Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Sales rep, Ryan Day, was knowledgeable yet not pushy when I was making the decision to purchase a new truck. I will definitely bring my business back to this dealership in the future, as well recommend them to my family and friends.

5 STAR... and I didn't even buy a car! SHELLY BARR made my experience with Arlington Buick an easy, straightforward, no pressure drive in the clouds. She came in on HER DAY OFF without a second thought, to accommodate my request to test drive a used car I saw online. She was on time and the car was ready. She's a real human AND a true professional. Before I left we breezed by the front desk where she casually introduced me to management. These two guys were friendly and professional and clearly respected the decision I had already made on my test drive. No one made me sit in their office or tried to sell me on something else. They knew I was focused and expressed they would love to work with me but didn't drool or chase me down. True modern pros. I felt welcomed and respected. Next time I buy a car it would be my pleasure to work with these people!

The staff were friendly, while maintaining professionalism. Our salesman Eliot was very knowledgeable and easy to do business with. We did not endure any high pressure tactics. The transactionwas seamless.

Called this dealership to get my vehicle fixed (still under warranty). they were able to help right away, offered a rental car and were very nice and professional about everything. after a couple hours i looked up if they had a vehicle i liked in stock. called sales and got Eliot. Told him what my expectations were and what he's working with. He called back within an hour, just like he said he would, with an offer I was pleased with. We prepared everything pretty much over the phone and after work I went to the dealership where the vehicle was all ready and waiting for me with just a few papers to sign. very happy not only with my purchase but also with the way everything was handled.
