At Werner Mazda, Mike Heintz was easy to work with. He made our car search painless, fast and reasonably easy. He got me the new vehicle I was after at a price I could live with. I especially liked that no one came out and jumped on us the minute we arrived on the lot. In the past I have been hesitant to leave my vehicle at some dealerships to even look a car over because of feeling like I am being swarmed. That didn't happen here but the minute we walked in Mike was there to greet us an help us find the right deal.

I have to say, I've dealt with a handful of dealerships and this one actually makes you feel like they care and are willing to work with you to get you into the car you want to be in. They are fair and kind. Being a woman walking into a dealership you feel like you may be taken advantage of, but not the case here, I felt like that wasn't even a factor, that they had a customer, like anyone else, and they were willing to work with me and were fair to deal with. Everyone I met at the dealership were friendly and easy to talk to.

Eric at Werner Mazda was very easy to work with. His calm, respectful approach welcomed us to stay on the lot and learn more about Mazda. At no time did we feel pressure to buy. Michael was very knowledgeable. The first day I went and looked he gave me basic information and no pressure. I then sent a message and he followed up to answer any further questions I took it for a test drive. During the test drive he told anything and everything about the car. He truly was the most knowledgeable, personable, least pushy sales person either of us has ever worked with. I had a great experience with Werner Mazda. My salesperson was Aaron and he was a pleasure to work with. I wound up with a lease for a new Mazda CX-5 and traded in my old vehicle, which they paid off and used the rest to go towards my down payment. I felt that they were fair and honest with both the new car and the value of my trade in. I was able to get to the price point that I wanted, and I did not find that they were difficult, rude, or pushy like many people experience at other dealers. This was my first time at a Mazda dealership and I would recommend them to friends and family. Rich, the manager, was also a fair and pleasant person to work with. The entire process end to end was pleasant, easy, and even enjoyable.

I walked into Werner Mazda not expecting to be approved for a new car. I have had issues in the past with my credit, such as credit card theft and identity theft, so it has been tough getting approved for anything. I was greeted by Camron Landry, who made my experience with Werner worth writing a review. Camron demonstrated a very professional, courteous and no pressure type attitude. I really appreciated the way he worked with me. I never had leased a vehicle before, so I had a lot of questions and concerns and was really uncomfortable about leasing. Camron did a excellent job of explaining to me how leases work. Nick Flood was the person who was able to get me approved and, at a monthly payment I was comfortable with. Nick also demonstrated the same qualities as Camron. Those two gentlemen work well as a team. After about two hours I left that dealership with a brand new Mazda and very happy with my purchase and the experience I had with Werner Mazda. This dealership represents the Mazda brand to the fullest and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market looking for a excellent vehicle and a exceptional dealership.

I tend to keep vehicles a very long time, so when I choose a new one it has to be right. I do lots of research on both the vehicles and the dealers. I've never owned a Mazda or visited Werner before. I stopped by to just look at the CX-3 and met David Lee. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and free of any pressure in his approach. I liked the CX-3 and David, but performed due diligence by looking at several other makes & models. When I returned to Werner to finally drive the CX-3.I found the same open and respectful treatment from David and sales manager Nick Flood. Negotiations were transparent, stress free, and very fair. I drove my new car home blown away by the entire experience.

I was looking to buy a used CPO car and was shopping around and couldn't find a Mazda 6 within my price range online within my area. There was one however in Connecticut, so before making the trip down to see I went to Werner Mazda to test drive a Mazda 6. As it happened that very same day they got a used Mazda 6 in and were in the process of putting it through the shop. However, David allowed me to look it over and sit in the Mazda too see how I liked it. I feel in love with it, not only was it black interior and exterior but it was a level above the one I want. After sending emails with David when it was out of the shop, I was able to drive it. A few days later I bought and working with David a was able to get all tech floor mats and a spare computerized key. Not only that but David even filled the tank with his own money. If you are looking for a Mazda I highly recommend that you visit Werner Mazda, but in person because you never know what gem you might find their.

