I usually take my car to Audi Rochester Hills. because for some reason the prices for the same service that are performed at Audi Farmington are cheaper than quoted by Farmingtons location . At any rate with my busy schedule I reluctantly took my car into the Farmington location because I was pressed for time ... Dealership tend to always make you feel uneasy any way with the extras ( oh you're gonna need this , oh & did I mention , & by the way we found ) just change my oil / filter and charge me a fortune so I can leave and wonder how I'm going to feed the family tonight .. Furthermore this dealership took it to another I know it doesn't take 2hrs for a conventional oil change , cause they got my car back there and putting their heads together as to what kind of lie or trumped up charge they gonna come up with . Never the less my advisor comes from the back and says you have a massive oil leak . When I went to the bay to check it out it appeared as if someone simply poored oil on the floor .. Moreover I wanted to be sure cause I was completely taken a back by their actions, so I took it to Rochester hills no leak detected , parked it in my garage and still no oil on my floor .. Beware , stay away , and don't even waste your time with this dealership .. Times are too hard for dealerships like this one to be taking advantage of people ....

Purchased my two Audi cars rom this dealership at the same time in 2015. Sales process (everything by email and phone) went really easy. But the delivery process was "weird". The sales representative delivering the car was not really interested in his work (checking his cell phone all the time and just answering our questions about the car). But the worst part was the F&I manager: trying to push all coverages, in really bad mood and far from being nice. Considering the price given and friendliness of the Internet sales representative, I could think about purchasing from them again. But, as it is my second Audi dealer so-so experience, I am probably sticking to other brands.

This was my first time buying a car all on my own, I had my eye on a preowned Audi S4 but to my dismay I watched it roll off of the lot just as I was going to check it out. Mike Dalessandro is honestly the most fantastic man to date! I already knew going into the dealership that the Audi Q3 was the one for me (I mean who wouldn't love that car?) But, Mike encouraged me to go out and try out other cars to make sure I was making the right choice. His demeanor and attitude towards my father and me was unmatchable and I appreciated his honesty and straight forward approach to leasing options and different opportunities to save some money. I stopped into Audi of Farmington Hills to inquire about trading in my 2011 A4 for a 2016 lease. Not only was Kailee knowledgeable about her inventory, she was laid back. She is the first car salesperson that I have dealt with that wasn't pushy. She was relaxed and listened to my needs and wants. She helped me pick a vehicle and lease that fit my budget and fulfilled my criteria. She didn't pull the "I gotta go talk to manager" card. Instead she said, "I'm going to check with my manager to make sure we are taking advantage of all of the rebates you are entitled." She also said, "be right back. Let me see if there is a little more wiggle room with your trade in". She was completely transparent with the entire process and did not use the standard high pressure sales techniques. The service at the Farmington location is so much better than Birmingham don't go to Birmingham they are rude & definitely will rip you off. Quoting high prices on services. Stating that it would cost over $300 for a inspection Farmington mail out coupons for service Brian was awesome. The service was excellent & fast they even washed my vehicle. Unlike Birmingham who doesn't even offer you a water while you wait. Or even make sure there's a place for you to sit Farmington is the best location for any Audi service u need.

