I shopped with 8 or 9 different dealerships before I came across this place. I basically called them after finding my dream car and told them I would be there the next day to purchase provided it test drove perfectly. Omar the finance manager and Johnny C. the sales rep worked around the clock to find me a loan at a good interest rate (first time buyer) and to have all of my paperwork set up prior to purchase. I LOVED the car and it was in immaculate condition. After telling them I was ready to purchase, it took less than 30 minutes before I was done with the paperwork. They gave me a price to fit my needs and honestly this was the best customer service I found from any dealer. Unlike other dealers, I didn't feel like they were aggressive or treating me like a dollar sign. They were phenomenal in meeting my needs and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I didn't expect service like this after what everyone has warned me about with dealerships. CHOOSE HERE. You won't be disappointed, believe me.

I found the listing for this 2004 CR-V on "auto trader" unfortunately I live more than an hour away from the dealership, I much prefer to see vehicles in person before beginning the negotiation process. However dealing with Ray Denton over the phone to negotiate the price based on the condition of the vehicle and the pictures provided on-line was a pleasure. No discrepancies (apart from a couple of very small dings, 12 year old car) between what was described and what I found after my drive to their location. Overall I very much enjoyed my transaction with Accurate Automotive.

So I bought a Lexus IS350 from this establishment and they did not tell me that the car had frame damage. When They showed me the car fax it did not display this information on it. It was not until I took it to a friend of the family to inspect that I found out this detail. When I went to talk to the dealership about not disclosing this information to me they did not give me the time of day. I also inform my bank of this matter and told them I did not want this car anymore because there were several details they did not mention and it was only 2 days after purchase. The bank then stated they will talk to the dealership. After a month goes buy I did not hear anything I figured I was just stuck in the car but I woke up to my car being repossessed by Accurate Automotives. I called the bank to see what happen and they stated the dealership paid the loan off. Which in-turn was a win for me cause I was able to get out of the car but they way the handle business was not professional. If they were thinking of buying me out of my loan they could had informed me so I could get my stuff out but they did not. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership ever. Officially the worse experience ever.

When I arrived on site, I was approached by a gentlemen named Ray Denton, I asked about a particular vehicle that I saw online which wasn't even on the front lot. Today, I came into Accurate Automotive to buy my first "brand new" (used vehicle). As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted immediately by Jimmy Bingham within 30 seconds of exiting my vehicle. He was friendly, greeted me with a smile, asked me how I was doing and asked me what vehicle(s) I came to view. I've been eye balling a Jetta TDI for about a week and today was my day off, so I figured this would be the perfect time to stop by. I noticed the positive reviews, and the almost 5 star rating on cars.com as well as other sources, which is the main reason I came to this particular location. Anyway, congratulations to myself; I bought the car!! Yay!! I had no pressure to buy this vehicle, but it was hard to turn down such a great offer. A 2013 Jetta TDI, it's in great condition, it runs beautifully, Jimmy knew everything about the vehicle and everything he didn't know, he would look up. He was honest, it took nearly an hour from start to finish for the entire process. Oh did I mention, he also took us into the service center to meet Mark which was just as friendly and helpful. I highly recommend stopping by Accurate if you're looking for a "new" used vehicle! I would also like to add to this review that a friend of mine came with me to this dealership. Jimmy took her into consideration and made sure he spoke to both of us about the vehicle and answered all questions we had and addressed both of our concerns. I am confident in my decision with this vehicle and so is my friend.

After searching for a hard to find combination of colors and features with low miles, I came across a pristine Mercedes at Accurate Automotive in Florida. I called to find out if the car was still available and it was. Buying out of state was definitely a first for me. Fortunately, Jimmy went the extra mile and didn't just send me pictures -- he actually took the time to make a video going inside and around the car showing it's condition and a few features. In a matter of 24 hours I went from seeing a vehicle listed on the internet at Accurate Automotive to selling my truck of 11 years. Accurate was great through the buying process. I told them that I needed to find a seller of my truck, sell the truck and complete the selling process before I could buy. Johnny and Ray were both very understanding of what my situation was. They worked with me for a couple days and I actually met a buyer at the dealership, sold my truck and turned around and purchased the vehicle I saw on the internet at the same time. The process was pretty simple...quick and easy, originally was not able to get the vehicle, but the next day Ray stayed in touch with me and let me know that Omar was still speaking with the bank to try and work out another deal...and sure enough, we came to an agreement, they pretty much pulled off a miracle with my credit and were able to still get me a good payment plan, not the payment plan that I originally wanted, but given all the circumstances a job very well done from Omar and Ray.