I knew which car I wanted, the Mazda CX-5 (love it!) and called and was greeted with someone willing to listen, work with me, and help me get it all done in an organized yet informative process. I truly cannot say enough that the entire process was actually enjoyable, less than half the time ever required to complete a purchase, and I did not in any way feel taken advantage of. The finance/paperwork time was efficient and Jay was patient with my questions and did a great job explaining everything. Let me start off by saying each individual I spoke with were expert in gaining rapport. 10/10, would definitely recommend. My husband must have came in to speak with Nick 4 times, asking for pricing on the same Mazda each time. Nick is such a stand-up guy. Each time he would accommodate by providing a print out of pricing to include various figures depending on how much my husband said he would put down. Nick never pushed my husband or tried to pass him over to a salesman. Instead he had an attitude like, "Here comes that persistent guy asking for the same pricing on the same car again. Here you go man, see you next week." Nick is the anti-pusher. Nick is the man.Then there is Rich. He is the other big shot at the big table who gives the salesmen pricing breakdowns when they're trying to close a deal. Except Rich is one of the most warm and welcoming general managers you could come across. He has an approachable, welcoming demeanor - not easy to pull off at a car dealership. When my husband continued to negotiate back and forth with our salesman, Rich came straight over and spoke directly with us. That was a first for me, as the other managers at the 3 other dealerships we went to only came to meet us when we said we wanted to think about it. (Typical micromanagers by the way, can't trust that their salesmen covered all corners and can't handle that a customer wants to sleep on it.)Once we shook on a deal, we met with Jay in finance. This guy knows his stuff - you can tell he's done this before. His organization in presenting what is a daunting amount of paperwork is flawless.Finally, I want to recognize Joe, our salesman. He is the King of product knowledge. Also extremely patient, as you need to be to deal with my husband. He didn't hover over us while we checked out the car and he was not afraid to leave us alone to talk (actually he suggested it). You know, when you make a big purchase, you are not only buying the vehicle, but you are buying in to the person selling you the vehicle. Joe made that easy.

As the title says, this was our first time stepping into a Mazda Dealership and first time driving a Mazda. Several of our friends are current Mazda owners and have been getting great service from Werner for almost a decade. We only had the intention of test driving the 2016 Miata but nonetheless we walked away with one. Our Sales Consultant, Michael Heintz was great to work with. We challenged him, he challenged us; we joked with him, he joked with us. Interestingly enough, he wasn't the only Sales Consultant we had interaction with. While Michael was helping us finalize the purchase and filling paper work, we had pleasant conversations with other Sales Consultants on the floor, whom stepped in to answer questions, assist with GPS Navigation setups (Thank you Joseph and Aaron). Last, the Sales Manager Nicholas Flood, is probably the most friendly Sales Manager we have ever encountered. Thank you for the excellent experience Werner Mazda team.

I viewed the dealership inventory online and they did have the vehicle I was looking for, I was able to set up the test drive via the online chat option which is a time saver. Went to dealership, met with Cameron, drove the vehicle and bought it! Couldn't be simpler. Jay was great to work with for credit and all paperwork signed that night and picked up the vehicle the following day. The only thing missing was a booklet/pamplet on the vehicle itself, which is available online however a hard copy at the dealership would have been nice.

3 years ago I purchased my first Mazda 3 i GT Hatch from Werner Mazda and loved the car. 2 weeks ago my car was destroyed in an accident and I was forced to buy new. I contacted Werner Mazda and spent a day going back and forth with Aaron about a price on a new car and what was included. After talking to other Mazda dealers in the areas, Werner Mazda got my business again due to the fact that they did not pressure me, listened to what I wanted in my car, and were able to communicate with me via email, text, and phone calls throughout the day. When I arrived at Werner to get my car I was greeted by Aaron and Rich and was able to get all the paperwork dealt with quickly and on my way home. I am very happy with my 2016 Mazda 3 i GT Hatch purchase and would not hesitate to go to them again in the future!

