I have a Toyota Corolla that has a recall. I have called to get my recall fixed. The lady told me the part would be ready in 2 weeks, and I would get a call back. Never got a call back so I called 3 weeks later and spoke with another individual that told me the part wasn't ordered. They insured me it would be fixed and the part would be ordered. Well needless to say, after a total of 4 calls my car is still yet to have my part fixed or ordered. I would never shop at this dealership or refer them because of my experience with this process. They will not have to worry about my next car purchase! Save yourself the hassle and go someone that they actually want your business!

I recently purchased a used truck from Younger. Ken, my sales rep was very patient and helpful throughout the process. The purchase was pretty much as expected and they were willing to work with me to get the right deal put together. Where the dealership really went above and beyond is what happened after the purchase. As with any used vehicle, its always a bit of a shot in the dark as to the outcome. In my case, within a few days of purchase, the Service Engine Soon light came on. After a stop by the local auto store to read the codes, it looked like a problem with the catalytic converter - a pretty costly repair. I immediately called my sales rep, Ken and he had me contact the service shop. They got my vehicle in the next day and assessed the situation. I got a call later in the day confirming what I thought was wrong with it and informed me that they would pick up the costs. Given this was an "as-is" purchase, they did not have to cover this particular issue, but I am certainly very appreciative that they did. Everyone that I have worked with at the dealership so far has been outstanding!

Customer service, quality of repairs, etc., are all top drawer BUT what sold me on the Toyota was the buying process. Ken Murphy assisted me with this shopping experience and I was hooked. A problem surfaced within a few days of a vehicle purchase. I was mistakenly assigned as the vehicle purchaser, when in fact my daughter was the actual purchaser & I was to be the loan cosigner if needed because of my credit rating. It is difficult to give a review at this time because there is still work to do. But, I believe the service department is doing all they can to fix the problems. Everyone is friendly and professional. Explanations are given as to what was done and what is planned to complete the work. The wait time for a scheduled visit and what was done, was longer than I feel it should have been. However, I feel I am in good hands.

I dropped My car for Routine maintenance and for the first time I sought to use to shuttle service to get back to work, i was assured that such service available and prompt. I arrived at 12:50 noon. Was told By the person who took my keys- to wait "FEW Minutes"....I waited till 1:40 noon....My office was full with pple who expected me to be by one.....What made matter look completely unprofessional that the shuttle Arrived..THEN HAD TO GO Somewhere Else WHILE I was waiting for the "FEW Minutes" ..AND Later on when i waited for 50 minutes and complained I got a completely non-sympathetic answer... IT Was a disaster...I had to call for a car to come and pick me up..furthermore my car was done and No body called me to come and pick it up!! so i kept waiting in my office.. I ve bee doing my service at this place for almost 3 years.. ... Beyond disappointment.. this has come to an end..

I was with a friend who was going in to Toyota to see if her custom truck had been delivered yet. There sat a Red Matrix. Since I owned a Pontiac Vibe, I knew they were bassically the same car and I fell in love. My poor Vibe had almost 100,000 miles and was starting to show the wear and tear. Well, I test drove it and the next thing I knew, I was going home in a new car. The folks are at the dealership are fantastic, the place is very clean and they go the extra mile for their customers. Visited the Parts Dept and purchased a replacement part for my daughters TC on Friday. I was told the repair was covered until March of this year due to a recall/campaign of sorts. That's a nice surprise!!! But the best part was, while talking to the cashier, Scott/Service Manager walked by, the lady called him over, explained to him that my daughter was going back to school the following Monday, and asked if he could get the repair worked on Saturday. Scott said they were booked solid, but he would try if he could have the car all day. I dropped it off at 8:30, and was completed by 10:40. Now that's excellence in customer service. I had to have the Highlander towed to Younger at night and by the next day at 8:30 in the morning I knew what was wrong with it. My car has almost 250000K miles and a small part broke, they fixed it and it was ready to go when I picked it up the same day. Teresa took both my morning call and afternoon call and was great to work with as always. She is honest in the evaluation of the car and what is needed and makes sure I always get the best price! I brought my Tacoma in for an oil change and was treated very well by everyone. The service was performed quickly and efficiently - my only disappointment was that you were unable to run it through the wash due to my Thule rack... oh well.

Had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 P.M. My car was never taken back until 45 minutes later. When they came out to discuss my vehicle they said I needed all my filters changed. I just had all new filters replaced 2 oil changes ago. They ran my car through the car wash, but it was not a very good wash job. I just feel that if you have an appointment you shouldn't have to be there for close to 3 hours.

Also got great advice as to where to go to find a remote starter for my car and whether or not an after-market remote starter would impact my warranty. Fast and efficient!

Scheduled the 100,000 mile service over the internet. Received 2 e-mail reminders and a call reminding me of the service date; which was great. Dropped my vehicle off after hours and by 8:15 the next morning; a thorough inspection with suggested maintenance items along with cost; was provided. Everything was completed as requested around noon. I was able to pick up the vehicle around 7pm because they have a cashier there until 8pm...which is great for those of us unable to get there by 5 or 6. I purchase the vehicle used about 9 months ago; and it now runs like a new one. Great service; both technical/mechanical and customer service. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time servicing my 2013 Camry and also my first time at Younger. I came because of my past working relationship with the service manager. I will say, above knowing Chris and knowing that he would go above and beyond for me and my car, that I also relieved the same warm welcome feeling from all other employees that I encountered during my visit, from passing sales persons to the technician who worked on my vehicle. I was pleased with the facility as well. Lots of things for me to peruse as I waited as well as refreshments provided. Buying a new car has been near the top of the list of What I Dread Doing the Most, but I have to admit that after my experience at Younger Toyota December 18, during which time I traded my beloved 2007 Prius for a 2013, Ive changed my mind. I knew I wanted the same type of Prius and was never pressured to change my mind. Tony Patillo was extremely kind, respectful, knowledgeable and quick to move the process along. How many times have you hugged your car salesman before driving off! My thanks to everyone else as well: the receptionist, the General Manager, Dave Carroll, and another member of the team, whom for the life of me, I cant remember his name; so sorry. I bought the car I wanted after given an offer I couldn't refuse. Having the shopping bags available to pack the things from my former car was a special touch too. I received top notch customer service at Younger. This is my second purchase with Phil Young, and he is wonderful! No pressure, easy going and very knowledgeable about their inventory. Everyone at the dealership is wonderful to do business with; it makes the car buying process smooth instead of the chore it can be. I wasn't planning on buying (I had my heart set on another 4Runner, but there were no used ones on the lot). I ended up driving off in a very nice Highlander. I really didn't think I'd like it, but I LOVE IT!! Everyone at Younger is focused on superior customer service and they definitely deliver!! Younger has a customer for life!! :)

I would definately buy from Younger again. Tim Moats was personable and listens to the customer and I would also ask for him again. He was a bit unsure of the finance rate that Toyota offered but he was from the Used Car side of the house and it did not affect me. The spacer for the lock release forward of the shift pattern was not installed. It was a simple fix. The survey forces an answer to why I visited the dealer. None applied. It was actually an impulse buy.

