We enjoyed dealing with all the folks at Audi-Lafayette. Everyone was very professional and knowledgable. Dealing with Audi-Lafayette while leasing a new 2016 Audi Q3 was a great experience and a pleasure. I highly recommend Audi - Lafayette and commend their professionalism.

My husband and I drove 2 hour to look at that jeep. Matt apporched as soon as we walked in, and was very polit, he immediately insisted that we test drive the jeep. I have delt with a lot of salesmen in my life time but, he is very good on working to make things happen.

We bought a used chevy tahoe after looking for a few weeks. We are glad we waited Salesman Matt Gilbile was outstanding. He kept in touch and stayed in touch throughout this process. We weren't going to go to lafayette but Matt sold us coming down and we are Glad we did. I highly recommend him and audi!

Matt from Audi Lafayette was very helpful and knowledgable in his field. He worked very hard to help us get the best possible deal that we could to purchase our Audi A4. Recently purchased a used car from the dealership. Salesman was very knowledgable of the vehicles on the lot. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the price. Although I purchased one of the oldest on the lot, they treated me as if I was buying a new car. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The dealership is state of the art. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wrote a review earlier last week about my wife bringing a car in and her screen stopped working. I was pretty upset when I received the call saying that it wasn't Audi fault and they wouldn't help. After a week long dealing with the service manger. I will say he ended up helping us out how ever he could. Lucky the warranty ended up covering it. I will return to continue my services.

Had a appt set up for oil change and service, Dropped car off 3 hours later then finished picked up car started driving home and noticed the display screen was out called service department, they said it was already like that. If that was the case how did they service the car. He also said they use the screen to check all sensors. I called back and no one will return my call.