Had a great experience buying here. Was looking for a very specific used Mazda6 and they had the only one around. David Lee was extremely helpful, took a video and sent it me on YouTube since I was traveling a distance, and took more than enough time with me to go over my options. Negotiation was typical and pretty easy without a lot of back and forth since the sales manager was right there and not in a back room somewhere. I've had a few questions post-sale and David has continued to be very responsive, which is most appreciated. I would buy here again.

I knew generally what car I was interested in and had a very clear idea of what I was willing/able to pay monthly for a lease. We quickly eliminated one possibility on price and pretty quickly eliminated the 2nd on size/configuration and focused on the third and final vehicle. Quickly got through the review of the car and the price negotiations took about five minutes with all parties satisfied. The salesperson, David Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, very helpful in the selection process and just generally a very nice guy. Would recommend this dealership and David in particular to anyone thinking about a new car. I picked out a Mazda 3 hatchback with a 40 mpg estimate on highway driving and it's just perfect for our needs.

I tend to do a lot of research ahead of time, so when I go to purchase I know what I want, what is a fair price, and options should be available. David Lee was great to deal with. Very responsive, but not pushy. I was traveling a distance, so he took the time to take a video of the car I was interested in and posted it on YouTube so I could see it. Negotiation was clean and straightforward. Dealership amenities were similar to that I've seen in an Acura dealer and my interaction with all of the staff was friendly. Terrible. Got a lease, signed papers, drove the car off the lot. Had to go back 4 times for more money they needed because they didnt check the value of the trade in, needed the inspection sticker they forgot to give us after waiting in the dealership for an hour. Had to re sign the lease because they messed up the name on the lease, last minute needed pay stubs because they were no longer in the 30 days after signing a new lease and letter from our job. They falsified my fiances address at first because it would look better to live together, without notification or permission. Finally got that changed. Everytime we had an appointment we waiting an hour after to even be seen. Absolutely awful.

This is my first car purchase from Werner Mazda. I just purchased a new 2016 Mazda 6. My sales person was Aaron, and he was helpful, answered all my questions, and was very easy to deal with both before and after the sale. The manager, Rich Hammond also helped out by getting the right car for me, as I wanted a Soul Red with Sand interior, and they had to go all the way to Baltimore to get one for me. I must say that I do not like the car buying experience in general, as it is normally stressful, and akin to playing tennis with a monkey. I had been to two other dealerships in this round of buying as I knew the class and had narrowed down my search to three vehicles. When I entered Werner I was greeted by Aaron and was immediately impressed with his hands off approach, letting us know that we could contact him if we wanted to test anything. We ended up testing two vehicles there and Aaron was great overall, teaching us about the vehicles and the features available in each class. We ended up buying a CX-5 from Werner, it wasn't the best price we found, but the service was worth the little extra money we did pay. We had also enjoyed our experience with Tedd in finance as he was a breath of fresh air compared to most finance department employees, he is friendly, courteous, and lots of fun. Go to Werner, you won't be disappointed with the vehicles or the staff!

Let me preface this by stating that "I hate the car buying process", it is generally painful, stressful, and like playing tennis with a monkey. My search for a new car was much the same with the local Nissan, and Subaru dealers, but changed when I met Aaron at Werner. He was pleasant, friendly and very informative upon meeting him, we knew what we wanted to test drive and he brought the vehicles around without complaint or any high pressure sales. We ended up buying from Werner not because it was the best deal, but because it was the best overall experience, from Aaron in sales, to Tedd in finance we enjoyed our experience overall. My one suggestion would be to ask the customer if she/he would like to take the test drive for longer, and to take it alone with the foreknowledge that he/she can sit and go over questions with their sales person.

