I spend about 2500 to 3000 dollars and they damage dashboard and also navigation not working anymore since I picked up my car last time . I don't recommend this dealership so please be aware. Thanx

I have to admit, after my past experiences, I didn't have much expectation when coming here. However, I have to give credit when it's due. Anthony N, one of the service advisor, is truly an asset to the organization and a true definition of what good customer service is about. I walked away impressed and will definitely make more future visits here. I'm also impressed with JR for providing guidance on my car issues. I didn't get the name of the lady at the service door but she's also awesome. And goes a long mile to accommodate customers needs.

We have been Acura of Seattle customers for about 10 years now, we were so pleased with our first Acura's(TSX 2005/MDX 2006)and customer service at this dealership that we replaced them with TWO new ones,(The new TLX 2015 and a RDX 2012 certified)from here as well. Salesman Preston sold us both new cars and did a great job! Employees in all departments go above and beyond, one parts employee Joe H. lives in my community and suburb of Seattle and offered to meet me at my local Fred Meyer parking lot to bring me a floor mat order so I didn't have to come back there the next day(a 45 min drive)to the dealership. Very thoughtfulIf your looking at Acura's in the Seattle, Wa area, check them out.

We highly recommend Terry Parris at Seattle Acura. We purchased a new Acura today and I t was a very good experience. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and none of the annoying games some sales people and dealerships play.

My wife and I worked with Acura of Seattle's Preston Clark in the purchase of our new 2015 Acura RDX last weekend. Preston worked very hard in meeting our needs and his knowledge on the vehicle impressed us. The pricing was exceptional and we felt we made a very fair deal at the dealership. There should be more sales people like Preston in other dealership. As a result, we actually made a decision to buy at that dealership instead on another one that we shopped at.Chris Park at financing was a joy to work with also.Jim Tsang

I purchased an Acura TL 2010, during that time in which i bought it, Chris's service was great, and so was the dealership. Even after almost 4 years, when my battery died I called Chris and with great friendliness he assisted me with no problems. Even after all this time, he still cared about his old customer. It shows much how passion he has in his work, and how professional/likeable he is. If i ever buy an Acura again, I'm going straight to Chris Castro and I strongly recommend going there!

First review ever! Just had to take the time. Great customer service is not always what you get when buying a car. But, that is exactly what I got at Acura of Seattle. I went in on Monday expecting to feel pressure and a quick sale but I got so much more. Salesmen Ryan Nakanishi helped me. He was patient, attentive and he really seemed knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. I never felt any pressure at all. Many of the other guys talked with my son as he waited on me..and shot a few baskets with him. I was offered snacks and coffee as I searched. Ryan answered all my questions in complete detail. Excellent service. Thank you. Another salesmen Terry Parris helped me with additional questions and support the following day while Ryan was out. Same respect and patience. Great job fellas. Appreciate the great experience. Oh yes, My car is so awesome! My son and I love our new ride! See you in a few years!

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership, and thought would get awesome customer service . But nope! they are rude, don't do proper service. I wish i had the option to return the vehicles and buy them from else where. Bought the car , next day had a problem didn't do anything to fix, they said they would call me back, i waited one week before i called and complained to corporate. That got the wheels turning, received a call back asap! Fixed the issue temporally now its the same problem over again. I took my car to acura of fife.. awesome service no complaints and they fixed it the first time without issues... will never buy from acura of seattle again.. Horrible dealership!

We were greeted by the most rude and condescending salesmen I have ever met, his name is Terry! He didn't even let us speak and automatically came to the conclusion that he wasn't going to sell us a vehicle. What kind of car salesman doesn't want to sell a vehicle?! It got to the point where his manager and co-salesmen were the ones apologizing on his behalf! News flash Terry, you DON'T own Acura of Seattle! Maybe if you had some decency to talk to your customers and how to make them feel welcome, you could actually sell a car! Hope you get some decent coaching from your more proficient coworkers!

i came to check to see if the vehicle that i saw a week ago that's when Edward Siou came and show me the vehicle,we went for a test drive and i decided to buy the vehicle,it took Edward Siou 3 hours to closed the deal, that was the fastest vehicle purchase i ever deal with, the very first. Good job Edward Siou.

