I was looking for a truck for awhile and decided to go to Arrigo Dodge. Jeff Adler came out to greet me. He is very knowledgeable and was patient with me. It had been 15 years since I bought a truck. I waited a few more weeks, went back to Arrigo and dealt with Jeff Adler again. He remembered me and what I wanted. There I found my truck! Jeff knew everything about every vehicle and when I bought the truck, taught me how to use the electronics and again, was very patient with me. Jeff is very personable and caring. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him. The entire staff was very nice. Thanks Jeff for making my purchase pleasurable!!!

While shopping for a new vehicle, I had went to few local dealerships. Arrigo in Fort Pierce by far exceeded my expectations. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and easy going. They took the stress out of buying a new car and made the overall experience very enjoyable.

Went to Arrigo in Fort Pierce to purchase a Jeep Cherokee and met with sells person Jim (LT). very friendly and courteous . We sat down and made a deal on our trade in as to an exact amount with no extra charges (no dealer fees or any unknown charges). Even told LT. that I wanted no extra warranty or anything. So we go to the finance person and here is where it got interesting. After finance person Dennis Cochrane spoke about who would be financing and interest rate on the loan it went on to all the eight options of extra warranty deals they offer. As I had already told the sales person I explained to Dennis that I wanted no extra anything. So he offered another deal that consisted of option eight the less of them all for four dollars more a month with no tire option. So I did agree to that. Now comes the time to sign papers. Papers were printed off and laid on top of each other as to only the place for a signature was seen. (this was later figured out that two extra warranties were added. Have copies of both.) Did not discover this that night. What I did discover was on line six of the loan contract the amount shown borrowed was not what was agreed upon. (I paid all license and sales tax there in cash which I received no receipt that night.) Now when seeing this amount I questioned this to him and his reply was and I quote (with all the rebates and other discounts line six of the loan should not be looked at.) This was a difference of 1,420.00 above the agreed amount. Oh have to mention that a dealer fee was attempted even after our agreement of not being charged one. With time coming close to 11:00 pm we took his word and left. The very next morning I reviewed all the paperwork and discovered what had happened. I was charged for two extra warranties and was being charged 4.00 more a month for a third one. No copy of the warranty that cost 4.00 more a month. As a matter of fact no explanation or paperwork of these were ever given. A meeting was set up with management and Dennis. Well to my surprise when I arrived for the meeting Dennis had already made a new loan out and ready to be signed. Upon leaving this dealership no explanation has ever been given as to why I was charged for items that was specifically noted I did not want. Note: I did receive a receipt for the cash money that day. As of this day an attempt to actually talk to someone in upper management about why we were charged has led to no avail.

If you're looking for an honest, straight-forward, and fair deal, look no further!! Arrigo Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Ft. Pierce is the place to go. We had already been to 2 local dealerships where our time was completely wasted and my intelligence insulted. We were NOT looking forward to another pushy, slick salesman, but from the moment we arrived at Arrigo Ft. Pierce, we were treated with nothing but respect. Our salesman, Steve Shaffer, was awesome from the start! He explained all the features of the car even before we went on a test-drive (something no other salesman had ever done before.) He was honest and up-front from the get-go. He really exceeded our expectations. Then, we met with the finance manager, Dennis Cochrane, who worked so hard to insure we got the best rates and the best deal for our family's needs. He explained everything with the utmost patience and sincerity! His expertise on finance was very apparent and impressive. He was terrific! The sales manager, Frank Barletta, even came over to shake our hand and extend a most sincere appreciation for visiting the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! My family and I are now life-long Arrigo Ft. Pierce customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car.

Jeff Adler was Great, We bought a new Charger for my wife, we were so pleased with Jeff we went back 3 months after and purchased myself a new Ram 1500. Now our daughter needs a used vehicle and hopefully Jeff will be able to help again. Also, John Wilson in the service department is probably the only person I would ever trust with any of our vehicles, Honest and Friendly, Great Team.

I have been looking for a car for over a year so I can commute to school. I finally decided to check Arrigo Ft. Pierce because they have tv and radio commercials on like every 5 seconds. I finally go to the website and I found a couple really nice car. Long story short about two weeks later I have now just signed all the papers for my new 2011 kia, only for $9800 (tax and tag included in this) I also managed to get their full warranty for my car, tire coverage, and gap insurance, and I only have to pay $150 a month!!!! For a college kid with no credit (i have a cosigner) this is the luckiest deal I could have ever wished to get. Jeff Adler was my dealer and I plan to recomend everyone to him because he even came in on his day off for me today. Mindy Onder in the finance office was also amazing in helping me make the decisions with my finances on how much to put down and what not. I really got lucky here, everyone should at LEAST try to go to Arrigo when car searching. Make sure to ask for Jeff!!!

