Purchased 2016 Impreza Premium in August. I had been researching multiple models, and had narrowed down to Corolla, Civic, and Impreza. I had only been communicating with Charles via email, and he was never pushy, answered my questions, responded to my changing needs (which there were many), and he was doing so great a job, I went out of my way to meet him and shake his hand to thank him for being so professional and relaxed with me. When I decided on the Subaru, I knew I had to go to him. At that point he had transferred to another department, but still was my sales person, went out of his way to come in on his off day Saturday, to close the deal. He and the team there were professional, never pushed, relaxed, personable, and probably made it the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. Thank You Charles.

We went to Wayne Subaru after being severely disappointed by the customer service at Lynnes (which is much closer to our home). What a difference! Jim (our sales consultant) met with us twice and gave us unlimited time (we didnt need much) to make an educated decision about the car we wanted to purchase. After a short conversation, he proposed that we can order the car that will match our expectations 100% rather than buying something they already had in stock. This is what we did. We picked all options, color, additional accessories, put $200 deposit and waited a couple of weeks for the car to arrive at the dealership. The testament to their professionalism is that they dont overpromise: our car came faster than originally estimated and... IT MATCHED 100% what we ordered (I was actually surprised they REALLY took care of everything). During the process, I spoke to Jim couple of times, and he always provided courteous and friendly service, which made me comfortable. When the car arrived, the Finance Manager ( the younger gentleman who was filling for their regular finance manager) was on par with our current experiences. He took the time to explain all extended warranty options with no pressure to pick one over another. We were out of his office in less than one hour. Before we left, Wayne Subaru product specialist spent almost 1 hour giving us the demo of the most important features of the car, which was greatly appreciated. Last but not least, the price we paid was attractive (below MSRP), and it took us less than one hour from the moment we walked in, to a final handshake signifying a deal. Thank you, Wayne Subaru!

Was looking to purchase a certified pre-owned Subaru. I came across a certified 2013 Legacy 3.6R. The dealer was asking $23,295. I made an offer for $19,000 because of a few imperfections with the car, and the used car salesman's response was extremely unprofessional. To be specific, he chuckled a little and his exact words were "No way in Sam Hill!" I am a strong believer in when one is shopping for any car, particularly at a reputable dealership like Wayne Subaru, they should be treated professionally with the amount of money they are willing to spend. If the salesman wasn't so cocky and acted more professionally I would've definitely considered offering more on the vehicle. Needless to say, I walked out and ended up going to Ramsey Subaru where I purchased an almost Identical, certified Subaru Legacy 3.6R for $19,000. Overall, not the most pleasant experience doing business with Wayne Subaru. Maybe they will think twice about their attitude next time.

Beware of dishonest sales practices. We asked both the salesman, Anthony and the manager, Dan, several times if the price they were quoting us for a car included NJ sales tax and were told yes. It was even included on a list Anthony wrote of everything included in the price. When the paperwork was drawn up, they attempted to ADD sales tax -- approximately $1500. We reminded them of our conversations and pointed out the written list, and we were told it was a misunderstanding and that they "couldn't sell a car for that price" if it included tax. Clearly, they lied to us up front, hoping either we would not notice, or, after 2 visits and 4 hours at the dealership we would just give in. We walked. Buyer beware.

My car was totaled in an accident and I suddenly found myself shopping for a new one. With not much time for research, I narrowed it down to a "top three" and started shopping. The first several dealerships for various makes were very pushy, trying to close a deal on the spot, even having managers come over to "work" on me, then harassing me with constant phone calls afterward. As a single woman who has had been taken advantage of when buying cars from dealers in the past, I was already dreading the whole experience. Then I went to Wayne Subaru. I had never owned or even driven a Subaru before, but some friends recommended it, and I absolutely loved the Legacy after a test drive. But not having had much time to research a vehicle, I wanted to look into the car and price a bit more before buying. Well, lucky for me, I was shopping at Wayne Subaru. My salesman, Jim Malloy, was wonderful. Great test drive, patiently answered all of my questions, and right off the bat, gave me a good, fair price. And time to think about it! No phone calls or texts, or threats that the car would be gone before I could go back. Just a very pleasant buying experience. And purchasing the car from this dealership was a breeze! The price was exactly what I had been quoted, no sneaky charges added in, no pressure to buy anything extra. Just an honest, friendly, stress-free dealership! They really DO exist, just a lovely rare gem to find. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and family, especially to my single female friends. It was one of the best large purchase experiences I've ever had! One of the most honest, family-oriented dealerships around, by far.

