Just awful...I made a service appointment online for my stunning awesome 2016 Mustang GT Cal Spcl. I showed up ready to spend 80 bucks on a synthetic oil change (probably 30 bucks cheaper at Jiffy) and they treated me like absolute crap. They didn't even acknowledge my online appointment and clearly couldn't care less about my business. Then they tell me to go to this beat-up shack called Fast Lane, which is where they do their oil changes, and the guy at the counter said they don't accept appointments and I'll just have to wait...not even a "hello" or "sorry for our misleading website" or anything remotely polite or acknowledging of my frustration. So finally I went to the service mgr and let him know about this awful experience and he basically offered no remedy or anything other than a blanket sorry. This is why people DON'T do oil changes at dealerships, because what would otherwise be a 20-minute ordeal at some corner lube store turns into a 3-hour escapade filled with frustration.

I went in to test drive a few cars and ended up leasing a 2016 Ford Fusion. The car is really sexy! Love the turbo in it and all the features are awesome. This is a step up from my 2001 Ford Ranger. The salesman, Mike Strassman, was not pushy and was able to get me into the car I wanted without breaking the bank. The experience was great, well not the paperwork, but he took the time to answer my questions and was willing to work within my budget. Definitely will lease again from Ford after my 3 years is up.

This is the first new car that I have ever purchased and have had a (in this case a Ford dealership) do warranty and general maintenance. While general maintenance stops may cost a little more than some of the quick stop oil change shops, it has been well worth the few extra dollars in the long run. Ashley Moore, service writer, has taken the time to build a relationship with me. He makes sure that appointments are scheduled on time and completed as swiftly as possible. My car, an 2009 Ford escape Limited, with 60,000 miles is running as well as the day I purchased it.

Cars.com search engine was great. We wanted a very specific Explorer and found it at Al Packer. They were quickly responsive, and we had an email deal in just a few minutes. They took time to explain the deal and some fees, and were straightforward all the way. Our salesman picked me up in the car from the airport, and waa helpful and expedient all the way through the process. We used FaceTime so our salesman Mike could show my wife how the Explorer's sync, my touch, and other features worked. We were very pleased with the entire process, and as an out of state buyer, our salesman really make the process easy and enjoyable.

I brought my 2013 F150 to Al Packer West for an oil change/tire rotation. At $39.99 a great price...I can't even buy the oil for that price if I did the change myself. I arrived a little later in the morning on Saturday and they were lined up into the parking lot. I didn't expect they'd get to me but a couple hours later I get the call they are all done. I had a small issue with a tire center cap that was broken during the rotation(we're all human...accidents happen). I spoke with Mark Mckewin, the Service Manager, and he instantly apologized, took ownership, and ordered me a no one at no charge. I picked it up on Monday and he again apologized and even came out into the parking lot to put in on my truck. In this day and age having someone running such a tight ship giving such awesome service is truly refreshing.

I'm leaving on a road trip next Thursday and on the spur of the moment thought about taking my 2013 Ford Edge in for an oil change and tire rotation before we leave and since I'm pretty busy during the few weekdays before we leave I thought I'd call and see if they could squeeze me in on the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend. I spoke to David George who was kind and very professional and assured me he could get my car serviced if I would bring it in and didn't mind waiting a little while. I took it in and left it with the promise he would call me when it was ready. The entire experience was handled so well I decided to leave my wife's car, a 2013 Lincoln MKZ, at the Ford dealership over the weekend for exactly the same service on the following Monday. No need to go all the way to Al Packer East to service her car any longer.

Al Packer Ford West made my buying a new vehicle one of the most pleasant experiences I have had when buying a new car or truck. Michael Strassman, my salesmen, made the process so easy I left the dealership with a brand new Ford Expedition within 3 hours from stopping just to "look". Had a scheduled appointment - vehicle was there the entire day ( 8 am till 6) and they never touched it When I called to get a status update that is when I was informed that my vehicle that HAD an appointment would not be completed - routine service -really! Never offered a loaner or even an apology or even a call to inform me till I called - I even went to the service manager, Mark and I can see why they are NOT customer service oriented. He basically said "oh well" I will never go back and suggest you go elsewhere too! Went to Al Packer East hoping for a better experience and it was a pleasure - so save yourself time and hassle and go to Al Packer EAST first!

