Took my 2002 ford king ranch into service because my 4x4 quit working that was the main reason. I also wanted to have my front brake lines replace because I notice corrosion on the fittings. The manager called me and quated me the price on new lines rotors and pads, and that it had a recall on the fuel tank straps, he said the tech found that my gem module was bad and had to be replaced, that he had to order it. I said fine to all. he said I could pick truck up that afternoon and have it home for the weekend, I told him fine. 20 minutes later he asked if they could have the truck for the weekend because some other parts had to ordered, I said fine, he explained that the GEM module is no longer made and has to be special ordered. I got my truck back on Monday its now Saturday and I haven't herd of any progress on the module. I can get one on FORD OEM parts.com but they are rebuilt 50.00 cheaper than what they have already billed me. So now I just wait and hope they call back with some news. I really hope this solves my 4x4 issue, because I have seen youtube vidieos of something completely different that went wrong.

Don Webb sold a Jeep to our son and his wife a couple months ago. They had an issue with a leaking window seal the day after they purchased the vehicle. I was so impressed with how Don handled that issue, that I decided when it came time to purchase a car, I would seek him out. We had been looking for several months online and finally found what we were looking for, luckily at Winner Ford. I made an appointment to test drive the car at 7:30 pm. Don called me earlier in the day and told me I could come in whenever it was convenient for me. Long story short, over the next few days, we hammered out a fair and equitable deal on our new 2016 Explorer. I walked away happy with the deal. I've never had such a great experience buying a new car. I knew what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and a payment and they made it happen without even blinking. The salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all so professional and made sure that I understood the process every step of the way. The salesman, Angel, made me feel like I was the only customer he had and took the time to answer every single question I had. He was so knowledgable about every aspect of every vehicle I was looking at, didn't have to say "let me check on that for you" or "I will look into it". The sales manager , Brian Milburn was also great. With my much less than perfect credit, he got my loan bought and at a GREAT interest rate and payment I may add. I got the brand new car I've been wanting at a great price at a great dealership!! I highly recommend!

The buying process was the only easy/decent part of any experience I've had here. They gave me $9.99 oil changes for life, which is great if you never need an oil change. Scheduling it is a nightmare - they apparently don't let you schedule anymore. And they're "fast lube" lane is actually a 2-3 hour wait. They also act like you are an idiot for even showing up for an oil change in the first place. "You need an oil change? *scoff* it's going to be a couple hours!" Uh ok I guess I will wait or leave my car... "Let me place my lunch order and then I'll be with you." The customer service is absolutely atrocious and I'd rather pay $70 at jiffy lube than ever deal with them again.

This is a new sales and service facility under a new general manager. I was traveling south and was having serious problems with my brakes. I was in the Dover area and got a room for the night. In the morning I called Winner Hyundai and explained my problem. I was told to bring the car in and they would take a look at it. When I arrived I spoke with the service advisor Harriet. I explained my problem to her. She asked me a series of questions and informed me she would be with me shortly. About 15 or 20 minutes later she told me I needed new front brake rotors and the rear rotors needed to be machined and the pads had to be cleaned. She said the job would take a few hours. I asked her if it was possible to also get a oil change also. She said yes.A few hours larermI was back on the road again heading south.I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism and honest concern Winner Hyundai displayed in dealing with me. The people of Dover are very luck to have a dealership like Winner and I am very luck to have found them.

