Well let’s say I bought a f150 from them a few years ago it had some issues , but the lot worked a deal with me on it so I was some what happy. I returned this past spring 2021 and bought a Range Rover from them picked it up on a Friday and less then 2 miles down the road the transmission started to slip , took it back the following Monday showed sales person they said that they would get it fix all the while giving me the run around less then 30 miles on the River the time chain went bad , they again assured me they would take care of it . In the end the timing chain wait 4700 to repair they did nothing offered promises until the check cleared absolutely a horrible place they will lie and lie some more until you give up trying to get them to do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and don’t even stop here they have a mechanic Elite Motors that can hide things until sales final and refuses to do any work on cars even when dealship assures you he will lol both places are a joke !!!!!!

AVOID THE BLUE KIA RONDO DO NOT buy a car here. Tested the car I was looking at to see if it would pump gas. It would not. EVAP failure. I would not have been able to get it home. Brought to AutoZone to get a code reading. Pulled up A LOT. No light was on in the dash. The fuel door would not open without being pried. Had a lot of brake issues on top of the check engine lights. Lied about multiple things. Untrustworthy people. Disgusting.

My mom purchased a 2004 Envoy off this lot..had for 2 weeks had nothing but problems then the front diff broke due to not having nuts on the struts and he sold the car like this call him up and all he can say is car is bought as is and this could of killed people who was driving the car do not buy nothing from this guy nothing but a pos... if I could post the pics I would do yourself a favor and don't come here..

My father purchased a vehicle from there and we did not like their service. They sold him a vehicle without a key and they kept telling us the key was in the key inset. We went back so they could show us and it wasn’t there. They said they would help us get a key and we keep calling and they just keep telling us lies about getting it for us. We had a very bad experience with them. Never buying from here again I don’t recommend this place.

A joke... I bought a car there 29 days ago and my engine mount is broken causing my car to shudder, it has lot rot as well as I’ve put $3,000 into it already fixing struts, shocks, ball joints, and getting a wheel alignment... lets not forget my air conditioner broke yesterday (I put coolant in it didn’t work) It sure drove great when I got for the first week and I noticed it kept pulling to the left. I tried to reach out to them but they insisted there was nothing wrong with it and I bought as is. The dealers words were” there’s absolutely nothing wrong” lol what a lie. I’m a college student barely making it as it is so I have to pull all my money out of savings to fix a car promised no issues. I would not advise getting a car here go to a real dealership . They told me to go have it looked at and get a second opinion.. which I already did and got a rough estimate. Word of advice take it to a real shop where they can jack it up for you .
