All questions were answered with respect and was always polite. After talking with him for (5) minutes I knew he was the right salesperson. He had earned my respect. My wife and I went to purchase a car for our son when we arrived noone greeted us. After finding a salesperson to assist us and show the vehicle we were interested in he went to find the keys leaving us for approximately 15 minutes in the hot sun. We started to walk towards the showroom and meet a man who identified himself as the assistant sales manager when questioned about the issue of locating the keys he told us to have a good day! I will never step foot on this lot again. The sad part is we had already decided to purchase the car and had cash in hand! Foolish rude or just having a bad day!

I went to Kia just to see the models of the cars they carry. I had not made my mind about what I wanted to buy at all. Richard was so helpful and patient. It was the first time i was buying a car all on my own and with no experience on negotiating or on how these types of things work. I was scared and very nervous. He made it a very easy experience. I've purchased numerous cars over the past years, but this is the first time that I've left a dealership feeling good about both the car and experience. Richard Gowie (Sales Professional) did a great job representing KIA of West Palm Beach. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. On a squelching hot day, he worked hard to find the right vehicle that was a good fit for me. Ronnie White, in the finance department, made the paperwork fast and easy. I will definitely return to KIA of West Palm Beach, and I will ask for Richard!!!

Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever had to deal with. The last three times we have brought our sorrento to this location it has been a nightmare. The first two times were such a catastrophe that the service manager comp'd all fees free of charge. The last time the customer service representative Johnny Jamarillo was completely unprofessional and actually cussed at me and my fiance and provided wrong and false information which was realized after speaking with the tech who worked on the vehicle. The situation was resolved by the on duty service dept. manager. We then got in touch with who we were told was the Fixed Operations Manager - Mark Elison and gave him the rundown and how his employee cussed and handled our situation. Mark let us know he had just cleaned house in the service department and would have to be letting one more employee go and to let him know when we needed our next service and that he would take care of it. So today we contacted Mark to set up our next service. He set up our service and when we got our confirmation email guess who was assigned to be our service adviser Johnny Jamarilo. So Mark did not reprimand Johnny for cussing, being unprofessional to customers, and providing wrong and false information then assigned him to our service appointment anyway. This is the biggest lack of customer service I have ever experienced, it is apparent that the lack of quality at the location was not caused by just one bad apple and is rotten at the core.Update:Mark apologized for assigning Johnny to be our service adviser and then informed us he had made the correction. We then received an email confirmation in which our name was wrong and also our appointment time had changed. We informed Mark of his mistake he called and tried to apologize but it was too little to late so we decided that the lack of competency was not with one lower level associate but also with the leadership. Mark once told us he was there to "fix" the issue with this location but apparently he is not the solution and only adds to the lack of quality and care that West Palm beach Kia service department provides.We decided to bring our Sorrento to Greico Kia in delray and they have been much more responsive and attentive to our vehicle. Upon their inspection they found that the front brakes were extremely worn and were shocked that WPB KIA did not mention that they needed replaced the last time we where there (2 weeks ago). The service provider at Greico also mentioned that this is not the first time that have had cars in their shop with issues from WPB kia. Use WPB KIA's service dept at your own risk.

I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted. After the salesman moved cars around to get to the one I wanted to test drive, I had changed my mind and decided on another model. I felt bad, but he could not be nicer. I found the one I wanted and we started the process. It still takes long, but it was a pleasant experience and I absolutely love my new Kia Sportage!!!!