My daughter and I were immediately greeted by Salesman Mr. Greg Lake. He was very informative and helpful in helping me choose a car that would fit best for my daughter. My daughter didnt have a clue of what kind of car she wanted, All I know I wanted something that was reasonably price and gas efficient. I inquired online about a 2015 Hyundai Veloster. I was called by Jenn and was set up an appointment to come in to look at one. When I got there I was greeted by Angel, a sales person. He was very helpful and answered all my questions that I had. We sat down and talked about the color and options I wanted, and they actually had exactly what I wanted on their lot!! We talked about payments and I was able to stay in my range with No Money Down! I was so happy and definitely happy about my purchase here. I went to Winner Ford to purchase a Ford Explorer. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was very sweet. I then met with Jermaine, my sales person. He asked me if I had been there before and I told him no this was my first time. He then ask what I was looking for and wanted in my next vehicle. I told him what I wanted with the options. We then went out and look at a couple and narrowed down what would fit what I was looking for. I test drove them and picked the vehicle I wanted. Jermaine was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. After doing my paperwork and meeting with Beau G, the sales manager, I agreed to the payment (which was what I could afford). I bought the car and love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful at Winner. I will let everyone I know that they should purchase from Winner. I left with the car I was looking for and the payment I wanted. GREAT TEAM!!!!!! I recently inquired at Winner Ford about a new pick up. From the moment my first phone call was answered I was pleasantly surprised. I spoke with a young lady named Jennifer, she gave me a great deal of info and let me know what they had in stock to make sure that I didn't make an unnecessary trip. Winner is awesome!! I went there to test drive the new Ford Mustang with no intensions on purchasing. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who was very pleasant. I spoke to a sales consultant and told him what I wanted to do. After test drive the vehicle and talking more with my sales rep and the sales manager I just had to purchase the Ford Mustang. I am so happy I went there and will let everyone I know to purchase a vehicle there. They are so friendly and helpful. They were not pushy at all and made me feel at home. My fiancee was due for a new car- and she had been eyeing the Veloster since the car came out. She went to Winner in Dover, and met Paul Baker who eventually sold her a car. She bought the car on a Friday, and picked it up on a Saturday, and the entire time, the process was as hassle free as it could ever be buying a new car. The numbers were right, and the car is is perfect for her. I eventually made my way over to the dealership to help her with the finalizing and whatnot, and Paul was just as awesome as she said he was. Paul is very easy to work with which is a huge relief. If oyu go to Winner Hyundai- be sure to ask for him by name- you won't be disappointed!

Paul Baker was the salesman of my new 2014 Veloster. Let me start by saying that from the minute I met him until I was handed the keys to my new car- the professionalism never ceased. His knowledge of the vehicles, and his attention to detail of the entire process, Paul was really great to work with. Not once did I feel pressured which is so important to me. Through my research for a new car, I went to another dealer in Dover and the question he asked me (FOUR times) was "what do I have to do to have you drive a new car home tonight?" and not once did Paul ask this question. He helped me seal the deal on my new whip and never once made me feel like I was being taken to the cleaners. As soon as you drive onto the lot- a courteous salesperson will approach you which is so much easier than having to hunt one down! Be sure to ask for Paul- he'll help you in your quest for a new car and you will leave with a huge cheesey smile on as you're driving away in your new ride!

Other car dealerships in the area gave me a hard time but Kenny Parker was a dream to deal with! I was trading in a 2007 Mazda3 with quite a few miles on it. He was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable on the car and its features and even helped me after the sale! There was a tiny crack in the windshield which they promptly took care of and let me use a 2015 sonata to drive to work the day that they had my car!He also called SiriusXM to get my trial subscription set up and dealt with the man on the phone trying to sell me a package...Winner was really a great dealership to work with, I feel like I was more than just a number and a sale. I was really nervous about the whole thing because it was the first time not buying a car under my dad as cosigner, and he really helped to make the whole process smooth and stress free. I will recommend him and Winner Ford Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car or SUV. Fantastic service! Can't wait to get my car serviced with oil changes and such there just because I know that it will continue to be a positive experience :D

