Mike Uschold was very helpful by asking questions of me to find out what kind of truck I wanted. Once we narrowed it down, Mike pursued getting me the vehicle in the color I wanted from a nearby dealer, and kept me updated as to the arrival date of the vehicle as best he could. Mike made sure the numerous paperwork was completed correctly and ready for us to sign at the time of delivery. He spent time with us going over the equipment inside the Tacoma. At no time did we feel rushed. Mike did help my wife with the lease of her Toyota Corolla in March and that is why we went back to Mike when looking for my next vehicle. I bought a 2016 Toyota Sequoia brand new!!Was only given one key for the car. I was told the other key would be mailed to me. That never happened!! A month goes by. After I write an email I got contacted and was told I had to go the dealership to get a key made. I was offered a free oil change in return. They forget about you as soon as you pull off the lot. And when it's clearly there fault they offer a pathetic oil change.

I was looking to lease my first car. As a first time buyer/leaser I was a little apprehensive, but as soon as I walked into West Herr I felt comfortable. I worked with Michael Uschold and he was fantastic. I went to another dealership before West Herr and got a quote. I purchased a new vehicle off the lot. One there higher end trucks. I only got one key for the vehicle the other key was supposed to be mailed to me like we agreed. A month goes by still nothing I email them about the key they contact me saying I would have to go to the dealership and get one made. Had I not contacted them they would of never did anything. So for the Inconvienence I get offered a pathetic oil change when it costs $30 in gas just to go there. So I hope they don't treat all there customers like this. I'll never go there again!!!!

This was our first time buying from West herr and from Mike Uschold. They both made the experience easy and did it at a speed that work for my wife and I. NO pressure from Mike or the dealership. Mike paid attention to ALL the little details, from getting a truck move to the dealership near our home to making sure all the paper work is done in a quick and pain less manner. Mike was patient with us as we had hope to buy brand new but did not want to get into a huge monthly payment. We recently purchased a used van from West Herr Toyota. We went in hoping to look at a van we had seen available online, and as luck would have it, it had sold that morning. We were introduced to Joe Furlong, who immediately set about asking lots of questions to determine what we wanted and needed, and what we could afford, and looking through the vehicles that were available through all the West Herr locations. He brought a vehicle in from another lot that afternoon, and yet another from a further location the next day. Once we settled on a vehicle, he and his associates did an amazing job helping us with payments that fit into our budget, and getting us a really low interest rate. All in all it was a great experience. We will definitely be trying to send anyone Joes way that we can, and when it comes time to replace our other vehicle our first call will be to Joe!

My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from West Herr with the latest being a 2016 Toyota Tundra. My salesman Scott Flick did an outstanding job in getting me into a new truck the same afternoon that I decided to buy and Tom Vullo the finance manager made financing a breeze and found some "wiggle room" in my truck price so I was able to get a bunch of extra stuff like Simonize and Glass Coating without changing my payment. I have been dealing with the Williamsville Toyota store's service department for a long time and have had a great experience and recently the parts shop saved our vacation to Maine when I found that somebody had stolen my spare tire from under my old Tundra the day before we were to leave for a camping trip hauling our 33 foot travel trailer. They had a new one shipped overnight so we could leave on time and feel confident that we wouldn't be stranded if we got a flat tire. I saw a bunch of our old sales people while buying my truck and they all remembered me and came over to ask how things were going. Really love the West Herr Toyota of Williamsville family!

After having a great experience buying a used Camry for my son I reached out to the same person Joe Furlong and setup a time to come look at a new or used Tacoma. Joe is very knowledgeable and after looking at both new and used I settled on a new Tacoma. Throughout the purchasing process Joe was there to help. He even let me go get my title from home for my trade in so I could take delivery that night. Once in the new truck I was bamboozled by some of the tech features and Joe spent 20 plus minutes walking me through it feature by feature, setting up phone etc. By the time we were done Joe was in fact locked out of the dealership because they had long closed. Throughout the entire purchase process I never once felt pressured, where other dealers my push, with Joe it was silence. Same can be said by the sales managers I dealt with as well. Visited Toyota of Wmsvie to check out a SUV, however after much to do, the sales associate gave us a high number. The usual BS of Toyota value, quality, and hot vehicles. There are plenty of other manufacturers that produce quality vehicles. When we saw the price, it left us shocked and the associate did not seem thrilled. We also considered other brands that fell under the West Herr umbrella. The original sales associate conveniently pushed us off when we visited one of their other lots.

