Brent was amazing. He met all our needs and wants when buying our new car. He worked very hard to make us feel welcomed and at home while waiting for paperwork while being very entertaining. He was very down to earth and up front about everything which was very refreshing. Brent was more concerned with finding what we needed and wanted than just making the sale. I would recommend Brent to anyone looking for a car and York VW as a whole.

I had a wonderful experience at York VW. When we first arrived we were greeted by Jin. He introduced himself and asked what brought us in. Jin was very friendly and we felt very comfortable as he showed us some certified used cars as we requested in our price range. My husband and I asked about the 0000 advertisements and Jun explained that it was for leasing a vehicle. Not knowing anything about a leasing a car, we asked if he could explain it and how the pricing works. Jin was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We then came across the 2014 Jetta SE in manual with the new 1.8 engine - my husband and I were immediately interested. Jin was happy to let us test drive the car - which we both drove and really enjoyed.He went through the different options for selecting the mileage that would work for us and went through the payment information. We were very happy with the service that Jin provided and felt well informed on all of our options. We decided to lease the new car. He was able to find the car in silver (which I really wanted) and explained they could have it delivered to the dealership.When we returned, the silver car was clean inside and out. We finished up the paperwork and Jin went over the car with us. I am very happy with this car buying experience and the customer service I received by the employees at York PA.

My experience at York VW was easily the best car shopping/buying experience of my life. My wife and I were shopping are Volkswagen dealers and inquired about a vehicle that York VW had in stock. Mike Grady responded promptly with a very detailed and inviting message about the dealership and the vehicle. We went in for a test drive on a Saturday morning Mike was not available that day but set us up with Jin Jap. Jin was very helpful and walked us through every step of the process with great detail and pride. We ended up driving home in our new 2014 Jetta. If you are shopping for your next VW or your next car in general do yourself a favor and stop in to see everyone at York VW you won't be disappointed. We drove 40 minutes and passed two other VW dealers on the way to York Volkswagen and our experience was so good I will continue to make that drive for service appointments...... Thank You!!!

Tony was my initial contact. He kept working with me until we came to mutually agreeable terms for my trade & the sale price of the new car. I love my 2013 Eos! Ken was the salesman then that went over the car. He spent a long time explaining everything. Didn't rush thru it. Family owned dealership is definitely the difference. Huge inventory; I would make the 275 mile trip again to buy from them.

I drove my 2009 VW Tiguan onto the lot on 8/7/13 to have the lug locks replaced with regular lugs. I refused any other service that was repeatedly offered. Somehow, 50 minutes later, my lugs were replaced but my car no longer ran. I have never had a problem with the car until this. I get it serviced at a different garage on a regular basis. I am not sure what happened to my car while in the garage at York VW, but now it does not start. I am now looking at having to replace the engine to fix what ever damage was done. I drove this car to the lot, walked inside to talk to the service department. I then went back out and started the car to drive it into the building. The service people started it and drove it into the bay to have the lugs replaced. They then restarted the car and drove it to the wash bay, even though I denied the car wash, and there it sat. It would not start again. I am not somehow responsible for the thousands of dollars that it will cost me to replace the engine. I am one VERY unsatisfied customer.

I have always heard that there were honest and friendly car dealers. I stopped into York VW for a test drive and to receive the $25 gift card that VW was offering those who took a test drive. Walking into the showroom was a great experience everyone was friendly but not pushy. I had plan of purchasing a new 2013 Jetta TDI within the next couple months as my 2006 Jetta TDI was approaching 300K miles. That was when we were introduced to Tim Smith. I was going from a manual transmission to an automatic and was not sure how I would like it. Tim lets us test drive a car and asked what I was looking for in a car. After the test drive we stopped in his office to discuss all the 2013 Jetta models and packages. We left that day needing to think about all the information we were given. Not once did we feel pressured from Tim to purchase a car. When I called him back three days later and told him what I wanted and the price point I was looking for he discussed the several options he had on his lot. Again he never pressured me to buy anything. I hung up and called my wife to talk through the options. I called him back and placed him on speaker phone and we worked out a deal everyone was comfortable with. I sold my 2006 Jetta to someone else and Tim picked my wife and I up and took us to the dealer. He even had doughnuts for us. Tim Smith represents what all salesmen should be like no matter the business in. Tim and York VW understands and exemplifies customer service.