I'm very pleased with our RAV4, 2013 year model. I recently had it serviced for its 1st 5,000 mile check'up. The service was exceptional. Our vehicle was done in a timely manner. My only concern was that the oil change isn't due until the vehicle gets 10,000 miles on it. I personally feel that 10,000 miles is way to far for a 1st oil change. I'm from the old school and I always changed the oil in the 1st 1,000 miles. I realize that the vehicle has synthetic oil in it but I'm still nervous about driving 10,000 miles on a 1st oil change. To put my mind at ease, I purchased an oil filter and 5 quarts of oil and will change it myself. Other than that, I will continue to deal with Younger and look forward to another new vehicle purchased from them.

I bought my first "new" toyota from Younger in 2011 (2011 Tundra) and have been extremely pleased with every aspect of purchasing and owning this vehicle. They gave me a completely fair trade in price for my old truck, which was refreshing. I didn't want to deal with selling individually. I was lucky enough to be offered the "younger for life" package when I bought my car and I'm happy to have it... get an email that I'm probably due for regularly scheduled maintenance, set an appt online, take my car in and oil change etc is done quickly... and for free. I drive over an hour to Yournger Toyota, so the trip needs to be worthwhile. Making an online appointment was incredibly simple, and I received a reminder by e-mail a day or two before the date. I like driving into the garage and being greeted by someone immediately, rather than having to park on the lot and walk in and then having to look for someone to talk to. I was given an accurate estimate of the time it would take, and settled down in a comfortable waiting area with free wi-fi and a variety of hot drinks and sweet rolls. The car was well taken care of, too. :)

Over the years I have tended to do a lot of the work on my own vehicles, however, I am no longer physically able to do things such as replacing water pumps, pulling a head to have the valves ground, and replacing clutches in manual transmissions. When I purchased my used Toyota Sienna in 2009 I decided I might as well let the Toyota people do most of the work on it. They have always been very gracious and kind and patient with me as I asked many, many questions. They all seem to speak the same form of English as I do and that makes communication easier. Thursday I took the car in for a scheduled appointment. There was a shimmy in the front end when I would press hard on the brake pedal while I was going in a high-speed such as 55 or 60 miles an hour. I expected that they would probably want to resurface (I think that is the word) the disc brake and in fact that is what they did. I have not yet driven the car fast enough to press the brakes hard and see whether or not there is a shimmy. Another problem I told them about was that my right headlight aimed to high. After examining the car they suggested having the wheels balanced, but as best I remember I had bought new tires from them several months ago and I did not understand why they would now need to be balanced. It was explained to me that a weight might have fallen off of one of the wheels. I expressed interest in how a weight would fall off of each of the four wheels. I also wondered how they could tell that the tires were out of balance without taking the tires off the car. I did not receive an explanation that I understood. I declined having the tires balanced. After I paid my bill and drove away I pulled up to a garage door and turned on the headlights and discovered that the passenger side high beam light was aimed, probably 250, above the horizontal. I took the car back and a member of the staff looked at the lights, agreed that one was aimed in the wrong direction, opened the hood, seated the lightbulb properly in its socket, and then everything was fine. I was not charged for the correction being made. A friend of mine told me that I should not buy tires from a dealer because he had purchased tires from a dealer and when one of the tires went bad and he took it back to the dealer where the dealer explained to him that that was not the dealer's problem and that my friend would have to deal with the company that made the tires. I do not know if younger Toyota follows the same policy but I do plan to ask the next time I go in and I suggest other people asked the same question. My friend suggested I should always deal with companies who honor the guarantees on the tires they actually sell and install on the vehicle. I took my Kindle fire and was able to connect into their free Wi-Fi so the time passed very quickly. Younger Toyota has very respectable snacks and I enjoyed them. Since I was using a wheelchair I suggested to the general manager that he might find it good business to undergo the expense of purchasing a table where the level of the top was at a height which a person in a wheelchair could comfortably use. He thanked me for my suggestion. I have a friend who has a device that can be hooked up to a car's computer and read the problem codes that the computer kicks out. I always go to him before going to servicing at Younger Toyota. While his device is not as good as the one that Younger Toyota has I have never yet experienced a situation where his device did not detect a problem and Younger Toyota's devices did detect a problem. Over the years my friend and I have done a lot of work on various automobiles and other mechanical devices. We firmly believe in the corollary of Murphy's Law that in determining how long it will take to do something, first you estimate the amount of time needed, double the time, and change it to the next highest unit. Therefore a task which you estimate can be done in one hour will probably be completely finishe

I brought my truck in for its first service. All that was performed was a tire rotation. No oil change, inspections, fluids were not topped off etc. The service person (Rachael) made a big deal about "washing the truck'...the washing you performed was poor at best. The windshield had several bug remains and streaks. Additionally, some one changed my mieage from ODO with just four digits to trip A and decimals points and did not re set it back. Very poor service for a simple first services. I'm a 40 year Toyota customer and this is my second worse experience.

I had scheduled my 2010 Toyota Sienna for a regular service[oil change/tire rotation] for 11:00 am Thursday it was not completed until 12:15 pm [far to long to have this done] also dealer recommend air and cabin filter replacement, how ever they were replaced 5,000 mile 5/2012 before and was not DIRTY. My van has only 46,000 miles on it I feel the service is NOT very good as it has been in the pass.

I did have a concern with the cost of a coolant flush and refill, but it was also discounted and the overall cost was reasonable. I brought a Toyota Corolla into the shop I had recently purchased from a private party to have a recall item checked out and find out what the knocking sound was coming from. Scott, from the Service Center called to tell me what was wrong, approximately how much it would cost, and approximate time it would be ready. I wish I could say he was "spot on" with the estimate, but I am pleased to say it was less. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Scott stopped what he was doing and personally walked me to the cashier and talked to me about my vehicle. My new "old" vehicle or my old "new" vehicle runs great and sounds superb. Couldn't ask for better customer service than what Scott provided me. THANK YOU!

I had a very pleasant buying experience. When I first contacted my sales consultant, Alex Swope, I told him I was not ready to buy; I just wanted information. He made me a fabulous offer. He was not pushy and did not contact me frequently to ask me to purchase a vehicle. When I was ready to buy, he immediately found the car I was looking for and had it brought to Younger. hey Chris, I am sorry that you actually asked me this question...I went into the shop on Thursday because my 2008 Prius had and issue with the FOB. We recently had the battery replaced and it still didn't work. We were told to leave the vehicle so my husband had to drive a 2nd car. Two or three hours later we get the call saying its ready...We go into pay and its $59.80. WOW!!!!!!!!!!! When I got the battery replaced at the Frederick Toyota dealer it cost $7.30???. Diagnosis testing for a 1/2 hour on the FOB $49.OMG...I could have bought a new FOB for $75.00 . Ok when we unwillingly paid for my car I asked Dan if the car at the very least got washed he said it had...When I got to my dirty car I was annoyed to say the least... of course the 1st gentleman to ask me if something was wrong hopped right in the car and took it through the wash..As I was driving down the road, I realized my car was running rough and I pulled my husband over and he drove the vehicle...I doesn't feel right...what the heck...Now I have another issue...Not a good feeling when you don't trust the dealer...I should have bought a 2nd battery for $7.30 and tried that myself...My bad..but now I have a bigger problem... Of course you don't know but we are new to the area and WAS looking for a Prius V. Somehow, I feel a kind gesture is worth a million...I was a new customer to you....???? think about it. I just purchased my second vehicle from Younger Toyota, a 2014 Corolla. The reason I chose Younger is their excellent history with me. They are outstanding in customer service. I dealt with Justin Luttrell, Sales Consultant. The purchase went off without a hitch. I had made an appointment with him the day before the sale, told him what I wanted and when I'd be in. He was there on time and had a vehicle ready for inspection and test drive. It was exactly the Corolla I was looking for. He answered every question I had, and anything he didn't know he quickly found out to pass along to me. He has since followed up with me to make sure I'm happy with my new purchase, offered his personal cellphone number and encouraged me to call him at any time if I had any questions or problems. When the vehicle was delivered to me, it sported a fresh wax job, cleaned inside and was ready to be driven off the lot with a full tank of gas. Through the whole process he was with me and explaining everything as it happened or was about to happen. The back office people were also friendly and informative and made sure everything was to my specifications and made sure I was completely satisfied. I considered other makes of automobiles, but had experience with Younger Toyota's excellent customer service and that's what convinced me to purchase from them. If you're considering a new or used vehicle I can wholeheartedly recommend Younger. "Younger for Life", isn't just an empty slogan for them, it's a whole way of doing business. I will be a lifelong customer of this dealership.