I went on line and ask about a car , got a quick response back from Jeff Adler, He stated the car was still available but it was in West Palm. I went to West Palm the following day and purchased the car. Jeff was very helpful , i would recommend him on locating or purchasing a car or truck

We went to Arrigo just to see if our 2001 Chrysler Sebring could be serviced and basically it was on its last leg. We were advised not to fix it because it would be a waste of money. We were referred to speak to Jeff and he was really positive, honest and fun! He got me the best deal for my budget. We seemed to get everything rolling smoothly. After visiting a couple other dealerships in the area, I decided to go back to Arrigo in Ft. Pierce. This time I called ahead and asked to have a Wrangler 'Expert" be there when I arrived. Jeff Adler, Treasure Coast's Best Kept Secret, was waiting for me at the door. Within 1 minute of talking with Jeff, I knew that I would be buying my 2016 Wrangler from him and only him. He was the 'Expert' I was seeking to answer all my questions that up until then no other salesman knew the answers. I ordered the Jeep just 3 days later and it only took 7 weeks to arrive. ALL IS GOOD !!!!!!! Thanks Again Jeff.

I have used this dealer several times since I purchased a Chrysler Vehicle. However every single time the service has been worse and worse. The last time I entered the service department and not only the serviceman was giving he's back to me, but kept me standing there for about 10 minutes without saying "hi" or "I will be with you in a minute. He just finished the "proposal" or something and then turn around and talk to me with such an attitude that I was ready to punch him in the nose! Guys you are making money for every job you sell, so treat customers with respect or get out of the service department. Of the the like 10 times I went there, NONE , read carefully NONE they have my warranty on file, They have to search for it and that's because I fought for it otherwise they will have charge me an arm and a leg! Which is worse many times they try to force me to pay without considering my warranty. Many times they forgot to do RECALL to my car while they have it on the shop. So overall , CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST! By the way, 1 start its even too much, They should have an option to have MINUS STARS!

My husband and I highly recommend Arrigo Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We had difficulty when the truck we wanted was recalled before we could purchase it. Lisa and Ed worked tirelessly to make sure we had another truck within a few days. The price was fantastic and their service was spot on! This was the first time that we found a car on the internet and negotiated everything through email. All we had to do was fill out the paperwork and pick up the truck. Quote low price online & on phone, get to dealer & they raise the price 5k. Norman in Finance & Mitchell are very, very rude. They should both be ashamed to be businessmen. I've never been spoken to or treated as horrible as these two "men" treated me & my family. Bait & Switch all the way. Management needs to take a good look at these two.Stay away from this dealer!

I am a fanatical penny-pincher and shopped all around the state of Florida for the best deal with lots of phone calls, emails, daily searches of every online site possible, and repeat visits to dealers over a period of several months. Arrigo Jeep in Ft. Pierce was thousands less than others, with other dealers actually telling me I should go ahead and buy my car from Arrigo because they couldn't beat the price! And when I was heeing and hawing and scratching my chin on whether to buy or not, Arrigo never once pressured me or told me I would never find such a good price anywhere else.They had the lowest price in the State, but never pushed that point on me but rather just let me take my time and think it over. Then when we finally bought and were driving home we stopped with our brand new SUV at a grocery store and met a women with a brand new truck (true story) who said she had just bought it, and two other vehicles in recent years, from Arrigo Ft. Pierce because she, too, had found they had the absolute lowest prices. Our saleswoman, Yelena, was a sweetheart.....zero pressure or hassle, just kindness, friendship and support though the buying experience.