We came to Accurate because of the on line reviews and found that those reviews were indeed, "accurate" We called on our way up and spoke with Johnny asking if we could talk with him within 45 minutes. He said he would meet us. When we arrived said he was talking with a client but that Jimmy would help us out so we would not have to wait. Jimmy took us to the 3 cars we wanted to look at, not wasting our time trying to get us in another car. We took 3 the 3 cars for test drives. When we decided on the car we wanted, Jimmy spent time with us finding the best bottom line cost and working on financing. I don't like buying cars but this time was not a chore.

I found the car on the internet and showed my interest. I was contacted almost immediately by Jimmy Bingham. I told him that I was located a couple of hours away, even in another state. Jimmy kept in touch with me and provided me with all the information I requested about the car. He even set up a time for me to come in, after I got off from work, which made them stay a little later than usual. He got with his finance manager and ran different numbers by me until we were able to find something that worked. At first glance at the car I was immediately in love. The guys who detailed it made it look brand new, like it had never touched dirt. I am not one to be impressed easily, buy Jimmy and his team pulled it off. Thanks guys!!!! Excellent work.

What an uncommonly positive experience! We saw a car online, called Accurate Automotive to confirm it was still available, and Victor had the car pulled around and waiting for us when we arrived a few minutes later. The offices and mechanics shop were impeccable, answers were thorough and backed by documentation. I never felt pressured, there were no aggressive sales tactics used. We had our 6 year-old with us, which would have made a lengthy process stressful- instead we were driving away in our new (to us)car about 30 minutes after arrival without having to haggle or nit pick details of the transaction. The most enjoyable car-buying experience we've had in two decades of car buying. Thank you, Accurate Automotive - I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Haven't had a repair experience this visit yet, but on our 2014 purchase, we had no issues, and found cooperative, friendly, no-haggle follow-up work on the car we bought then. Had been looking for a Chrysler Crossfire for over three months. Traveled from Columbus Ga to Accurate Automotive in Jacksonville. After dealing with some really bad dealerships I was very pleased with what I found here. Ray Denton met me at the door super nice guy. We test drove the car. We could not get right on price although he tried. Following week he called and we agreed on the price. Applied online with their credit application with no problems. Omar the finance manage also a super nice guy called the following day and had financing arranged with a good rate. Ray was like a good friend although I had just meet him. He arranged a uhaul trailer for me to tow my Crossfire back to Columbus. These folks can be trusted.Give them a try you will like the experience. I DID. Thanks for my new toy!

I met the team at Accurate and had a great experience. After being introduced to some of the tactics in the car buying industry, I was thrilled to go to Accurate Automotive. At Accurate I got a fair deal, a great car, and felt like I was being educated and respected. I also heard some good '80's music playing as we sealed the deal with signatures and that doesn't hurt. We bought a maintenance plan the covers the vehicle in a fairly comprehensive fashion from 55k to 125 k so we can just ride with less motorist angst. First spoke with Andrew who was a knowledgeable, confident and patient agent. My wife signed some paper with Omar and I later came in and signed with Tony. We both had a great and similar experience. Will buy our next car there as well.

I took a chance to move away from the "big box " dealerships by looking for a more honest and straightforward car buying experience and that's what I got. Knowledgeable, fast and friendly service is what we got. I made an offer that I hoped the sales department could match and they did. They even got a better financing rate than I had expected. My FICO score is over 800+ and I expected a rate between 2.4% and 2.9% but Omar and the sales staff took the time to fit me into an unbelievable 1.9% rate!! I was extremely pleased with the service I was given in regards to finance. Accurate Automotive went above and beyond assisting me with my vehicle. I had went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation, but they found an issue with my car that was a safety hazard. They came to me immediately and told me they were concerned with me driving. Miah even walked me out to the shop and showed me where the issue was. Unlike prior experiences with automotive shops, I did not feel pressured into fixing it, and this experience showed me they truly have care for their customers. Not only was my car fixed in a timely manner, but when Matt called me up to go over the bill I was so surprised at how inexpensive it was. His breakdown showed me they did not add on any extras to up the price and made me feel valued as a customer. I definitely will return! If you go in ask for Miah or Matt in the service side, your vehicle is in good hands.