We had talked to Dan in service a few weeks ago about the problem, but then it disappeared. When it appeared again, he scheduled an appt. for the next day. After inspecting the car, he called and explained everything and clearly and thoroughly spelled out the options. We chose to have the problem fixed and picked up the car within 3 hours. We were pleasantly surprised with the wash job and the car being clean inside after the workmen had been in it.

I originally leased my Toyota from Dar Cars in Frederick and was in need of my 5,000 miles maintenance. Since recently moving to Hagerstown I decided to schedule with Younger instead, and I did so online. Unfortunately, when I got there on a Saturday morning they didn't seem to have me scheduled. But, Theresa was very friendly and professional and fit me into the schedule. The service department waiting room was large and clean, there is a kids section and a more private sitting area for consultation. There is a complimentary snack and drink bar( not those kinds of drinks). The bathrooms are also very clean with a tv (I'm guessing that's if you bring your kids in with you?). Because I was technically fit in to the schedule, I am very happy that even still I only waited an hour and 15 mins. The team there worked together and customers moved in and out of service quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed with Toyota as a brand and now with Younger as my local dealership. I will definitely consult them at my lease end.

One would think that replacing a 1996 RAV4 with 297,642 miles on it would be easy. Let me tell you, it's not. When a car has lasted that long and done as well as mine, the idea of replacing it it heartbreaking. That is exactly how I felt when I got to Younger Toyota and met Mara Myers. In fact, I'm pretty sure I shed a tear or two when we first discussed replacing my car. And discussed it. And discussed it again. Over the course of almost a year, Mara helped me find my way through the maze of car manufacturers (yes, she even discussed cars other than Toyota with me) and models that exist and finally helped me settle on a 2013 Toyota RAV4. She paid close attention to how I felt about my car and cars in general and considered my need to put 2 greyhounds in whatever car I purchased. She never rushed me, but always gave me time and space to make a decision that was going to be right for me, understanding that I am purchasing a car for long-term use. Other salesmen approached us during our weekly or daily stops at Younger, but were always respectful of our working relationship with Mara, never pushing us to buy from them instead, but answering whatever questions I had for the day and then asking if they could let Mara know that we stopped. That's teamwork! It didn't necessarily get easier after I'd made a decision to buy a RAV4 as Younger could only find one meeting my specs and that was at another dealer in PA. But, they worked it out with that dealer so that I could have exactly what I wanted. I went in to pick it up and was amazed at how easy it was to take delivery. Younger is even making sure that a scratched interior door panel gets replaced! And, now that I have my new RAV4, I look forward to returning to Younger for service and will definitely purchase my next car from them (in another 10 years or 297,000 miles?)! Thank you Mara and Younger!

I have been bringing my (2) 4-Runners to Younger for about 2 years now and have had excellant service every time, although they were bought from a dealer who went out of business. I live 70 miles away, but with the superior customer service and waiting area, it is worth it. My latest experience was to preorder Michelin tires for my next visit. The price was competitive and the service representative was very helpful. When I do purchase another vehicle, Younger will certainly be at the top of the list.

I had an appointment for 11:30 on a Wednesday. They asked if I would be waiting or dropping my vehicle off and returning later. I chose the latter. They said it would be about an hour. I confirmed this asking if my vehicle would be ready around 12:30. When I returned at 12:30, I was told it was almost ready. Finally, at 1:10 I asked if my vehicle was finished. I walked out of the place at 1:15. That's one hour and 45 minutes for a scheduled service for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter change. I missed my 1:00 appointment as a result.

I TOOK MY SCION IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE 20,000 MILE CHECK UP. I TOLD THE COUNTER GUY THAT MY ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON WHEN IT STARTS AND THAT THERE IS A TERRIBLE GRINDING NOISE THAT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED. AT FIRST I WAS TOLD THAT I BOUGHT THE CAR IN 2009 AND IT IS A 2012 SCION TC. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY BY SEVERAL DAYS. THEN I WAS TOLD THERE IS A 30 GRACE PERIOD AND THAT IT WAS COVERED. IT TOOK 90 MINUTES FOR MY OIL CHANGE AND I WAS GIVEN A 3 PAGE LIST OF EXPENSIVE TIRES AND TOLD THAT I WAS READY TO GO. THERE WAS NOTHING DONE ON MY RECEIPT FOR MY POINT INSPECTION ON THE 20,000 MILE CHECK-UP AND NOW WHEN I TURN THE CAR OFF I HAVE A HORRIBLE SHIMMY AND RATTLE. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I NOW NEED TO GET OFF WORK AGAIN TO GO BACK AND SEE WHAT THEY DID TO CAUSE THIS AND TO FIND OUT WHY THEY DIDNT CHECK THE ENGINE..

From the time we walked into Younger Toyota ( Labor Day 2013) until we walked out, we were taken care of by very helpful, kind and caring employees. Gabe ,our salesman, who met us at the door, and Matt, the finance manager, explained the whole leasing process very thoroughly. We had never leased a vehicle before, so I had many,many questions , which they answered quickly and patiently. There was no feeling of " this deal is only good for today, high pressure salesmanship ." Gabe called the next day just to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend Younger Toyota!!! Amateur mechanics told me the horrible clatter was because my heat shield came loose and was dragging. They pulled it all the way off. Called Younger mechanic-consultant who told me it was safe to drive until I could bring the car in several days later. They checked it out and told me it was NOT my heat shield that came off -- just a random piece of garbage got stuck in my undercarriage. Assured me everything was fine. And there was no charge!

This is my second car purchased from Younger Toyota in the last seven years. When I traded in my 2007 Toyota Corolla Sport, it had 276,000 miles and was still getting 39-41 MPG. This car gave me no major problems and was very reliable based on the 132 miles I drive to work round trip each day. The service department is outstanding and are very friendly. I sure can't forget my sale lady Mara Myers, she was great. Mara took care of everything during my purchase and has contacted me since my purchase just to make sure things were good with the car. My husband Otto and I were very impressed with the service and facilities of Younger Toyota. Last week we brought in our Prius because there was a recall on it. We couldn't have been more pleased. Someone immediately met us and directed us to where to park the car. We went into a clean waiting room where donuts and beverages awaited us. The car was worked on right then and there, and we were then free to travel on back home. I went to Younger Toyota because my girlfriend bought a car from them and I always had great, friendly service when I brought it in for service. My buying experience was just what I expected from previous experiences. Barry was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable about my Tacoma but the things he didnt know he admitted and went to find the answer instead of trying to bluff his way out. This showed alot to me about his character. I did downgrade the facilities because some chairs were ripped and/or torn and it made the rest of the room look bad but the upkeep of the rest of the facilities were great. Overall I give an excellent grade and would return to purchase another vehicle.