I was driving a Nissan Maxima for 16 years. I needed a new vehicle, and I had not considered purchasing any other vehicle except a Nissan. Until I visited Wayne Subaru Dealership, where I was met by a friendly sales representative, Mr. Charles Moltane. Charles was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable of all Subaru vehicles. He gave me choices, explained the features and most importantly gave me time to think, consider and decide. Of course I researched on Subaru vehicles such its performance, reliability, practicality, safety, technology and its exterior design. Subaru tops all of the above. So I decided to return to Wayne Dealership and Mr. Moltane was ever ready to help. I did not feel any pressure when negotiating with the price. From the moment I walked into Wayne Dealership, I was treated with lots of friendliness from all the staff. I drove home my new 2016 Subaru Legacy with pride and joy. However I did not drive my new white chariot for a few days. When I drove it, I forgot how to use the features I was taught by Ed. Every now and then you are fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time when something should go wrong. We were traveling home after being away for a weekend when we got a flat tire. Our two year old son and two dogs were in the car with us - you can imagine what a nightmare this could've turned out to be... When we pulled off the road, we spotted a Subaru dealer. It was a shot in the dark being it was a holiday, but we decided to see if there was anyone around that could help us. Luckily, two salesmen were just about to leave for the day but were willing to help us without any hesitation. Corey and Anthony were kind, caring and got us back on the road in no time! I cannot imagine what would've happened if these two men were not there to assist us. Then, they refused to take the cash I offered them for their time. I'm very thankful to Steve, my salesman who answered all my questions and for being so patient with me. Brian is our trusted service adviser he gets thing setup and keeps us posted, he also doesn't pressure you for thing your car won't need or service that doesn't has to be done on your car. Just a quick note to thank the Wayne Subaru service team for their consistently excellent work on my Subarus. With other service departments and in the past, I always worried that my vehicle would not be fixed properly, or that some other unrelated problem would suddenly show up just about as soon as I drive the car out of the service department. Never a worry like that, ever, with Wayne Subaru service! There are three things I will mention about the team. First of all, the technical repair and service work on my Subarus is always a direct hit, and a first-time fix. It is good to know that when you take the time off work to bring the vehicle in, you are going to drive away with the problem fixed. This is a very big confidence builder. Secondly, investing in car repairs and servicing is, well, not exactly a favorite activity -- but then I have to say that at Wayne Subaru, I always think and feel that I am getting an excellent value and a square deal. This is huge and another crucial confidence builder especially when you have confidence in the value you will receive AND the technical skill of the team working on your car. And finally, it is good to be genuinely welcomed and greeted courteously. There is a true sense from Brian and the whole team, that this service team appreciates the visit and the opportunity to service and repair your vehicle. I purchased a Subaru Impreza. From start to finish, the Subaru staff was friendly and informative. This is my first car, and I admittedly know very little about cars; I'm very appreciative of all the time they took to educate me so that I would feel 100% confident about making the purchase. Since then, I've had all of the car services/repairs done through Wayne Subaru, and issues are always resolved quickly. If the repair takes longer, they always offer to drive me to work. I can't say enough good things about the service there.

Had my Crosstrek serviced a little while ago and found the service team really great. The service advisor was very helpful in giving me the recommended service that was due and appeared to be very knowledgeable on the mechanical operations of the car, I believe he said he was a tech for over 10 years and that gave me a really comfortable feeling about what was really needed for this service. The car was ready when promised and all agreed work was completed. I would certainly recommend Wayne Subaru for service to anyone.