My husband and I found this dealership online when we were looking to trade our mini van for an explorer. We'd never heard of this company before but after reading reviews and seeing their star rating we knew we had to check them out. What a great choice we made! These folks are wonderful to work with. They took the time to listen to our wants and needs. No one there acting like your typical pushy salesman just wanting to make a sale. We told thwm where we wanted to payment to be and they worked hard with us to ensure that what we paid. I can't say anything bad about them. The sales manager even had my trade washed for me while I went to have it assessed and test drove the new purchase. The salesman was wonderful and helped me with my 2&3 year old and their car seats as I was there by myself with them. They knew I was coming and my situation so the salesman was waiting outside for me when I got there. We went back later on the day to make the purchase and sign papers. They stayed after closing to finish the sale. The salesman took the time to show me the service department and help me empty my car and move my belongings to the new car. Exceptional service and exceptional people. I will highly recommend this company to others. If your looking around be sure to take a swing into thw family owned dealership. You won't regret it! We didn't!

I went to Werner Mazda three times. Once to pick up a brochure a second time to test drive a Mazda 6 and a third time to Purchase a 6. Every visit was enjoyable. Everyone at Werner was very approachable, very professional and helpful. Once I was armed with the 6 brochure, I was able to figure out that I wanted a 6 Touring Mazda and got to work. I ended up seeking out multiple Mazda Dealerships by utilizing the true car website. Initially, although most of the quotes were very good, they were still rather high so I pursued purchasing a Honda Accord sport which was a little bit cheaper. After test driving the accord, I realized that it couldn't hold a candle to the Mazda 6. I was about ready to settle for an accord but figured I would try for a 6 one more time. I received a great quote for a 6 sport from the Werner Mazda Sales Manager so I gave him a call to discuss the possibility of purchasing a 6 touring Mazda. I was given a great price over the phone so I sent a quick E-mail back to Werner to confirm the price and Werner quickly acknowledged that the price was indeed accurate. The following day I bought the 6 touring edition from the salesman who set up my initial test drive of a 6. The Salesman had great product knowledge which was evident during my test drive and was able to walk me through the 6 purchase with no problem at all. There was absolutely no pressure. Werner also gave me an excellent rate to finance my new 6. Their rate was better than what I was quoted from a credit union. Werner also gave me a very fair price for my trade. They also committed to changing my oil free of charge for the first year. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mazda.

Sadly we had to buy a new truck as my husband's old one was going to cost way to much to fix. I heard some issues around financing, etc at the next table and realized it would take a lot of his time. I went to the desk and asked the sales manager if someone else could help since my salesman was stretched too thin. He barely acknowledged me and I pointed out that my day was being wasted. Still no response. I said that I could always go to Tulley and sales manager old me I should go somewhere else.I did and bought the CX-5 I wanted at Tulley Mazda the same day.

The prices they have on their website are a way to make come in to their dealership. For example, most of their Mazda3 have $1500+ of Werner discount, but that just means the Mazda rebates you see in the Mazda USA website, which includes a 750 discount if you own a Mazda, or a $1000 discount if you're in the service. Stay away!

I am new to the area and wanted get my CX-9 inspected. I came into Werner Mazda and was met by Rick in the service dept. I let him know I had seen some type of fluid in my garage on the floor and wanted to know what that was all about. Well low and behold it was a faulty oil filter. I had my previous oil change at a speedy lube and they used an off brand filter. The service was incredible and the price was more than fair. I was in and out in less than an hour and even checked out the Miata while i was there!

I've been coming to Werner Mazda for 12 years now. Mr. Werner really IS an upright guy and his dealership has always treated me right. The Service Department works hard to keep my vehicle and I both going (they've shuttled me to work in the morning MANY times). The Showroom and Service Dept. waiting room are comfortable and offer nice little things like free coffee and baskets of apples and cookies. I like that they have free wi-fi for those times when I do wait for some service to be done. The vehicle gets an exterior wash every time it's in for service, too. The Service Advisor always makes sure that I understand my options and helps me make the right choices. I love my '13 CX-5. We've had a helluva winter here in New England these past few months, and she has safely driven through it all - at an average of 28.5 mpg. :-) Thanks, Werner.