My opinion of Younger Toyota changed greatly after I finalized our deal and I asked for my $250.00 that I thought I was entitled to because I was sent an e-mail stating that I would get this amount if I purchased a car from Younger. I was shocked when I was shown the offer and it had at the bottom in fine print that the offer was not valid with any other discount or promotion. My opinion of that is I got no promotion and as far as I am concerned I got no other discounts then I have gotten with every car I have every bought. Under your guidelines if anyone negotiates the the price and gets a better deal, you would never have to give this award. I have one problem with that and that is it was never discussed or shown on any paper work that it was being worked into the deal and I was giving up the $250.00. I consider this very misleading and a way to trick the customer, I think it cheapens your company when you do things like this and puts you in the category that you have to watch your back when dealing with Car Dealers. With that being said, I will add this comment. The people that I had dealings with during the entire process were wonderful and very professional. I have nothing but praise for their courtesy and knowledge of the product they were selling and I am very disappointed that we had to sour the deal with this coupon that you offered me. My suggestion is to discontinue the tricky offers because it cheapens the company.

I own an older model vehicle and they take great care to ensure that it continues to give me great performance. I really appreciate that. We took our 03 Rav 4 in for a computer check along with transmission problems and while we were waiting we talked to Mara who showed us some of the new Rav 4's, Needless to say it was not worth fixing our old one because of miles and the year (over 10 years old, bought second hand) and walked out with a brand new Rav 4. I was driving home from work early one morning, date was 7/11/13, when my tire suffered damage to the wall, exposing the threads and showing facial damage to the rim. I knew the tire needed to be replaced but I was unsure if there was any damage to the rim. I called from the road and Harry was able to get me in for immediate service. I met with a service tech, David, as soon as I arrived who assessed the damage and was able to provide me with an honest judgment of what needed to be done. David and the service advisor, Theresa, were able to help me find the items I needed replaced for an affordable price. I waited in the lounge while the repairs were done and was out of the dealership an hour after arriving. The professionalism, honesty and follow-through of the staff were awesome. I am always pleased with the work they do and trust my vehicle in their care.

I live in Frederick Co. but took my Totota Rav4 to Younger for Recall work after a bad experience with the Frederick Toyota service department. Needless to say I am leary about any service center after being stung once to often. While my vehicle was going to be in for the recall work I asked them to check reason several dashboard warning lights were coming on. A misunderstanding with an emaileded bill (that was actually an estimate) was taken care of promptly and professionally. I opened the email estimate to find it greater than the amount I had just been quoted via telephone and panicked. No worries, all was explained and taken care of. Thanks again Harry. Overall, I found the service advisors to be very patient and really allowed me to explain my concers, very fast turn around time, and comfortable waiting area had I needed to wait. I will be returning and will recommend this dealer. Keep up the excellent customer service Younger and I may buy my next Toyota from you!! Thanks again. p.s. only reason I put quality of repairs at 4 stars instead of five is that I would place any dealership in this catagory, due to the fact that dealerships cost more for the same repair as other repair shops. I do not like toyota service. I have had problems with them in the past. The only reason I go to get this done is that the oil changes are free and no one else will work on a hybrid car except for brakes and tires. But I do not like any dealership service. They have all been less than useful.

I made my appointment using their online scheduling service and it was great. Got an acknowledgement and a reminder email. I've been going to Younger for service for the last 13 years after purchasing my Sequoia from them. They have never failed me and have always done what it takes to make it right. The service people are very friendly and helpful, they listen and try to understand what you need. While Toyota vehicles are very durable and reliable, I attribute the longevity of my Sequoia to their service.

Younger is the best. We were driving across country and our new Highlander hybrid when the maintenance light came on indicating that we had to do the 10,000 mile service. We had only two hours late one afternoon to get it done before we had to continue driving. Younger was fantastic they scheduled our service and their driver took us to a place to have lunch with our family and when we returned it was all done. If I lived anywhere near Hagarstown I would give all of my business too Younger and I think you should too

I brought my wife's 1999 Solaria, which we purchased from Daytona Toyota, and the ride and noise in the cabin of the car had become very loud. I telephone our service manager in Daytona and she said rotate the tires and see if that helps and/or we ;might have to replace the tires. This would be the second time in less than 20K miles that the Mich. tires would have to be replace. I am concerned about these tires as I have a Rolls and I will never have them on that motor car again, for the same porblems. I was informed that the tires needed to be replaced and the alinment re-set. The Service Tech, keep me informed and I telephoned Daytona and informed them of the process. The Service Tech. gave me all the information I needed to make a valued decision on the process, and the information that he gave me was spot-on. I would return to Younger for any other repairs she might need and I had the time to look over what type of motor car made by Toyota that we might consider when we replace the Toyota we have now.

I found one of my tires losing air frequently. The morning I called Younger Toyota service department they were pleasant and assured me they would take care of my problem. I received an appointment. Within hours I was sitting in their lounge enjoying refreshements they provide while my tire was being fixed. Not only did they fix my tire, my oil change had been completed also. The gentleman called my name, explained what the problem was with my tire, and presented my bill. For a nominal fee, the tire had been repaired. The oil change was free (free for life)! How great is that?? My car awaited me, nice and clean!

The six month check up was done quickly. After a quick chat with me, they decided to change the oil. (No charge as it was under warranty still.) After that, they checked with me as to whether I wanted a tire rotation for $60. and advised it would take an hour. The time estimate was accurate. Everyone was courteous and all were friendly. It took five days to put in a windshield, at first I was told two days. I don't think that this is enough to trash the service department because delays and sh_t happens, but I hope this is not the standard. The service people were very nice and very busy. I had to make calls to find out when my auto would be ready, but I think that once a date is given for completion it is your responsibility to contact me. I am not angry, just disappointed. It cost me $25 per day ($125.00)for rental car insurance coverage. Had I known then I may not have purchased the walk away insurance coverage. I thought it was to be a one day rental. My backup car breaking down was also a contributing factor in the car rental (Just my freakin Luck!). I am just glad to get my car back and it looks excellant. I did not complete the quality of repairs portion above because it has not been enough time. In thirty days I will know that it is excellant.

I had less than a year on a set of tires I purchased from a box store. I took my Prius to Younger because it started pulling to the left pretty badly. I assumed it was because of alignment problems. But the technician showed me the left front tire issue with my car up on the rack. He gave me a very detailed explanation of the tire's problem. Summing it up by saying it was a bad tire. I took these concern's back to the box store (where I had paid for an additional warranty) and the technician there referred to a 3 ring binder's explanation of the wear ("do you drive over mountains?", "you ran over something", "do you make a lot of left turns?" What????). Needless to say, they didn't stand by the warranty. So I went back to Younger and got the tire issue resolved the very next day.

We were greeted by Rhonda ( a real assett to your company!) right on time. We had a few questions about our new Toyota Camry Hybrid which she answered completely, making sure we understood everything. We were told it would take about 45 minutes for the check-up and shown to the customer waiting area. The area was clean and full of amenities such as food, drinks, and even a pool table. And we were also informed on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays women can get a free manicure! Right on time we were informed our car was ready. A good experience overall. Too bad Younger doesn't have a dealership in Cumberland, but being treating so nicely makes the trip worthwhile.

