Competitive price on '12 Toyota brought us to this dealer. Our "Sales Specialist", AJ, handled our cash purchase. AJ is very nice. His promises included full tank of gas, an additional car key (only one with car), and that the car title would be mailed to us in less than 3 weeks. Promises kept-0! After heading a couple of miles towards home we realized that we had no gas! Had to drive back to dealership and wait a half-hour for our tank of gas. After multiple phone calls, car title was received just shy of 4 weeks, not 3. Title was a mess and took two trips to DMV to resolve. Never received a second car key from AJ or anyone else! Oh yeah, did I mention that the torque converter in the transmission went out within one week of owning our new purchase! Had to get major repair at Toyota dealership before the temporary tags came off the car. Alpha Motorsports are really good at covering up minor flaws and dings on questionable used cars to make them look very nice on the exterior. Take a look at the paint & repair shop when you visit, it's a VERY active part of the business. I would never recommend this dealership.

Jason was an awesome salesman who listened to me and gave me what I wanted. Wafi worked with me from start to finish. He found me exactly what I wanted as far as financing. First time I ever bought a car without any hassle and having to go to several dealerships. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle and the customer service!!!

I've had my vehicle for a few days now and am very satisfied with it! I wasn't sure if I'd get a car that day, but luckily I did. Jason was really cool and made the process fairly quick. AJ also helped me and went over the details of the car expenses. The only thing I'd recommend is the service be a little more personable. I was expecting someone to come up to me and walk me through an overview of the car and all its features. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and don't think I could've found something for that price/condition for that car elsewhere.

I am the type to be suspicious of car salesmen but Ahmad was friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I had no idea what vehicle I was interested in and Ahmad had no problem showing and explaining different features of all the vehicles. He was never pushy allowed me to take my time and worked with me through out the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle totally on my own and I was very nervous but Ahmad listened to my needs and there was never any pressure. I feel extremely satisfied knowing that he made sure I was in the right car for me! I highly recommend Ahmad to anyone in the market for a new car purchase, he was exceptionally courteous, efficient and sensitive to all my concerns!!! I'd give him 6 stars if I could !!!!

The vehicle selection and staff are excellent, they work with you to help you get the car you are after. Outstanding pre-inspections really show the quality of the work put into selling cars, they go above and beyond what is required! Friendly and knowledgeable employees. I had a great experience with my sales person Ahmad Harris. He was great! He did everything in his power to make things right, run smoothly and in a timely fashion. Despite some of the people and their antics in the upper echelon, Ahmad Harris proved he was cut from a different cloth. The manager Shak was a good guy too and tried to help out the best way he could without stirring the pot.Ahmad Harris stayed ontop of everything and made sure I received everything I was supposed receive back despite the dealership trying to use monies owed back to me as leverage. He's a good dude and if anyone ever considers visiting this dealership, Ahmad Harris is the guy to ask for!

My wife and I found a 2015 Toyota Sienna minivan for sale from Alpha Motorsports on Autotrader and decided to take a look. The list price was very fair but we were hoping to get a better deal. After a little back-and-forth we came to an agreement. I walked away feeling like I got a great deal--Based on KBB and Edmunds the price we paid falls into the "excellent deal"category. I waited a few weeks to post my review to make sure there were no unforeseen issues with the minivan. So far so good-- we love our new minivan! Jason was very professional and fair, and a pleasure to work with. I am admittedly a little skeptical of any used car dealership, but Alpha Motorsports has changed that perception. Actually, I sold a vehicle to CarMax a couple years ago, and I am much happier with my experience with Alpha than with CarMax. I would definitely do business with Alpha again and would recommend them. They seem to run a good business, and I can tell by the fleet of luxury cars they have on their lot, that they are used to providing high-end service to their customers. Thanks for everything Jason!

I took the car for an inspection at AAA which ended up showing a few things that needed to be taken care of. David and the Manager took care of everything to our satisfaction, were very reasonable and the whole experience was very pleasant. I would definitely buy another car from them, and I don't say that lightly, having just come from visiting other car dealers and not having good experiences. I just purchased a Jaguar F-Type at Alpha Motorsports. Response to my initial inquiry was quick, and the car was clean and ready when I arrived to test drive it. When I decided to purchase, the team answered my questions clearly and made the process relatively painless, getting me out in about an hour and a half including the test drive. Overall, a very positive experience.

Inquired about a 2010 Lexus SC430 with a reported 26,481 miles. When I reached out later in evening, I was impressed that Jason replied so quickly and shortly thereafter, I received a call from Ahmad, who said he was their Internet Sales Manager.I explained to Ahmad that I was looking for a vehicle for my girlfriend and to let me know the condition of the vehicle since she would be driving 200 miles each way by herself and I didn't want any disappointment. Ahmad made it clear - "this car is really nice, a brand new car". He went on, "there is not a scratch on it". They are asking a premium for the vehicle as it is, so I was quite hopeful it was the one for her, While reading their description again, it states that "we print CARFAX history on the same day of purchasing the vehicle from Auction or other sources..." This could easily lull someone into a false sense of security. However, something nagged at me and I paid to get the CARFAX details - WOW! "Structural damage reported" and "Accident/Damage reported". In addition to that, the car was on offer for sale in California (probably where Alphamotors got the vehicle) and it was listed at below $29,000 - they are asking $39,999. Crazy stuff, but you'd be crazier to not be on high alert with these guys.

The bottom line is that I would easily go back and buy another car at Alpha Motorsports.I have done much research in the past couple of years and have experience. Alpha has very high quality vehicles at outstanding prices. All personnel were professional and my sales representative was responsive and efficient. I now own a beautiful 2013 Nissan Altima with less than 12k miles which I purchased at least 2500 less than Blue Book.

I have now purchased 2 cars from Alpha MotorSports. They are very professional, patient, courteous, and work to get the car and the deal you want. My last experience, David got right back to me when I sent an e-mail. We scheduled an appointment, he had the car ready, answered all questions and I took it for a test drive. He then turned me over to Sayed Wafi who is the MAN!! He has assisted me and my wife in both of our purchases. Sayed was very patient, listening to what I wanted to pay and percentage rate I wanted. We found a great deal on a 2013 Suburban through carguru.com. David promptly contacted us, answered all questions, and provided us promptly with an email of the carfax. Sayed was extremely helpful on the finance end. We texted back and forth and he worked hard to get us a good rate. We had to travel two hours to get there and were pleased that they had everything ready for us. It was an extremely easy car buying experience and we love our new Suburban!

Get your car pre-inspected! I was told that the car was not in an accident and that the carfax was clean (it was), however, when I told them that I was getting the vehicle inspected, it suddenly had frame damage. Buyer beware... Ask for a new carfax for sure... Don't settle for and old one!

I suggest your technicians avoid spraying undercoating on used trucks-it makes the chassis look deceptively nice. Once i got home and explored the underside of the truck some more, large chunks of rust were easily removed with a few taps of a screwdriver. The frame and bed will need sandblasted and properly sealed this summer.On the 350 mile drive home my wife had to pull the truck off the road during the thunderstorms we encountered because the windshield wiper blades were both torn and three inches too small (wrong size), unable to clear the rain for safe visibility.Having said that, an F350 turbodiesel with 45,000 original miles is a good value and worth the extra price paid.