After a lengthy wait while the sales person talked with the Manager he came back with the lowest price of the vehicle which was over $1,000 more than the vehicle is listed for on your website. When my husband questioned the manager, Nick Flood, Nick immediately began shouting at my husband from across the showroom floor, in front of my young child, in front of all the other customers in the showroom. He was pacing around, ranting and yelling at me and my husband how could he have known what the price on line was, he had and I quote "12 other things going on at the time, how could he know the price that was listed online", he continued on that if we knew that price of the car then why didn't we tell him instead of having him price the vehicle. Last time I purchased a vehicle the Sales person knew the price of the car, it wasn't up to the buyer to research your inventory, it was the staff at the dealership. It is completely unacceptable that the manager was yelling at us in front of my daughter and the other customers. I find this type of treatment of customers completely wrong, and it is against the law to advertise a vehicle for one price and then tell customers the price is higher when they attempt to purchase the vehicle

I had the worst experience ever trying to buy a used car. After 4 hours of being there they got me approved I signed all the paper work and they put a temp plate on it and drove away that night. Next day I get a phone call offering for me to come in to see if they could get me a lower interest rate. When I get there the tell me they want me to give them $1500 more for a down payment and or they were going to take away the car I already signed for and drove off the lot. I said I couldn't give them $1500 and that I did not have it. So the manager took my keys away from me and I told him I had stuff in the car he walked me out there with another man. In frustration I slammed the door and the sales manager told me not to slam his xxxxxxx cars door. After I was sworn at I asked to speak to the owner and he said that was the other man that walked out with us. So the owner witness his employee representing his company swearing at a customer and could careless. Do yourself a favor stay away from Werner Mazda!

We are very proud to be owners of our 2nd Mazda car both from Werner Mazda. And although we had done some research and already liked the car we were looking at, we were extremely pleased with Larry Stevens, our sales person... he was kind, friendly and respectful... As selling a car is such a big investment and long process at times.. he show to us he was the right person for us, by been patient and understanding! You might sell couple cars every day.. that doesn't mean we buy one a day, so what might seem an every day even for the seller is most certainly not the case for most buyers! On our second visit to the dealer ship, Larry was not there and the other sales person that was there was pushy and not inviting! If we had not met Larry Stevens the night before and this other person had been our first encounter I'm not sure we had bought our Mazda at Werner's. So we are thankful for that!!! Two other very friendly people we met was Nick and Rich.My husband and I were looking to a long, stressful car shopping weekend... we were able to meet the right people and get the right deal early on and instead we had a long Holiday weekend, mostly stress free, considering we acquire a car payment, but over all very happy!!!

I had a great experience with Werner Mazda. Everyone was really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The sales staff was great, and I was introduced to the service staff who were also super friendly. I'll be using them for service in the future and recommending them when I know someone who needs a good car.

First, I was treated with respect, cordially and in a friendly fashion. And no, that is not a forgone conclusion in dealerships today. In my 2-month search for a new vehicle, I have been astounded at the incompetence and just plain rudeness on the part of not only sales people, but even sales managers.Joe, my sales guy at Werner, answered my questions simply and briefly. He shared some of the salient features of the CX-5 in an objective manner -- not just features, but why they were important to a driver and owner. He pointed out the car's handling characteristic in an intelligent and informed manner during our test drive, and later, during the deal, listened carefully to my concerns and answered thoughtfully and fairly. At no time did I feel rushed.I have since been back for add-on options, and found the service department to be professional, friendly, and more than able to answer concerns and questions. I give the Werner dealership extremely high marks for their dedication to customer service.

I had brought my vehicle in for service and had a good experience. Prices are a bit high as one would expect from a dealership, but the work is good. The sales department is horrible. I went in to buy a used car and possibly trade-in my car. I needed to twists someone's arm just to get any attention and when I did I was talked down to and even made fun of. When I presented my car for trade-in I was literally laughed at even though the vehicle was in perfect running condition and was told I should just scrap the car... Needless to say, I sold my car in a private sale and made over ten times what they offered my for it. Other sales people were talking crap about my car, my choice of new car and even the sales person who was working with me. The only person that I had a good experience with at Werner was the service department. When I got the financing for my car, they were sneaky and found ways to take more money than I wanted to originally spend. Not only did they change the APR rate that I was happy with, but they also changed my loan time length to a longer time to get me to pay more. I wouldn't recommend them for anything other than service.