I really liked the feedback sent by e-mail. There was a mix up however. I went to respond to the e-mail to ask for the recommended (not necessary) work to be done and it went to voice mail. Customer service then called immediately afterwards to inform me my vehicle was ready. They probably should have asked if I wanted the recommended service, but I informed them I did and they went ahead and did it. No big deal, but I'm a tester by profession so thought I'd report it the way it happened.

My husband hit a deer in our 2005 Toyota Tacoma, and it really did a number on it. We had the vehicle towed to Younger Toyota to be repaired. We delt with Rhonda. She is incredible. She helped us through the whole process and in dealing with the insurance company. We had some issues with our insurance company not communicating with us, but she made sure that we were kept in the loop. We also had issues with the non-manufaturer replacement parts that the insurance required us to use not fitting coreectly so She immediately made a call and had them replaced with Toyota Parts. The work was great and she was great. They were very quick to repair our truck. We have our truck back and it looks great. Dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating and without Rhonda we wouldn't have made it through the process with our sanity. We are very happy with whole processess.

I had a negative experience in purchasing my toyota prius with the salesman making promises he didn't keep and it was two months from purchase before I finally got my car. Putting all that experience aside, I did go back for my free oil change and found the service department to be very efficient and reliable. They are very clear on recommended maintance and what it will cost. They provide a very nice waiting area. I was scheduled for a recall and oil change and they found I needed some filters and etc that were due for change. The additional work put my wait into lunch time. I was surprised to find lunch items provided. My service experience was very positive.

I bought my Camry at Younger, so I bring it for free oil changes. Most of the time there are other services needed. I checked their price against my local mechanic. Younger was a little lower price. I did not like my sales person, but, I LIKE YOUNGER. I have bought other places and believe me, Younger is better than around here (Fred. Mtgy Carroll counties). We're always greeted with a smile upon entering the service department and have never had to wait for someone to acknowledge us. We are in and out quickly and it's nice have the complementary refreshments while we are waiting :) The free car washes are a nice bonus but leave a lot to be desired - I've never had my car actually clean...it just comes out dripping wet. While fighting with the Internet it has taken me about an hour to produce this review. The first two drafts that disappeared were better. In 2009 I purchased my 2006 Toyota sienna from younger Toyota. Due to the increasing complexity of automotive engines and increasing inability of my body to do what my mind wants it to do I have been having younger Toyota do car work that formally I would have done myself. Their facilities are clean. Free snacks and drinks are provided for customers. The estimates for various things have been provided to me and I was not pushed to do everything immediately, though usually I did. I told one of the salespeople that it appears that the management has pushed its staff to remember to always be polite and courteous. It appears that management has succeeded although hopefully most of the employees would be polite and courteous regardless of what management's directions were in that area. As a general practice I do not recommend businesses to other people because other people may have very different experiences than I do. You are represented by the people in your business. I had a great experience buying my new Camry and I can easily say that the outstanding service is one of the best I've had. The service tech, Rhonda, is a woman who know her stuff. If there is a question she can't answer, she will quickly find the right one. We had trouble with our limited knowledge on set up of bluetooth, she was able to get OUR phones completely synced. She always gets us thru our scheduled service with a smile on her face. We were going to take a trip close to our first oil change and within hours of our leaving she had our car serviced and ready to go. I honestly hope she never leaves and that all my cars come from Younger Toyota.

I've always had great service at Younger Toyota. So much so, when the transmission went out on my 2001 4Runner, I didn't hesitate to buy my next 4Runner from Younger Toyota. Part of my decision was based on the excellent service I received on the 2001, 255,000 miles 4Runner as I tried to keep it going as long as possible. The waiting area for the service customers is the nicest I've ever been in. They have donuts, bagels, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the morning and Quizno's sandwiches and hot dogs for the afternoon. There is a section for kids with a few toys and a TV showing children's programs. There is a quiet section and a TV area. And comfy chairs. On Tuesdays, there is a person who comes in and gives complimentary manicures. And there is free wifi. I don't mind coming in and waiting for my vehicle when it needs service!

Well, I thought I should keep maintenance of my 2006 Toyota Sienna at a Toyota dealer. I can honestly say I would not recommend Younger Toyota. I scheduled a regular maintenance and an estimate of body work of my vehicle. After 45 min, a service person comes out and shows me a list of things that could be done. I opted to have new tires and asked her if they had time to do it while they had my car up. She replied yes and gave me no idea of the wait time. 2 hours latter, after hunting her down, I asked how much longer it would be? She replied 45 more minutes. I asked to see the body work estimate that was part of the original work order and she told me it had not been done yet. After waiting longer into third hour, an employee decides to wash my car without asking or informing me and looses all of my decals off my vehicle. Great. I informed the Service Manager, Tony, of how disappointed I was of the quality of service. He said he would look into it and look for the decals, but I never heard from him again. The next week, I was scheduled to get the body work completed. I dropped it off Monday morning. While they had my car, I was offered a rental through Enterprise. I had the rental from Monday morning until Tuesday 5:30 when I picked my car up. Younger told Enterprise that I had the car until Wednesday at 12:30, so they were going to charge me for another day. On top of that, my windshield was covered in overspray from the bodywork and they didnt replace a stud in the plastic wheel well. I could still see ripples in the body work and feel bumps in the paint. Not a good experience with Younger Toyota at all. Im sure this is not what the Younger family had in mind for quality service. I had an unexpected day off and had a wild hair growing for a year or two to get the TRD performance exhaust system. I stopped by Younger. They were able to order the system from Baltimore and scheduled an install for the very next morning. I dropped off my Tundra and they gave me a ride home. Called me a few hours later for pickup. I am completely satisfied with everything. What a great organization. They always treat me extremely well. Thanks Younger.

Am new here but I must say I was helped in the right manner, however I believe it would be best if a customer pulls through some one is there to help instead of getting out n standing and no one even says hello or may I help u until u enter inside the building. My previous Toyota dealers had excellent customer service n they still remind me to take my car to service though am miles away through phone calls n email,,which is very considerate n I don't expect all to understand but as Toyota in all, it would be best if they all did that. Overall its was an okay service and one of the ladies inside was very helpful with what I needed and for letting me know about some discounts. However the service kind of made miss my old dealers.

We just bought our second car from Younger. The first time was the best buying experience we had ever had. Everyone was pleasant and considerate of our time and needs. The second time was good but not quite as pleasant. We had the same sales person, who was wonderful, but what went sour for us was the pushy finance person. He kept pushing the service contract on us until I finally snapped at him. Our car had been totaled in an accident and buying a new car had not been part of our budget, so when I told him that the monthly payment was all I could afford he should of respected that,instead he said smartly "You can't afford an extra $22?" I told him it wasn't the $22 it was the other $350 a month I need to come up with. It's a shame that this ruined the whole experience for us. .

Overall the customer service at Younger has been great but I brought my 2011 RAV4 in for the 50k mile service. When presented with the paperwork on the work that was completed I questioned the rating done on my tires on the car. I asked the service desk representative how - if I have 2 new tires and 2 that have been on the car since day 1 - can they all have the same tread? He looked at it as well and came out and said, "no it looks as if you will have to replace the two rear tires with the next service." I truly wonder if the tires were inspected - or just rotated and someone clicked off the required information on the repair order?????