While researching vehicles and trying to pair down to a couple of different choices, visited West Herr Toyota of Wmsvle. The sales associate quoted high for the SUV that we were considering. Typical tactics of how quickly the vehicle sells out, quality, and blah blah. While I agree that Toyota makes good vehicles, there are other manufacturers with an equally good/better product. We have purchased from West Herr in the past with very good results. We also opted to look at another brand which West Herr represents. Just a disappointing experience overall!

Mike was the nicest guy and neither he nor the manager ever made me feel like they were taking advantage of me. They were actually "all smiles," knowledgeable, straight forward, and never once seemed frustrated with my indecisiveness or negotiations. I would definitely say they made me feel like family. Mike took more of a "let the car sell itself" approach and didn't oversell, but overselling might not have been a bad thing because I had questions I forgot to ask. Only ding is the buying process and length of time of the paperwork, but I have to imagine it's the same wherever you go, and I think they had everything they could possibly have ready to go before I even made my decision. They even predicted which car I would pick, and had several things good to go in case that's what I went with. They were very observant in my reactions to certain features, and more than one person pointed out what my eyes were telling them.

why do l have to follow a script? l simp[y was not going to buy a car until l met jim starr and johnna weiss! from my receiption to my departure in my rav4 limited hybrid everything was stellar. even th mens room was clean. from my first drive johnna described for me just how everything worked. we left the lot and got right into traffic accelerating like l used to do in my 1974 911. l made a few smooth turns and l could feel the g's before rolling out on a new heading. for about fifteen minutes l felt like i was driving a sports car thanks to the special six speed tranny. l commented to johnna that red colored instruments were the choice of pilots for reasons that affect the strain on the eyes particularly during ifr weather. she then changed the color of the images of the instruments. l couldn't believe it..it blew my mind. l hoped my drive wouldn't be a short one we approached the dealership and l parked the suv. then we went over some issues regarding leasing or purchasing, numbers about the contract and details about options and accessories. l wasn't quite content with the vehicle but could not explain what is was. the next day l realized l was not sure about the silver color. l asked if they could find a white one or even a hot lava one which would be perfect when l move to hawai'i next year. they found a blizzard pearl suv and l was so pleased they told me they would prepare it and l could drive it home this day! all i had to do is prove my residence, decide on some extras available and talk to johnathan hoover about the finance terms. l want to thank the folks at west herr for being able to coordinate all the people to make my lease of such a fine vehicle a reality for me.

Joe Furlong came highly recommended, and now I understand why. He is extremely knowledgeable, and since I wasn't entirely sure which model or year I was going to go with, did a very thorough and patient job of answering questions and doing comparisons on multiple vehicles. Adi Barak was the sales consultant that helped us with the purchase/trade-in of our vehicle. Especially considering the fact that we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, Adi was very helpful in taking the time to explore a variety of vehicles with us, according to the specifications we were interested in. He also made the process seamless as we encountered little bumps (ie: being unable to locate my car's title for the trade-in, and he contacted all the necessary parties). My first car was purchased from a family member. It had seen its better days...so it only made sense to get a newer vehicle. I looked everywhere for an equinox with awd for the snowy winters we have around here. I finally found one that was worth my time at this dealer. The sale was quick but I would have appreciated a little more off the vehicle (compared to others I'd seen with a better trim package and lower miles) but such is life. There was a dent in the back that had to be fixed but the Lord blessed whoever works in the dent repair shop at this West Herr because I could not tell where it was. Mike the finance guy has a way about him that gets the customer the best financing percent. It was crazy what he got me and I was super happy about it.