I recently bought a Used 2002 Dodge Dakota R/T from this outstanding dealership. After months of research and looking up prices, I found that Arrigo Dodge Fort Pierce had the R/T. I was looking at other local dealerships, but their prices were sky-rocketing through the roof. Luckily I stumbled across Arrigo, they had the lowest price in entire South & Central Florida. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They never pushed you to pay and even had a lounge with coffee and live TV. Anyways, I bought my dream truck and have been happy ever since. I have not purchased a new car in many years, last new car I purchased was in 2005. I have had difficulty in the past with sales consultants who were to pushy. I was able to park my car when I arrived and not had to deal with pushy sales people as I exited my car. I was able to walk around peacefully to browse the new vehicles on the lot. A salesman approached me asking politely if I needed assistance, I asked a few questions and was given answers that I needed to help me purchase the proper vehicle. I was then invited inside to discuss the selection of vehicle. I explained my budget and this salesman who was not pushy but very knowledgeable assisted me with the proper vehicle and options. We took a test drive and I loved the car. I asked for specific colors, I gave the salesman 2 colors that I must have, he provided me with both colors and I made the decision. The price of the vehicle was very good, they gave me a very honest price for this vehicle, no games on trade and once in the finance department I was given my finance terms, they asked how long did I want to finance which is not what has happened to me in the past. I decided to go on a shorter term to pay off my vehicle quicker. My interest rates were better than had I went to my own financial institution by 1 percent. My finance officer was a woman named Mindy, she was very knowledgeable with every aspect of my financing. Very polite and cordial, very pleased to deal with her. My salesman Sal was very easy going and polite, from greeting me to delivering my new Chrysler 200. I would recommend this dealership.. I also want to thank the General manager Joseph Tuffo who also went out of his way to Thank Me for purchasing my new vehicle.

This was my first Time at Arrigo. Everyone was cordial, polite and totally professional. My salesman, Mr. Sal Palagonia couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable.. No high pressure tactics. It was a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The inventory is plentiful.. It took less than 30 minutes to decide that the 2015 Charger was for me. Was given a generous trade in on my 2009 ChargerIts full service everything too.. They handled the insurance transfer, tag transfer to the new car and new FL registration too.. I didn't have to do anything on my own I highly recommend this dealership.. Give Sal a call. You'll be very pleased with his professionalism!

Frank/salesman & Dennis/finance at Fort Pierce Arrigo, made me feel like FAMILY!!! Frank modeled the vehicle, then I test drove it. Once I decided on the car, he initiated the paperwork. During this whole time Frank offered water, coffee, etc.. At this time Frank introduced Dennis, he joined us at Frank's desk & explained the steps pertaining to financing. He later invited us to his office to wrap up the financing. Frank & Dennis's super customer service is transparency. Thank you both & Fort Pierce Arrigo, I love my car & will recommend you to all I come in contact with. I've purchased 7 vehicles in my lifetime & this was the smoothest transaction I've ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle.

Would not recommend this dealership they seem to lack scruples. Went twice, first day found 2 vehicles I was interested in got the info for both to review with my spouse. Went the next morning (2nd visit) to take a closer look and hopefully make a purchase. Already had financing (preapproved through my out of state credit union) when we arrived we viewed both vehicles, selected the one and took it for a test drive. At the point we decided to see if we could work a deal I advised of my preapproved financing through my out of state credit union. Sometime later we arrived at an agreeable price but were then advised Arrigo doesnt accept out of state credit union financing. However, they would be happy to find me financing through their lenders. SERIOUSLY!!! I could have been told that at the beginning of the process and saved myself a couple of hours! Seems like a scam to me looking to manipulate the numbers through financing to get themselves a better deal. Definitely will NEVER go here again!

I was sent to Arrigo by an insurance company after a collision. The minute I walked through the door I felt relaxed and reassured that I was in the right place. The staff was professional, knowledgable and very personable. When I picked up my car it was perfect and so was the staff. Arrigo should be very proud of the Body Shop Staff. They made a difficult time better.

I started out looking at a pre owned car. Virginia spent the day with me test driving multiple cars and going out of her way to help me. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable while looking at cars. She even double checked the detail job done by the service department to make sure my new car was perfect. Had it not been for Virgina I would not of bought a dodge. Arrigo Dodge was great and really cares about the customer not just making a sale. I will send all of my friends to Virgina at Arrigo!

I consider myself a very knowledgable Jeep enthusiast, I have researched the ins and outs of my vehicle (2013 Wrangler Rubicon) for well over a year before I bought it, so I was familiar with all of it's ups and downs. I just moved to FL a month ago and had the mishap of having my rear tailgate stopper breaking. I did some research and found out that this was a very common issue and that it should easily be replaced under warranty, after Arrigo looked at it they declined a simple warranty issue of replacing a metal (hinge) door stopper claiming that it wasn't able to be replaced because it broke because of "excessive movement". After examine the issue to my service tech he grabbed the service manger who then told me he had been dealing with Jeeps for 20+ years and that he has never seen this issue, he was very rude and condesending. He swore up and down that no one would every warranty it and that I was out if luck. After I did some more research I decided to check out Vero Beach jeep, they were amazing! One of the best customer service departments I had ever dealt with. After having them look at it they stated "this is a known issue", we will have this fixed for you in no time and at no cost. I dealt with Debbie and she was great!!! I know some people don't always look at this reviews, but if people who do could spread the word about how awful my experience was with Arrigo I hope no one else will ever have to deal with this service again.