I have both my 2013 Outback serviced by Wayne Subaru. I bought the car there and -- even though I live fairly far away -- bring it to Wayne for service because of the great service department. They have a quality, knowledgeable service team that easily handle all the maintenance needed on the Outback (still pretty new), including an early warranty claim. You get all the personal attention you would expect from a smaller, family-run dealership. Highly recommended

I had to write a review for Wayne Subaru. Our Salesman Steve Durkin was excellent. The gentleman who showed me how everything worked in the car before I left the dealership was so patient and explained everything clearly. I was not thinking alltogether like i always do because I was invloved in an accident on 3/22/16. We live about one hour away and there are closer subaru dealerships,but we had such a great experience back in 2010 that we came back. After meeting the staff here,we did not even consider another dealership. Again, everyone from our Salesman Steve to the finance department's Dave and the gentleman who showed me how the car functions were professional,courteous and friendly. thanks to all who helped us. We had done our home work and had a short list of three cars and three dealers. Wayne Subaru was first on our list. We never got to the others. Our sales person - Jim Malloy - made a great first and lasting impression and was able to navigate us through the whole process in a very friendly and professional way. We arrived to a fair price fast and we shook hands in less than 90 minutes. A week later we got a call from Jim and the car was ready to be picked up. We were impressed with this part of the signing process as well. To-the-point all relevant details in place - and no surprises. We found that Wayne Subaru is a well run company with a real focus on customer satisfaction. Buying a car is a business transaction based on trust and a wish to invest in that relation. We just leased a 2016 Outback last week from Wayne Subaru. We had purchased a car at Wayne Subaru about 12 years ago and knew we wanted to go back there for this new car. The experience was great. Steve Durkin and the entire staff at Wayne Subaru did not pressure us at any point of the process. Negotiations were painless and they were very thorough going over all paperwork. We were also given a lesson on all the gadgets in the car. Overall, this was an excellent experience and we will definitely go back to Wayne Subaru for our next car purchase.

I recently purchased a new 2016 WRX from Wayne Subaru and have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. Charles M. was my salesperson. From the beginning, he was responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I had done my research prior to reaching out to any dealers. Even over the phone from 300 miles away, Charles built an instant rapport and was never pushy, always very straightforward. We were able to quickly work out a deal and Charles did an awesome job of walking me through all the paperwork. On delivery day, I drove 6 hours to the dealership and Charles made the closing process simple and FAST! I thought buying a car over the phone from a place I had never been would be a pain, but Charles and the team at Wayne made it a delight.

I've been looking into purchasing an AWD vehicle for quite some time and had prepared myself for what I would have normally expected to be a long and frustrating day. My first stop, was Wayne Subaru as I was very much sold on the idea of purchasing the 2016 Subaru Crosstrek (my first choice). The second I walked in I was greeted- it was a very welcoming environment and so far gave me a good impression of what I have in store for me. From past experiences, purchasing a car and/or "just looking" can always be tedious, I still had my guard up until I met my sale associate Steve Durkin. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and provided me with such a great and honest experience that I forgot I was even at a car dealership. His honesty and ease in conversation made it such a remarkable experience for me- from the test drive all the way up to the handshake! I was very pleased with how honest everyone was with me. I did not once feel pressured or intimidated by the staff. My interaction with the staff made what I expected to be a long day of driving from dealership to dealership to just "one and done!" I highly recommend Wayne Subaru for any Subaru purchases, and definitely do business with Steve Durkin!