Our sales person is a real go getter! I would call and tell her we wanted to test a used car I found online and within the day she had it for us to try out, not once but several times! Not satisfied with the "feel" of the cars, or maybe the color or some silly thing, we began to talk about the pros and cons of a new as opposed to used car. Within a week were in our new Rav 4. Went to look at used car and trade in mine. The first car was filthy even tho it was suppose it b ready to go, and it had a cracked window. Then after test driving a second car that I did like the sales guy moved on to someone else and we were waiting 45 min for the sales guy we had to come back over. Then I was offered 3000 less then Kelly Blue book value for my trade in. What an insult. This dealership obviously doesn't care about its costumers. Your just a #. I'll take my business else where.

She really made me feel at ease with the whole process and never was pushy and made me feel like a human being rather than just a customer. She also kept in touch with me during the few days it took to locate a car for me and really made herself available. Tommy was able to help secure financing and found the perfect car for me. I had been a little nervous about what kind of car I could afford. I was extremely surprised when he was able to find the car I had always wanted - a Toyota Solara. The level of care he showed for me and my need for a vehicle was incredible. In addition to the outstanding levels of customer service both Kristen and Tommy offered during the entire process and even afterwards, I was most impressed with the fact that they did look at my credit score as the only thing I have going for myself. They looked at me as a person and considered my entire history. And it's not as though they're done with you once you purchase the vehicle; they still are more than happy to help out with any questions or concerns you have after the sale has been finalized. I have less than 24 hours into my 2015 4Runner SR5 Premium, so I am really mostly only rating the sales help of Patricia Esposito, and locating me the color, and options I wanted. She had to look to Jersey, but found and delivered it in 5 days, even with the snow and freezing weather of that week. No pressure is huge for me with a large purchase, as I think she realized my financial concerns. Also, Tom Vullo, the finance manager, gave a competitive trade value, found me good rate financing and a warranty package that I think is a smart buy, and I think I can live with. Time will tell with my first Toyota, especially after switching from multiple Cadillacs`, but if all goes well, I will be trading in, in 2-3 years for a new model. All in all, helpful, friendly staff. (What a glowing review! Please, I cannot accept any free gifts. Like seat covers for my dog. HAHA) Thanks Again.

Usually we dislike going to car dealers, but if you are in the market for a new car or "new" used car, go see Pat "Gert" Esposito at West Herr Toyota. She is great at what she does. We just went in, looking to see what was available, after our 2007 Camry was totaled in an automobile accident. We came away with a used 2011 Carolla that is in excellent shape. Pat was wonderful through the whole process. She got all of the paperwork, financing and the car detailed in only a couple of hours. It was a very smooth process. Next time we are in the market for a car, we are going to see Pat again!

My mother was recently in the market for a new vehicle. So she asked me for help. Knowing my mother for over fifty years, I knew this would be a herculean test of patients. So with great reluctance I agreed to accompany her. Without even a clue as to what make or model what would be best for her and her and her two dogs off to the nearest dealership we went. As we walked into the dealership I felt sorry for the poor soul who was going too stuck with us. The receptionist introduced us to Anthony. He greeted us with a big smile and hand shake. I thought to myself he wasnt going to have that smile for too long. We explained the situation to him. Over the course of several weeks Anthony, with great patients, knowledge, professionalism, and a big smile, took her for a test drive in every make and model he could think of until she found perfect car for her and he two dogs. He not only found a car for her, he also put me at ease and made the experience enjoyable for me. Since then Antony and the finance manager, Nicole has helped several of my friends perches vehicles and my son with his first car.

