Needed a second vehicle that would fit my family, 5 kids and myself, and not break the bank. Also had a unique situation that had to be handled with care. Jonathan was amazing with helping me get everything I needed! Definitely would go back if I needed to purchase another car.

They will shotgun run your credit, even if you're just looking to get an idea on if you like the vehicle. They were patient with us at first about making a sale, but would not budge on pricing. They are shady when it comes to running your credit, so don't give them ANY information unless you're absolutely, positively certain you want that car. We came twice looking for a vehicle, and LIED about running our credit a second time without our knowledge or consent. This is a big purchase and they WILL try to rush you through it.

Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Mike Hand. The dealership had a lot of options to choose from. I told Mike what we was looking for , and he listened and found just what we was looking for. He was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him. It was wonderful walking into ALM Hyundai and immediately being greeted by Mike Hand. His smile lit the room and made me feel alot more comfortable about my car buying experience. He showed exceptional customer service from the start of my journey. I walked in with some ideas as to what I'd like in a vehicle ,however, I had alot of questions as well. Mike took the time to answer every one of those questions with concern and professionalism. After listening and showing great care, Mike went above and beyond to show me all of my available options.