I have been looking for a previously loved manual Jetta Sportwagen TDI for a while. I found one online at York VW, went in the next day and walked out as the new owner. It was traded in just a few days before by a local owner who is a repeat customer. The salesman could show me the service records. The buying process was smooth and the price was fair. I'm very happy with the car so far; it was worth the wait. I've had a few VWs in the past and worked with other local dealers. I think York VW by far beats the competition in customer service and in selection of inventory. It's only been two weeks so I haven't had any service done. I haven't had any problems with my other VWs. Hopefully no problems will come up with this one, but if they do I suspect this dealership will take care of me...

I needed a new car because my Escape's engine was going and my options were new car or $6,000 new engine on a car with 130,000 miles. I chose new car because my commute is 85 each way and the TDI Jetta gets fantastic mileage! I found Tyler and York VW through a work friend and he turned on a dime to get me in the car I wanted, down to the PSU navy blue exterior and the sunroof. Tyler spent the next 2 days focused on me! He met with me, took my on a test drive, met with my husband and my in laws and had my financing and new car squared away before I had to go to work the next week. He still regularly contacts me to see how things are going and he has been noting but a gem. After we were treated so poorly at a Ford dealership close to home, I'm recommending Tyler Witman and York VW and my rocking awesome Jetta, named Benny, to everyone I meet. Thanks guys!

This is the only dealership i have ever been to that really does treat you like a part of the family. From the first time i stepped foot into this building they have always greeted me with smiling faces and treated me more like a person visiting a friends house vs a sale. The staff here i cant speak enough about. Igor, Jin, Every interaction I've had with these 2 outstanding employees have been very pleasant. They work their magic and make things happen so i can walk out with the keys to the car i came into get without going over my budget. Jin took the time to walk me through all the new features my car had to offer, so there were no surprised or "How do i do adjust this?" Their attention to detail is by far above and beyond. I have all my friends and family go to York Volkswagen and I will not go anywhere else. Not just for car buying but for service as well. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done for me! They are by far the pinnacle of what a car dealership should be! Keep it up guys!

I recently traded in my 2010 Routan for a 2013 Jetta Sportswagen at York VW. Tyler Whitman was my sales associate and he took the time to find the model that I wanted. I had negative equity in my trade - in, so he along with his brother, Adam Whitman, worked with me to get a car loan at a low interest rate. I had a great experience at York Volkswagen! All of the sales staff were very friendly and professional, as well as very patient with me as I asked a million questions and changed my mind quite frequently. They were also very patient with my two-year old, who liked to climb in and out of their showroom cars and touch all of their stuff. The Business Manager, Mike Grady, was especially helpful, and spent a lot of time answering my questions and helping me find exactly what I wanted. He even gave my son his very own mini beetle to match mine. : ) Since purchasing my car two weeks ago, I have gotten several follow-up calls from the staff to make sure that everything is running smoothly. This is the best car-buying experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend York Volkswagen to anyone who is in the market for a new car. I will most definitely return in the future. Woot.