I was car shopping and walked into this dealership on a whim. The woman at the front desk immediately provided a sales rep, George Cannon. He was so knowledgeable, professional, and patient, that I ended up not getting the vehicle I *thought* I wanted, but rather another vehicle that I ended up loving so much more. After test driving several vehicles and as George got a feel for what I was looking for and needing, he put me in a Nissan Murano, which I am now so happy to call my own. I had been putting off buying a new car for three years, because, really, who enjoys car shopping? George helped make my car-buying experience easy and exciting. I was in the market for a good reliable used vehicle and just moved to buffalo from North Carolina. I did a lot of research as to what I wanted. I did not want a minivan. I went to 4 dealers in the area and all the sales people I dealt with kept showing me minivans. Then on a whim I walked into west herr Toyota and was approached by Anthony. He took the time with me and showed me a used highlander. I took it for a ride and when we got back to the dealership I did mention to him I had to discuss this with my husband and had to pick up my twins from school. I suppose I should start from the beginning regarding my experience with WestHerr. I rolled into the Toyota dealership in Williamsville on my way home from a very long, exhausting day of car shopping in Orcahrd Park. I had a positive experience at the Chevy dealership and the Subaru dealership down there (shout out to John Camp at WestHerr Chevy) but just could not find a Chevy, Kia, or Subaru that I liked at my price point. Disappointed I stopped at an opposing dealership next door where I received bottom-of-the-barrel service. Needless to say, I was pretty worn out and ready to give in for the day, but, WestHerr Toyota Williamsville is literally on my way home so I said to myself "What the xxxx, let's check it out." Thank goodness I did. I was greeted by a very kind receptionist who asked what I needed and I told her what I was looking for. She placed a call over the PA to ask for the nearest available sales rep. That's when I met Mr. Anthony Pupo. Anthony was a distinct pleasure to work with the second I met him. I told him my needs: I wanted to lease a car for 200 dollars a month, zero down but my trade, decently fuel efficient, safe, and reliable. Anthony clearly new exactly what I was looking for. He walked me back to check out a Toyota Corolla LE. It was love at first sight. The car fit all my criteria, and then some. The backup camera, the sound system, and bluetooth capability were all cherries on top of the sundae. Our test drive confirmed what my eyes saw, it was the perfect vehicle for me. But, as Anthony ran me through all the features, my brain immediately said "There's no way we'll be able to get the terms you want." So we got back to the dealership and Anthony went to the office to run the numbers. I sat there expecting some bad news. It wasn't more than 10 minutes later that Anthony came strolling back over to his desk where I was seated. "Hey, hey, hey, we got you a car," he exclaimed. Then he put the offer sheet down in front me. $200.04 per month. $0 down except for my trade. No co-signer necessary (as a college graduate, that was a big deal). After a picked my jaw up off the ground, I asked him if he was serious. Indeed he was. From there (obviously I accepted the offer and was ready to drive the car off the lot) I was introduced to one of the sales managers who offered me an array of different options for additional coverage on the vehicle (scratch and dent insurance, anti-theft, tire protection, etc.). I was definitely interested in the scratch and dent because I know that things happen to cars, despite our best efforts. Unfortunately, the original price he quoted me to add on this feature pushed it just out of my price range. I expressed that, and sensing that I was being sincere, the manager (I wish I could remember his name. Matt Sims, maybe?) unleashed a fury of key strokes on his computer and presented me a new offer: $210.04 with the scratch protection. I was over the moon at this point. From there, I was brought back to Anthony, who walked me through all the papers to sign and initial, and informed me that between my trade and college grad discounts, my tax, title, first payment, and registration fees were all covered. A true sign-and-drive. I could not believe it. Anthony followed up with me immediately the next day to make sure I still loved my car, and checks in every so often just to make sure everything is ok. Not only that, he always asks about my girlfriend and family (my sister recently leased through WestHerr Ford). And, the dealership even sent me a referral check for my sister, despite her not going through Toyota. It's been just shy of six months with my vehicle and I still receive outstanding service from Anthony and the staff at WestHerr Toyota, and the service I received at other WestHerr locations was top notch. Rather than just talk the talk, Anthony and everybody at WestHerr walk the walk. If you're looking for a Toyota or Scion go see Anthony Pupo in Williamsville, and tell him Alex sent you.If a Toyota isn't your cup of tea, try any of the WestHerr dealerships. They will work their behinds off to make sure you get what you need, not what they want to sell you.