After researching many car brands in hopes of replacing my first car, the Subaru crosstrek was what i wanted to test drive. Being a very popular car, it was actually difficult to track them down in my area. I looked at the website for Wayne Subaru and saw the car i wanted available in stock. We called the dealership and were transferred to Joan. Joan took us out on a test drive and let us check out all the features on the road and in a small parking lot. She took the extra time to go over the little details of what made the car special. The great part about Joan was she didn't pressure the sale in anyway, like most car salesmen/women do. Negotiations were stress free and finalizing the paper work was quick and easy. The sales and office managers were very helpful in explaining everything about the car, from the computer system to the warranties. When I decided to buy a Subaru I went straight to Wayne Subaru due to its close proximity to me and met Jim M. It was a pleasant and easy, no-pressure experience. I told him what I wanted and he was able to sell me the exact vehicle I wanted without the usual "salesman" pressure and worked out the numbers for me within the budget that I told him I had. He even followed up with a pleasant phone call thanking me for coming in when I had not even decided yet to buy the car and I needed to go over the numbers he gave me. Due to my experience with Jim and Wayne Subaru on the purchase of my Subaru Cross Trek, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I am sure my continued relationship with the dealership and their service department will be just as good, especially since I have never owned a Subaru before. I have been assured by others that it will be :o).

We met with the sales representative when we arrived. He was really nice and friendly. But because I had filled out a email request the night before, I was then paired up with Frank. He was just awkward - smelled bad, and made my experience very difficult at the dealership. I couldn't understand him. I wish I was allowed to stick with the first man I met. I didn't pursue the purchase of a subaru because of the cost of the vehicle, but I loved the Crosstrek.

I am beyond impressed at the professionalism and service I received at Wayne Subaru. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and did not fit the stereotypical car sales person description. Within minutes of entering the showroom I was greeted and had all my questions answered. Joan, a Subaru Expert, showed me a few Subarus and after falling in love with the 2015 Subaru Impreza Sport we took a similar model out for a spin due to the Subaru I wanted being in the showroom. Not only did she explain the features of the vehicle but she explained the all wheel drive and boxer engine features of the Subaru. When finalizing my lease I spoke with Mr. Fried who explained my contract and offered all other packages Subaru had to offer. The entire process was hassle free and made shopping for a car easy and most importantly, exciting. After purchasing my vehicle I was introduced to Ed who showed me how to use the features of my car and answered any further questions. The team at Wayne Subaru make other dealers look mediocre, sorry it's the truth. Excellent customer service! I must say, Wayne Subaru has gained a lifetime customer. Oh yeah, My 2015 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited is extremely fun to drive. Can't wait to drive it in the snow.

We bought a used Legacy at this dealership. Our saleman, Jim, was not at all pushy. He showed us vehicles that were well within our price range. There was a vast selection. He was courteous and friendly and genuine. When we picked up the car, a patient gentleman explained all of the car's features and gadgets. We've never had that happen before! The manager made the final buying process easy and did not push the more expensive warranties. We've always dreaded going to car dealers, but this place was uniquely pleasant. Would definitely returnn.

Small, down to earth dealership. Very knowledgable but definitely not pushy or a lot of sales pressuring to "meet monthly quotas". Jim M was very informative and didn't bug me with calls and e-mails after I test drove the forester, for that reason( and because I loved the car of course) I returned two weeks later and purchased the 2015 forester. On pick up day paperwork was explained and finalized in a very efficient and timely manner. No pressure there either to buy "extra coverage". Ed was great and explained all the workings of my new car . Love Wayne Subaru and would recommend this dealership for a pleasant car buying experience.

