Hands down the most simple and fastest way to purchase a vehicle. Justin Brown was my salesman and did exactly what he said he was going to. He made it easy for me to make a 4.5 hour drive. He and Michael Guevara stayed after hours waiting on me to get there and had the paperwork ready so there was no waiting around on anything. On top of that, they helped me move a fuel tank and tool box from the old truck to the new one. We needed help so they called Greg to come open the shop and get the forklift to help pick it up. He came back to work, on a Saturday evening when he was already off, just to help. These guys are first class and I'll never buy another truck from anyone else. Best experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you guys at and thank you All Star Ford Kilgore.

I enjoyed the experience here at All Star Ford, I had spoken to Gilbert many times in the past about buying a Ford, I have been buying Chevrolet's for the past 20 years. My f350 had several problems. Erg valve replaced. Mechanic was sent to house to repair turbo clamps. Wrecker sent to tow to ford. Update given from service dept on work. Cracked heads repaired. Picked up and noise noted r front. Returned to Allstar and problem repaired. I pull a large elite horse trailer and in the road a lot. And mechanical problems are a worry. Aaron was very helpful and made our purchase a very pleasant experience. If we need a car in the future we will definitely visit him again. He was very knowledgeable in all areas that we addressed (car knowledge, financing, servicing our vehicle, etc.) He was professional and made sure that we were happy with every detail of the car. Shane in finance also did a great job explaining our financial agreement. He went over all of the warranty and maintenance options with us in great detail as well.

Normal maintenance (THE WORKS) went well. But the servicing of the ignition switch did not completely resolve the problem, intermittently not being able to turn switch on. I'm not sure if it is the ignition key or what? The switch will work if the key is reversed. The switch was replaced at the last service call on 9/16.Your staff was most helpful in handling the service immediately.

I wanted to trade in my 2013 F150 Super Cab with 31000 miles. They appraised it and offered me $17,500. I said that was to low we went back and forth for a while finally we settled on $20,000. I picked out the vehicle I wanted and finally we agreed on a price so the next day I cleaned out my truck. drove up to the dealership and told them I was ready to sign all of the paper work. The salesman says well we are only going to give you $18000 for your F150 I said yesterday you said 20000 he said well it's 18 now I was shocked. So I looked up the value of my truck on kbb and it was 20650. I showed him and he said they didn't use kbb.. they used nada. I was like ok your not going to honor your word from yesterday. He said it's 18000 that's all it's worth. So I decide to look at nada and to my surprise avg. trade 20275, rough18650, clean trade 21600 so I asked him what would my trade be considered he said average to clean so I showed him my phone and said well that would make it worth around 21000 according to you. then he said they also looked at what they are going for at auction and some other web page. I asked him well are they putting in all of the options like the spay-in bed liner running boards and so on. He said I would think one has been doing it for 25 yrs. the other for 30yrs. he goes toget a copy of the report they are looking at and the finance manager comes out and said it's 18000. They would not or could not show me a report. I'm pretty sure they were lying and trying to rip me off. I like my ford truck but if I were you PLEASE GO TO LONGVIEW OR TYLER NOT TO THESE CROOKS.

The staff on this trip were great. The only thing I would change is : when a customer (me) comes to drop off the vehicle and it is a warranty issue the customer should be offered a rental and not have to ask for one. Defiantly shouldn't have to ask twice. Other than that All Star has redeemed themselves over my visit prior to this one.

I brought my husband's 2014 F150 in for an oil change. The next day, while he was at work, one of the panels underneath the truck had worked loose. He called All Star Ford to tell them about it and within 30 minutes, someone from the dealership was at his job, fixing the problem. Service like this is why we have used All Star Ford for years and will continue to do so.

Interesting enough I was just driving through Kilgore and decided to drive through your lot to have a quick peek. I saw this F-150 in the most beautiful color and it looked great. So I stopped and was greeted by Charles. I took the time to drive the truck and fell in love with it.Next came the dreaded part, the red tape. I have worked as a technician for Ford Motor Co. in the past so it was no surprise to me what I was about to face. I needed new tires and the service tech was very helpful in helping me decide what tire to buy. I had already looked at what they had available online but I needed help in narrowing it down to a specific tire. She made sure that I knew there was a rebate available on what I selected and helped me take advantage of the rebate. Installation took a couple of hours but the waiting room was comfortable, so I didn't really mind. I don't live in town so using their shuttle service wasn't an option for me. This was the first time I had bought tires at a dealership so I wasn't sure what to expect price wise or service wise. I am pleased with both.

There was a problem with the lighting glitching and it could not be replicated. I am not sure what it takes to replicate such a problem but it would seem that a thorough diagnostics would reveal something. This dealership seems to be in the building phase. I hope they don't dump the people they have now once the management figures out how they want to run the place because the people are fair and they try hard. I think it is the system they are having to work with that needs improvement.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and have always been treated fairly. Gilbert and his staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We bring our vehicles here for all maintenance and repairs as well. They also helped us with our daughters first major purchase. I highly recommend this dealership for all your vehicle needs.