They did not give me a good price for my trade in. And they told me they were going to give me a better price than the one on the window and they did not! When i got my first bill i saw the window price on it. So they clearly lied to my face when they said they would give me a deal. Would of went to the place down the street that said they would give me 4 grand off the asking price like werner mazda said they were going to do but never did.

My husband and I went to many dealerships over the past two months and found that each one would make a promise to us that they could not keep. Which was not a big surprise to us, but when I called Werner Mazda and spoke with Rich, I explained to him what we were looking for and what our needs were, and throughout the day Rich and I went back and forth on the price range we wanted to stay in and not only was Rich amazing, upfront and honest the business manager Bill was as well. I will be going back to Werner Mazda to buy any vehicle that my family and I need to buy. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership!!!

I have never had a more difficult and frustrating car buying experience. After putting a deposit down for a new CX-5 in March, communication became sparse and getting phone calls back was near to impossible. They were unable to give me a date of delivery or proof that they ordered the car as they had told me they did. After waiting almost 3 months and countless phone calls and visits to the dealership I decided to take matters into my own hands. Within a matter of hours I had found the CX-5 I wanted. It then took them 2 and a half weeks to get me my deposit back, which each time I called they had a different reason as to why I hadn't recevied it yet, and a constant "it's in the mail" statement. I have never ever had a dealership treat me the way they did with lies, excuses, and no follow through. I finally bought my car at a different dealership which was a great experience. I will never be buying a car from this dealer.

Mark is a very good saleman and knows his customer. Which is why he knew that when a beautiful red cadillac came in I'd love it. The service department is a little pricey but you pay for what you get. I'm just a little bit upset that a repeat customer as myself would pick up the car with a side mirror that doesn't work would have to pay to have it fixed even though it's only been 7 days. My suggestion is simple meet with Mark and completely check the car. Don't expect the sales manager to have something fix you don't bring up before the paperwork is signed. Still a very good dealership and when it comes to car sales, they're still the ones to beat.

After having the car serviced twice for the same issue a week apart and being charged the diag, twice witout getting the car fixed.I should not be paying for the training time of the tech.Having four tires changed over and paying four times the price that Tire Warehouse would charge, Is a lesson to learn. They told me to come in on Saturday so I did could not do anything on the car, needed the Mazda center that is not open on saturdaythey knew this before they scheduled me for Saturday. And when I got there they did not know I was coming in.I have been going to them for a number of years and have had issues off and on, but now it is just to much.I will no longer have work done there at an exagerated cost, nor will I ever buy a Mazda again cause of it

Werner Mazda is an excellent dealrship (very clean and tighty apperance), As soon as I drove in I was greeted by Michael who was very friendly,informative and got straight to the point unlike some dealerships. However I was very disappointed with Jim (the sales manager)as I asked for the price of a 2012 Mazda 3 and he could not give me a straight answer and just walked away before I could finish my sentence,also he seemed very rude to his employees which is a shame because they are all so pleasant. So overall I would recomend this dealership as I can not blame the dealership for one bad egg. However that one bad egg may or may not break my deal.