Most of the dealers will not tell you the out of the door price unless physically you are there and then they will leave a space for you to bargain. Dont expect the same here. After my mother totaled her car the car searching began. I took her to look at several cars and we ended up at Accurate Automotive. My mother was especially anxious to visit this dealership since she had watched it being built from ground up. Omar was our sales person and right off the bat he really made you feel comfortable. Being two women on a car can be frustrating as it is " easy target " Omar never for one second made us feel that we were being taken advantage of and really seemed to care that my mother got a vehicle that she seemed comfortable in and one that was within her price range. Was in the market for a good used Jeep and saw their ad for a 2006 Jeep Laredo and it looked GOOD! Dropped in to look at it and it turned out it was GREAT! Smooth ride and ultra clean, inside and out. OMAR, our sales rep was extremely professional. He didn't pressure us and treated us with a great deal of respect. We continued our search but kept returning to their vehicle. We did this not only because we liked the Jeep but we liked the quality of the vehicles they offered and the treatment we had received. finally we made our choice and they were very cooperative and accommodating. A few minor issues we had observed were corrected and we now have a wonderful vehicle. We recommend them highly!

This is the only dealership I'll ever buy a used car from for as long as I'm in Jacksonville. After searching all around Jacksonville, this place is completely different from your "typical" used car buying experience. My wife and I were looking for a larger vehicle for our growing family, and after looking all over they had by far the fairest prices by thousands of dollars, so there was no need to "haggle" with them as I knew I was getting a great deal. Omar is completely awesome, he wasn't pushy at all and just wanted us to find the best vehicle for our needs. He was even honest with us that we could get more money for our Corolla if we sell it ourselves instead of trading it in, even though they would love having it in their inventory. He has the utmost integrity and respect, and I will always go to him first when we're searching for our next vehicle.

I am absolutely in love with this dealership! The entire staff was incredible, especially Omar, he was not pushy and was more than willing to work with me. He was also very understanding and easy to talk to, I very much enjoyed working with him. My close friend referred me to this dealership and because I bought my car from there, he was given 200 dollars, how cool! I've been looking for a car for about 2-3 weeks, I've been to multiple dealers, CarMax....the works. Omar at Accurate Automotive called me within 30 minutes of my online request for info on a car, and I immediately loved him. He wasn't pushy and obnoxious like EVERY other salesperson I've dealt with, and he seemed very genuine and honest when I asked him questions. I was feeling really fed up with the whole car-buying process until I started working with Omar. He was really helpful in getting my questions answered and my financing paperwork started online, and he was immediately available when I arrived at the dealership-he even had the car pulled around front and ready to go. It was exactly as promised, and I feel like this whole experience is too good to be true. Seriously-this is the only person I ever want to deal with again when I have to get another car. He's sincere, really laid-back, honest, and NOT PUSHY. I love this place.

We were very surprised by the quality of service we were provided. In our quest to find our new "used" car, we were hesitant at first to visit a small dealership....but after the complete runaround at several larger dealerships we gave Accurate Automotive a try (it was really based on the reviews we read here on Cars.com). The first sign of a quality dealership was the honesty. My husband called about a car on the lot and discussed on the phone with Omar the price we needed. Within minutes a price was agreed upon and promised if we decided to buy the car. When we arrived at the dealership there was no back tracking or hidden costs - absolutely no hassle at all. We drove the car, loved it and got it for the price we wanted - all done in just an hour or so after work. In the midst of a very busy work schedule, the process was made quick and easy. Allowing us not to miss work. A bonus, they helped fix a small latch issue on the hood of the car following our purchase, when one of the big dealerships wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars for something so simple. We love Accurate Automotive and plan to buy future cars at their location.

Went to this dealer after seeing a Jeep Wrangler on Cars.com. Was disappointed to see several small cosmetic issues that were not showcased in the online photos. Omar helped me decide on another vehicle to test drive during my visit. 2nd vehicle was a good match but not quite what I was looking for. I saw the exact model and color vehicle I wanted online at Accurate Automotive. My husband and I decided to go to Accurate before shopping at any of the larger well-known dealerships closer to our home. We were met by Ray, who had a very friendly, relaxed and not pushy attitude; something a car buyer can appreciate. The lot was full of beautiful cars - like being in a candy store. After my first test drive of the Infiniti G37, I was smitten, but I still wanted to test drive a few more vehicles just to be sure which luxury vehicle I absolutely wanted. The negotiations went well, including my trade-in, and I drove off the lot with my first luxury vehicle. The customer service was friendly, personable, and professional. I have told my friends/family about my experience at Accurate. Tony, the owner, also personally introduced himself, and thanked us for our business - something my husband and I both appreciated. When in the market for a new car, there is no doubt we will go to Accurate Automotive first.