We took my Crown Vic in for a major repair. All of the employees were very helpful and also cheerful. The repairs were done timely and the charges were reasonable. We would RECOMMEND All Star Ford for both repairs and purchasing a vehicle

I am in purchasing and involved with service of our trucks. In 10 years I have used about 10 Ford dealerships from Mineola Tx to Bossier City La. Wesley Edge is the very best service mgr. Our company has ever used. He has gained our trust in repairing our trucks. Only repairing what is wrong. Standing with us on warranty work when it applies. And giving us a fair price on repair work.His backup, Kim has also done us a great job. We take all of our trucks to All Star Ford in Kilgore.

I purchased a 2014 Focus at All Star Ford in Canton, and the transmission was bad. I was referred to All Star Ford in Kilgore since it was closer toy home. They were very accommodating while they had my car for several weeks and kept me in the loop about my car, even giving me a vehicle to drive. Kimberly and Keisha in the service dept were wonderful.

The service writer actually listened to me. I got my 60000 mile checkup, issues I new about and some I didn't all repaired. Postponed brake replacement to the next service with a more in depth inspection by master technician.

Had a great experience with this company when I purchased my 2010 Ford Flex with them in January 2010. Went straight back to them when I wanted to buy my 2014 Flex. They had worked out a deal that I had agreed to then got down to me making an appointment to go sign the papers and was told the price had gone up over $2,000!! And that was that. No good explanation. Conversation was over. Called Rockwall Ford and not only did they stand behind their word, they sold it to me for $500 less than All Star Ford had first agreed to with me to begin with AND had the car in place and ready for me to pick up last Friday morning!! Won't deal with them ever again. Business's should stand behind their word!!!

Craig Slayter was our salesman and he made us feel very comfortable and he was a pleasure to work with. We liked him so much that our son requested him as his salesman and he bought a new truck as well. Craig was the best! Brandon and Sherrille (?sp) were great to work with as well. I can honestly say that the way I was treated at Kilgore Ford made the difference in my decision to purchase a Ford truck from them. Buying a car can be stressful, but the salesman, Melissa, the sales manager, and the finance manager, made this a pleasant experience.

The customer service I received was exceptional. The sales staff were very friendly and personable. Salesman, Bryan McGaw, and sales manager, Bryan Carter, went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted and were very accommodating from the start. I enjoyed doing business with them and have already referred quite a few of my family and friends. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Low pressure. I enjoyed the fact that I wasnt asked every other sentence "What will it take to get you in a truck today?" I told them what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. Steve Shuttlesworth was outstanding. He was so pleasant to deal with, I even spent more than I intended.

My ford mustang would have water coming out of my dash and 3 times i would go to this dealer Kilgore Ford amd thy can never find where the water was coming from. when a mod got shorted out on the right side of the car when the water got to it. i got my car up there and thy installed a new one and now i got a clicking sound under the dash. i told them it was not there before and was told it was and i was lieing. so in front of them i installed the old mod and there sound was not there. thy was not happy. leave the car for a week and get it back and was told there is some wiring under the hood and would cost 2000 for the wiring plus laber. i sayed no and got my car with the clicking sound and thy would not let me have the mod i paid for. i did find where the water was coming from . the dran plug under the hood was full and can not drain. thy never looked and water would run in to the car. My car mod shorted out again from the rain that cam in and when back up there to them and then it got nasty, thy first told me thy was a core charge for the mod and after i showed then there was not. Opps we can not find it. and then told me THY have proof my windows was down. . the floor was wet.... Daaa.. Well short of the long. THe Owner of the dealer called and told me to come get my car. thy will not fix it i showed them thy rip me off and did not even try to find the water coming inTOTAL RIP OFF> stay away Very Nasty Service Manager and OwnerUpdate. I was Called from the Owner after i got a Call from Ford Corp Office about all this. He Told me in short terms on the Phone ( Very Nasty) to get my beeping Car off his lot now! That thy will not work on it and i asked him to show me something and he reply was. I am not . going to show you a beeping thing. get you car off my lot now! I called Ford Corp again to let them know just how bad and nasty the owner and service manger is. i will be going to the BBB over this and sending letters to the Ford ceo. i only hope thy will replace the dealer or fix them where thy can not rip someone off like thy did to me. Run away if you see them.

The sales person (Nick Sweet) was a pleasure to work with. Took the dealership 2.5 hours to get the car detailed after the sale. The car had a noise develope in the transmission with in two weeks. Sounded like the imput bearing was shot. We took it back to get this certified used car with extra warranty repaired. Ford did not give them a new transmission just the parts to patch this one. Kilgore ford had this car for almost a month trying to get this tranmission quiet instead of getting a new one. This was a v6 car for my wife no hot rodding ever and yet the five speed was junk. We get the car back finally and the tranmission is quieter yet is not right. We tried to go out of town in this car and almost everytime on a long hill the engine would shit off before we got to the top of the hill. Twice now our vacation plans were ended due to this Ford Certified used car. AFter paying to get it towed home the last time and then towed to the dealership for the last time just a warning a Ford Certified used car can ruin your credit and damm near get you run over when it dies on the expressway. Ford doesn't care they just keep hounding me for not wanting to pay for a car who has almost asmany miles on a wrecker than we drove it.