I have had my car from Alpha MotorSports for about 6 months now. I bought a 2009 black bmw 328i x drive. It has over 100,000 miles on it and the car still runs like new. When I bought the car, there were a few cosmetic issues I wanted to fix before I took it away to school (600 miles away in Alabama) unfortunately, time was against me and I was unable to fix the car with Alpha before I left. I called up there and spoke to Ahmad (he sold me the car, outstanding guy) and told him about my issues with the car (door handle, parking light, service light on) he said he would take care of me. I figured by the time I got home he would not remember me. To my surprise not only did Ahmad remember me, he texted me and asked me how my school was going and to say hey to my parents! iI told him I was coming by the next day to get my car serviced, he said he wasn't going to be in that day. To my surprise when I got there Ahmad had came in on his off day to make sure my car could be serviced with no problems. Everyone, literally every single person at Alpha Motorsports was helpful while I was getting my car serviced. They were understanding, professional, very sweet, and hilarious! I would tell anyone when looking to buy a luxury car, your next logical step is heading down to Alpha MotorSports. Not only are their cars fair priced, their salesmen genuinely want to see you drive away with a great deal. But don't take my word for it, head down there, ask for Ahmad. You'll see for yourself!

We met with Joe, the sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. We came to look at one car and after the test drive, he recommended a similar car with less miles. We ended up working with Sean to close the deal was very accommodating. The price of the car was excellent , but the dealer fees were higher than expected. However, they were able to bring those down slightly. Overall great experience.

I bought a 2011 F150 from this dealer in Feburary. The truck needed some minor work done (tires, brakes, parking break etc) but it had a brand new (less than a week old) inspection sticker on it which means it should have passed the basic VA State Inspection. After working out a deal with the dealer to have this work done upon purchase of the vehicle I bought it. Even though it was in writing in the contract the dealer fought me for a month to complete the work done to the vehicle. My mechanic found 6 items that should have never passed inspection. After 4 trips back to Fredericksburg and a couple hundred dollars in legal fees for an attorney the dealer finally fixed the issues outlined in the contract. This dealer misrepresents what they sell by putting bogus inspection stickers on their vehicles and fights you on following through with what is in the contract hoping you will not fight back.

This was the most pleasant and smooth purchase/trade experience I have ever had! This dealership has a great inventory of late model, clean/like new vehicles. I found everyone I came in contact with to be very friendly and sensed that excellent customer service was the priority of all - especially my salesperson, Sayed Akbary! I arrived to purchase my first car with my mom and was welcomed by one of the gentlemen at the front Ahmad, we were helped and ran through the possible options for my price range and ended up getting a Toyota corolla for a good price, i would recommend anyone to at least visit this dealership.

Ahmad Harris is a Superb Professional. His customer service is exemplary. I shopped for a car for my daughter on-line and found the perfect match at Alpha Motors. During a week and a half of texts and phone calls with Ahmad, every question was answered and we traveled from Fairfax to Fredericksburg to test drive the car. From arrival, through test drive through purchase took 2 hours. I got the right car at a very fair value and Ahmad was proactive on explaining everything to me throughout the process.

I don't like spending the whole day to purchase a car all the back and fourth and managerial approvals not to mention the pressure to purchase. Alpha Motors sales and purchase process was streamline and quick. My car was beautifully detailed and ready to go as promised. The salesperson disclosed the car fax ahead of time and didn't hide anything. Not to mention the huge amount of trust, upon my arrival they introduced themselves properly, gave me the keys and let me test drive the car independently and upon closing the deal due to my banks inability to release all the funds necessary to purchase the car the dealership allow me to pay half and leave with the car of which we concluded the purchase the next morning with my bank. It was the most worry free, trusting, fast and friendly car buying experience I ever had. Thank You

Hands down the best and honest used car dealership, They made me sign As-is forms, I understand they have to legally cover them self, but this is the 3rd time in 6 months they fixed small issues free of charge, window regulator, tire pressure sensors and I hit a pot hole and damaged my wheel and they fixed it for free, they even knew that I hit a pot hole and I thought I will get charged for the wheel but they simply told me to, dont worry, we got you covered.

I went to Alpha Motorsports to buy a Honda CR-V 2010. It was priced too sell.The sales people knew what they were doing. My sales guy was Ahmet. He was helpful. When we started the car the engine light came on. They took the car to the mechanic and he replace the 3rd cylinder spark plug. Well a week later the engine light came on, I took it the Honda Dealer they said the valves needed adjustment and the head gasket was blown and needed to remove the head to fix the problem. The price $2500.00This was an old problem, water was going in the cylinder. The radiator is new. I Called the dealer and talked to Ahmet and he offered $300 and that's all they were going to do. I should file a lawsuit. I did get the check.The dealer was aware of the problem. they reduce the price from $13,999 to $11,999. alpha Motorsport most likely knew about this. The vehicle other then the Head problem, it runs fine.my next car. No more jacked leg so cal private dealers like Alpha Motorsports.I do not recommend this dealer to an friend or enemy. I have the vehicle fixed by a private shop and it cost me less $1725.00. The vehicle run fine.The right think to do was fix the vehicle or pay the shop to fix it or refund my expense. I had extended warranty and they are just as bad. Good thing I got the money from my credit union and they gave me the money back, all $1350.00 for the warranty.I most likely will trade it in a year or two and will go to Honda Dealership to get my next car.

I have been coming to Alpha Motorsports since they opened. I get bored of my cars so I like to change it up every year, which is why it makes sense for me to purchase a used luxury car instead of a brand new one. Every single time I trade in my car they give me an amazing value for it, and also, every car I have ever bought from them has been in excellent condition with very low mileage. Alpha Motorsports has kept me happy for years and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a "new" used car.

I am only giving Alpha Motorsports four stars because I had to wait awhile when they were taking care of a small repair on my car. Luckily, I had purchased warranty at the time of my purchase. Regardless, they were extremely nice to me when I called them and took care of me the way I expected to be taken care of. I made four or five trips to Alpha Motorsports before purchasing anything. They have a really good selection but not exactly what I was looking for. On one of my visits the manager asked me what exactly I was looking for (since they had seen me so many times). I gave them my list of requirements since I am so picky, and about two weeks later the manager and my salesperson, Ahmad, called me with great news. They literally went and go the exact car I wanted. I was quiet shocked. I didn't even think they even remembered me (like some of the other used car dealerships I had visited). I finally went in to take a look at the car. I was looking for a white BMW 3-series with tan interior, and not more than 40,000 to 50,000 mileage on the car, which is pretty hard to find these days. Alpha Motorsports found that exact car and specifically purchased it for their inventory for me! They definitely made me feel very special, and I absolutely love my car. Definitely will come back here in a year or two for another upgrade!