Probably the best car buying experience ever. I bought well used car from them and they did so much than they had to for this sale. Even though it was a small small sale, it got every bit of attention that expensive new car sale would get. the car was ready on time. its detailed, gassed up on ready to go. The paperwork was prepared so I was out of there in 30 minutes. Plus they drove and half an hour to pick me up at the train and bring me to the dealership to wrap up the deal. All I can say is, Wow! Tyler Witman made my experiance buying a 2013 beetle very pleasant. He went the extra mile to help me find the new Beetle I was looking for and help me through the process. Mike Grady also was helpful in explaining the extended warranty options available to me. This has been the best experiance buying a new car I have ever had.My wife Recently had open heart surgery and when it came time to close the deal I had no way to get to the dealership since my wife is unable to drive. After the experience of purchasing a vehicle at York VW, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff was wonderful to deal with, especially Tim Smith. Great experience at York VW! This was my second car purchased at York VW through Adam and once again my expectations were exceeded. I wanted a vehicle that was in high demand and they went out of their way to find the exact car that I wanted. Even better is when Adam personally delivered my car to my work because I couldn't make it in before they closed for the day!I've now purchased both a new and used vehicle from York VW and can say that if you are looking for a dealership that is honest and where everyone goes out of their way to exceed your expectations, look no further than York VW! I searched all over the Northeast looking for a Jetta SportWagen. Mike was quick to respond to my online request for info. He was informative, friendly, and very cool about the whole process. I live about 125 miles away from York VW I first called the dealer because they had the VW EOS that I was looking for and I ask the operator for sales and Tim Smith answer the call. and he was very kind and gave me some very good information on the EOS. So my son and I went down to York VW to look at the 2009 VW EOS and we were treated very well by Tim Smith and everyone who help with puchase of the 2009 EOS. I had a wonderful experience at York Volkswagen! I did a price quote request online and Mike Grady returned my request the next day. He had some questions that I could not answer about what package I was interested in so I told him I would be in that afternoon to look at the cars. This was my first time using an online search for a car. I was having a hard time finding a Platnium Grey TDI Sports Wagon and found one listed at York VW. They gave me a better price than the dealers in my town and the transaction including financing was handled so smoothly. The best part is that they drove the car to my house (over 250 miles) for no extra charge and we signed the papers and it was done. Fantastic service, very professional and I would highly recommend York VW.

We had been emailing York VW back and forth about what we were looking for and the options we were interested in. We wound up going in to test Drive a few different models and actually did not absolutely love what we thought we wanted. Mike actually had a demo car there that he let us test drive. We definitely loved the demo car. Was top notch. Mike did everything and them some so we would leave happy. We actually left with the car although we had no real intention of buying that day but felt at home at York VW. I would highly recommend to any and all of my friends in the market for a new car to check out York VW first you wont be disappointed especially with the very knowledgeable sales staff. They wont let you leave till you are 100% confident in your ability to operate all of your features on your new VW. Dont wast our time going anywhere else!

My first contact was via the internet and Mike responded to my request promptly and succintly. There was not a barrage of phone calls afterwards as I got from other dealers. Once we made personal contact Mike was there to answer questions and provide facts but was not at all pushy. When the sale was complete Mike knew I was pressed for time when I was ready to pick the car up...EVERYTHING was ready to go and my wife and I were in and out just as Mike promised.Aaron did an expceptional job explaining the features of the vehicle and the follow up services that were available from the dealership...again without undue pressure. He truly made me feel like I could call anytime with the smallest question or concern and he would take care of it.

I was looking for an Eos with a manual transmission, not an easy find-for 2012 it's no longer an option. York VW had a 2011, quoted a great price, so I drive up from the DC area for a no-hassle purchase. Financing was a breeze also. They didn't try to add on anything - just quoted me the price (which I researched in advance) and made the deal straight up.

They didn't have the new Golf that I particularly wanted, but were extremely willing and eager to help find exactly what I wanted. It took about a week to get it, due to dealer trades and a weekend. It was definitely worth the wait! Tim only called when he had information, was very easy to talk to, and willing to answer any questions honestly. Mike was very friendly and informative with the financial process. I would buy another VW any day!

Beware of used vehicles! Within 15 minutes after driving off lot the engine light came on. We returned it for service, they kept it over a month! When we finally got it back not all repairs had been done. We tried to trade it back in and they wouldn't give us even close to price we paid saying it was only worth about $6,000 LESS than what we paid. Big ripp off! Buyer beware!!

Took my car in for AC problem. After 2 hrs diagnostic time they could not find the problem. Asked to keep car overnight and authorization for additional diagnostic time. Refused to leave car overnight since I told them when I made the appointment I needed my car back the same day. Took car to another shop -- found out problem was a blown fuse. Had similar experience with ABS system. York VW recommended new ABS system; all I needed was a new fuse.

York VW provided a fair trade. They helped me find my perfect VW. They gave up a better car to get the one I wanted. Added accessories at cost (iPod adaptor) and charged cost for ones not wanted (backup system).