On the 27th of February I had service done on my 2011 Audi Q5 which had 122k miles and Suburban Audi has done all the service which has always been superior at all times by the way. While I was waiting for service to be done I talked with Slava Kosurkin about my dream to lease a new 2016 Q5 that had the 3.0 and a towing package for my boat. Not only did Slava find a beautiful shiny gray and black Q5 to fit my needs, but she test drove my 2011 Q5 and came back to tell me that it was the cleanest and best maintained and running 2011 that they'd seen and they wanted to buy it from me and help me get into my dream Audi that day. It didn't take me long to say goodbye to my trusted ride of 5 years and to fall in love and make all the arrangements to drive home in just a few hours in my shiny new 2016 Q5. Slava and the General Manager Che were fabulously attentive to my needs, listened and found a way to make it a win-win day for all of us. Initially I took the car to Suburban Farmington Hills Audi and met Brian Strolk, a Service Consultant, as per his advice the oil in the car was topped off at the dealership without any repair work, just to reconfirm the oil consumption issue. Since the problem persisted, I dropped the car at Suburban Farmington Hills Audi dealership for resolving the oil consumption issue. Audi dealership first agreed to repair the car under the oil consumption warranty program and kept the car in the shop for two days but to my surprise, the car was not repaired and I was told that dealership cannot proceed with oil consumption issue prior to correcting the fault and leak from main seal. Dealership claimed that they have opened the plastic covering underneath the engine and they have seen leakage stains on the pan cover. Later on, during inspection of pan cover in our presence showed no sign of any oil stain on the pan cover. We were shocked to learn about false information given to us by the dealership. Instead of resolving under warranty oil consumption issue, Audi dealership gave us estimated 10 hours repair work cost of $2,200 for replacement of rear main seal. When we denied repair work, Suburban Farmington Hill Audi charged us $152.99 for diagnostic charge for doing nothing but to keep the car for 2 full business days in the workshop without verifying the oil leakage symptoms on cover of plastic covering pan which is located underneath the engine. Because when we asked him to show us the oil leakage, he lifted the car up and removed the pan that showed no sign of any oil drop or leakage. Visually plastic cover did not show any oil stain; the rear engine main seal did not show any apparent oil leakage or stains. As layman, we were not convinced with any theory of oil leakage so we visited a reliable and experienced automobile mechanic who also confirmed no oil leakage. Local private mechanic kept the car running for half an hour just to see if any oil leakage is present. Mechanic removed the cover pan for inspection of rear main engine seal leakage in our presence, we found dry masking tape and several dry leafs proving the plastic covering was not even removed by Suburban Farmington Hills Audi. Had Suburban Farmington Hills Audi removed the plastic covering during prior inspection, those leaves and dry masking tape would have not been present when they remove the pan cover at the time of so called dealership inspection/diagnostics. Even though they have not opened the pan cover, they charged us $152.99 for diagnostic inspection. I want to make specific mention that our experienced with Suburban Farmington Hills Audi was horrible. The dealership was not customer friendly. The service manager, Idris Sherrod was very rude and he insulted and humiliated us when we asked for more details about the oil leakage. When we asked him to show us the oil leakage, he lifted the car up and removed the plastic cover plate for inspection. We noticed that plastic cover was completely dry showing no oil leakage or oil stain. That proved that he was lying before when he told us that dealership found oil stains on the plastic cover. Since he proved himself wrong, he became angry, started yelling to us and loudly told us to get out of the premises. He took the car off the ramp and insulted us. He also humiliated us and told us not to come back for any sort of repair work. His totally unprofessional behavior was shocking and disgusting. We never expected such a bad treatment from well-known and reputed Audi company. Suburban Farmington Hills Audi service center engaged in shameful practices toward customers and Service Manager, Idris Sherrod was so vicious he exclaimed with rage by telling us to get out of my shop and dont come back here. The service manager arrogantly insulted us. I never in my life had seen such apathy from a company towards a customer. I am being defrauded and I want some resolution in this matter.

After I left the dealer same problem came back on my car while he make spend $2300 ..I reach Audi of North America to follow a complain and he totally lie .. Just purchased my second Audi Q5 from Suburban Audi of Farmington Hills. The buying experience was extremely professional without the stereotypical high-pressure sales tactics. I scheduled 5000 mile service for my brand new car. They did tire rotation too. They did not bother to check the tire pressure. The font tires had more pressure than back.they Attempt to clean the inside of the car after the exterior was washed. I got sand allover front seats, cup holders and dash board. They seat in the car with dirty boots. The plastic caver on the door is full of rusty oil dirt from their work boots. When I break on the hway my car is breaking very bad. On my previous car they change a bulb on the back and they scratches the right side of the car. They did maintenance and scratch the car with the belt. They worked on the right windows and everything was put up side down. The wind was coming in like when to window was open. Servicing your car there was bad now is way worse than before.

Based on my work schedule, its very hard for me to schedule service work too far in advance. I needed an oil change and had a bit of time in the afternoon that day to try and get my car in and get it done. The service advisor I spoke with on the phone told me to drive right in anytime I wanted and they would take care of it right away. Sure enough, I drove in, was promptly greeted, and drove off in about 40 minutes. Gotta love it.

I drove an hour to Farmington Hills Audi to get a simple service code check. Pulled into the bay and got no tech to greet me. Walked through the service dept and got no attention so I walked to the front sales area where absolutely no one acknowledged me. Got the attention of one salesperson who walked me to the service dept where the service dept manager met me and offered no help other than to suggest setting up an appointment. Didn't offer to read the code or even ask what the issue was. This was the worst experience I have ever had from a "high end" dealership. These guys are a joke.

When my 2011 Audi A5 lease was ending, Barron made sure that I understood my options for lease termination, including buy-outs and new vehicles. Not only was he diligent in following up with phone calls and emails on a new vehicle, he was also very responsive when it came to discussing trading in my previous vehicle. This is the second car that I have purchased from Suburban Audi and the fifth between my close family.Barron went above and beyond to accommodate my travel schedule, payment requirements and necessary options for my vehicle. When called by other dealers on my trade-in, there was no question that I was going to see Barron first. As I suspected, it was the only stop I needed to make!

Best Service in the Industry! Helpful - provided loaner car immediately and brought it to the house so we were not inconvenienced, cleaned vehicle inside and out. Friendly, helpful and competent; something very rarer in this day and age. We love our Audi, but we love and respect our service technician and his dealership even more. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Audi Farmington Hills is the finest Porsche/Audi dealership I have ever been in contact with. To be sure, it's a business but it's all of their people that make them a pleasure to do business with. Idris Sherrod is the Service Manager there who consistently exceeds my expectations. I recently took my 2014 Audi S4 (I also get a 2013 A4 serviced here) in for an unusual repair and was treated with nothing but respect and understanding. He clearly has many years of experience with Audi and is thoroughly knowledgeable, precise and careful in all that he does. I just cannot imagine taking my vehicle elsewhere. They are the best!