Al Packer West repair service is excellent. From the first tune up to the tire replacements (keep running over screws in the roads), etc. My first visit I wasn't sure about dealing with a dealership. I thought that they were in business to rip people off and overcharge them. I was wrong about this place. Marc Vera is knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and honest. Glenn, one of the mechanics is also a straight-shooter and knows his craft and takes pride in his work. Julie is a gem. She is the one who shuttles me back and forth while I wait for my car to be ready. The reason for the facilities score being two stars is because it is cramped, has only one television, one vending machine, and coffee in thermos bottles. No tables to do your work, no multi-channels for variety of viewing, no kids area, no "fresh" coffee or choice of blends / latte. I am actually not a coffee drinker but my other car is a Honda and they offer latte and hot chocolate and tea. Mornings are very busy so you might not get a seat. My parents car is a lexus and they have a full cafeteria. Service lounges are important but not a deal breaker. Thank God they make up for it with their service.

Had to bring in one of my cars for scheduled maintenance. Arrived at the shop with a few cars already waiting, was promptly greeted by service writer Dion Ambrogio with a 'Hey Mr Gomes, be with you in a minute'. Shortly thereafter we were going over what the car needed and were on our way, taking all of about 5 minutes. We received a call not long after dropping off the car and thought that was quick but it was actually Dion calling to let us know that they discovered some other items that needed attention as well. Not long after that we received the come and pick up your car call. The service dept never fails to do a great job which is why we always bring our vehicles there.

Our sales person Mike Bllinder was fantastic he worked hard along with the manager Chris Donnellan to find the best car and deal for us. Our only problem now is the leased car from Al Packer I want some paper work showing that the car was returned in excellenet condition under the milagae with the two keys and manual . My experience with this car was not so good but Mike made a great effort to convince me that not all of your salespeople do not tell the truth.

The experience was mixed. The car, that we scheduled a Test Drive online and confirmed twice ..was sold the previous week. They did try to locate another car but were unsuccessful. We did find that that sales staff, were friendly. Not sure I would recommend a friend to them. They have not tried to contact us since we left 5 days ago. Weak impression.

I just bought my second car from Al Packer West and couldn't be happier. I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge from Fabio Giacometti, he made the car shopping experience a good one. I called about a car that was listed on their website and later went to the dealership where Fabio had the car ready for me to test drive. He was very informative on all of the features of the car and once I purchased it he helped me get everything set up in the car. I must say I love my Ford Edge !!!

I bought my 2010 Ford Fusion from Glenn Dunn back in July of 2009, at Al Packer Ford West, and just recently at the end of November, 2013 I traded in my 2010 Fusion. and leased a new 2013 Fusion. Both my experiences with Glenn have been positive. I would first of like to thank Michael Blinder, my sales rep, at al packer ford west. To start he listened to what our wants and needs were, and took the time to educate us on the car, and most importantly treated my wife like she was queen, and included her in the buying process, all other sales people in other dealerships we went to, she was completely ignored. There bottom line pricing of cars takes the negotiation process out and the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Michael and his manger team Chris, mark, Clyde, and Jason.

My recent experience with Al Packer Ford West was amazing. This is the second car I have bought from Al Packer Ford West, with the same salesman; Glenn Dunn and I will continue to keep coming back. Glenn made the experience of buying a new Ford Focus so much easier than I had expected. He is completely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. One problem they had was locating another vehicle that suited my request, at this time the Ford Focus inventories of all dealerships was either very limited or non-existent. Glen and Mark both made numerous attempts and they managed to locate a new 2013 Ford Focus that exactly matched the one my Daughter and I wanted. They offer a training session which my Daughter definitely will take advantage of so she can get the most out of the technology. Overall I am very happy with Al Packer West, I will be coming back next year for my wife, she like the SUV (Ford), and continue to have my vehicles serviced here as we'll. Happy, very Happy!

Our salesman, Bruce Duncan made the experience of buying a new Edge so much easier than I had expected. He is completely knowledgeable which is obvious right away, and very easy to work with. There was no back and forth with "my manager" routine, the financing process wasn't a big pressure deal and we were driving away in a terrific smart car in much less time than we ever dreamed! LOVE the car; she's just beautiful. They offer a training session which I definitely will take advantage of so I can get the most out of the technology. Yay! Happy happy!