I called to have the 10,000 mile service done on our 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I was able to schedule the appointment with ease. When I dropped the truck off, the service manager, Harry Angle, was friendly and pleasant. I left the truck there and was called promptly when the service was completed and advised then of what was done and I had asked a question earlier when I dropped it off and that question was addressed without me having to ask again. When I picked the truck up later, I was met with with same friendly and pleasant attitude as before. The service area was clean and the waiting area looked surprisingly comfortable and inviting.

Mara was a very knowedgable sales lady, polite and straight forward. I enjoyed the food and drinks provided. If there was one thing you (and all other car dealers) could do to satisfy customers more is to reduce the amount of time it takes to close a deal. Whiie we only took 15 minutes with your finance officer, it took us two hours to get there. Mara had to be running here and there, between buildings to get approvals and signatures, license plates on and off, getting gas, etc. Sure there has to be a more efficient way to close a deal. But as I said this seems to be a flaw at all the dealerships I have dealt with. I think it would be a good idea to set a goal to obtain, i.e. a person coming in to close a deal will not have to wait more than 90 minutes to do so, This would include the time with the finance person. Other than this, I am very pleased with the my experience. I am doubly pleased with Toyota's free maintenance and Younger's follow-up free maintenance.

Hi, I heard the Toyota lease advertisement and looked at Youngers web site to find a lease consultant. I found Alex and gave him a call to ask if they had the advertised deal and he said they did. I made an appointment with him. I was in and out in less than 2 hours deal complete as prommised. He delivered the Corrola to my house an hour after I left. What is there not to like? They feed you and give you great coffee while waiting, wash your car as a courtesy Provide a clear print out of what is wrong w/ your car. The bathroom even has a trash can near the exit so you can throw out your paper hand towel after using it to open the door upon leaving. As far as I can tell, all this attention to detail translates down to the mechanics that perform the work. Employees seem happy too.

Had my 10,000 mile service completed yesterday on my 2013 Toyota 4 Runner and was impressed yet again! It was quick and easy and I was able to wait comfortably in the customer lounge while service was being done. Everyone is so friendly! Scott is an awesome service advisor! Rhonda was amazing too! I showed them a scratch on the back of my SUV that needed repaired. I explained that a local body shop wanted $450 to fix the scratch and told me it would take 2-3 weeks to repair. Rhonda asked if I minded using touch up paint and I explained that I'd rather do that if it wasn't very noticeable. I purchased the $12 bottle of touch up paint and she took her time in covering the scratch! It looked almost good as new! I was VERY impressed and extremely happy that she saved me $450 that I would've spent somewhere else plus the price of a rental while the repair was done! LOVE Younger Toyota!

Our dealing with the sales staff left much to be desired. (1) Print out showed an Avalon, Limited but was assured by salesman that that was just a generic form intended to show price. (2) The Form did not show color of exterior or interior or any other details other than our name for this factory ordered car. As deposit was made by credit card we were not overly concerned about lack of details in this case, but compared to a Chambersburg PA competitor's detailed bid for this same model (a Hybrid Avalon) showing complete info including colors and for equipment info the Younger sales print out was totally lacking and was limited to a handshake deal.

I took my daughter, Alexa, to Younger Toyota to buy a small SUV. I had been there the previous weekend, worked with Jackie Hessong, and brought Alexa in when she was home from college. Jackie was very accommodating in answering Alexa's questions, and letteing her drive both used SUVs I had previously targeted as appropriate to meet her needs. Alexa told me she liked working with Jackie because she was 'relaxed...and let us do whatever we wanted' as we went back and forth between vehicles a couple times. Alexa was able to make an informed decision because of Jackie; and this lesson will stay with her the rest of her life. I took the car in to have the recall problem --- defective visors on both the driver's and the passanger's side --- attended to. I mentioned that the driver's side visor on our car was defective when I made the appointment. After an hour at the garage, I was advised that the visors were defective, the dealership did not have visors in stock, and replacement visors would be ordered. I could come back and have the old visors replaced. I drove 25 miles each way to make honor this appointment, and was surprised to learn that an item like this, on recall, was not in stock. It was especially disappointing because I advised the service manager that there was a problem with one of our visors when I made the appointment. Finally, I don't relish driving another 50 miles to finish what we started. But I will, because that rattling visor makes us crazy.

Yesterday I took my car in for a tire and overall safety check and was extremely pleased! I was told the service would be about 45 - 60 minutes. I waited in the comfortable lounge with hot dogs, drinks, snacks, TV. My car was completed before the estimated time! Ben McGaha was an excellent Service Advisor! The customer wait lounge had great facilities like lots of tv sets, reading material & comfortable nooks to keep customers from getting bored --they even have free snacks & drinks! I`VE BEEN DRIVING MY NEW CAR AROUND THE COUNTY & AND ON THE HIGH WAY. I`M SURPRISED AT THE GAS MILES. THIS MORNING I WAS OUT GETTING SOME DONATIONS FOR THE CLUB I BELONG TO , AND I WAS GETTING 56.7 MILES PER GAL ON SECONDARY ROADS. MAJOR HIGHWAYS I GET 49.7 MPG DOING AROUND 65 MPH. I have many choices when it comes to having my RAV 4 serviced-I live in Frederick and commute to Baltimore. I chose Younger as an experiment because your pricing on replacing a water pump was very reasonable. I had regular service preformed on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. The service personnell used paper floor matts as well as seat covers to protect my vehicle. The oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean with t.v to watch. Overall Younger is a great place. Although my 8 year old son was very upset to find that the Nintendo WII was taken out of the waiting area. He always looked forward to that as did I.

I have dealt at Younger Toyota for at least the past 15 yrs. In that time, I have bought vehicles from other dealers twice and both times I come back to Younger disappointed with other dealers and their products. I have known Dave Carroll for 15 years. He is always available, friendly and likes to joke around but is always professional. He know the business very well and treats his customers very well. Dave steers me to the best of his sales staff who satisfy all my needs and wants. Louis Lee has sold me my last two autos. He is the same as Dave. The service after the sale superior in every respect. I believe the bottom line deal I obtain with every purchase is fair and honest. A good way to describe Younger Toyota would be, 'Younger just gets it right'.

Had a front spoiler replaced, including painting of the part, in November 2012. It looked great, but in January 2013 there was a quarter size bubble in the paint, and it began to peel. After I got in touch with Rhonda Stambaugh about this, she got me in to correct the problem. And she worked around my schedule since I now live in Baltimore. There are always going to be problems and mistakes, but the sign of a quality business is how they handle the situation, and make it right. Younger Toyota and Rhonda get an A+ for customer service, quality work, and taking care of the customer.

I took my 1999 Avalon with 193,000 miles to Younger for overall service in preparation for a trip to Florida. I love the car, it gets great gas mileage and have had no problems, so i'm not ready to buy another one yet. I had put 70,000 miles since changing timing belt, water pump, so I asked them to replace plus oil change with a "new" oil plug. I left the car overnight to ensure they had plenty of time. After service (over $1400) and bringing car home, red fluid (anitfreeze) was running out plus oil drip. Called Younger and they sent a tow truck to take back for repair. They returned it the following day - telling me the water pump had been defective and that they retreaded oil. In addition, when I took it for repair, I asked that they fix the front passenger seat belt - it would not retract. They told me the mechanic sprayed some oil or something on it and with use it would be OK - NOT!!! I took it to YOUNGER expecting the best service available, never questioning expense. Now, I don't know who I should take it to for service.