My wife and I came here last weekend to just browse and after browsing on our own, we were approached by a sales person. We were not planning to buy a car that very day because she simply could not make up her mind. The one aspect that set this dealership apart from the others was that we noticed their prices were pretty great considering the mileage and type of cars were looking at. After we asked all our necessary questions about everything we were concerned about, we decided to put a deposit on a car. The only reason I personally decided not to buy the car on the spot was because I wanted to investigate the reports and history of the car further myself. After researching that night we drove back to the dealership first thing in the morning to make our purchase. Overall, I had a decent experience here and would consider going back to possibly trade in my own car or buy a car for myself in the future.

**** Sayed called me and said, they didn't give me the gift card, gas card, because He gave me a good deal on my truck. Well between the time we agreed on a price and the next day when I signed the papers, they jacked up the price, and dropped it back down to what we agreed upon. They dropped the price only after I called them on it. That was the good deal I guess. ******** Does the good deal include the owner driving my truck home for the weekend and giving me back a truck with an empty tank and over 200 miles more on the odometer?****As I was buying my truck, the owner of the dealership drove my truck home for the weekend. He was supposed to bring it back the next day, as he promised. He did not, he said he would bring it back on Monday. I then said I was promised that he would bring it back the next day, and they basically said I was lying. Mind you, the owner drive MY truck off the lot and wouldn't bring it back. I could have called the cops, and probably should have. In order to try to make me happy, they said they would fill the tank up. That didn't happen either.They had this sale, that I would get a $300 gift card, a $200 has card and they would pay my first months payment, if I purchased my vehicle before February 5th, if I used their financing. That didn't happen, and I could have gotten my own financing. Now they are ignoring me, and my temporary tags are about to expire. I use my truck for my business, and I almost cannot drive it.I brought all this up when I talked to them last, and they act like they don't speak English when they try to respond, because they do not even come close to answering any questionsStay away from this dealership!!!

A few years ago I purchased a brand new Mercedes C300 from the Mercedes dealership. I paid an arm and a leg for it considering I bought it brand new. Later on I realized how much money I actually lost by buying a brand new luxury car. This year I traded in my car at Alpha Motors, they gave me the full trade in value (THANK YOU!) towards the car I was buying. I ended up purchasing a BMW this time but paid almost half the price for it this time by choosing to buy a used car. The prices here are the best I have seen so far for a used car dealership. My car only has about 11,000 miles on it, so it's practically new and in beyond amazing condition. It still has warranty with the actual BMW service center. I am beyond pleased with my amazing new car, the price I paid for it, and the service at Alpha Motorsports. Before buying a brand new car, check them out! Especially if you are in the market for a luxury car.

This was the worst experience i have had with a dealer. First they waited to pay the trade in off until it was about to go on my credit report it took me calling multiple times before it was done. I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. My wife and i took it for a ride and liked it so we did all the paper work.We walked out with our kids got in the vehicle went to leave pulled out of the parking lot and the service all wheel drive light came on so i turned around and Ahmad said don't worry we will fix it we take care of our customers. WRONG they asked us to drop it off to let radley take a look at it. This is our only vehicle and we have 3 kids.Ahmad said it will be ready tomorrow.WRONG 11days later and multiple phone calls finally talked to a manager Shak. Shak said we will put a new sensor in and the wiring harness that controls it. Ok so i thought it would fix it.WRONG then Shak said it needs a rear differential and that is going to cost you $800. I'm a working man that doesn't have that kind of money set a side for a vehicle i just purchased from them.Shak said we are not making enough money to cover that your trade in needed work as well.They test drove the trade in as well I guess its all about money not customer service . I am very unhappy with the whole experience. Now i have an all wheel drive that is only front wheel drive and has the service light on.The reason i picked this vehicle was because it was all wheel drive.AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A DEALER AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I went in with a gaurd up expecting the pushy, bad used car dealership experience. Instead, I was surprised to see how friendly everyone was. On my first conversation with Alpha motors, this sales guy complains about online customers, saying they change stories and they don't just come in and buy right now. Well, I guess that "attitude" explains why. I had an impression that this dealer is for walk in only or prefer walk ins only. I'm thinking, why bother listing your car on cars.com then?

We spent along time making a deal you get handed off to different people all the time. We made a deal and put down a deposit and they agreed to fix a few issues with the car and we would pick it up in 2 days with the balance of the money. When we came to pick the car up the paperwork did not match the deal we had made! Of course Ahmed was not available and we dealt with Sated. As soon as I pointed out the differences in the paperwork there was an immediate language barrier. I wanted my deposit back but then there was restocking fees etc. and I would have to get with Ahmed to cancel the deal! This is a 45 minute trip for us we finally left with the car but I can't help feeling I was taken for a ride. A shame they have a good selection of used cars to pick from just not very honest.

Just picked up c300 and believe price all in was fair. Easy to deal with, not a lot of haggling. I fully expect them to deliver on incentives as promised and found everyone cooperative and responsive to couple questions I had following purchase. Will go back when ready for next vehicle.

I found my Infiniti after doing a search on cars.com. I called AIpha Motor Sports that day and Max held the car for me. The car had very low miles and the price was incredible- I drove 65 miles to purchase the car. I was greeted by Ahmed who has extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Instead of fighting me, Alpha Motor Sport worked with my wife and I to get another van. I don't think many car dealerships would go so far out of their way to provide such an excellent level of customer service.

Alpha motorsports was the 15th dealership we had visited on a long day. They were about to close and Ahmad said go ahead and look around. We talked to him about multiple cars and he recommended the car we ended up purchasing. Great service, really helpful and my favorite aspect of the entire experience was he wasn't pushy and he was laid back the entire time.

Besides his dashing good looks and debonair charm, Ahmad made it clear that he was a no nonsense guy from the very beginning. He was certainly glad to have my business, but at no point would I say that he was overzealous in his dealings with me - that is to say that he wasn't the stereotypical "used car salesman," the type of guy who would say anything to get you to buy. He was very straightforward and very helpful with the paperwork. Any requests I had, he did his best to accommodate. I would recommend talking to Ahmad if you're looking to buy a car.

This guy is great. I came to Alpha through a craigslist post to buy a Honda S2000 convertible. He talked me out of it after a chat about my reasons for getting it, needs, etc. Basically, he determined that since I'm going to be driving the car every day in my daily commute, it would be a terrible fit since the car is very lightweight, doesn't do well in bad weather, and has a high insurance cost. I ended up getting a very nice Accord instead and saved a couple thousand. I've gotta say, I'm surprised.I've never dealt with a car sales guy that took a smaller commission to make sure the buyer was making the right decision. Totally cool.

I cannot say how grateful I am to have purchased my car through Alpha Motor Sports. My old car kept breaking down and I needed a car ASAP. As soon as I called, Ahmad picked up and I told him my situation. I told him exactly what kind of car I needed (4 wheel drive-b/c I am a nurse, sedan, the mileage I wanted and my price range). Not only was he was very honest with me, but he was extremely knowledgeable about cars. He told me that at the time they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but he forwarded the information I gave him to his manager, Khalid. I put down a 1K deposit and the very next week I got a phone call from Ahmad with the exact specifications of the car I desired (4WD, sedan, 2013 etc). Khalid had searched the market and found the car I wanted and the best part was the price was roughly 5k lower than any of the other dealerships I spoke to.With my purchase Ahmad was very upfront and frank with me which I was extremely appreciative of. I'm a single female, and having an honest person help me made me feel like Ahmad was advocating for me. Before I drove the car home he made sure that everything was ready, checked out and up to date on the car. Having him go that extra mile just made the experience a whole lot better.If you need a car, ask for Ahmad, I would definitely buy a car from him again and he was extremely patient and I could trust him. Now, I'm winter ready and I have a piece of mind that I can get to and from work safely.

