will they stand by you on the initial sale which is important the real difference is whether they will stand by you when and if something arrises 1 or 2 years down the road. I was told at my initial purchase and now believe Audi of Nashua will stand by you for the life of your ownership so that you can enjoy the car with the relief that Audi of Nashua will do what they can to make things right when things can go wrong and get you back to enjoying your car. My recent purchase was one of my best auto buying experiences ever. Over the past six months I did a large amount of research and spoke with many Audi enthusiasts to determine what I was looking for in an Audi. I was blown away by the level of knowledge that my salesman Wayne Smiley possessed on Audi's. Wayne was able to fill in lots of information on Audi's that I could not find myself. He took a great amount of time explaining the various options available in the Audi A4 models after asking me why I was looking at Audi's and how I planned to use the car (my expectations). Wayne had me test drive various A4's with different option packages until we found what truely excited me. From there the negotiations were hassle free and fast. I received a very good deal based on my research. I am very pleased with my purchase as the car fits me and I did not have to settle for less than I was expecting or desired for options on the vehicle. Wayne went over my car's features in detail during the sales process and again during the delivery of my vehicle. I have a complete understanding of what I have purchased and how to use all the many features. Wayne truely knows Audi's and their history if you are someone that really wants to hear what these cars can do and how Audi has continously improved their product year after year. I am looking forward to my relationship with Audi of Nashua for years to come.

We have been purchasing vehicles for over 45 years. This was our first purchase at Nashua Audi. They are unquestionably the most professional, friendly,no-pressure, easiest to deal with dealership that we have ever encountered. Our salesman was Shane Weinberg. We originally contacted him by phone, based on a recommendation from a neighbor, indicating that we were interested in purchasing an Audi certified, previously owned A6. Several weeks later Shane called us about a low mileage A6 in extrordinary condition. We made an appointment with him to see the car. He was waiting at the door for us upon our arrival. Shane and the entire staff at the dealership, including sales manager Nick Dota, were extremely thorough in explaining the vehicle and answering all our questions. Price negiotations were straight forward and took less than 30 minutes. When we picked up the vehicle several days later Shane spent over an hour with us going over vehicle details and introduced us to staff in the service department. Dealing with Shane and Nashua Audi was a real pleasant experience.

I had a very dissatisfying experience with this dealership. The people at this dealership appear to be incompetent and are not concerned about the customers experience and really did nothing to make up for my horrible experience.I gave this dealership a $1,000 deposit on 10/21/2011 to secure a Q5 for me and on 11/13/2011 they told me they could not find me a car and were willing to give me my money back. When we provided our deposit we were told they were going to re-configure one of their cars to the specifications we required. On November 4th 2011, the dealership informed us that they had modified the car incorrectly and not to our specifications, apparently an error by someone who has since left the dealership. They told us they would search for another car with the specifications we requested. They found one but it had additional options which they expected us to pay for, after some negotiation they agreed to cover the additional cost. They confirmed we were guaranteed to get this car, we asked numerous times to be sure. We visited the dealership on the 7th to get our car appraised for trade in and confirmed yet again that we were definitely going to get the car that was supposed to be coming in the week of Nov 21st. Then on Nov 12th a week before the care was due to arrive, they called us and informed us the other dealership had sold the car.I can only assume they were lying to us when they told us the car was definitely ours or the other dealership was lying to them. At that point we inquired as to whether they could guarantee our trade in value if another car was not going to be available for 2 more months since our car was depreciating each month when if we had gone to a competent dealership we could have had a car by Dec instead of Feb. The General Manager of sales informed me there was nothing else they could do for us and would be happy to refund our money. They didn't even try to suggest any alternative options or other Q5 configurations.This dealership was holding my money for a month with the agreement they would deliver a car to me in Dec and now I have wasted time and will have to wait an additional 2 months before I can get a car at another dealership during which time my car will continue to depreciate so I will financially lose out due to the incompetence of this dealership. I am extremely upset and disappointed in my experience with this dealership and I would not recommend them or advise anyone to work with them. I will certainly never do business with them again.