Nothing bad to say! Younger Toyota performed my compilmentary 5k service in 20 minutes or so. They even washed my car as promised at the end!. It may sound minor, but I think it is not skipping on the "minior" details is what makes a difference for Younger. They really try to keep their word on everything.

Best service we have had at Younger in all the time it took to drive the Prius 60K! We used the coupon for detaining the car and also had a new drive belt installed at 95,000 to get ready for our next hundred K. We did not stay to enjoy the snacks but left the Prius with the Service Department. When we came back the car was Car Lot Fresh! Reborn! I even think Jason had a clean shave! But we really spent more time looking with joy at the car. My wife drove it home and says the new belt even made it handle better.. She wanted to go back and tip everybody involved!

Just had a service inspection on our 2005 Corolla, the perfect car, just to be sure that after over 200,000 miles it was running okay. We hadn't had any problems with it but just wanted to be sure it got a checkup and nothing was hidden that we didn't know about out. Well,l as we figured, the car was found to be in good condition with just a few areas of concern. That's amazing and testifies to the quality of these vehicles. That's why we bought another one a few months ago. We know what we're getting! Ben was a great service rep and answered all our questions and we will look forward to scheduling our upcoming service appointments with him.

Rhonda was very professional when I was asking about the issues I was having with my car. She assured me this issue would be taken care of and my re-call. I dropped off my car the afternoon before my appointment so they could have it first thing in the morning. I never mind taking my Sienna to Younger for service. The service people are always so friendly, and the waitng area is so comfortable. I was diappointed this particular visit as I had to listen to a salesman and a customer loudly and rudely discuss a problem with the purchase of a vehicle. This happened at the parts department window. The saleman was way out of line, had a very bad attitude and used very bad language. I'm not sure who was right or wrong in this matter but it was not the place to have that discussion. It went on for several minutes, and no one stopped it. While I didn't buy my Sienna at Younger, it lets me know that if there is a problem it may not be handled professionally. I belive that salesman should be properly trained in how to handle conflict.

I had my 5,00 mile checkup, tire rotation, and oil and filter change done last week for my Scion. Customer service is excellent. It was easy to make an appointment. Easy to talk to ask a service person questions over the phone prior to my appointment. Easy to reschedule an appointment I missed. The service was done quiokl.y. They washed my car.They give great feedback about my car's condition. The waiting area is large and roomy, very comfortable, and:with an area for kids. They always have coffee/latte/capucciono available, as well as other food. In my 35 years of car ownership, I have never been to a dealer I liked better.

The service we have received from Younger Toyota has always been exceptional. They have always taken care of us in a short period of time & also feed us while we are waiting or drive us to the closest mall & return to pick us up when our vehicle is finished. This in our opinion is above the call of duty. Our salesman Alex is the best. He is always friendly and offers to help us even though he knows we are not going to buy a new car at the present time since we just bought one from him 9 months ago. Our Toyota dealership closed in our Cumberland area about 2 years ago so we drive 90 minutes to Younger Toyota. This has been our first experience with Younger but we will most definitely remain one of their customers. We would give Younger Toyota a 5 star rating.

I appreciated the day-before service reminder message. I ran late arriving for appointment, but the staff was cordial. Repairs were done quickly, and the service rep kept me informed. When finished, she went over details, noted that the estimate given by a previous rep had omitted a necessary part, and without being asked, she reduced the bill. She was courteous, efficient, extremely pleasant.

We had an afternoon appointment for an oil change (we live 45 minutes away). Weather was calling for a storm and it was starting to sleet at our house around 10:00. We called Younger to see if they could work us in early. Scott in Service said "come on down". We got our oil changed and were back home by the time the storm hit in earnest. The personnel are exceptional in the customer service department. The only problem I found with this dealership is the extremly long wait. Even though I had an appointment to have my car checked out, I was there for over an hour and a half, Other people who came in way past my appointed time were in and out in just minutes. I would only recommend this dealership for buying a new car, but certainly NOT for repairs.

We r from Frederick and went to several different dealers. Found that the salesman, Paul, was a complete professional and put together a great deal for us. He walked us thru the entire process. We had to make a quick notice trip to North Carolina and Rhonda in the service department is the best person to deal with. She got the car in that very day before we left. They go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of any problems be they large or small. Toyota is a wonderful product but the dealer has to stand behind the vehicle, which they do. We love our Camry Hybrid and will be back for another vehicle, when needed, from Younger Toyota.

Purchased an "As Is" vehicle. They had the vehicle waiting up front for me when I arrived. Was able to get the required repairs completed for the Maryland inspection so that I could drive it off the lot legally. Gary, our salesman, is very knowledgable and gives a no pressure experience. The used car offices are from the 80's erathough, I'd say that it definitely needs an upgrade. Gave me a fair trade in offer on my car but that doesnt really matter because we all know its a numbers game and they ARE a business. Would buy from there again though.

The service dept has one of the best service writers I have seen in a long time his name is Ben. He is very professional and can multi-task like a pro, very curtious and also listens to his customers. It's employee's like him that keep me coming back and this is my 5th vehicle also. Bought a 2012 camery in feb of 12 and purchased a polyseal protection package.I was sent a kit in mail and was told by salesman rob and polyseal salesman matt to bring over with me on 1 year service so they could apply kit to keep sealant protection up. Also was told that main advantage of kit is never having to wax car. On my year visit i was told i had to apply kit,( so much for no waxing). The 15,000 mile service work that was done included a front end alignment for $ 80.00. Not a bad price but wondered how my front end got out that soon. Almost all highway miles. I also had to ask for my car wash. Maybe next visits will improve

My car is only one year old so I have been in for regularly scheduled maintenance. I love the ability to schedule my appointments online. The facility is very clean (including the restroom that has a television on the wall). They provide free beverages and food. There is a smaller area with tv and toys for kids, wii, and pool table. They also offer special events like free manicures. This visit I was waiting on my own so I was able to sit and drink tea while watching the tv and surf the internet using the free wifi. Normally I have a very active toddler with me and there is plenty to occupy his attention. I have always been greeted by a friendly customer service person. When I take my son, we are greeted by the friendly staff when he explores the waiting and sales areas. The service has always been prompt and wait time is what they estimate for me upon arrival. They wash my car with each service and always protect the seat and floor while servicing. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership at this time. I hope that never changes.

My unannounced and unscheduled visit to Younger's for a diagnostic analysis of a problem with my 2009 Corolla (the first since it's purchase in late 2008) was met with courtesy and promptness. The Service Advisor (Rhonda) listened to my explanation and responded immediately. Referring to my maintenance history, she detailed what could be done and provided detailed information on service charges and how long it would take to solve the problem. Within two hours I had four new tires, a new battery and a printout of the diagnotic analysis. In addition, before I left, I had a free car wash. I was completely satisfied with my visit and the service provided.

I was disappointed with the overall manner in which this sale was completed. We had a confirmed appointment to see the 2008 Solara we eventually purchased. We arrived when it was raining and sleeting. The vehicle was still out in the lot, not inside as was the one we looked at in State College, PA. We stood in the wind and rain as we looked over this car. The salesman (Tim) with whom we dealt was personable and professional. He seemed to recognize immediately that we were serious about buying a car and that we knew exactly what kind of deal it was going to take. Once we completed the deal, it took approximately 1 1/2 hours before we were able to complete the paperwork and drive away. In my 40+ years of buying (and selling) cars, I have never experienced such an unreasonable wait to complete a transaction. Then, as we started to drive away, we were asked to come back inside because there was an error on one of the forms and we owed an additional $50. I'm a patient man but this pushed me close to my limits. Tim did a very good job and he is to be commended. However, the inefficiency of the process to complete the paperwork needs to be vastly improved.

