The absolute best dealership experience I have ever had. The manager of the dealership, the salesmen, and the finance team all took care of me and I was in our and within 45 minutes and that included my test drive. I drove up from Jacksonville fl and drove back the same day and they made sure they got me out of there as quickly as possible. The customer service was great up to buying the car and has continued to be amazing even a year after purchasing the car. I just purchased a ford raptor through a different Toyota dealership and they 100% are not all the same. If your looking to buy new or used I would highly recommended anyone to buy from world Toyota over any other dealership.

Happy with the service.... The staff was great. Believe me I truly understand about reviews. I work for the Post Office 😂. I even got a CAR WASH AFTER MY OIL CHANGE.... The staff are great. Only a suggestion don't have customers to set up an appointment at 11:00 and then they don't get their car back until 3 hours later I didn't receive my vehicle until 1:00 but I will continue to come to WORLD TOYOTA DEALERSHIP.

Moved to Atlanta and brought my new car up to this dealership that I've never been to before. I was nervous about this whole thing about servicing my car on my own but I had Jeannette to take care of me and she was amazing. She made sure I was fully aware of what was going to be done and how long it may take. Her hospitality was top notch compared to others and I will return to this dealership because I feel like my car and I are in good hands. Thank you for the lasting first impressions

I just bought a 2019 used car with manufacture warranty for my 17 year old son, with all safety futures because that was our major concern as parents. Our small daughter 15 will be in that car too since both will attend the same School. The people were nice. However, any responsible Car Dealer shall place SAFETY first and WORLD TOYOTA did not. They actually lied to us ( myself and my son ) The car is defective, it has a major safety issue in the wheel. I trusted them when they were telling me all was great and that there was no reason, no need, to print the inspection report I had requested twice during the buying process. The same day after bringing the car home ( exited for our son) he showed the car to his mother who noticed a very strange noise in the wheel. I immediately went outside and yes she was right. We have World Toyota the opportunity to correct the situation because we thought hey, it could happen. Well wrong again ..... they could not take the car across the street to the Hyundai dealer because it was so hard for them that I decided to go myself today and forget about giving them any more chances. Si NO SAFE CARS and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Today Hyundai told me the car had two recalls and they were supposed to have them done by law before selling it and they did not ( and these are in addition to the wheel issue ). They gave me an appointment to bring the car because it would take them some time to have it fix. Great unnecessary ordeal for a family buying an almost new car just because some people did not do their jobs correctly or perhaps it is just the wrong Dealer all together ? I guess we will never know. Shame on them !!! World Toyota has failed miserably twice !!!! Stay SAFE, go some place else !!!!