From my first contact with Audi of Nashua through email, everyone I was in contact with was professional and knowledgeable. I was interested in an Audi A5 Convertible and went in for a test drive arranged through Paula. When we arrived for the test drive, we were greeted by Drew and Shane. After test driving it, I knew this was the model I wanted. After some research and negotiations, I worked with Shane and Nick to come up with a price that we both would be satisfied with. I was able to get the extended warranty and Audi Care that other dealerships were unable to offer (for whatever reason). It was a win /win. Shane couldn't have made things easier. He is very easy to work with and prompt with getting answers to my questions. I usually keep my cars for 10+ years and hope I am as happy then as I am right now with my new Audi. I highly recommend Audi of Nashua to anyone who is looking for a dealership that appreciates your business and has a professional/knowledgeable staff.

I had an excellent experience with Audi of Nashua. I have bought roughly 10 cars through other dealers so far, and this experience was up there with the best, if not the best. Shane, my salesman was excellent from start to finish. He came in on his day off to deliver and explain the vehicle, and after hours, when Shane could not be there, both Nick and James treated me like I was their own customer. Great environment. I really trusted them and when we negotiated to points they couldn't afford to meet, I believed them completely and everyone is very happy. While taking delivery, I had mentioned where I was going for lunch, a restaurant a good few miles away, and 10 minutes after I ordered, Shane drives up with the garage remote I had left in my trade car. He certainly didn't have to do that, and it was greatly appreciated.

I'm a three time buyer of certified pre-owned Audis at this dealerdhip. They send out a letter inviting their "special" customers to a big sales event recently. Among other things the letter promised special financing, discounts on inventory, and high amounts for trade ins. I checked their certified pre-owned vehicles earlier on line and there were NO discounts given on their vechicles at the sales event. Ended up trying to be sold a new car as either or purchase or lease and was given a low ball offer on my trade, a late model Audi bought at their dealership. So much for rewarding a good customer for showing up at their "sale" event. Said no thanks to their offer and went across town to a dealership that showed the minute I drove in the yard they wanted my business. The folks at Sunnyside Acura are a great role model for how Audi of Nashua should treat any customer, especially a loyal existing one. The sales people including managers were too busy watching the Bruins game to be bothered with customers. Never again Audi of Nashua.

Audi of Nashua has the best staff which makes service become a pleasure and not a burden. Mark Desjardins, my usuual service adviser, is always available and is extremely efficent. His personality is comforting along with always has a smile. His follow-up is superb. There are 2 other dealerships options available to me that are closer to my home, but they just don't compare to the level of service, execution and professionalism that I receive at this dealership. I bought my first Audi in 1998 from Ira Audi in Danvers. Service was horrible and I discovered Audi of Nashua a few years later. Since then, I have purchased 4 Audi's from this Audi of Nashua and will continue to do so. I have also converted 3 friends to become Audi owners as well.

I would say that sums it up!Phil,I know in the service world, particularly in the world of automobile sales and service, it is extremely difficult to keep people satisfied at times. I worked for a dealership out West for a while and experienced these situations first hand.I must admit I was a bit embarrassed to drive my 99 A4 Avant onto the lot. My wife and I bought the car as her winter transport and in the last 6 months we have spent approximately $6k at various independent shops in Massachusetts. I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated by your Service Advisors. Eric greeted me immediately and although my appointment date had been mixed up, was able to get the car in immediately. He showed me where the coffee and work stations were and it was nice to be in a place with ample room for all of the customers.Shortly after getting the car on the rack, Danielle called to tell me there were other issues that would need to be sorted out, and parts would not be available until the following week. She set me up with a loaner car and I was on my way. Throughout the time my car was at your location, Danielle would frequently update me on the progress, and unfortunately the new problems that cropped up. She was very helpful and supportive knowing the amount of money I had already sunken into the car. She even brought me out to the shop, so the tech could explain exactly where the problems were and what needed to be done.The bottom line is, I am extremely pleased with how I was treated by your staff. The dealership was clean and the shop was clean as well. I called the night before to see what they would give me for my trade. I told them what I needed to get and they agreed they could do it. I went in the next morning and was treated very well, no games, they gave me the price they quoted for trade and the car I was buying and I was in and out. Mike and Nick were very professional and Paula was very pleasent on the phone setting the whole deal up. Overall a great experience. I will be buying my wife's car there in the fall, no questions asked.