I am very satisfied with my 2012 Honda Civic. My salesman Max was very patient with me and answered all of my questions while I test drove 3 cars. The staff were all attentive and really put their customers first. I didn't feel like they pressured me into buying their cars or that they tried to rip me off like most dealerships do. I would have given 4.5 stars because the body shop didn't use the right color paint on the door handle but it was extremely minor and Max offered to have it redone and all of the scratches touched up. So 5 stars for Excellent customer service. Will definitely return in the future.

I found my car of choice through Guru.com which lead me to Alpha Motorsports in Fredericksburg, VA. I called Alpha and got Ahmad and he answered my questions and gave me some helpful advice. I live in Upstate, NY and made a deposit site unseen and was very pleased with my purchase and service. I then drove down a day later to VA, or 7 hours, picked up my new car and returned, all within 24 hours. The process was seamless and all the folks at Apha very nice. Also, I do not remember the name of the fella that handled service details, such as temporary dealer license plates, but would like to say, he was great too.I would definitely buy again from Alpha. The value was worth the travel.

I didn't wanted to use my new civic for pizza delivery, so one Sunday I decided to find a cheap car which will be great on gas and at the meantime very reliable, of course price was also a big factor. Honestly I went to at least 10 dealerships and either they were asking crazy prices or their cars had major issues, finally we walked in to Alpha Motorsports and I told them about my situation and the salesperson, Wali, told me to follow him, he took me at the back of the lot and told me that these cars are our trade-ins and usually we take them to the auction but he offered me to choose from 20+ cars and even left me alone with 20+ keys not like other places that forces you or talk smart. Well, I bought the 2003 Corolla and when I was signing the paper works, Shak, the manager came and introduce himself and once he found out that I will be using the Corolla for pizza delivery, he provided with free 6 month extended warranty and full tank of gas. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with the vehicle but again it is a used vehicle and now I am at least covered by a warranty even if something does go wrong with the vehicle. Small stuff like these can make a big different for a person such as myself who survive by delivering pizza and small stuff like this separates Alpha Motorsports than other dealerships. Vehicle was bought from Alpha Motorsports without test driving it because I live in Florida and I only relied on their good reviews. My Mercedes C300 runs like a champ and yesterday, July 7th, I took it to a Mercedes dealership for a service but they told me all the services were done by a Mercedes of Fredericksburg by Alpha Motorsports less than a month ago, almost $1,200 value, It is very hard to come across a dealership like Alpha Motorsports, they could have easily shipped the vehicle without servicing it but they didn't so that is why they deserve a 5 star rating. I have already referred other people that I know to them, so hopefully they will have the same experience as mine with them.

Warning do not purchase a vehicle from Alpha Motors!!!! I had a terrible car buying experience with this company. My salesman Sayed is a scam artist at it's finest. He quoted me one price then added $2,500 behind my back to the sticker price when getting me approved and writing up the final contract. My inspection sticker was a month old but less than 3 weeks after having the vehicle it broke down. I took it to the Mercedes dealer and the mechanic told me they sold me a lemon. He told me there was no way my car passed a legitimate inspection and I had over $4000 in car repairs. Alpha motors told me they would fix it and to fax the quote I got from the Mercedes repair shop to them. I did just that and after about a week of avoiding my phone calls they told me it was my problem not theirs. The manager Shak told me the extra coverage was only $500 but when I bought the car Sayed told me it was $1899 and he couldn't add it on to my car loan. Also, he told me not to worry because the car was just inspected and they would repair my vehicle if something was wrong with it. This company is full of snakes and swindlers. Please, do not buy a car from them. You will regret it in the long run. I have all the lies they told me in text so needless to say I will see them in court!!!?

The salesmen are very nice but expressly deceiving, buyer beware. I was sold a car that I was told had been painted by the cadillac dealership and after calling and running the VIN#, I found out it was a lie. The cars.com ad insinuated that the car had navigation capabilities and the salesmen said it 'should' have it. After my wife drove it home, we also found out that, that was a lie. My lift gate won't close and they spent "2.5 hours" trying to figure it out and said I'd have to settle for a broken lift gate, no navigation, and an already chipping paint job. I would implore you to not do business with these people. I've heard stories of used car salesmen but I never thought I'd be the guy who would get taken advantage of by one. Shame on them and their business practices. I can't believe people would actually buy a car here.

I found a car on cars.com, called Alpha, told them we were making a 2 hour drive (one way) to see the car. Sayed the salesman encouraged us, and called us twice to make sure we were coming. We were coming to see a 2011 Infinity and assumed that we would not have to make this drive twice. When we arrived, we discovered that there was a place on the windshield (in the line of sight) where a rock had hit it. Serioiusly? I asked another salesman if he thought anyone would be happy to buy a car that nice with that problem. He said "no". They claimed that they didn't know it was there. Please. Take time to inspect a car before you encourage potential buyers to make such a long drive. We assumed that the car would be ready to purchase. Not the case. Maybe I'm expecting too much? I don't think so. Valuing the customers time is a major part of customer service.

My wife and I had been searching for a very particular vehicle over the last month. We wanted either a 2008 or 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited. After a couple of bad experiences with 2 dealerships, one in SC and the other in Danville, VA a finally found the car at a great price at AlphaMotorSport. We worked directly with sales representative Sayed W. Akbary. Mr Akbar was very responsive to all our questions both over the phone and via text and email. The car had excellent photos online so that we could judge the condition. WE drove 4 hours in a rental car to come to his dealership. The Enterprise car rental place was literally across the street. It was all so very convenient. Mr. Akbary was friendly and very easy to work with. He had all of the paperwork ready upon our arrival. We found 2 very small issues with the car that he agreed to cover the cost of the repair upon our return to NC. We love the car and could not have been happier with our buying experience.

I was looking for an inexpensive pickup truck and saw one at Alpha Motorsports. Man, was I impressed with it when they drove it up to the door for me to look at. Even though it was a 2004 with over 100k, this dealership had done excellent detailing work and it looked new. I am an older person who used to work on cars a lot so I know what to look for in terms of body and mechanicals. This car was presenting a true picture as it was but Alpha Motorsports spent the time and money to make it look like a diamond. When it came time to make a deal they were just as superb. Good price. But more important to me, I live way out on the Northern Neck and had no way to get the car home. No problem, they deal with someone who delivers cars. Only problem was, I had taken time for the holidays and could not stay home for the delivery. The manager (AK) said that he would ask someone to work on his day off tomorrow - Saturday - and for me to pay him a relatively small amount of cash to deliver the car to my door. I received a call from Ahmad later that day and he said the car should be at my house between 9:30 - 10:00 AM. PROMPTLY, at 9:30 the pickup was at the end of my driveway with 30 day VA tags. I still hadn't paid the entire balance. Talk about going the extra mile literally and figuratively!!! I've had the pickup for over a week and it drives like a new car. I am very pleased with it. As with any car purchase, do your homework but you can be pretty confident that Alpha Motorsports will have your back.