I was never interestedin KIA. I happened by them by recommendation from friend NYC.. I HAD HAD Bmw but he thought it was big shotism (which it was not and word does not belong in my vocabulary.) I shopped BMW HONDA MUSTANG ETC. I WAS LOOKING FOR FAST CAR.. chris friend nyc was right again. I went to ikea. After hearing ad on radio. I went to buy 201hp enging 2 seater. But liked the sportster mini suv.The only reason I went there was the incentive. Im telling the truth the green room mislead me. Thats call center in Orlando. I was told i would get kelly blue book value for my car (I did not) and also to my disbelef call center said i would get 7 k above also above KBV. I called her three times and verified this. She assured me. My car was 13 k KBV (i got 10 k.)To keep it siimple. 13000 + 7000 minus negative 3 k I owed on BMW. IWAS PROMISED 7 K IF MY MATH IS RIGHT OFF NEW VEHICLE. i did buy 2017 and Michael Frischman work3d very patient with me. Kia apologized for misrepresentation by call center. Sorry that does not work. Still wro g advertising.Anyway Mike treated with no pressure or sales tricks and turned out to be God sent. Im disabled vet and I need help to understand. I had other questions after handshake on deal. Mike and very responsive and trustworthy amd keeps his word. So Mike and he is not telling me to ssy this. But i my book he gets A+ kIA was redeemed untill I went to next department for options to ad. I was told point blank 300 dollars for package that covers oil, rotation, fix two flats, 7 car washes. Isaid no. Rep put in paperworks. I let it go he seemed nice, but im a bad judge of character. I know the truth and i know whats a lie. The next day I went to sign for direct deposit and lookex through many paperworks i signed u der exhaustion and I told you im disabled after 40 deployments. I noticed paperwork that was to be 300 now was 599.00. What the heck. So i called Mike. Anyways i was misleaed i dont like to be mislead in fact i hate lies. I know he said 300 dollars not mike the other Guy and he knows who he is. So screw you!Mayby i heard wrong. I dont think so.Would i go back probally if Mike is there. Im happy with my KIA and on budget and make quarter of what i used to make double 6 figures. So i do t like the sour taste in my mouth with 600 charge instead of 300. I can cancel. Plus i never got the true value of whatcwas promised. Just apoligy from kia rep. Thats messed up. And law suit im sure. I have orlando call center on record.Other then thzt. I do t like to be jacked around and i think IKEA IS OK . Thanks to Mike. FACT!

This was my family's second time buying a car from West Palm Beach Kia. The first car we purchased 10 months ago for my 18 year old son. It was such a pleasant auto shopping experience, we knew right where to go when it came time for a car for my mother. Because of the professional and friendly service of the salesman, Mr. Jean Gue, there was no question who we wanted to deal with. In fact, everyone working at the store was delightful. Purchased a Kia Optima almost 2 years ago from this dealership. Just a few months ago my car started making a noise in the transmission at 28000 miles. I took it in 3 times with the same complaint and they did nothing to address the problem. Last time I went in to pick it up they had damaged the bumper of my car. Told me to bring it back later in the week because they had an in house paint and body guy who would fix it. I went back to pick my car up and it looked like they sanded it down and just sprayed a can of spray paint over it, also the bumper was still out of line. After several more attempts to get the problem addressed I was told by the service manager that they were not spending any more money on fixing my car and to bring the loaner back or they would call the cops. He also stated "bring it on" when I stated I was very upset with the service and wasn't finished with this. I've never dealt with customer service this terrible. Stay away from this place people.

This dealership was a complete waste as they tried all the usual sales scare tactics and gave the runaround. First, I was told I did not qualify for a car loan with my husband as a co-signor, then they could not tell me which bank we eventually qualified with. Three hours later we were ushered into the finance office where I was being contracts to sign without getting all the information. After refusing to sign any documents, I went home and got pre-approved by Capital 1 Auto by myself the next day. My worst mistake was going back to WPB Kia. Even with the pre-approval in hand, I kept on being told that all I would qualify for were payments of $400+ with an 11.4% interest rate on a 2013 car with 27000 miles. When I called capital 1 they said they had not received the request from Kia and that they would not approve the loan because the car was overpriced. Needless to say, I went to offlease and got a 2016 SUV with 15000 miles and payments less than $400 per month at a 7% interest rate and no runaround. I would never recommend this dealership.

I came into the Dealer as a first time buyer and Philippe was GREAT! Not only did he work out an amazing deal for my financial situation but the whole process was a breeze. I was in and out of the dealer in less than an 1 hour. I'm so happy to own my new Kia and not have had to jump through hoops to get it. Philippe made this an easy and pain free experience. Terrible Management. Trying to negotiate a deal and manager writes on paper "NO THANKS!!". What a compete disrespectful way to treat your customers. I was trying to buy a car here that was going to be for work and school. I was totally shut down when I was being completely professional and nice because they didn't like the fact i knew the prices of the car. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY.

