Horrible dealership.. unorganized and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not trust the salesman here especially the finance manager joe. He had me drive 4 hours to pick up a truck and when I got her after my 4 hour drive told me it got sold. No phone call to notify me so I don’t waste my time and gas! Horrible service

Amazing selection of high-quality cars, no pressure sales and incredible customer service. Cesar is a compassionate sales professional. Need some financing? Joe will have you locked in with a great rate in minutes. This is truly a family owned and operated business, and they won’t let you forget it. I just can’t say enough positive things about my experiences. One positive purchase experience may be a fluke, but every time I purchase a car, I get outrageous customer experience. I don’t know how you do it, but keep up the good work ZM European Motor.

I actually didn’t buy a car from here. The salesman actively stopped me from buying a car from there. I was beginning my search for a car and was exploring my options so I came to search here. I explained to the sales rep what I was looking for and they said that I wouldn’t find something there. They actively lost a customer due to their amazing honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction. I can’t recommend this enough to someone looking for a used euro car, even if it wasn’t for me.