I was looking for an inexpensive pickup truck and saw one at Alpha Motorsports. Man, was I impressed with it when they drove it up to the door for me to look at. Even though it was a 2004 with over 100k, this dealership had done excellent detailing work and it looked new. I am an older person who used to work on cars a lot so I know what to look for in terms of body and mechanicals. This car was presenting a true picture as it was but Alpha Motorsports spent the time and money to make it look like a diamond.When it came time to make a deal they were just as superb. Good price. But more important to me, I live way out on the Northern Neck and had no way to get the car home. No problem, they deal with someone who delivers cars. Only problem was, I had taken time for the holidays and could not stay home for the delivery. The manager (AK) said that he would ask someone to work on his day off tomorrow - Saturday - and for me to pay him a relatively small amount of cash to deliver the car to my door. I received a call from Ahmad later that day and he said the car should be at my house between 9:30 - 10:00 AM. PROMPTLY, at 9:30 the pickup was at the end of my driveway with 30 day VA tags. I still hadn't paid the entire balance. Talk about going the extra mile literally and figuratively!!! I've had the pickup for over a week and it drives like a new car. I am very pleased with it.As with any car purchase, do your homework but you can be pretty confident that Alpha Motorsports will have your back.

Found Alpha Motorsports through the USAA Car Buying Service. Ahmad answered my calls & questions and showed me the inventory of late model Acura TSX they had on hand. All in all, it was a very smooth transaction & I paid the price listed on the USAA website. No haggling, no fuss required. A great experience & I would recommend Ahmad & Alpha Motorsports.

My husband was looking for a GTO but came across the Camaro...Ahmad and Jay were very welcoming and helpful. My husband is beyond pleased with the car and we will definitely be going back! Ahmad was great with showing me the 2011 Toyota Camry and putting the transaction together and even when the finance manager acted like a joke, Ahmad went to the general manager and made the deal happen. I came to Ahmad looking to buy a 2011 Audi A4. Throughout the experience, Ahmad worked hard to get me the best deal he could and was very helpful in getting the best price for my trade-in. I found the car while surfing the internet on a Friday evening. I called a few minutes before they closed. Ahmad answered the phone and was very pleasant. He informed me of their weekend hours and invited me to come view and drive the car. I went there on Saturday and even though they were extremely busy there were very attentive. I drove the car and liked it. They gave me their price and offered me a very fair price for my car. There price was at the low end of what that car was selling for. I told them I wanted to think about it and Ahmad encouraged me to sleep on it and call him when I was ready to make a decision. I called him the next day and told him I would take the car. He had it serviced and cleaned for me and I picked the car the following Friday. The transaction went exactly as quoted with no hidden fees. I was very please with how Ahmad handle the transaction and would highly recommend Alpha Motorsports, especially if you are looking for a high end luxury sedan or SUV.

We worked with Ahmad. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He did not "sell us" but helped us find what we were looking for and then showed us some comparatives. We felt very comfortable working with him and will probably go back for the next car in the family. I recommend this dealership and Amhab to anyone. The prices were competitive and the service was just super. The building and the lot were very suitable for the business of selling cars. Another point - the detailing, and therefore the presentation of the cars, was superb. Really superb, like everything else.

Alpha Motorsports wasn't the first place I went to search for a car but it should have been. They had the car I wanted(325i convertible) and the cost was about 1,500 cheaper than other dealerships in a 300 mile radius. I was given a free complimentary full detail on the 325i and left with a full tank of gas. My salesman Wally made sure I was taken care of.

The salesmen, Wali, was professional and nice, but wasn't too helpful. I didn't purchase a car from here because the car I went there for wasn't what it appeared to be online. The cars were all dirty, and I found several cosmetic issues and a mechanical problem with the specific car I went for. Overall I was not impressed with this dealership.

On August 1,, 2012, I purchased a 2006 Infiniti QX56 from this dealership. To date, I have put only 3800 miles on the vehicle. I am retired and don't drive a lot, but I have had to put almost $6,000 in repairs to this vehicle, to which none of those repairs were covered by the crappy Extended Warranty (Preferred Warranties Inc., Customer Select Coverage) that they sold me at an extra cost of $2,000! I also had to purchase a new Battery, a set of new tires new wiper blades and carpet mats, The warranty explicitly says that they would cover things like O2 sensors, catalytic converters, power steering pumps, etc. Those are the major items to cover by an Extended Warranty, but always got a NO Coverge for the answer from the Extended Warranty Provider (Preferred Warranties Inc., Customer Select Coverage). I didn't expect this car to be perfect with 99000 miles on it when I purchased it, but I did expect it to at least go a bit further than 3800 miles without having to put another $6,000 into the vehicle. They sell junk! Stay Away From This Dealer!

I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Ahmad was very rude, argumentative and there was no customer service. I was given mixed messages and incorrect information. Be prepared for double talk, argumentative salesmen, and incorrect information. Ahmad gave me an attitude after telling me that Alpha Motor Sports matches competitors prices within a 100 mile radius, and I requested a price match. He told me Alpha Motor Sports also owned the other dealership (AMG) with a lower price. I was then told by another salesperson that AMG is their competition. I was told that Alpha does not negotiate, however the sticker price on the car was different than the online price. Wally was slightly more professional but was also guilty of being argumentative and contradicting himself. Wally first told me that Alpha matches prices within a 100-200 mile radius. He then later said that Alpha does not match prices and that Ahmad misspoke. I guess Wally forget that he misspoke as well. I would save your time and money. I did get the impression that if I were a male, this would've been handled differently. Our request to speak to a manager was met with "I'll take your info and he'll call you." Still waiting on that phone call.....

I worked with Ahmad to purchase a truck in pristine condition. I purchased from out of state but Ahmad worked very hard to make it painless. It was a pleasure dealing with Ahmad and the dealership. I went in to purchase a BMW M3. The price of the M3 was low, and I got what I paid for. Luckily it was under warranty because it had a few minor problems like it needed new brake sensors and it some scratches and broken storage bins. Also, the rear tires were bald. They were also very reluctant to negotiate on price and would not fix any of the broken things. Despite all this, they have the lowest prices around and have cars that are in pretty solid shape.

Went to look and purchase a Mercedes SL convertible. Test drove a 2006, and had a wonderful experience, my credit union would not finance a 2006 without 100% financing. But fear not they had a 2008 that could be 100% financed. AW and Mr. Noor worked their magic to get me the 2008 and out the door back to Maryland. Great customer service, do not believe every negative review you see. Customer service sometimes is how you make it.