I recently took delivery of my 2015 Subaru WRX STI that I ordered from Wayne Subaru and I couldn't be more happy with not just the vehicle but the overall experience! From beginning to actual delivery, everything went smooth without any issues whatsoever. Everyone there was super friendly and I'm sure it's not just so they can get you to buy a car but to make you feel like you've known them all for years. This being my first purchase there I can honestly say that I felt very comfortable speaking to Joan Vaccaro, ( my sales person) from the moment I met her. Once the order was placed, I waited the duration of the scheduled delivery time before I began to receive updates regarding the vehicle, exciting times! Once the car arrived, I went in and met with Joan who introduced me to the finance manager and we filled out the paper in record time. Finally it was time to get introduced to the vehicle and their specialist went through everything with me. I'm talking about each and every single detail was introduced and explained throughly to me which I really appreciated since this is my first STI and this vehicle is pretty advanced imo. My Sales Representative, Steve Durkin, was very personable and knowledgeable and did not use any pressure tactics. He took his time to locate the perfect car for me. Steve took me for a test drive and thoroughly explained features this car drives like a dream! Steve was very helpful in negotiating price along with the Manager, Marc W. - I feel very satisfied that I received a great price. The entire staff at Wayne Subaru is treats you like family and is always very helpful. My new car has many features I never used before (keyless entry, navigation, Bluetooth, etc.) and Ed B. very patiently explained features. Just purchased a 2015 Forester from Wayne Subaru. The sales representative, Jim M., was knowledgeable and personable, and did not apply pressure tactics. He was very helpful in explaining the car's features. When he was done, we knew this was the car we wanted. We got a very good price. I recently bought a car from Wayne Subaru and it was the best car shopping experience I ever had. They really do treat you like a friend and not a sale. Frank T. was extremely knowledgeable with my WRX and answered everything we asked about the car. He was great at negotiating prices and never had attitude. He also thoroughly explained everything about the car during the test drive and didn't just sit there in awkward silence (like other salesmen I had elsewhere). He was super friendly and really worked with me in terms of pricing. For someone whos primary job title was internet sales, he sure did a wonderful job on the floor. The manager, Mark W., was also super friendly and energetic when he came to speak with us for a final say on the price. On car pickup day, David F. fully explained the lease paperwork and offered (with zero pressure) maintenance packages. He was also very friendly and warm. There was a very nice gentleman (looked to be in his 50s) who I unfortunately can't remember the name, who thoroughly reviewed the interior gadgets with me and even set up my navigation and bluetooth. He made sure I drove off the lot with a full understanding of the vehicle. The outgoing personalities of everyone at this dealership gave off such positive energy. None of the salesman acted like sharks, instead they cordially greeted you as if they've known you for years. Check them out, you will leave so happy!

Stopped by on Friday, Feb 13 and the salesman showed me the Impreza and let me take it for a drive. We talked prices, he was not pushy and I left a deposit and made an appointment to pick up the car on Wednesday, Feb 18. I got to the dealer a little earlier than my appointment but they took me right away to sign the paperwork and while some people can get pushy about purchasing the extras, the financial person was not very pushy. Once that was done, I was shown all the details of the car, the salesman helped sync my phone to the car, etc, and I left in my new car. Wayne Subaru is not a fancy place, but it does not have to be. Jim Malloy, the salesperson was very nice - no tough sales pressure at all. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience buying a car from Wayne Subaru!

Great experience here. Went for a new award winning car with exceptional 4WD. The staff was welcoming and listened to what we were looking for, the drive of the car was great (4 door subaru impreza), and I came back a week later to purchase. They also found the exact car I wanted and it was at their facilities within the time frame they expected (less than 10 days). They listened to what I was looking for and delivered with great customer service. Would go here again which is why I'm recommending!

My wife and I have leased 8 Subarus in the past 15 years from 4 different Subaru dealers, with Wayne Subaru earning our business more often than the others. I am the negotiator for all these leases and have concluded that Wayne Subaru has emerged as the dealership to beat in terms of conducting an honest negotiation process leading to a fair deal for both parties. I would recommend them to friends and family. In fact, I have already done so!

This is my sixth Subaru from Wayne...I avoid the Highway Dealers and those who heavily advertise with misleading info...This is the equivalent of a Mom and Pop Store...I am always greeted by the Owner..Bob...Got a good deal..No complaints..

That reason is Charles M.He is the best!I have never bought anything that went as smoothly as buying this car from Subaru Wayne and Charles.If you are dreading the car buying experience, go see Charles. You won't be pressured, you won't be pushed, and you won't be pestered.He knows the cars that he sells and is a great resource for any questions that you have about the car or the purchase before or after the sale.I fully intend to buy my next car from Charles.

I bought a used Hyundai a couple of days ago. Charles had a very relaxing approach, not pushy, answered to any question and really committed to resolve any possible issue. For sure not the typical salesman. Maybe the Manager could have done a little bit more about the price, but I'm really satisfied.