Was there early on a Saturday morning with Kenny Parker at my service! I had been looking at ford explorers all over, and saw a slightly used 2013 Explorer Limited that I liked and he found me a great deal and now I get to have the car of my dreams! I have had some past experiences that had me nervous about the car buying process but Kenny made everything very simple and very easy and nothing to be nervous about! Also, After I bought the car he helped me to connect my Free Sirius/xm subscription up and I noticed a small crack in the windshield. He loaned me a 2015 sonata to take to work while the dealership fixed my windshield! He had went above and beyond for me and had made me a very happy customer. I recently graduated from high school with the Class of 2014! As a graduation present and reward for my hard work in high school, my parents surprised me with the gift of a car of my very own! I told them I wanted a either a Sonata, Elantra, Malibu, or a Civic. We had been shopping since May, and centered our search on Malibu's for the most part. (My dad was most familiar with Chervolet brand of cars). We shopped all over Delaware and even in Salisbury Maryland. Every time I found a car I liked, we never bought it because my dad did not think he was getting a good deal. That was until he and my mom went to Winner Hyundai and Dover and met Mr. Parker! Mr. Kenny Parker found the car of my dreams in the exact color I wanted. My parents bought me an Elantra and Mr. Parker was so nice. He was awesome! My dad is very cautious buyer and Mr. Parker answered all of his questions and my dad was very impressed. I am so happy with my car. It has very low mileage and the previous owner kept it so nice...it looks brand new. All my friends have been complimenting my new car...and I owe it all to Mr. Parker! My wife and I had been shopping many area dealerships in Delaware...and Maryland as well, for a pre-owned vehicle. Our daughter recently graduated from high school with honors and had been accepted into college. As a graduation present...it was our intent to purchase a car for her. She wanted either a Hyundai Sonata, a Hyundai Elantra, a Chevy Malibu, or a Honda Civic. I intensely searched the ratings on all the cars, and was very impressed by what I found on the Sonata's and Elantra's. I began researching Hyundai's and found that the company builds a very solid, safe, and dependable vehicle. After shopping at several local Chevrolet dealerships...we stopped in at Winner Hyundai in Dover. Lucky for us...Kenny Parker was working!. I cannot say enough about Mr. Parker. He is the epitome of professionalism and he knows his product. This gentleman has a solid command and broad knowledge base of Hyundai vehicles. We advised him of what we were looking for, and much to our surprise; our daughter's future car was sitting on the lot! Mr. Parker was able to work within our financing constraints and he managed to effect what no other dealer could...the absolute best deal on the DeMarVa Pennisula! He was polite, courteous, and he provided the highest degree of customer service. Mr.Parker worked closely with Rickey Dotson who was also wonderful! Mr. Dotson was able to assist us in financing and found a wonderful option for financing that met our budget constraints. Both of these gentleman deserve 100 stars each. My husband and I bought a pre-owned Elantra for our daughter as a graduation present. We have shopped many area dealerships and none could compare with the customer service we received from Winner Hyundai! Our salesman was Kenny Parker and he was stellar!!!!! Kenny is absolutely 150% customer focused! He is extremely well-versed in his profession. He accomplished what no other car dealership salesman could...he was able to "arrange the deal of the century"! His courtesy, job knowledge, and attention to detail are unsurpassed! He was not only able to sell us a safe car for our daughter, he was able to arrange to obtain "pre-owned certification", he found us a car with low miles...and he found a car in the exact color she was seeking! As part of the surprise for her....he permitted us to wrap a huge red ribbon around the car and place a large red bow on it. Our youngest daughter will be driving soon as well, we will definitely see Kenny again to purchase a car for her too. In addition, 5 stars go to Ricky Dotson as well...for working hard with Kenny to obtain the best financing for our budget. My wife and I came to the Winner Tent sale in September just to see if we had won anything off of their flyer that they had sent out in the mail. There we met Robert, whom we had previously spoken to at the dealership. My wife was interested in looking at new cars, so I let her look. She previously liked the looks of an accent that Winner no longer had in stock, so Robert went and showed us a used Elantra GT that was a little bit bigger, but less in price. My wife loves it. Would recommend to anyone I know is looking for a car.

I was at Winner today to look at new car. I had a great salesperson and sales manager but when it came time to sit down to review the numbers, the finance manager lied and tried to cheat us. When reviewing the car we wanted to saw the price of the car. When the finance manager came over he quoted a trade in 6 thousand less than value and raised the PP over the sticker price. When I questions him on it he was rude and arrogant. We left and don't have an intention of going back. We will bring our business elsewhere. I thanked the salesperson and told him that we thought he was great despite how unprofessional his finance manager treated us. While we there we gave a referral to our salesperson of someone we knew who wanted to purchase a car. We called our friend after we left and told them about the finance manager. They will look elsewhere for their new car as well.

My experience with Winner Hyundai was perfect!. I could not have asked for better customer service. Paul Baker helped me through the process of getting a new car and I would recommend him to anyone. He treated me like he had known me my whole life. He also got me into a car that I can afford and I love. Him and everyone else who helped me were generous kind hearted people. I'm a single mom and have a very limited income and told them my situation and Paul, Mike Goff and Rocky went above and beyond to make my payments affordable, and that the car was what I wanted and not just something that I settled on because I could afford it. Found the truck I was looking for. Salesman Andre was excellent. Took them a bit longer than Id hoped to get the truck prepped for me to leave but all in all acceptable. My disappointment came 2 weeks later when my credit monitoring alerted me to 6 new hard credit pulls. I expressed my concern about multiple hard pulls on my credit BEFORE I ever consented to a financing attempt ( I had wanted to use my credit union and they were confident they could get me a better deal). I was assured by their finance man that it would only be one hard pull that each company would work from. Turns out he's a pretty good storyteller. Aside from the finance guy lying right to my face and knowing it, my visit to Winner was fine.