Excellent customer service from Alpha Motorsports. My Sales rep was A.W. By far, one of the best car buying experience through Mr. A.W. He was great. I bought 2010 Acura TL. It was a nice deal but due to Mr. A.W.'s excellent customer service made this possible for me to buy this car same day. During my initial test drive, I pointed out few minor items that needed to be fixed. Mr. A.W. made sure that everything is fixed accordingly. After spending too much gas and countless hours searching around the DC metro area for a vehicle, I didn't realize my car was just 1 mile from my house at Alpha Motorsports. I had been pricing the 2013 Buick Lacrosse for several months, and then I saw an online price at Alpha Motorsports that was pretty much the lowest I had seen with extra optional features. I decided to go to the dealership to see if the car was in good condition. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by my salesman Wali. I was told they had just got the vehicle from an auction that day and it had not yet been detailed or inspected. However, when I came back again, the car was detailed and looked like a brand new car, versus a pre-owned vehicle. Wali was extremely professional, patient and did not pressure me at all, like some dealerships have done in the past. I was not initially convinced on the silver color, but Wali pointed out some key tips and I was sold and absolutely LOVE my car. Wali was very helpful and attentive to my questions and concerns. In fact, the final purchase agreement was an "as is" deal, but Wali agreed to replace the broken visor and install it as soon as it was shipped. The visor arrived a week after my purchase and Wali fulfilled his promise. Wali made my experience comfortable, smooth and easy. The BEST car buying experience I've had thus far! Thank you!!!

They show me one with the price and my option, I decided that I will go look in other dealership to compare the deal. Came here after finding a mercedes e350 with every option that I wanted. I couldn't believe the price they offered it for so I went and checked it out. Met with AW and he was really friendly. Allowed me to test drive and check out the car myself so there was no pressure of having a sales guy sit in the backseat with you trying to sell you the car. In the end my wife and I bought the car that day. Great experience with AW and the finance manager Noor. Both were very friendly and helpful as well as making you feel no pressure. I have recommended them to all my friends. Plus Noor owns an awesome kabob restaurant if you are feeling hungry after buying your car.

As someone who has purchased cars over the last 30 years--this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. I originally found the car I wanted on line and sent an email to check on it's availability. I heard back from AW immediately. I was leaving to go out of town for a week--so AW indicated he would keep me posted on the car's status. I checked in via email with AW a few times during the week and he was always very quick to respond to my questions (within 10 minutes). Once I returned back in town I headed to Alpha Motorsports to see the car. The car was exactly what they said it was and after the test drive, I decided it was exactly what I wanted too.The entire process was very efficient and I will definitely be back to buy our future vehicles. I have already told many people in my workplace about Alpha Motorsports for when they need to purchase a vehicle.AW was great for the sale and I then worked with Noor on the financing. Again, I wish all of my car buying experiences had been this wonderful.

I was greeted by Ahmad and I told him that I am just browsing but in reality I was there for a specific car and I hate when sales person just stay an inch from you, anyway Ahmad gave me the key and he told me that take a look at it and once you are ready for test drive pull the car from its spot, it was a big purchase so It took me about 20 minutes to check everything and the car was in a perfect condition with remaining of balance factory. I gave them the cashier check and in a few days they overnighted the title and almost 2 weeks later I found out that the spare tire was loosing air so I called Ahmad and he told me that go to the closest Infiniti dealership and have the service advisor call us and we will pay for it. Even though I signed all the AS-IS forms and probably the spare tire was good on the day of purchase but Ahmad solved the issue in 1 minute.

I am a federal lawyer; a woman; and a generally picky person. None of those facts bodes well for a good car-buying experience. HOWEVER, I will say I had the absolute best experience buying a car from AW at Alpha Motors. I live in Chicago and looked all over the country for a particular sports car. On the internet, I finally found the car I wanted at Alpha motors. After weeks of speaking with AW, I decided to fly to Virginia and buy Alphas car sight unseen. I had the utmost confidence in AW, who was respectful, informative, HONEST, and helpful. He understood that I am an idiosyncratic buyer and also very cautious. He went far beyond what was required for the deal and even checked on me days after my purchase to make sure I was happy. I even told AW he should contact me if his family is ever in Chicago. I needed a car very quickly for a job change. I searched high and low for the right car at the right price. My online searching lead me to Alpha Motorsports. I first spoke to AW on the phone - I think it is important to mention that I called during a huge snow storm not expecting to get a hold of anyone but long behold AW was working and was able to answer a bunch of my questions. The next week my husband and I drove the 3hr+ to Stafford, VA to meet with AW and test drive cars. He was a very friendly, well informed salesman. One of the things I appreciated most about AW is that he answered my questions and treated me with a lot of respect. As a woman purchasing a car, that was very important to me. Just the week before my husband and I went to a Lexus dealership and I was completely ignored while my husband (who was not buying the car) was treated like an A+ customer. To be honest we were really nervous buying the 2011 Lexus RX 350 because it seemed too good to be true. The listed price was less than the trade in value for that same care on KBB. However, we were in a pinch, and AW was very reassuring, so we took a leap of faith and bought the car. With a lot of nerves we brought the car back to our mechanic in Maryland who inspected the car himself. He couldn't believe what a phenomenal deal we got on this car. Car buying can be a stressful exercise and you have to be on guard the whole time to make sure you don't buy a lemon or don't end up over paying. Our experience at this dealership was very pleasant, thanks mainly to Mr. Wafi Akbary (aka A.W). It was a particularly busy day for Mr. Wafi but he made sure while we waiting for him to be done with his customers, that we have a test drive and look at other cars freely. Afterwards, he was very honest and forthcoming about the particular car we were interested in. He gave us both pluses and minuses so we felt we could trust him. He stayed very courteous throughout the purchase process (which can be long due to the amount of paperwork) and stayed long after rest of his colleagues were gone to make sure we drove home that day with the car we had bought. Overall experience was great. I'd be happy to recommend friends and family to him and the next time I need to buy a car, I know where to go.

Purchased a 2010 Audi A4 and was told it went through a 124 point inspection, had fresh iol and not to waist my money on a 3000.00 warrenty because the car is like new, took it back the next day because the engine oil light came on, they told me to add oil and monitor it and not to worry, if something is wrong they will fix it, oil light came on again and they sent me to there shop in Fredericksburg(dump) they said it was a bad piston so AK said leave the car with him and they would fix it, they kept the car for 2 weeks and did not fix it, then they tried to have me trade the car for a BMW which had front end issues and made noises on turns then another Audi which had 20.000 more miles and was not even close to the one I first bought, then they decided to back out of the whole deal and stick me with the repairs which will cost 3800.00, will never ever purchase a car from these crooks..

After spending an immense amount of time searching for a vehicle that would be both luxurious and affordable, I finally found a wonderful dealership in Stafford, Virginia named Alpha Motorsports that not only had my dream car but also in the price range I was looking to purchase a car. The salesman, Mr. Wali was a very honest and knowledgeable individual and answered all my questions/ concerns and helped me find the exact car that I was looking for with all the options, that I wanted in a car. One of the major concerns that I had, was regarding the title / tag work process and how to register my vehicle in the State of Delaware because that is where I live and work but luckily I was referred to Mr. David who was the title manager at Alpha motorsports, and completed the title work and gave me detailed information and instructions on registering my vehicle in Delaware and even provided me with both verbal and step by step written instructions which addressed all my questions and concerns at no extra cost. Overall, my entire experience at Alpha Motorsports was Excellent and I will most definitely be a returning permanent customer in the future.