We just purchased a new 2013 Acura, and our salesman Ed Siou is the most knowledgable, professional, and personable representative we have ever met. My wife Tami was indecisive and wanted to look at every Acura model. Ed was more than understanding and took his time to ensure that he found the right vehicle to meet our needs. I can't describe how happy we are that we got the right car, at the right price, from the right dealership. The moment we walked in the door we felt at ease. No pressure, no gimmicks... just a great easy-going experience! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle, and will highly recommend our salesman Ed Siou to everyone we meet.

He was very helpful and accomodated our needs. He also gave us the option of testing out several cars without complaints. He was very detailed about the descriptions of the cars and the features that the cars came with. He answer all of our questions and knowledgeable. No pressure at any circumastances. Excellent service and a great personality overall. Thanks Ryan!! We'll see you again!

Excellent experience. Terry was knowledgeable, helpful, and in tune with our needs. He was more than willing to work with us to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price that worked for us. Not pushy at all. Enthusiastic about cars and it shows and helps. Thank you and looking forward to continued business.

The main thing I didnt like about this place is the financial person that my husband and I worked with who was not very honest about the fees that they charged us. If we have known about this site we would've rate them then because I do not remember the name of the financial lady that we worked with. Overall it was an okay experience, but make sure to look at those hidden fees, esp etch fees which we forked out 400 dollars for absolutely nothing!

I leased a 2009 TSX from them 2 and half years ago. I have 7 months left on the leaae. Out of the blue, I get a call from Tammy saying my lease is expiring soon and they have special deals going on for current lease customers. Her data shows my lease expires in November, when it expires in May, so I immediately question her. She had called me at 12:30 on a Saturday and wanted to set up an appointment with me the same day. I've already thought about what I will do at lease expiration, so I say I will come see her at 5 today on the grounds that (1) I can turn in my current car for the current 2011 TSX lease deal that is being publicly advertised, and (2) they will pull up my correct lease information. She says no problem. I get there at 5 and Tammy hands me off to a sales associate named Josh - a nice enough guy, looked about 20 years old. He knew nothing about my lease and spent 15 minutes looking up the information, since Tammy never did. Then we talk about the 2011 TSXs and available colors, and he disappears to talk to his boss. Repeatedly. I've spent more than an hour at the dealership (when they were the ones who called me to come in because they had a great deal for me), with absolutely no progress on communication. When one of the sales guys kicks me out of the chair in front of the TV because he needs it for a customer, I ask Josh whether they have a deal to discuss with me today. He is with the sales manager, and they both tell me No. But it is a qualified No - they have 1 2011 TSX with an extra $5,000 worth of rims on it. I said I did not want to spend an extra $5K. When Tammy called me, I said I would come in if they gave me the current lease deal. Who puts $5,000 wheels on a $30K 4-cylinder entry level sedan? So, having lost at leat 2 hours of my Saturday I'll never have back, I gave them my business card and said to email me if they had a car for me to lease (as Tammy had indicated on the phone when she called me and begged me to come in). They came across as completely unethical and incompetent. I came home at 7 in a bad mood. Who needs this nonsense from a car dealer? Any one with so little respect for my time has lost me as a customer.

I called to inquire about Costco pricing on a ZDX and was told the Costco price was around $51,700 or about 7% over invoice(which is basically MSRP). This didn't seem right to me, so I called Costco and they informed me that Acura of Seattle isn't even part of the Costco program and that the Costco price is a set amount over invoice, not a percentage. Not only did they not have the car I was looking for, but they completely lied to get me to come in, which I didn't.I ended up buying from Acura of Lynnwood, which is a member of the Costco program. They were very fair (quoted me the actual Costco price was was about $4000 less than what Acura of Seattle quoted me), friendly, low pressure and they were able to get the exact car I wanted delivered from Portland the same day.

Surprisingly great and mellow experience. I have been buying a new car every few years and had been thinking of the RDX. I set an appointment for a test drive (usually just show up) and when I pulled in got that familiar knot in my gut, but it quickly went away. They accomodated my parameters, respected my time and after spending 30 minutes, left and came back that evening to pick up my car. Josh, new to the business was refreshing and Says very efficient. Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to be so easy. When you approach sales from a point of service and facilitation, you do much better than if you are just out to get the deal. These guys did just that.