His name is GUY and he is completely unavailaable. Or should I say IGNORED my repeated attempts and phone messages to speak to him about my TAGS that never arrived! Last Tuesday I went to Winner Ford in Deleware because I found a used vehicle I was very interested in getting . I called and spoke with a male internet sales person who was very friendly but apparently dosen't follow threw with his job . I spoke with him the day before I went to the dealership that is two hours away from where I'm at in PA to get some things done before hand . Before I went there I made sure I was pre approved and that the vehicle was still on the lot and still for sale and set everything up for the next day . So after speaking with this man I felt ok we took care of most of what we needed to take care of over the phone to where all I needed to do was come by get my vehicle appraised for trade in and work a deal on the vehicle I was interested in , easy enough right .... WRONG . I get to the dealership after a two hour drive and 3 or more toll booths . I was then met by a sales person on the lot who directs me to another sales person who the internet sales person apparently told I was going to be coming to the dealership. The kid I spoke with started talking to me and asked me what vehicle I was interested in and he got some basic information from me as well. So when he went to go check on the vehicle I was interested in he came back after getting the dealer tag to go for a test drive and said I'm so sorry I was told we sold the vehicle your interested in late last night . So I then said are you serious if thats the case why wouldent anyone or at least the internet sales rep have called me and told me it had sold ? Of course he had no answer to that he was very apoligetic and I actually felt bad for him because it seemed like they set him up for dissapointment as well . So the sales person went to go talk to the manager to tell her what happened who called the internet sales guy and was more interested in getting into it with him after he told her what happened from what the sales person told me than she was in talking to me . Apparently the car was not sold , NO ONE PUT A HOLD on the vehicle I was interested in and it was put on the transport truck to go to the auction , nice real nice right . So roughly 20- 30 min go by still the manager has not come to talk to me about the mixup if thats what you would call it , to me the internet sales guy and possably the sales guy didnt do there job with making sure there was a hold on the vehicle knowing I was comming by . At this point I'm not happy at all and I have to look forward to putting gas in the tank of my vehicle and paying tolls going back and I still have my vehicle and accomplished NOTHING on my day off from work . On my way out I spoke with the manager before I left and she didn't seem to be all that concerned about what happened and how far I drove to get there to get the vehicle and her answer was " well we can get it from the auction and bring it by your house" and I said don't bother . I was not going to come all the way back to that dealership even if they brought it by the house because I'm sure I would have had to go back to fill out the paperwork and such if I liked it at there dealership and I would never take that drive again . So needless to say Winner Ford sets you up for a big LOSS . Look for another dealership .

I E-mailed (via the setup on cars.com) Winner Ford in Dover DE about a 2005 Ford F-150 Pickup truck on Sunday. On Monday morning at about 08:36 AM a lady called and we talked about the vehicle. About two hours later at about 11:15 AM Michael (Salesman) called and talked to me about the vehicle mentioned above. I told him I could not make it today but tomorrow near noon I could be there. We agreed on that time and he told me to ask for 'Michael' at the Ford area of the dealership. On Tuesday after noon I arrived and at the desk Michael was paged and came promptly. He directed my wife and me to his desk and I told him what I wanted to see. Michael went to the main part, where I assume his boss was, and returned to tell me the vehicle was gone. Michael tried to get me to look at other vehicles to no avail as I came prepared to buy the one above mentioned. My drive was near 75 miles each way, via DE1, the fastest way from Nottingham, PA 19362. Would a phone call been appropriate from the dealership? I spent 3 hours and $25.00 on fuel. I must say that I was treated in a very nice manner here, so a big plus for that part. Denis

I inquired about a vehicle 1 hour prior to closing and was told the vehicle was in stock. I took off work the next day to drive almost 2 hours and GUESS WHAT? THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD -- and get this -- "the day before". I told them I called at closing and they were like "Yeah, ummm.. it was late when it sold". I guess it was the old bait and swith. And to add insult, the same vehicle was listed for an additional 2-1/2 weeks on CarGurus. DOH! Not a winner. Oh, and BTW they tried to sell me on other vehicles, but none of them were as good in person as the pictures show online. They leave out the dirt spots and rips in fabric. Just being 100% honest.