I had an appointment on Saturday October 15, 2011 to get my car serviced for the 90,000 miles check-up. I was greeted by Bob Feole the service manager and I had told him I was there to get my car looked at for the FALL Service Special coupon. I was asking him questions just about what the service entail, and I felt that what I was told for an answer wasn't what I was looking for.He began telling me that I needed about 500.00 dollars of stuff done to my car, because that's what the 90k service calls for. But I don't have that kind of money to spend right now. I mean I went in there with the coupon for 50.00 to get an oil change and have them check out my car, and see what it needed done in the future.I just felt very pressured by him insisting that I needed all kinds of things done as far as transmission flush, front struts in order to pass inspection. Which I already had it inspected in June and my timing belt as well.I just think he needs to have better customer service skills, and not make people feel pressured and uncomfortable as which I felt.Thank you

I recently moved to NH from MA and was looking for a dealership to service my cadillac. Pulled into Werner and was immediately greeted by Matt. He was very friendly and treated me like I was a customer there forever. They fed me breakfast for free, asked me if I needed a free shuttle anywhere. As I was waiting a woman came out and asked everyone if they where all set. She wanted to know if we wanted her to check on our vehicles, or if there was anything we needed. After she walked away people commented on how great everyone at Werner was. I do agree with this. When my car was ready I paid my bill and they pulled my vehicle around for me. To my surprise my vehicle was not only serviced, but they cleaned the entire vehicle.I will bring all my vehicles to Werner for service. Great people. Totally recommend.

Went in to look at new cars, Charlie greeted me, I told him what I was looking for and he immediately pointed me in the right direction. There was no hassle, I test drove 4 vehicles, Charlie was very professional, yet I felt as if I had known him forever. I choose my CX7 and I love it. Charlie's father is one of the managers at Werner, I had a great time with the two of them. My kids where a little wild, but the staff at Werner gave them a snack, they had toys to play with and watched a movie. The thing I was most impressed with was how Charlie showed my everything in the dealership. I met Matt in service, made my first service appointment, and was showed exactly what to do when I go to service. The owner even came and "Thanked" me for my business. I have bought many vehicles in the past, but this experience was very different. I feel that Werner has earned my business forever, and plan to let my friends and family know how great I think they are!Thank you Charlie I am thrilled with my new CX7.

I window shopped Werner's Mazda twice while thinking about a new vehicle - apparentlythis is frowned upon here,because when I went back to talk terms on a new Mazda,the salesperson(only one on at time) said he had to leave and that the sales mgr.was in his office IF I needed help. I waited and nobody came out.I called in to see if he would help me and no answer.Finally I walked over to his office and asked for his help and he replied - "aren't you the guy that was in before and didn't buy?", although his "rudeness" set me back a step,I said -I was in thinking about a purchase - now I would like to discuss price and possible purchase. No response - just kept looking at some paperwork he was holding - I could not believe that this was coming from a socalled professional - let alone mgt. Finally he said if you're buying we can discuss terms, at which point I said nevermind I'll purchase elsewhere, leaving the showroom. Threedays later a brand new Mazda was delivered to my house from dealership in Danver's MA.the salesman from IRA's was polite and professional as well as the mgt.team with whomI had negeotiated what I thought was a fair deal for all concerned. Being in sales myself, one thing I never do is judge a book by it's cover and apparently the employees at Werner do! To take it a step further - I contacted Werner's other showroom(Cadillac) to speak with the owner about his employees rude unprofessional manner, giving my message to sales mgr.,who said he'd have owner return my call,wellthat was about as productive as my trip into Werner Mazda to begin with - no returncall. Well guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! I write this review, as this is the worst experience I've ever had at any car dealership,anywhere,and I've purchased 3 new cars in the last 6 yrs.

Went in to trade my daughter's saab and to leave (hopefully) with a new 2010 Mazda3. I was seriously upside down, a problem so very typical of Saab and had already been treated rudely and shown the door at Grappone mazda in Concord so I was a wee bit apprehensive that the visit to Werner would play any differently but when the princess daughter makes a request the dad MUST comply.Arrived and was greeted by a good looking young man, his name is Charlie. The kid was an absolute gentleman, no pressure, no BS and very accomodating. After my daughter picked the chariot (car) of her dreams I grimaced in anticipation of the "gotta ask the sales manager" crap over and over and over BUT it did not happen. Turns out that Charlie's Dad Jeff IS the Sales manager and somehow he worked out a deal that made them good money, made the princess daughter happy and left me with a monthly payment that was in my ball park. Could I have made a better deal? Sure could have, if I did not have that Saab hanging around my neck!!All in all we all were happy at Werner Mazda; Charlie and his Dad happy that they did well for themselves, my daughter happy that she had the car of her dreams and I was happy that my daughter was happy, the monthly payment was in the range I needed it to be, the Saab was gone, and that Charlie and jeff treated me with dignity, respect and just like a car customer should be treated.Now I can only hope their Service Department is as good as I am told they are!!!