I met Anthony at the Buffalo Cars Show a few years back. I remembered how friendly he was and took my mom to see him when she was looking for a Toyota Corolla. My 2011 Nissan Sentra lease was up and I decided that I wanted to get into a vehicle with a little more utility. So, I decided on the 2014 Toyota RAV4. They had the trim I wanted (LE w/ AWD) and after coming in and test driving I was pleased with the performance and price point. West Herr took care of the remaining lease payments and I was able to drive away the same day with the new RAV4. No pressure or pushy upselling by the finance manager. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience and West Herr being a large dealer had the selection and pricing to get me in the door. Heck, they even threw in oil changes. I'll definitely be back again.

Went to this dealership because they advertised a used 2011 VW Tiguan SEL on their website, I wanted this exact car. After e-mail tag over the weekend I drove, negotiated, and purchased this vehicle Tuesday May 28th 2013Joe "business" Mceachin was the sales internet manager I delt with, I also equally delt and finalized the deal with Beth Hollisthe general manager, all is well or so I thaught..... A full tank of gas was negotiated, but on my drive home I notice that they have forgotten to fill it up. Then I get home and started thinking...... then I started reading up and I realized that WEST HERR had actually sold me a VW SE model and not an SEL model as my paperwork and sales rep and their internet ad had explainedWait a minute I paid for an SEL trim level falsly advertised, and got only an SE I'm missing, power seats, backup camera, memory seats, and leather seats, and I'm missing dual zone climate controlI went right back up there and I was MAD they offered a paltry sum to make up the difference, nowhere near the Edmunds difference in these trim levelsThese guys are shysters, they pulled a classic bait and switch , now they will not make me whole.

This is by far one of the best dealer experiences I've encountered. I've been buying my all my used cars through Jeff Wabik, at West Herr Toyota and can't speak highly enough of him. Jeff, always goes the extra mile. During one car purchase, which was at the end of month, his busiest time. Jeff, knew it was getting late and my son was getting tired. Instead of making my wife and child linger through all the paper work, Jeff arranged a way for them to get home while I finished up. The list goes on and on and Jeff is always there for me front and center.

She drives 38 miles each way to college, and was driving an 11 year old vehicle which had had a lot of problems last year. I found one I liked in West Herr's "value Vehicle" list, and checked it out. Itwas exactly what we wanted, they helped us with financing, got us a great rate and an extended warranty that fit our budget. My previous 2007 Camry LE was purchased at Basil Toyota in Lockport. Two weeks ago at my last oil change I sat down with a salesman to look to trade my car in and purchase a 2011 Camry LE. The offer he gave me on my car was an insult, especially after giving them my business for four years and getting all of my service done there. So I returned to West Herr Toyota where I had met Shawn Stanley last spring, when originally researching on trading in my car. He remembered me and the type of car I had, which amazed me seeing it was several months ago. He gave me an excellent offer on the trade-in, I returned the next day and finalized the deal, and purchased the 2011 Camry. I then met with Nicole Bottaro, who wrapped up the financial paperwork. She then took the time to explain Toyota's warranty programs, and was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I went to this dealership looking for a new Rav4. They offered a 4% discount. I had no trade in and a sizable down payment. My credit score is 808 and I was ready to buy.Basil Toyota which is about 10 miles down the road offered me a 6% discount which was a good amount for a ten mile drive. Basil Toyota wound up giving me an 8% discount and were very friendly.The sales manager at West Herr moved very slightly on price and did'nt want to talk any further.West Herr made me feel like they were doing me a favor by agreeing to sell me a $24,500 dollar car. Truthfully I think they wanted me to pay for their new fancy showroom.I have bought 2 Highlanders and a Camry from West Herr and that meant absoulutely nothing to the sales manager. Needless to say, I won't be buying any more cars from West Herr when I can be treated like family at Basil Toyota!