I had been saving for a nice car as my graduation present to myself for the last four years. As a full time student working part time only, my budget was tight. I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic that I had found on Cars.com in January 2014. I drove from Richmond to Fredericksburg to look at the car and again to purchase the car. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful, honest and friendly. They let you browse the lot without hovering over you and they put no pressure on me whatsoever, which is a welcome change from previous dealerships I have been to. When I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed inside and out and look immaculate! They made the paperwork process painless and explained everything to me. They were able to answer any and all questions I had and they also fixed any issues I had found; no questions asked. I have had the car just over a month and I haven't had a single issue with it. I was looking for a Chevy Camaro and was planning on going to Carmax when I found this place on the internet, I found a Camaro here with a cheaper pricetag than even that of Carmax. I called and inquired about the car as I am a couple hours drive away and I spoke to AW aka Wafy Akbari, I made plans to go down and see the car, AW was very courteous and professional, making sure I had the directions and following up with me every step of the way. I drove down the following day and was met by AW who showed me the car, Everything was seamless, prompt, and courteous. If I could credit Alpha Motorsports with two things I would praise them on their superior customer service and reasonable prices. In the end I went with this dealership and traveled six hours because of their customer service. From my first interest call, AW or Wafi was there to answer any and all questions I had without being too pushy about getting a sale. I had been in the car buying market for a while and truly felt like a valued customer with Alpha Motorsports even after I drove off of the lot. The paperwork process was quick and efficient and I was even picked up from the local train station. AW was a knowledgeable and courteous sales representative and as a solo, out of state car buyer made my car buying process rather seamless. I first came across a car i liked online that looked clean and for a good price. That week happened to be a busy week for me. My schedule was very tight and not much free time to devote into car buying other than being able to browse the internet. I sent an email asking about the availability of the car, and a gentlemen by the name of Wafy contacted me shortly after. we spoke for a minute or two on the phone, mostly me asking questions and he answering them. We scheduled a day and time for me to come look at the car, but then a day later i had to reschedule for the weekend(which was about 3 days longer). The type of car I was interested in with the type of package included are rare to come accross. Therefore I asked him if he could please hold onto that car for a few more days. He assured me that he would not only hold it until i came to see it, but that it would also be cleaned and detailed when i arrive. He did not dissapoint. Once I made the decision to purchase the car the paperwork didnt take long at all either. I was in and out! One thing i forgot to mention, due to my busy schedule, most of our communication was through text and email and he still took me as serious as any other potential buyer. There was never any pressure put on by the dealership at any point, and i think its because they have a lot full of very nice vehicles with very fair prices. The cars and prices set on them sells itself. I actually enjoyed doing business with them and will certainly be back when it is time to purchase another car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and ask for Wafy as your sales person!

I purchased the a 2011 Infinity G25 and it only had 11,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and was practically brand new. I had been looking for 6 months for a 2009 C300 fire engine red Mercedes with a certain amount of miles and in great condition. I was about to admit defeat until I saw that Alpha Motorsports had just gotten the exact car I was looking for except a 2010. It was lower than what I wanted to spend and had slightly more miles than I would prefer, but I called the dealership and asked if I could see the carfax. It was almost too good to be true (as I had been looking so long and had seen my fair share of too good to be true cars). The carfax was clean. I knew I couldn't get up there during their operating hours, as I had to drive 90 minutes to get there. I had my dad call him to discuss the car and make sure it was in good shape, etc. He assured him it was in near-perfect condition. Wali kept in touch with us and that night called us to let us know the car actually wouldn't be on the lot that evening because it was being serviced. I was pretty upset (not with Alpha Motorsports) because I knew how quickly this specific car sold. I got there at 5:00 p.m. the next day to look at it with my boyfriend. The car was in perfect condition and even better than what I was expecting! It took me 45 minutes to make up my mind (once again - it took me 6 months to find a car).Wali was fantastic the entire time and very patient with my father and I during the process of having to call him multiple times. I put down a small down payment to come back the next day with the loan. We arrived around 11 am the next day and it literally took me only 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork and we were on our way.I took it to my parents house that evening and my uncle who is a mechanic was there and they were shocked at the condition of the car for the price. As my dad put it: my used car was in better shape than his brand new car.I waited a few months to write a review to make sure everything was fine, and it is. I love my car and get compliments on it all of the time.The only reason I gave them a 4 for customer service, was not for Wali but for other workers. Both times we were there we were one of the only customers and the workers were hooting and hollering. It seemed kind of unprofessional and awkward.Either way - I'll be back for my next car!

I spent countless hours in search of my next car. I came across a Mercedes Benz C300 online and located at Alpha Motorsports . I read the ad for the car over and over. I sent an email asking for a reply. The next morning I got a call from Ahmad at the dealership, I was so excited to hear the car was available. I asked many questions and Ahmad was very helpful. I will be honest, I was unsure of buying a vehicle online based on pictures and a salesman. I bet there were 20 car photos and I must have looked at them 50 times each. I asked myself "could this be true" ? I spoke with Ahmad several times as I had to keep calling him back as I was at work as well. We exchanged many emails and he made me feel comfortable that the vehicle was described honestly and that shipping was safe. A few hours later I was giving him my deposit over the phone. Our experience at Alpha Motorsports was great! We are located 1 1/2 hours from Stafford without 95 traffic. On our first visit we did not have a lot of time to spend there because we hit bad traffic on our way there. Their head shop guy worked with us initially because the salesmen were busy with other customers. He had the initiative and authority to get us started on our test drives and did so with a great attitude and quickness. We had about 45 minutes we could spend there and during that time we did 2 tests drives and put a down payment on one of the cars we drove. We then came back the next weekend and picked up our car. That process went smooth and quick as well. Everyone we talked to at Alpha Motorsport was friendly and helpful. We would buy a car from them (Ahmad) again and have suggested them to all of our family.

I bought an 08 Corvette from them 4 months ago and couldn't be happier. Part of my pleasant buying experience is due to the car of course, but I have no real complaints about the dealership. The 4-stars instead of 5 for friendliness is for a slight lack of pleasantness from the other sales staff once I began working with Jay. It's not a very significant point, maybe they just wanted to stay out of his way. I gave them 5 stars on customer service because they gave me the exact price I asked for on my trade. Although they had dropped the Corvette's price by $3000 over the months that I was looking at it, they weren't willing to go any lower. But considering the low asking price, I can't complain about that either, which merits the 5 stars on price. I visited the dealership about 4 times and no one ever pressured me even slightly. Finally, whoever they have cleaning and prepping the cars did an excellent job on my Corvette while I was finishing up the paperwork, earning a top rating for quality of work. I've struggled to keep it as clean as it was when I took it home (it's black). Everyone has a different reaction to experiences such as buying a car, but my experience with Alpha was very nice.

