My wife drove over half an hour for an opportunity for employment at this dealership. Got there on time, waited over half an hour just to be told they’re going to have to reschedule the interview. Clearly this is a taste of how management treats its workers here. Why schedule an interview for a specific time and then fail to make that time? Clearly these people lack time management and don’t know how to manage and work at the same time. She finally got to a random manager whom responded, “so what? I had to wait an hour for my interview.” 1. If you waited a whole hour for an interview good for you. 2. I’m sure that was a straight up lie. 3. Why not try to be the change and do something about it instead of being unprofessional? To then have the current receptionist attempt to be cute with my wife whom was clearly agitated at this point. Hopefully the workers who have to deal with this incompetent management don’t have to deal with that much B.S. A blessing in disguise is how it’s seen. Thank you for assuring us you guys lack the ability to multitask.

Jesus our salesman worked with us to find my perfect vehicle. (Difficult due to my demands for interior color) He went above and beyond to make our deal happen. The finance manager Fitz was amazing. He found us a fabulously low rate. He was so patient and able to explain things simply to me as math is not my strong suit. Everyone, down to the precious Pomeranian puppy, was wonderful! Fabulous experience ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend.

I bought a car at Wesley Chapel Nissan past weekend and I want to thanks Henry Baez for guiding me through the process and make it smooth as possible. He knows the business and he recommend you what are the best options for you depending on the actual market. But, also he knows how to respect your choices and preferences. I think he doesn’t see you just as a customer, he see you as a friend and has his best interest in helping you to find the car that you are looking for. He speaks Spanish also, so it was a plus for us. Definitely I would recommend Wesley Chapel Nissan based on my experience.

Kudos to Jesus and Rob for simplifying the car purchasing process! Friendly, honest, and efficient team. They had answers for me before I could ask a question. They explained how the trade in, registration, title transfer, etc would work. They were able to walk me through the numbers and various financing options. If I could title this review it’d be: “Car shopping simplified @ Wesley Chapel Nissan”

I started my experience online, I was looking for a pretty specific vehicle. Their website showed that they had one in-stock. I messaged them and I got a response rather quickly from their online sales manager Derek. He was so helpful, this dealership was 2 hours away for me, so Derek was sending me pictures and video of anything I wanted to see on this vehicle. So I made the drive, when I got there Derek was not in yet so Jason help me. Jason was just as helpful, we did spend quite a bit of time at the dealership as the vehicle was not ready to go because they had just received it so recently. While we had to wait we got all the paperwork done and they bought us lunch. My experience was pure excellence and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!