I had a 2008 Audi A4 and was looking to upgrade to the 2011 model. Shane Weinberg (client advisory) did a great job helping me out on the 2008 A4, so naturally I gave him a call. When I came to the dealership he was very responsive and right away was able to give me some options for replacement. He had Nick Dota (general sales manager) run some numbers immediately which was very helpful. Nick and Shane both gave me their advise. I went home with the numbers and returned the following day - refined the numbers and drove off with a new car. They took care of the old car and made registration/insurance/paperwork on the new car very painless. I would recommend Shane to anyone looking to purchase or lease an Audi. He is prompt and will help you find a deal to your liking without any hassling.

I found the experience completely stress free, as they were easy to work with and able to come up with a deal that met our requirements. This is my first Audi, the A4 Cabriolet Convertible and I can already tell you after 2 weeks it won't be my last. The dealership is first class! Wayne my Sales Consultant and Nick the General Sales Mgr did everything possible to make my experience pleasant and answer all my questions. Being a first time Audi buyer I had lots of questions. I am a repeat customer - 5 Audi vehicles in all - and one of the reasons is the quality of the brand and the service life of the autos. The model and options that I wanted were not readily available, but Audi of Nashua went out of their way to find the vehicle for me. The service department has been nothing but great for all of the years they have been in Nashua. This is our fourth Audi purchase. By far the best customer service I've had at any dealership. I spoke with Heather on the phone Saturday mid afternoon, by Saturday evening I had rough numbers from her. I was invited to come over from Vermont on Sunday. I was told to ask for Nick (the Manger). I arrived Sunday with a couple cars in mind. Nick introduced me to Jamie (the Q7 specialist) who quickly helped me narrow my options to 1 specific car. I already had and payment range in mind. I told Jamie what it was and we worked it out. Nick did my trade-in assessment and his number was within $500 of what I had worked it out to be. I got an honest fair trade on my Suburban, and honest and fair sale price for a 2007 Q7 Premium. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Audi of Nashua. What's even better... My wife loves her CPO Audi Q7. She calls it her "Dream Car."

The closest Pre-Certified Audi that met my requirements was Audi of Nashua, 345 miles away. I was contacted within 24-hrs from my initial online request by Heather. Heather provided me all the information I needed to make my purchasing decision. She was responsive, fair in the negotiations and always accesible. Heather arranged for me to be picked up at the airport. At the dealership I met with Eric from the finance team. Eric was thorough and expedient with the paper work. I found a Hummer H2 on Auto trader, and I had a trade. I live over 7 hours from this dealership. Ryan and I worked out the deal ahead of time. I was hesitant to make the 7 hour trip, with concerns that the vehicle may not be as described, or they wouldnt give me what we agreed upon for my trade. The Hummer H2 was as described and I had no issues with the trade. In fact, they went above and beyond, changing tires, at my request, at no charge. All I can say, I wish this dealership was located in NY, as I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had a very positive experience working with Audi of Nashua. I was working with them from halfway across the country on a particular car they had in stock. While it was still under warrantee Audi of Nashua diagnosed a serious problem with the transmission of my 2005 Audi A6. They were able to secure a replacement transmission from Germany and installed it, along with a new radiator. Its been running well ever since. They also provided a loaner vehicle for the weeks it took to obtain the new transmission.The above is, itself, enough to justify this entry. However, I wanted to single out Derek Couture. From the original service event through several subsequent ones, Mr. Couture was courteous and competent, and provided an extraordinarily high level of customer service. Further, Mr. Couture and your dealership really extended themselves to accommodate my schedule and to compensate for the long repair time. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and its Service Department to other customers.