A week ago we purchased a Toyota Camry at Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, MD. The selection and pricing of the vehicles we looked at could not be matched. Everything was great until we agreed to buy. What should have been a standard 2 hour time, ended up costing me 6 hours of my life. They were very unorganized with the process and we waited a long time for each step of the process. Again, when you buy a Toyota, you learn to endure the wait as the end product is far superior to other makes and models. However, the dealership needs to work a bit harder to make the customers happy. One last thing, when you claim to fill up a gas tank, please do so and make sure it is on or past the full mark. Mine was before the full mark. I would recommend the dealership in spite of my issues, all of which are correctable.

We were quite literally driving our Tundra to my moms funeral when we pulled into Hagerstown to get gas. When we started back up, there was a horrible clanking from the engine and the dash lit up like a Christmas treenot what you want to hear or see. Thankfully we were less than a mile from Younger Toyota. We limped in to the service department and when we explained our situation the guys dropped what they were doing and ran the diagnostic. When it came back with 3 pages of error codes showing that the engine was not getting oil the wife panicked. Everyone maintained their calm, explained what they thought the problem could be, called for a rental and got us on our way within an hour. Called us mid-day the next work day with the diagnosis turns out Jiffy-Lube should not be your first choice when changing oil, they managed to break off part of the oil filter but Younger had our car up and running when we came back through the area the following day.

I was told by a friend of mine NOT to buy a new Toyota without fist letting him know. He had a good friend at the corporate level that would set me up with the right folks.....just email him the truck that I wanted and he'd tell me where to go and get it. Turns out that place was Younger Toyota in Hagerstown. Although I already knew the price I got could not be beat; I had NO idea that the ease of getting into that new truck could be so pleasant. It was ready to go before I was done chit-chatting about the Super Bowl with a few of the staff. We have had bad experiences with Valley Auto in Middletown and came in expecting to be taken advantage of. Younger was terrific. Brent stayed well past his time to leave to take care of us, I kept waiting for the shoe to drop and get the here is where they are going to stick it to us and it never happened. And we left with a full tank of gas - what car dealer does that anymore??

Staff very friendly and helpful. When I called to make my appointment they got me in on the day I wanted. I got there a little early, and the got me right in....less than an hour later, my car was ready. I really appricate the e-mail service reminders.

I brought the car for the 5000 mile service. At that time the car had 4935 miles on the odometer. On the way home to Cumberland the required maintence light came on the dash when the odometer turned to 5000 miles. I assume the car was telling me to do the maintence that had just been done. If that is true how can I get the light to turn off? Ted Comfort

Did not use synthetic oil for oil change. When i asked why not, since it was what i paid for last time, i was told i didnt get synthetic last time, but paid for it. They told me i have ask for it each time to get it. Uh...dont they have records of my cars service? And why, when I asked for it last time, didn't i get it then? They offered no solution. Hmmm...

I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff. The service person told me up-frontwhat was needed and the price. He also gave a time (which was within 15 minutes) frame.I appreciated the roast beef sandwich (I liked that it was a manageable size) and hot popcorn plus bottled cold water. I was there from 11:15-12:45 p.m. I would definitely recommend Younger Toyota for service and sales. We are a Toyota family with 4 Toyotas within 3 families. Keep up the good work.I was there for the recall on the 2009 Toyotas for the passenger front window---no problem in getting it fixed, plus our 50,000 miles check-up.

I always have my maintenance service at Younger Toyota. They are prompt and efficient. The service clerk advises you of any problems, concerns, or upcoming maintenance that needs to be done. The waiting area is inviting and welcoming. Service if fairly priced. A good place to do business.

Got a recorded message that I should leave my number so they could call back. The next day I called, got a real live person, and made an appointment. Two days later someone called to answer my original call!

My wife and I were in a car accident in mid February last year. We lost our Dodge Neon and now had to look for another car. After shopping around at several dealerships (most of which seemed to not care if we were there or not), we ended up at Younger Toyota. We were greeted by a salesman named Tim Moats who was VERY friendly and awesome to work with. After talking and looking around for a while, we decided to buy a used Prius on the spot. Tim worked with us on our tight budget and got us a great deal. We signed the papers, paid up and left, very happy with our purchase. The story doesn't stop there though. A year and a half later (August 2012)we are still loving the Prius, until the unthinkable happens.... All the warning lights on the car come on and the thing goes beserk! We take it to a maintenance shop who basically tell us that we have to take it to a dealer. We hump it to the nearest Toyota dealer that we can find. We get there and they're like "Oh, sorry about your luck, but we're really busy today, I guess we can try to squeeze you in. It'll be $100 dollars for the diagnostic to figure out what's wrong." We're in between paychecks right now, so coughing up $100 dollars is no easy matter. We agreed.... reluctantly, and waited 3 hours before they finally told us the bad news that EVERY Prius owner dreads to hear, "Your Hybrid battery is dead. It'll be $4000 dollars to fix it. You can go down the street and rent a car while we fix it... in several days. But we suggest you buy a car from our salesmen." We were devastated, my wife was in tears. The car was out of warranty, because it was now over 100,000 miles, and we had no way to fix our car. We agreed to look at new cars, but it would have been worse. They were only going to give us 3000 dollars for a new car, but we still owed 6000 in payments! We looked around at new cars with pits in our stomachs (the worst car buying experience ever), and finally decided that we might be able to afford the payments on a Dodge Calibur. While the salesman checks my credit to see if we can get a loan, my wife walks off and calls Younger Toyota. I was seriously about to sign papers on a new car, when my wife says that Younger wants to talk with us. I didn't think there was anything they could do, but I agreed to go. The ride there was a miracle. The engine revved like crazy to get up to speed, and one time we had to pull over and restart the engine because it was stalling out. We made it to Younger Toyota in one piece and looked for the manager. Ran into Tim Moats again who was very sorry and sympathetic for us. We talked for a bit until, we found the managers who immediately took us into their office to talk and find out what's going on. We explain the situation to them and they were immediately on the ball. They took our car into the shop, did another diagnostic at no charge to us (which they found to be the same problem) and then, rather than saying, "Though luck, let's work a deal on a new car", they said "We're sorry for your trouble, and we're going to help you out of this mess." Our spirits lifted for the first time all day. We actually felt like our problem was more than just a way to get another car sale. Since this is the first Prius battery that they've ever seen give out on it's own (without being in an accident), they said they we going to help us with the price of the repair, get a rental for us, and take care of us. I called my Credit Union, who agreed to give me a slight loan increase and Younger Toyota went to work immediately. 2 days later, we got our car back, better than ever, and couldn't be happier with our purchase (even despite the financial setback). Younger Toyota did more for us than I ever expected and really helped us out when we needed it most. I will always recommend Younger Toyota to anyone that asks, and when I go back for my 2nd car, you can bet that I'll be buying it from them :) Thanks so much Tim Heffner

While this may be a great dealership to work with, be careful. The price that they advertise on line is not the price you will see when you go to the dealership. When you ask them why they will say that they never got a chance to take down the sale tags. A week later the higher price can still be found on the lot.