I was in a couple of weeks ago to explore pricing/performance of an Audi A6 and wanted to express my delight with your dealership. Especially Scott T he went out of his way to make sure my visit was a great one! Though it was busy when I got there it felt like I was the only customer there. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and provided me with world class customer service. Even though I did not make a purchase I would never even think of visiting another dealership when considering an Audi as long Scott is there. Couldn't get my issue fixed. They guarantee their service for a year, but tell you the issue is caused by something else when you go back and charge you again. I finally went someplace else and was taken care of. I can't trust them so I'll go to another Audi dealer from now on.

I have been receiving multiple calls from this dealership about my current Audi, a 2006 A6. They were asking me to come in to get the car appraised and maybe look at a newer one. I said I'm not really interested but they kept pressing by saying they can give me a great deal and that they need used vehicles, blah blah.So I have an appointment and when I get there nobody knows who called me. Then they figure out their procedures and Mr. (if i may say so) Robert Cornwell takes my car for a spin around the parking lot and offers me HALF of the car's blue book value because there's a ding on the passenger door and it needs brake pads. I told him that for that price I'm not trading it in. After all, THEY kept calling me to bring it in. Still I was interested in a pre-owned Q7 so while I has talking to the sales person, RC comes and tells the sales person to make sure that I get added to their do-not-call list. I took that with great offense and instead of probably purchasing a 30k vehicle I walked out. I guess my money is not good in this place. This has to be the most rude and disrespectful dealer I've ever dealt with. Probably it's my mistake because I did not wear a suit and tie...It's a longer drive for me to deal with Audi of Auburn Hills but it's worth it.

I had the most amazing experience at the Audi Dealer because of Brandon Moss. He is a great salesman and is very educated at what he is doing. He wanted to do everything he could to accommodate our needs and wants. He was very attentive to us and didn't stop until we were satisfied with our purchase.He has a great sense of humor which was great since we were there for a few hours. He made our time there enjoyable (even though we were spending money). I would recommend him to everyone. We left very pleased because of him!

Brandon and the entire team at Suburban did a fantastic job with the sale process and delivering our gorgous A4. Brandon was very enthusiastic and has deep product knowledge. It's nice to shop at a dealership that wants to satisfy your needs. The team was also very patient and helpful while I asked so many questions about our finance options and answering all of my questions with various scenarios. We will definately buy another Audi from Brandon and Suburban.

This is the first Audi that I bought; as well as, my first experience with Audi. The staff were enthusiastic, polite, friendly and eager to please. They gave us a great deal on the car that we bought. I really love to car. The reason I gave my overall experience a 4 (good) wasn't because the car or the staff were lacking, but that I had to wait a pretty long time to pick up the car and because the only time I saw the car was after going over prices. So the reason I had to wait so long was because during the inspection (prior to giving the car to us), they found a problem with the brake light. It was late, but they still managed to take car of the problem. However, the warning light for the brake was still on. (Found out the next day it was just because of a loose connection.) But yeah, that took a bit of time. Then again, when you buy a car, you'd expect to be there for a long period of time. It's never a short process when you're trying to find the car you want for the best price.

SNYDER WENT BEYOND WHAT AUDI REQUIRES TO ENSURE THAT THE CAR WAS IN FACT " NEW ALL OVER AGAIN" . THE PRICING, DELIVERY PROCESS AND EXPLANATION OF ALL WORK PERFORMED WAS DONE WITH HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CONSIDERATION FOR MY TIME AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS TRULY VALUED AS A CUSTOMER.TWO YEARS AGO I ALSO PURCHASED A PRE OWNED PORSCHE FROM THIS SAME DEALERSHIP AND COMPARITIVELY SPEAKING, THE TREATMENT THEN WAS NO DIFFERENT THAN THE TREATMENT NOW, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BEING THAT MARK WINKLER HANDLES THE ASPECTS OF THAT TRANSACTION AND I CAN TRULY SAY , THAT THERE IS NOT A BETTER PORSCHE SALES CONSULTANT ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE DETROIT MARKET.

We Purchased new AUDI A7 (2012) that was delivered as new vehicle. After outside detail products added to car (window tinting)it was discovered that the passenger side of vehicle had been repainted. Never did the sales person, general manager or staffing ever disclose the damage prior to signing and delivery.The GM admitted to concealing information and took vehicle back in inventory after 1 week. Our concern being how many other new car owners has he pulled this stunt with? Why is there no policy internally to signal the new owner of damage? This damage well exceeded the reportable limit set forth by law. The GM now wants to re-order the vehicle from factory for a long two month minimal wait for car to be built. All of this after salesperson identified same vehicle in out of state location that could be traded for and satisfy replacement. This is a prime example of a quality manufacture that cannot get quality service point across to low level dealership struggling with personnel issues. No satisfaction or foundation for customer relations, bottom line only. Short sited, I would never allow my worst friend to go and shop for a vehicle at Suburban.

Refused to let me test drive Audi A4 on the grounds that I don't live in Michigan and unlikely to buy the car (I had shown them my out of state drivers licence). Very unprofessional. It seems they only allow test drive to people who are "likely" to buy their cars.