The experience at Nashua Audi was fantastic. My initial contact was via e-mail from Edmunds.com. Heather was very repsonsive to my needs and blew the competition away. She was willing to answer my questions and work with me via e-mail and the phone. Other Audi dealers that responded were not as willing and kept insisting I needed to come in to talk details. That was not convenient for me. Once Heather knew what I wanted, the staff went out of their way to find the exact car I wanted, gave me an excellent price, and had the car at the dealr insode of a week. Once we arrived at the dealer, the paperwork with kelly went very fast and we were only there an hour or two. The car was prepped and ready to go when we arrived.I hope every future car buying experinece is as good as it was at Nashua Audi.

Finding a 2009 Audi S5 was a very tough process. The car is rare, and finding your color combination is very difficult. After searching within 500 miles of my, home I found ONE car to my exact specification and it was at Audi of Nashua. From the moment I called, I felt their professional service and attentiveness to respond to my needs. The salesperson that I dealt with was named Heather and treated me like I was already sitting next to her, even though I was 300 miles away.Between her expertise on the car, Kelley's ability to find me the lowest interest rates possible and Shane's willingness to drive the car to Providence Airport (An hour and forty-five minutes away), I flew to pick up the car and had my "dream" S5 in my home 4 days later.It was a great experience, and I recommend this dealer to everyone. My S5 and I will live happily ever after!Thank you all!

My girlfriend and I found an Audi we liked on cars.com from this dealership. From the moment we walked in the door the experience was professional but pleasant and relaxing.Wayne, our salesman was friendly and helpful and even urged us to take a drive even though we were in the midst of a snowstorm. I appreciated that kind of confidence in their product. Wayne was obviously very knowledgeable about the product and took time to go over all the features of the car.After we settled on the car we worked with Chris Taillon the sales manager to negotiate our trades and finalize the sale. Again, in a situation that is typically stressful Chris was friendly and low key which made the process easy. We had to wait a couple days to pick up the car and in the meantime Chris was very responsive to the (numerous) emails I sent him.We picked up the car and ran through the financing paperwork with Kelly. She was fast and efficient and clearly knew her job. At this point all anyone wants to do is sign on the dotted line and go for a drive. Thankfully Kelly was prepared and got us in and out in no time.After a final quick overview of the car from Wayne we were on our way with a full tank of gas and freshly washed car. Based on what I've experienced in the sales dept I'm looking forward to working with the service dept - I have to assume they are equally as impressive. I'll definitely be back to Audi of Nashua for future purchases and I'd happily recommend them to my friends.

I've owned several vehicles through this dealership. I find the sales and service atmosphere to be consistantly professional and the sales and service staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic to my situation.I've referred the P/A of Nashua to my friends for both sales and service and the feedback to me personally has always been positive.One sometimes winces at the costs of the parts, but that's Audi and would be true at any dealer. Although these folks have seened more than fare with what's covered under warranty and what's not.I've owned Acura's/BMW's/Caddilacs and two Audi's. My current A-6 (4.2L) is the finest car I've ever owned.dave Nesbitt

Saw ad for 2007 Audi S6 on Autotrader.com. Called the dealership and was greeted on the telephone by Heather Templehof, the dealer's Director of Business Development. Notwithstanding the fact that Heather is not a sales(wo)man, I proceeded to put Heather through her paces: asking her to e-mail me photos, compile and send me maintenance records, sending her out to take and e-mail more photos, and discussing (not haggling) over price of the vehicle. All this was done while I was in Maryland and Heather was enjoying the tropical savannah that is Nashua, New Hampshire in February. Heather very accurately represented the condition of the vehicle, the maintenence and sales history of the vehicle, and otherwise answered every other question I had about the vehicle in a very clear, forthright manner. All aspects of the deal were handled remotely, including the dealership's ability to secure very impressive (read low) financing for me. I was prepared to buy the vehicle sight unseen, but made the trip up North when a trial settled. Heather arranged for someone to meet me at Logan Airport and drive me 45 minutes to the dealership. Once there, I quickly and easily confirmed EVERYTHING Heather had told me, took the car for a brief test drive, signed the financing paperwork and was on the road back to Maryland within 45 minutes of arriving at the dealership.Heather and Audi of Nashua will cause you to completely re-evaluate your impression of the car buying experience. No games. No slight of hand. No tactics (well hardly any and being a lawyer, they were not going to work on me anyway). Just a straight forward, very pleasant car buying experience with a very hard working, conscientious, and responsible person. Heather made the flight up to Bahston and the wicked fast (New England term) 466 mile trip home in the S6 well worth it. Actually, she had nothing to do with the great fun driving home, but since this review is all about her, just go with it.Overall, the car is a 10; the buying experience was a 10; and Heather is definitely a 10, at the very least, as relates to her integrity and professionalism.