I am very happy with my recent car buying experience. This is the second car I have bought from Al Packer Ford West, and I will continue to keep coming back. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Micheal Gooden, our Salesman. He was very polite and knowledgable on the Ford SUV's. After test driving the Ford Escape and Explorer and explaining every feature to my wife, we picked a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT and our very happy. The negotiation process was very fair, giving us more than we expected for our trade in, and coming in below our desired monthly payment. The Sales Manager Clyde Stallworth was also very friendly and threw in tinted windows on the deal. He also was the one who appraised our trade in, and gave more for it. The final paperwork was closed by Jason Meegan. This is the second time closing a deal with him, and as usual, very smooth, informative and quick. No unexpected surprises, the deal was exactly ask promised. Overall I am very happy with Al Packer West, I will be coming back in 3 years for my next Ford, and continue to have my vehicles serviced here as we'll.

My recent experience with Al Packer Ford West was nothing short of amazing. I had purchased a new Explorer, and discovered the next day that I wanted to upgrade to an XLT for more features and options. Having already signed for and taken delivery of the Base Explorer, it was now a titled vehicle, and as such, I would have to take a loss as it could no longer be sold as a new vehicle if I traded it in on a higher end model. I totally understood this, and was willing to take the financial loss. This did, however take extensive extra work for my salesman, Glen Dunn, Jason Meegan in finance and Chris Donnellan, Manager. One problem they had was locating another vehicle that suited my request, as this is the end of the year and the Explorer inventories of all dealerships was either very limited or non-existent. Glen and Chris both made numerous attempts without any success over the period of a couple days. At this time, Chris stated he would order a new 2014 model for me since they could not find a 2013. In the process of ordering a 2014, they managed to locate a new 2013 Explorer that exactly matched the one I wanted. They had the vehicle transported to their dealership, and the transfer was made. This whole process was handled in a professional, courteous and friendly manner, and no one ever complained or got frustrated, regardless of all the extra work and duplication of paperwork. I have owned Ford vehicles since 1980, and this is my fourth Explorer. I have dealt with several other dealerships in the past, but Al Packer Ford West has undoubtedly been the best dealership I have had dealings with. It was totally obvious that the primary objective of everyone there was customer satisfaction, and I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Ford to go directly to Al Packer Ford West. I just purchased my new awesome F150 EcoBoost with the very knowledgeable assistance of Carlo Suarez and I could not be more pleased. My towing needs were very specific as well as staying within a certain price range. Carlo listened carefully to my needs, did not waste my time showing me trucks that would not work (which was my experience with other dealerships) and walked me through the leasing process and the benefits of a business staying in a vehicle which remains under warrantee - which is extremely important to my business needs. Funny that Chevrolet, Dodge, Toyota and even another Ford dealership never even offered leasing as an option to achieve my buying goals. If you want to work with someone who not only "knows his stuff" but will respect your needs, Carlo is your guy.

I have purchased many cars over the years but don't remember ever being treated better than I was at Al Packer West. Bruce Duncan my sales person was on top of everything from the ordering process to the increase in the rebate that occurred 4 weeks after I ordered the Escape.Both Bruce and the Manager Chris Donnellon were helpful with out being pushy or hard to deal with I got a great deal and would definitely buy another car from them.At delivery Bruce spent about an hour and a half going over all of the cars features and explaining how to use them.Great deal really nice helpful people not what you normally see at car dealerships.

This is the 3Rd car that I have purchased from Al Packer Ford West, after driving 250,000 miles on my F150 it was time to trade the good old truck in for smaller car that has better gas mileage.Michael Strassman, my car sales man, the only car sales man that I deal with lead me down the path to the proper car that made since for my needs.I?ve had my new Focus for 1.5 weeks now and I have already saved over $150.00 in gas money. I never would have imagined that I would love a small as much as I love my new Focus. I look forward to driving it every day, especially when I look at my GPM and it reads 45 MPG some times even more.Thank you very much Mr. Strassman, I?ll see you in about 3 to 4 years for my next new car.