Process took a week and a half from point of inquiry to time I finally received my trade-in evaluation. Customer service is lacking. Initial calls and emails not returned in a timely fashion. Low balled on trade-in by Min.$4000 compared to current NADA and KBB. Buy a new vehicle on a yearly basis and one of the most frustrating experiences I have encountered trying to buy a new car.

Well this is the second time my family has visted this dealer in three months. I must say that everything was made very clear to Me. I will start by saying that Jason our sales person was very nice. That is about all I have to say good. I picked my wife up after work to run and take a look at an suv Arrigo had sitting on there lot for about three months. I had seen it there the two and half months ago when my mother had purchased her car. E price on the car was 13997. Well it had 52000 miles put on it as a rental car and 8000 by the second owner. So at 5 pm me and my wife arrived at Arrigo. I had done my research about the carfax and all that stuff. Needless to say the suv looked like it had not been washed in a month. It also had three differant brand tires on it. Ok so we test drive it me and the wife and everything runs as it should. It is dark at this point. my wife pulls the suv in under the lights to check this thing out alittle more. At this point we have notice the tires don't match and the driver seat is stained. Thank god for my wife, But she points out to me that it looks like someone has used an sos pad to try and clean lovebugs off the paint. The head lights as well as the fenders and hood all have swirls in the paint. I am glad she wiped alittle of the dirt off. I know that it was an old rental car so we went over it pretty good. So this is all things i start adding up in my head. Ok so we go into to talk to our sales person. I offered to bring a check for 14000 dollars.That is the money I had. That is what I could afford. I had the check lined up though my bank ready to pickup. The asking price is 13997 and it needed some things. so 14000 to me is fair. After some back and forth,15300 then 15000$ no I just can't do it. "I would be losing to much money and I will just take it to the auction." Ok I never got rude, gave the man a hand shake and me and the wife went to dinner. I wasn't really upset. My mother had just traded her truck in for 7500$, Arrigo put it on the lot for 14899 e price. This suv had minor issues as well as been on the lot for 3 months. Ok next morning I get a phone call about 9.30. We can do it for 14000 out the door like you wanted but you have to go though our bank. No sir but i can still bring you a check today for 14000.Nope 15000 out the door or we lose money. Ok now I am alittle puzzled. About an hour later the e price dropped to 13,893. Ok so know i am getting alittle upset. this was a saturday. Tuesday I was told that the suv went to auction. I was told by Arrigo the suv SHOULD bring 13000 to 13500 easy. So much for repeat bussiness from my family. I was just disappointed that it come down to so little money and that customers ment that little at Arrigo

After doing an Internet search my wife and I drove the 80 miles to this dealership. When we got there we were greeted by Jeff the salesmen and we told him the vehicle we wanted to see. Jeff advised us that the vehicle we wanted to see was at another location 85 miles away but that they could brin it over for us to see. Jeff showed us a similar vehicle and a test drive was done. Afterwards we decided we did want to see the vehicle we had seen on line and were told by Jeff that we could write up a deal using the numbers from the car and if we come to an agreement then they would bring the car over. I ageeed to this and after sitting down and giving them the keys to my 2005 crossfire convertible which is in great condition, Jeff returned to the table and showed us a deal that stated they would give us 5500 for our car and only 3000 off of the sticker price. I must say that I was shocked and offended by this and got a little upset when the sales manager came over. I requested my key back as they still had it and the manager said he would see what he could do. When he returned he showed a paper now saying that they would give us 7500 for our car and still only 3000 off the price of the car. It is important to mention that the vehicle we were looking at was 35000 convertible and it was apparent that they did not want to deal. Kbb quotes trade in value for my car at 8300 and I could not even get there so again I requested my key. It took me raising my voice and demanding my key to get out of there, which still took 5 minutes. I left that dealer and will never return to any of their dealerships, but we did purchase the vehicle of our dreams at Douglas Jeep Chrysler dodge and they did give us trade value and money off of the 36000 sticker price. All I can say is if your looking for a deal go to Douglas and forget this place.

Chris was fairly new to Arrigo,But When I asked a question or two he didn't know he got me the answer quickly and correct.I'm sure by now he is on the top of the game.Everyone was professional and helpful. There was one small thing (not a plus) but I'll keep that between finance and myself.Cause I'm sure we will work it out when I go back in soon..