From the sales representative, the receptionists, the service advisor right through to the mechanic who works on my car, everyone I have dealt with in between this dealership consistently exhibits a very high level of customer service. At a time when the car I purchased (Audi R8) was attracting significant "premiums" over MSRP, this dealership honored the MSRP when others were not.The quality of workmanship on the few repairs I have required has been irreproachable. It is always an enjoyable experience to visit the dealership. I have been particularly impressed with the regular follow up from the sales representative and the rapidity with which any of my concerns have been addressed.

The service I received last week was very good. My vehicle received some software updates and was completed promptly. Derek assisted me and to be honest, out of all the reps you have he has been the best. Personable, professional and knowledgeable of your services. I've leased 3 Audi's and am coming up on another opportunity to stay with Audi. It was Audi that won me over years ago when I compared BMW and Audi and what they could provide me. This was a great car buying experience. The car is in excellent condition, everything the sales rep. promised that it would be. I flew across the country, purchased the Audi TT and drove it 3,250 miles home. The car was a dream to drive, no problems, no issues, nothing! It was a 100% good experience. This is a terrific dealership. I purchased my '06 CPO A4 in late 2006, where the sales person I feel truly directed me towards making the best choice based on my needs, at the best value. Service visits since then have always been smooth and painless, where quality and customer service are evident with everyone you deal with. For example, even the van driver for the complimentary transportation back and forth to my office is courteous, friendly, and professional. My 1st stop for my next car puchase will most certainly be Audi of Nashua.

I owned two Audis and just needed to replace one of them. Although I loved my Audis, and really liked the new models of Audis, I specifically chose not to buy an Audi because of all the hassles I had with the maintenance of the cars. Years ago, this dealership was based out of Lawrence Mass and it was wonderful to deal with. Then it was bought by a new group and moved to Nashua and since then the quality of the work has been totally awful. They can't get things right, they can't get things done on time, and they break things and won't admit it and expect the owners to pay for it. I know other Audi owners who travel 40-50 miles to get their Porsches and Audis serviced elsewhere, driving right by this dealership on the way there.

My family and I have dealt with Audi of Nashua on many occasions and have all had the same experience, they like to lie and charge you an arm and a leg for something that probably was their fault in the first place. The management is horrible and the likelyhood of getting a good deal is minimal... I am on my second audi and I love the car but after dealing with this place I am about to sign papers on a BMW just because of the hassle. I purchased a vehicle from them in October, in april my trasmission gave out, they said that is too bad but we arent gunna do jack for you. I had to shell out 6 grand to fix the thing. They serviced a relatives car for a regular check up, and instead of using the oil that was left in the car they used their own oil(which was not sinthetic) in a car that had only run sinthetic for the first 45k... On top of that, if you have a problem with a vehicle, you had better expect to leave it there for at least a week because they normally need three tries to fix anything. If you are looking for an audi I would recomend either traveling to the lakes region, or to mass to buy/service your vehicle because all your going to get here is a headache... Audi of America should really look into dealers like this one because this place gives audi a bad name... If for any reason you arent confident in what has been said, please ask around the nashua area, most people can tell you what kind of a place this is because most people will not go there.

I bought my certified preowned Audi TT from this dealership and the experience has ALWAYS been EXCELLENT. From the point of sale (See Tom!) to service they have treated me wonderfully. I had my first service experience last week at another Audi dealership (I was ouy of state) and the experience was miserable. I paid to have my car towed to Nashua where I knew I would receive honest and dependable service and as usual I did. I can't imagine receiving better service anywhere regardless of make.