My husband and I have been on the hunt for a new or gently used car. It has been a long time since we have shopped for a vehicle partly because of me. I would almost rather get a root canal than walk on to a car lot. While we are not buying a car at Seattle Acura I do want to say that our experience with Terry Paris was very refreshing. He is knowledgeable, listens to get a good read on how to direct his customers and no pressure (but good followup). I especially like that he is lilterally the only one out of about five places we shopped who didn't use the tired old phrase, "what can I do to earn your business today"! While we decided against the Acura it certainly wasn't for any lack of the quality in the merchandise or professional, friendly help from the sales staff.

I went to purchase a preowned Acura and spent about 3 hours test driving and negotiating with the Sales person. When we agreed on the deal the Sales said he is going to get sign off from his manager. We were hoping we were finally done but instead his manager, Mr. Says Louangphakdy, came and said that the Sales guy did not have the authority to commit to a price, and that we'd have to pay a few grand more than what we had agreed to. When we complained that if that was the case they shouldn't have wasted our time by making us negotiate with him, he started swearing and misbehaving... at one point he even screamed 'Get Out'. This is not my first car purchase, so I have seen all kinds of negotiation tactics like 'Hardball', 'Good Cop/Bad Cop', 'Delay tactics' etc., but I was totally shocked to see a Sales Manager behave like this. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will never put my foot in that Dealership again.

My wife and I were at the Acura of Seattle dealership in July of 2007 looking at a vehicle that I was very interested in purchasing. As I was going over the purchase details and preparing to sign papers with the sales gal (her name I do not recall) I heard a loud yelling from the upper level. As I looked up to see what it was, I saw a very large man who was BEET RED in the face, flat out screaming at approximately five other sales employees about some mistake with a promotion. I found out later that this was the sales manager named Chris BournesAnother customer walked in from my right and stopped when he saw the shouting match going on. After about thirty seconds of speaking with another sales worker, this new customer turned around and walked out the door when this Chris character would not stop yelling (in all honesty I could not blame him whatsoever). As soon as this customer was leaving, this Chris Bournes loser immediately started throwing a temper tantrum with words to the effect of. "Fine, let him leave because we don't need his type around here anyhow!" and then stomped off to the back room.I was FLABBERGASTED at what I just saw and wanted to get out of there myself. I excused myself to use the restroom and when I came back to continue the transaction I told the sales gal working with me that I wanted to know what the hell that yelling was all about. She either did not care or treated this as "normal".Incredible! I thanked her and left right then and there; I am not going to do business with people who employ workers with anger-management issues. On my way out, Mister Hostility himself came back out and started flipping me grief for leaving. If my wife were not with me I would have had some choice words with this a-hole. We found another, more professional dealership later that day and had the best buying experience with them.It looks like Acura of Seattle is still stuck in the old circus-act, high pressure methods of selling cars and tops it all off with a childish sales manager with severe anger issues. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. There are other Acura dealerships out there that employ a higher level of intelligence and professionalism

I bought my Integra at this dealership in 1999. Got a great deal on a new car and have serviced my car here ever since. They have always been very friendly and easy to work with. They clean and wash my car complimentary every time I take it in. Since my integra is fairly low maintenance, I haven't had to to any major work on it, but haven never had any problems with the staff or service dept.

I ended up buying a new SUV from them but it was the most painful car buying experience of my life. First, they deployed most of the typical pressuring techniques, haggled on the price a lot even though I had told them my "take it or leave it" price. They were unreliable on the financing department too. I got a call after the day I leased the car to tell me that I had to go back and sign a new lease (at a higher rate) because their computers were down when I was at the dealership and were unable to run a credit check (also lied to me about my credit score). I refused and offered to bring the car back and then they back-pedaled but wanted me to go down there and sign a new set of documents but supposedly my "monthly payment would remain the same". I refused again and finally they didn't push the issue anymore. Needless to say, they have lost my car service business and won't be going back again to Acura of Seattle.