So I did the scratch off and it told me that I won $2,000 but i actually didn't when i got there. Please do not do business with these CROOKS!

I was sent an advertisement in the mail from West Palm Beach Kia that said if the scratch off part of the ad matched any of the numbers below, then I won that price. I went down to the dealership and was met by a pushy African American salesman who looked like he couldn't even find the time to keep his fingernails trimmed (they were dirty and gross). He proceeded to take my information down and trying to sell me a car. When he saw that I was not interested, he proceeded to tell me that I did not win anything and handed me a scratch off that was a total waste of time. They also handed me a small MP3 player that doesn't even work. Now that they have my number, they will be calling me every week and mailing me flyers. Please do not do business with these CROOKS!!!

I purchased a used Volvo for a very fair price, and from the time I decided that I wanted the car to the time I drove it off the lot, we were given the absolute best of service! Michael Frischman, our salesman, was knowledgeable and professional and since I'm from Sebastian (90 miles north) he was able to take care of most of the particulars over the phone,on the weekend so that by the time I arrived at the dealership my car was ready and waiting! I just wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at west palm beach kia. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Daniel approached me and was very knowledgeable on the cars i was looking at. He demeanor is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. He found a way to make the deal work in my favor and i couldnt have asked for much more than that. Not only did I leave with a new car but I left feeling satisfied and happy with my purchase. I went into this dealership not expecting to purchase a car. I have been looking for a while but every time I step on a lot I get hounded by dealers and they do not make me feel comfortable. I met with Dan a couple of days ago when I was walking around on the lot and he approached me and was very professional and courteous. He really took a step back and built report with me before he started asking me to run my credit and ask if I was interested in buying today. He had me take a test drive and asked what I was exactly looking for in a car and tried to meet my needs and not go above anything that I truly did not ask for. I also explained how important budget was for me and that I was needing to stay within a certain range. He did not waver with this or try to sell me with 1 penny higher than what I told him I was comfortable with paying. This ultimately made me feel comfortable to run my credit and proceed with the car buying process. His patience and professionalism won me over and then I was eager to buy from him because I truly felt as if he had my best interest at heart. I will be referring all future family members and friends to not only this dealership but to Dan specifically. There needs to be more salesmen like him.

Today was my second experience at this god awful dealership. My wife and I visited this place in 2013, basically just to window shop and possibly test drive a soul or forte. The second we arrived at the door, we were greeted. We informed the representative of our intent, to which their response was "oh, we are actually not test driving any vehicles today." Hmm. Well never mind then. After that, I said I wouldn't return to a place that didn't even consider allowing me to test drive a vehicle that I would be potentially purchasing. Today, a friend suggested going there to check out a Sorento. He suggested speaking to the sales manager, Carlos. I guess he knew knows him. So, I figured, let's give it another shot. My wife and I arrived this evening and requested to speak with Carlos. He greeted us in a professional manner and immediately handed us off to one of his sales reps. The representative was polite and informed.us that he was currently helping out another customer and would be with us shortly. Long story short, an hour had gone by and nothing. The worst part is we witnessed him engage other customers that had arrived after us. We were never acknowledged again. I brought this to the sales manager's attention and told him that we had waited long enough and that we would think about returning another day, to which his response was simply "okay." I guess they didn't need our business....we had planned on buying a car today...Total waste of time. Go anywhere else!