My husband and I have been searching for a used pickup truck. We spent a great deal of time over several days looking at trucks on the internet. After looking at several of the trucks in person, we were very disappointed in the quality of the trucks we were seeing. We found that some of the dealers were not exactly truthful over the phone about the condition of the vehicles. We drove an hour or more to see them, so it was pretty frustrating to get there and find a ratty vehicle. The pictures always look great, don't they? We finally found a 2002 Mazda truck at Accurate Automotive that looked as if it might be a good choice. After speaking with Omar over the phone, we decided to make the hour drive to see it. He was very honest about the condition of the truck, especially mentioning a cruise control button that was pretty worn. When we arrived to look at it, we found it exactly as he'd promised - a very nice truck with low mileage, in great condition with a clean CARFAX. Long story short, we were very pleased with the entire process of dealing with Omar. Honest, willing to work with us in any way he could (he'd even come in on his day off to meet with us) - he made the process quick and easy. This is more of a hometown lot which is why I gave the facilities four stars instead of five, but they are moving into a brand new facility next month. Don't let the gravel lot deter you! It's worth the visit for great vehicles and excellent customer service. We're very happy with our truck and our experience. We'd recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

It was a miserably rainy day, but the staff was friendly and helpful! I traded in a car and they gave me a fair price, worked with financing to get a great rate, and fixed a few problems on the car I was purchasing. I recently was looking for a truck for my son for college. I found a sweet 2006 Chevy truck that was priced right on line and immediately got up with the dealership. Omar promptly got back with me and we made a deal over the phone. When I drove down to the lot from Brunswick Georgia Omar was waiting on me when I got there at about 8:00 pm. We went over the truck and I was very pleased with the deal. The purchasing process was very easy and smooth. My son was/is very excited and pleased with his new truck. This is the second car we've brought from accurate auto and both times we received the best customer service and understanding they dont lie to you in any way dont play games with your credit score like other places very respectful and on top of any situation you bring them they were not only able to help me finance my vehicle but whent the extra mile to get me the best payments possible even stayed open late to help us take my car that day omar was really sweet and awesome i would say if you need a car go here first i would recommend them to anyone and have as soon as i knew we needed a new car i came right to accurate our first and now second experience was so great i wouldnt go anywhere else the car runs awesome as i saw the carfax right up front and trust these guys 100%

The car I bought was considerably less than The Blue Book price. There were 2 minor problemss with the car. Window controls did not work and was told the part was already on order and my mechanic checked it out and said the only problem was a minor leak in the rear wheel cylinder. Omar from accurate said they would fix that too. He was very friendly and professional. I picked up the car 2 days later. Everything was fixed. The sale process took about 5 minutes. I love the car and I love Accurate.

Dirt lot that conducts itself like a full line dealer. The only issue I had with vehicle after the sale was immediately addressed no questions asked. All their vehicles were clean and newer,no auction junk like many small dealers. Would recommend and buy from again.

I recently purchased a 2000 Toyota Celica that was considered to be high mileage and I was a little concerned about noise coming from the vehicle. Omar stated that he was not too knowledgeable on mechanical things of the vehicle and asked the owner Tony to check it out. Tony drove it and told me that it was probably just the tires. I purchased the vehicle on that premise and traveled all the way up to Richmond, Va immediately. The day after arrival I took the vehicle to a reputable mechanic and they checked the vehicle per from bumper to bumper and the only recommendation was to get new tires and within the next 10k miles get rear brakes. Their comment was that the vehicle was very well maintained by the previous owner. I pretty much saw that from the FREE Carfax reports (excellent service to provide!, by the way) and I also had a lengthy conversation with the dealership that had been taking care of the vehicle. Also, I had driven a rental car up to Jax to get the vehicle and Tony made arrangements to have me picked up from the Avis rental car place to be brought back to the dealership to drive off in my new car. Thanks you guys, Dad, Omar and Tony the car is awesome. Keep up the great work! Bottom line, I have only had this transaction with Accurate, but I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them with full confidence that they will get a great vehicle at a great price.

My wife and I were looking for a minivan for our family. I found our Toyota Sienna online at Accurate Automotive on a Saturday morning and drove out there from our home in Middleburg. We had the best experience with a gentleman named Omar. He took his time showing us the van and we took a test drive. My wife and I both agreed that this was the van for us. The price was more than fair and the whole process was smooth from beginning to the very end. When my wife took her turn at a test drive, Omar went so far as to put more gas in the van, with the hope that we would buy this van! No pressure, just great customer service.