OMG! Buyer BEWARE! I went to this dealership quite awhile back and will never go there again and highly recommend no-one else does either! I was going to trade in my 04 F-150 for a used avalanche (pretty nice vehicle). The sales manager told me to take the avalanche for the night and go show my wife and come back on Monday, I said "cool"So I jumped in the avalanche and saw it had no, (0), none, below empty on gas! I went back inside the Showroom and Jeff (the sales manager)said "take a left out of the parking lot and go up around the corner there's a gas station on your left"! So I went and put $30.00 worth of gas in this truck gave it about 3/4 tank of gas. I live about 1 hour 10 min from this wheelership. Needless to say my wife loved it and I liked it alot as well! So Monday comes and I return to the Wheelership. Ok here's where this gets good! My trade-in value according to NADA was worth $16,475.00 Here's the offer they gave my $8700.00, So with that offer on the table I decided to do the reasonable thing, I counter offered and Jeff say's "NO that's the deal!" So then I decided not to pursue this truck any further, so I then started to inquire about getting my money back for the gas I put in their truck! Some BLACK HAIRED sales wench bellowed from across the showroom "It would have cost you that much to get here anyways" WHAT BUSINESS WAS IT OF HERS, SHE WASN'T EVEN PART OF ANY DEAL GOING ON! Jeff did say "I'll check with the owner! 2 weeks went by with no contact from anyone at Werner's! I called Jeff and he said I was just going to call you. (I'm sure , because you folks are just so caring?) Not!! Well they got over a half tank of gas and I'm out 30 bucks! If this is how sales goes i would hate to deal with service! So bottom line IF YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH, AND GET LOW-BALLED ON YOUR TRADE-IN AND RECEIVE NOTHING IN RETURN do business with these guys!!! They truly are the professional WHEELER AND DEALER COMPANY!

I had my GMC serviced there and even though I did not buy it from them they treated me like royalty. I spent 200 on regular maintenance and was given a car to use. They fed me breakfast and even gave my Denali a full detail. I have never seen something like this. I will never buy a car anywhere else. When I paid my bill I learned that by service my car I also earnig points toward the purchase of my next car at Werner. Pretty cool.

Very pleasant and easy to deal with.I found the car online and emailed them, they got right back to me.When i arrived, they had the car pulled out front and under a canopy (it was raining) and then after the test drive, they let me pull it into their service department so I could see it under the light.I told them the price was too high (I never actually checked, I just assume all dealers mark up cars significantly) and they let me sit down at a computer while I searched the internet and I could not find a lower priced car like this with the same (roughly) miles and age.We did negotiate a little, but it was friendly and cooperative.I also saw a few nicks and scratches on the car when I picked it up that I hadn't noticed the previous night(nothing was broken). But I do understand that it's how THEY received the car from the previous owner and if they fixed anything, it would have to come out of either their pocket, or mine. I opted to not have anything repaired.I have since used them for service and found their service staff to be friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Advertised a used car with excellent options, but when I got there, car did not have specified options. Told me I could pick up car on Sunday, but when I got there (after a 90 minute drive) they said I would have to come back the next day as they filled out the paperwork incorrectly. Finally, I expected a dealership of this size to fix all defects on the car and clean it prior to me driving it off the lot. This was not the case. Car was dirty and had broken interior pieces. I would have made them fix these things prior to taking delivery, but they would not because they said since I got such a good deal they didn't want to sink any more money into the car. This is somewhat understandable, but they didn't want to give me even a dime. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority at this dealership. STAY AWAY!