About a week ago, I purchased my 2014 Kia Forte from a dealer I Fort Lauderdale, and after experiencing mechanical issues I brought the car into Kia West Palm Beach because it's close to my work. Even though the diagnostic test showed up without any codes, and I had to leave without an exact reason of why my car was acting the way it did (because, of course the problem could not be duplicated once I brought the car in... Murphy's law!!) I still left with a great first impression of the service staff. I work in an industry where the first impression is the only one that matters...and what I experienced was exceptional service. I would like to thank Vanessa, believe was her name? She took my phone call, and was extremely pleasant when it came to making an immediate appoinment for me. Also, thanks to Christian, my service advisor who took his time to talk through my concerns with me. He was sincere in his conversation, not just blowing me off or rushing me out the door, and he had the patience of a saint when it came to all of my questions. Most importanly, he made me feel like a human being, not just a service ticket. I also wish I had gotten the name of the young man who was working with him also (I just caught in conversation that he is the nephew of Pete, who was another gentleman who works there) he too was extremely polite, and knowledgeable as well. They both shared tips and tricks about the car that I had purchased, that I didn't even know existed. You would have thought that it was this Kia dealership that I had purchased the car at, because they treated me with such kindness and respect from the second I stepped out of my car. I really can't say enough about them, but I hope that a manager or owner of this dealership will read this review, because it is important that they know how much of an asset these two employees are to that dealership. I look forward to taking my car to this location for regular service oil changes, and hope that I will continue to receive superior service on those future visits as well! Thank you again.

We dealt with Nicolas Bucacos, who showed us the car my wife wanted, no pressure extremely helpful. Then another salesperson came in JORGE NEYRA, the way he expressed himself I thought he was the manager...he started saying "your down payment of $2,000.00...the dealer in making no money with your sale." Mr. Neyra made my wife cry and that I won't forgive him and I will write bad reviews until my fingers bleed. He graved my wife's card and the trade in value of the car and crouched it and throw it against the window. That same day I found out he was just another salesperson and I called the General Manager Mr. Otto Pena and explained to him what happened. DISGRACEFUL... I WOULD NOT SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently brought my vehicle into the service department for a factory recall issue and oil change. Once there, my service advisor Pablo informed me of another recall and stated they would handle the issue without having to make another appointment. My vehicle was delivered in the time frame promised and they actually washed and vacuumed it for me too. Thanks for a wonderful job JT,Pablo and the service department mechanics,you are the reason I purchased my second Kia.

This is the worst dealer ever. They tried to scam us so much. To the point that even now I feel we paid to much for our car and it is not worth what we ended up paying. A year later my car has depreciated tremendously in value. Though I love the Sorento Ex I could have gotten a much better deal. They tried to trick us during each phase of the buying process and they blatantly lie to you. Yes, they increase the MSRP sticker price. Also they say they work with any credit but by that they mean, they will do the same thing any other dealer does. I am very disappointed with our experience. They take people with bad credit and scam them thinking that people with bad credit will do anything to get a car. I wish I had gone elsewhere. I love my car, hate the dealer.

They should hire more salesmen like the one who helped me. The sales rep and finance guy were both outstanding. They have a really good sales team here. You are lucky to have those two!

Ie had some really crappy experiences with other dealers. Kia was so accommodating. They assured me it would not happen and were right. It was out in about an hour and 45min. I referred family and friends to this dealer!

I'VE HAD SOME REALLY CRAPPY EXPERIENCES WITH FORD AND ANOTHER PLACE. KIA WAS SO ACCOMMODATING. THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN AND WERE RIGHT. I WAS OUT IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. I REFERRED THEM TO MY UNCLE'S TENANT. I REFERRED THEM TO MY BROTHER AS WELL. NEXT YEAR, WHEN MY DAUGHTER CAN DRIVE, I'M GOING TO TAKE HER THERE AND GET HER A KIA SOUL. THE SALESGUY WE HAD, MITCH, WAS WONDERFUL. THIS GUY NAMED CHARLES SHOWED US EVERYTHING TO DO IN THE CAR. OTTO WAS REALLY FUNNY. YOU COME ACROSS THESE PEOPLE, AND THEY WERE SO FRIENDLY AND NICE. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I WAS AT A DEALERSHIP. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK TO THAT ONE.