Honest dealer, great cars, great finance rates, very professional staff. Bought a Toyota Camry from them. It was kinda old,1995, but in a great shape, I believe it was a local trade-in.

I'm always leary about buying a used car however Ahmad was with me every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and took great care of me. It was one of the easiest transactions I've made and I would definetly do business there again. Every member of the staff I dealt with was awesome as well!

They deserved A+++++++ 100%. Vehicle was described pre good online and again they confirmed the options and condition of the vehicle over the phone. They even send someone to repair the wheel, which had minor scratch, at my job.

After reading a bad review or two, I was skeptical. I went ahead and bought a used 09 Audi A4 from them, flawless, looked brand new. They gave me the best online price compared to all the other dealerships I looked at. Very professional and were able to answer to all my questions. The finance manager Noor even followed up with me to make sure all my needs were being taken care of, even before I stepped in the door. Very good experience. Was in and out of the dealership in hour or so once I decided to go in to make the purchase. The great thing that really impressed me is that a service light came on before I could get it inspected by the Audi dealership. It was a sensor problem which could happen at any time, the Audi dealership was even surprised how new my car looked, they said you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from mine and a 2012 a4! Once I did get it inspected (Audi stamp of approval) Alpha Motor Sports reimbursed me all the fees although technically I signed an "as is" agreement, they didn't have too. That just goes to show they stand behind their word and they are "good" people. Customer service was excellent. This is a very reputable dealership and I will be doing business with them in the future. I recommend them 100%!!

I had salespeople either break promises, or make misrepresentations. First, on a Saturday afternoon Amad told me he/AMG would match a competitor's price of $21,500 and a waiver of any document preparation fee (for a 2009 Lexus ES with navigation). When I returned on Sunday, Jay said he could not honor the price Amad agreed to sell the car at Saturday. After going back a forth, he increased the price to $21,800...and further surprised me by stating the computer would not allow him to prepare the paperwork without imposing the document preparation fee. (This was never disclosed to me by Amad, who in fact said he would waive the fee.) Because of the underhanded tactics, I then thought about purchasing a Lexus ES from a Maryland dealership I had visited Sunday morning that had a 2009 ES with black interior, which I preferred. At this point, Jay lied to me and told me a lot of people drove from Maryland to Virginia to buy from AMS because of Virginia's lower sales tax. (However, I later learned Maryland residents have to pay Maryland's higher sales tax.) After investing several days shopping for a 2009 Lexus ES, and believing I would pay about another $600 to purchase the car in Maryland, I signed the AMS contract documents while crossing out most of their ridiculous cancellation fees (exceeding $2,000) permitting me to cancel the contract and return the car and forfeit the $395 doc fee. Additionally, AMS failed to detail the car as promised. Then, they made me wait one week before they could detail the car. And when they delivered the car, it still needed to be detailed. (They did have a large scratch buffed out, but there were a lot of smaller scratches that were not detailed.) Furthermore, there was a chip in the windshield I had not noticed, which they did not fix and would not pay to repair...even though my car had less than 14,000 miles. Because the interior carpet was muddy, Khalid promised to purchase replacement mats. I had to follow-up three or four times before the mats were finally paid for. They also charged an auto registration fee, but do not pay the fee when they transfer the title out of their name. I suspect they keep this $43 fee -- unless the customer follows up with them to point out the fact they took their money but didn't pay the registration fee. (They did send me a check after I requested it.) After I encountered all the problems, and learned Jay lied to me about Maryland's sales tax, I called Khalid to discuss cancelling the contract and he said he did not care what the documents said, and that I would have to pay more than $2,000 to cancel. (This is highly unethical.) I would never buy a car from AMS, and would encourage you to stay clear of this used car dealer.

I was looking for a cheap car. I stop by there dealership and Ahmad helped me out and he showed me couple cars. Then I decided to purchase one a them and he workout a good deal for me and he also offered me a good warranty for a good price. Recommend this dealership to people looking for good prices. Love to do business with them again...

The only reason I gave them less than the perfect rating is because I visited their dealership twice, first time was late Saturday night and they couldn't get in contact with the finance company but 2 days later on Monday when I walked in all the paperworks and contracts were ready and I was out of there in no time.

These guys handled my entire purchase with ease and respect. Their price was Great for the specific vehicle I was interested in. As soon as I entered in their office, everyone was friendly and respectful. After I test drove couple of the vehicle they arranged my financing at a very good interest rate. I bought 2011 chevy Malibu from Amad had great experience. A.K the Manager was very helpful. He even fixed my brakes 2 weeks after I bought it made squeaky sound which was not a big deal but they didn't have to fix. I would definitely recommend them!

I went to purchase a car from Alpha I was looking for a commuter car to get me from work to school around the area. My sales person was Amad he was very helpful and gave me information on the car. He pulled the carfax report and explained everything on there to me. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. We looked at several options and I finally picked a White Malibu. So far i'm very pleased with my car and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Amad is a great person and is very patient. He even followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was going well.

Great place for super deals! Bought my 2010 Nissan SUV with no hassles! Unlike other dealerships, did not have to deal price gouging or hidden fees from sales agents. I bought a lexus Ls460 from Amad..I brought my own money$ and it's was very easy process. Love the guys they lay back and funny and they make you feel very comfortable. I had a great experience at this dealership, I was in the market for used infiniti G37. I called in to check it was in stock and i stopped by not even planning on buying. I was just searching around. I got the car $3000 cheaper. i felt very comfortable I was not pressured to buy and they just helped me choose the right car with right options. My sales rep was Amad and all the guys were very cool. I got a great deal they provided car fax as well. I even recommended them to my mom and she bought and E class from them!

Went there to check out a 2008 Dodge Nitro. I always buy used, so I know that the vehicles won't be perfect. This vehicle not only was covered in dirt and leaves, but the battery was dead. The air vent knobs were broken. The vehicle smelled like the inside of an airport smoker's lounge. We decided to look around at their inventory, since that was out. Found a Nissan Armada that had a really dented up front-end, and whole pieces of the interior MISSING. This place is intentionally using cars.com to market their vehicles, but once there, you'll see that all these cars are junk.

Their was 3 cars that i was interested in, merecedes E-class. I pulled carfax's on all three of them, they were STRUCTURE DAMAGE, salesman told me it has minor accident. I doubt it had a minor accident if carfax says AIRBAG DEPLOYED/STRUCTURE DAMAGE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Very similar experience to the previous reviewer in that I asked several times if the car I was interested in had any paint work, previous body work or accidents. Jay, my salesman, unequivocally said no as he was standing in front of the car and had personally inspected it. He also proclaimed a clean CarFax which was true. After driving 3.5 hours due to traffic, we were grossly disappointed. The right rear door color was different than the rest of the car. The door had been repaired poorly as you could see scratches under the fresh paint and really dark tape lines on the door jamb. There was also over spray on the front door that was visible. The passenger side view mirror was damaged. This damage could not be overlooked. Even my elderly mother spotted all of these defects so any professional car guy has absolutely no excuse for not disclosing these defects especially when asked. I recommend you avoid this dealership if you are not local because you can't believe what they tell you over the phone. You have to use your own eyes on their cars.
