I chose to stay while my car was getting its 95,000 mile service. I brought a book and when up to your second level lounge, and had a quiet time reading the book.Your new facilities are outstanding! Same generous "bar" of coffee, tea, and water, and fresh cookies for a snack. But lots more room, very comfortable chairs and tables.The people who worked on the car found that the alignment suspension adjustments needed to be done. Raymond Coronel did an excellent job explaining the procedure,, how much it would cost, and making sure I was comfortable during the wait. My car was washed and waiting for me. WhenI drove it off the lot, the car drove better than ever. And I was rested.

I drove over 50 miles and passed four Audi dealerships just to go to Hoehn. Tj and ralf made it happened and they are both amazing. The customer service is wonderful and the dealership is new and state of the art. It felt right luxury to the finest. Thank you to them both. It's worth going to Hoehn I will definitely do business with them again

I bought audi A3 e-tron car in Hoehn Audi last weekend. Bonnie DeMenge is the best sale person in the world. I didn't experience this kind of services in my life. I went to Audi shop with my baby and wife. She took care of my family. We continue laughed while the processing for buying car. I already had an experience to buy bimmer 7 series in San diego area. But, I never get this kind of feeling before even my car is just A3 e-tron!!

The facility is beautiful but they need a playroom for kiddos. We didn't bring our children during the financing process, but I can see how difficult it would be having small children waiting there. I would think one misbehaved child running around the cubicles, stairs, or running the ramp/hallway upstairs with glass wall to change the owners mind! Accidents, messes, distraction?The salesman, Ralph was very friendly. He kept me informed about the status of our car and called us the day it arrived and had it detailed and ready to go within 24 hrs of being on lot. We had a situation where we needed a vehicle and our new car wasn't in yet. They loaned us the same model with a fuel tank of gas free. Our new car came 2 days later. He showed me everything about the car that I wanted to know and said I could call him or stop by anytime with questions.

I called ahead to make an appointment and my salesman was waiting for me, and greeted my when I arrived. He asked about my interests, needs, current and prior auto ownership, and he began to discuss options. We narrowed my choices to three vehicles and test drove two. I selected one and began the process to put the transaction together. It was an easy experience and I love the car, an Audi A5.

The engine light came on and service said a minor leak. Next thing I know a new gas tank is flown in from Germany. About to take car in when I had a flat. Audi sent out a tow truck and installed a new tire and new gas tank. Gave me an Audi to drive for two days. Perfect.

Hoehn Audi GM TJ and his team have engineered an outstanding first time Audi ownership experience for us. They have a very nice new dealership, polite people, and a professional approach to narrowing the selections. Omar, the loaner car manager is very dedicated to the customers, with a great attitude. He stepped away from his lunch break to fulfill my request for a better loaner car. Aaron, the service advisor also is very attentive and quickly understands what you need to get done. Nice job all around...

Never in my life have I been this frustrated with a dealership. I have been a loyal Hoehn purchaser for over 10 years. I took my Q7 into Audi Service to get the brakes done. They looked around the car to ensure there were no scratches. When i got it back, there was a large scratch and chip on the passenger side rear panel. The service person recognized it, and said they would fix it. When I brought i back in, Travis, the service manager, decided that they did not do it, despite him never being part of the incident. And despite me having no scratches marked on pre-inspection (that they did) and then a documented signature of his staff member that there was an issue when I picked it up, he refused to fix the paint portion of the issue, only that he would "buff out the other portion". He could not be more disrespectful in tone and treat me like more of a peace of garbage. I have purchased 5 cars from Hoehn and wont ever again. If they train their managers to not take responsibility for their issues or staffs issues, and take care of the customer, they do not deserve my business anymore.

Richard made my car-buying experience easy and painless! I initially came here to look at used cars, with no intention of buying. Richard greeted me and my interactions with him made me realize I could get into a new car for not much more. I had to think about it for a few days to know if I could actually afford it or not, but Richard was extremely patient and helped me locate the car I wanted. Later that week I drove off the lot in a brand-new A4 Quattro, and I'm so happy I chose Audi!

Hoehn Audi is stellar for their service! I have been going to Hoehn for 4 years and without exception they do well on all the attributes I care about: 1) quality of repair is high. They go all out to deliver. 2) they make it easy to schedule. On line or by phone, they quickly pull up my info and find a time that works 3) efficiency. When I arrive, they are ready to go and they process me and get me a loaner in no time 4) communication. I always know exactly what will happen and they are terrific in follow ups and letting me know when things are ready 5) friendliness. Everyone is extremely pleasant and customer centric 6) cleanliness. The lounge area and overall service dept are very clean. I especially like working with Amy who is really worth her weight in gold. She really knows her stuff, reviewing all repairs thoroughly. Hoehn Audi, nice job.

Pleasantly surprised at professionalism and courtesy extended to me during my visit. From the point I pulled my car up to the point I left eye contact from every member of staff (goof indication of attentive service in my opinion). Getting courtesy car was seamless and straightforward .Maybe a phone call to update me on progress wouldn't have gone amiss but other than that couldn't fault the service.

Everyone in the service department is friendly, courteous and professional, and they always take great care of my 8-year-old Audi. The location isn't terribly convenient to where I live, but it's worth the drive to take my car where I know I'll be dealt with honestly and professionally. The car always comes back in great condition and spotlessly clean. And it's a 5-minute walk to a fantastic outlet mall, so when the service is something simple, like an oil change, I just head down to the mall and do a little shopping. If I get back early, I can just sit in the service center and read, but it hasn't happened yet. :-) I once took my car to a different Audi dealer for service, and wasn't treated nearly as well (unfriendly staff), and the service coordinator tried to convince me to have unnecessary repairs done. Needless to say, I won't go there again -- I only go to Hoehn.

Started at Miramar Audi and negotiated for a few days and they were WAY over priced. Called Carlsbad, asked for best deal, and walked out that day with a car and a great deal. Easy and quick. Jeff and Dan were good and easy to work with. I would recommend and will go back.

The experience started with the staff at Hoehn Audi helping my wife and I identify the correct vehicle for our needs. Once that happened they walked us through the entire experience helping explain everything along the way. When we drove off in our new Q5 we were so happy. My salesman was Gabby Engle, he was very helpful and before he sold me the car he told me to go and do research on vehicle price, usaa discount, etc. he matched usaa discount +500, and he had to put up with me asking lots of questions over multiple days. He came to work on his off day so I could do whatever I needed. Overall best experience with a salesman. If I need another audi I will buy from him again. Dealer is small and waiting area is not as comfortable as the bmw dealer.

I have loved the TT experience. I am now in the market, but I am dragging my feet because the TT has been such a great car. I will most likely purchase at Hoehn Audi when the deal is right. I have driven Z-4's, Corvettes, and the 5 series of BMW, but keep thinking Audi has treated us too good to go anywhere else!

Hoehn Audi in Carlsbad is a definition of what customer service is and should be. This is my third Audi and 10 years later they have never dropped the ball. I always go in and leave as completely satisfied with the level of service, detail and support that I get.