I wanted to buy a new 2012 Kia Sedona in Glacier blue EX w/ lux. pkg.Made appointment for 10am 8/4/12. My sales person was Jean C. Gue. Itold him what I wanted. I showed him the dealers that had the make/modelof what i needed. To stop the B.S. I went online to Kelly Blue Book To Gettrade in value of my 2008 Kia Sportage. I told Jean that I will pay cash.I got flipped off by Jean. He gave me a line of B.S. that they were getting50 Sedona's in this week. 8/8/12. What I don't know is why they don't wantto sell me a car. I thought dealers sold cars. If they don't want to dealwith a cash sale, DO NOT USE W.P.B. KIA

I'm in the same boat as the rest regarding their $9,000 off scam. I knew it was a bait and switch going on, and I had all my numbers to back me up, but still got flustered and couldn't figure out why. I knew they gave a bogus MSRP and then took 9K off. Easy enough. But when it came down to the final price, they were within the range of the other dealerships. Then I realized, this is because I no longer was getting money for my trade in. My trade in is worth 2-3K, so that's where I was getting suckered.I really wish I knew more about the legality of giving an incorrect MSRP to be able to get people in with a bogus $9,000 for any trade in. There must be something, but unfortunately I have neither the time nor the resources to figure out what. It's too bad, they should be penalized for this shady kind of sales technique.

They'll give you the 9K for your car, but jack the price up on the car your buying by 9K or more...you don't even realize they've done this until you go and sign the contracts. The guy sound scripted on the phone. He did to listen to a word I said. All he wanted is to set up an appointment but yet he was not interested in listening to my questions. I hung up and call again and spoke to a Ramon and again the same script, he could not answer basic questions. That's was my first impressionist his dealer and last. I will do business elsewhere. Go ahead and give them a call you'll see what's mean.

Dont even waste yout time and stay away from this place. The 9000.00 off MSRP with trade is a complete scam and they should be sued for false advertisement because it is a total lie. They didnt have any new cars in inventory at the time of my visit and they deliberately tried to steer me into purchasing a used KIA that I didnt want at a much inflated price that was well above KBB value for the year and mileage. Their sell price was actually higher on this particular used car with 16K miles than KIA's MSRP listed on the MFG's website for the same car new. Then after I told them that their offer was unacceptabe and that I wouldnt do business with them they continued to call several times throughout the day. They should be shut down for their business practices and KIA should pull their delaership certificate. Not recommended at all.

Came cash in hand to buy a Soul plus. No inventory and waited too long to take a test drive. The excuse was we are new and ironing out the bugs. To say the leat- no sale.

The $9000 deal is a scam. Beware of these people, they jack up the price by $11000 over msrp. Do your homework. Call around for other pricing and don't let them rip you off. Very Shady People.

Don't fall for the $9,000 off scam. The cars are seriously marked up in price. The sales team lies to you about your trade in and final price. We drove 100 miles to this dealer to get a "deal". We have been trying to get a response from them for 2 months now regarding the GAP insurance. No one will return our calls or emails. Don't waste your time here. Go to a real dealership. Horrible experience here...

I called this dealer as I wanted to buy a vehicle and test drive all three models of the Kia Soul. I called them, they told me they had plenty in stock and that they had every model available. I then drove 20 mins to get there only to find they only had two of the plus models in their inventory. When confronted on this they first tried to say they sold the other models in the 20 mins it took me to get there and the changed to every employee who answers the phones saying they never told anyone that. Basically wasted my time and got me to come to the dealership by lying on the phone and not delivering or being able to help in any way. It's all good though I went to Delray Kia and bought my car.

My husband and I went to the this dealer this morning and I was so disgusted one the prices and their overall attitude. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. We went to check out they're "9000 OFF ANY TRADE" promotion which was a complete scam. They said a 2011 Kia Forte EX was $25,000 THEN you take off the $9,000 leaving you at their standards somewhere between $16,500-$17,500. They pressured us since our initial arrival down to the very end. We were going to trade in our truck, and hopefully work out a monthly payment of $130, but they said these cars are better than Honda and Hyundai so they could not go any lower than $200 a month for a KIA!. Long story short don't waste your time here, you will only get headaches!....Also there are a lot of fake surveys on here, they are worth 0 stars, not 5.
