They were so easy to work with that I never in a million years would think that it would be so quick. I met with a manager on the lot who took me from start to finish through the whole process! No waiting for a another manager or anything. Takes half the time to purchase than other dealers! Please go see the West Park guys ASAP!

I have purchased several cars and trucks from Eric in the past. After he left his old location I was devastated! He followed up with me and I found him at West Park Motors in Washington. The inventory variety seemed more like a dealer I would find In Charlotte or Raleigh. I happen to trade both of my cars in for two immaculate SUV's. My wife and I are extremely happy with are purchase! I would recommend anyone to Eric and West Park Motors.

I sent in a request online to get more information on a vehicle. I was contacted within 10 minutes by Eric. He gave me all of the information I needed and set up an appointment for me to come In and test drive. They don't sell junk. They have the cleanest preowned cars in NC. All in all, a great experience and I will be making all of my purchases there.

Great customer service! The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. They were polite and professional answering any question. The car was as described and shown in the photos. The salesman was honest and willing to take care of any issues with the car before buying. He also offered the car fax without having to ask for it. They truelly know how to put the customer first! Check out their website. Its clean and well organized and offers plenty of pictures to view before seeing the car.