Shopping for a new vehicle is a daunting task. After many months of shopping we were torn between two vehicles. One at Wayne Subaru and one at another dealership. Although we did not purchase our new vehicle at Wayne Subaru we were extremely pleased with Charles Moltane our salesman. We was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We only wish we would have been as happy with the vehicle we inquired about as we were with the wonderful sales help we received from Charles. If you are interested in a Subaru ask for Charles you will not be disappointed.

I was considering one of two vehicles - one of them was a Subaru Forester. Charles M. was my salesman. He was pleasant, friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. There was no stereotypical sales noise. I knew what I wanted and he knew what he could offer me option wise and price wise. His co-worker was also reasonable when it came to rating my potential trade-in vehicle.I ultimately chose a different brand vehicle, but only because the other vehicle had more of the options I wanted and seemed to "fit" me better for what I was looking for. However I wished Charles had been my salesman for the brand I ultimately purchased as I would have known I was getting a fair deal with no drama or double-talk. I recommend Charles and Wayne Subaru if you are considering a Subaru purchase!

I went to purchase a Subaru because of their excellent reputation. My salesperson, Ed, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I went in expecting to purchase an Impreza. I test drove the Impreza and the new Crosstrex and decided on the Crosstrex. When the car came in, Ed went over everything very patiently. He set up my radio stations as I asked him to, went over the whole car with my husband and myself. I've sent Ed two emails with questions, and he replied very quickly with the information that I was needing. Ed is a great representation for Wayne Subaru. When I did the financing, Mr. Lombardo was wonderful, explained every single piece of paper that needed to be signed. I've had this Crosstrex for one month now and absolutely love it! I wholeheartedly recommend the Wayne Subaru dealership and Ed as the salesperson to deal with.

I walked in and was immediately helped by Charles. Within minutes we were on the road trying out the 2014 Outback. I knew from that day that I would purchase the Outback only problem was which one. I wanted the basic model but they did not have it so to make things short we worked out a deal for the premium model at the basic price. The employees at Wayne Subaru will work with you if you work with them if you get what I'm saying. Charles was very helpful and understanding I recommend Wayne Subaru for someone looking into purchasing a Subaru.

Walked in and was immediately helped. Went with my father to get a new car. Took a look at the outback and said if we got a good price we would buy it on the spot. Gave us a GREAT price for the car. Made everything very easy and did not hassle us. Worked WITH us without an agenda. Ended up buying the car that night. Had such a great experience, three weeks later I went back for my own car. I am a college student with a part time job so funds are kind of tight. The price I got on the car was extremely affordable on my budget. This dealership is one of the best. They were kind, very helpful, and didn't pressure you into buying. They give you the best deal without "nickel and diming" you. I love my car and I owe it to them for making it happen. I will definitely be a returning customer when it comes time to trade in. Go to this dealership! You will NOT be dissapointed.

Unethical. That word sums up my experience with Wayne Subaru. I put a down payment on a vehicle and waited to hear back from their finance. I finally got in touch with Ron who let me know I qualified for a high interest loan. When I told Ron that I needed to discuss the deal with my girlfriend he told me " you do what you have to do" and hung up. I called back as planned in about 30 minutes only to be passed to a Mark who told me that they just sold the car to "one of the owner's friends" and would not be honoring the signed deal. They took and deposited my check with lightning speed but that was all they cared about. Better off buying a car from a convict.

This review is tardy, but purchasing my 2012 Forester at Wayne Subaru was the best car buying experience I've had. I checked out several dealers in the region but went to Wayne Subaru because they had the cars I actually wanted to test drive on the lot (I wanted to test drive manual transmission versions of the Forester and Outback) and they responded to my internet inquiry promptly (unlike some other area dealers). I also felt that their location gave me a better potential test drive route than the dealer closest to me. When I arrived Chris told me that both vehicles were ready for me and took me on a great test drive route with both (mix of residential, highway and windy road) spending nearly 30 minutes per vehicle. I felt Chris was straightforward with me from the start (no BS) and I never felt pressure or "the hard sell" coming from him. When I decided to buy two days later, Chris gave me a good price on the first request (no endless back and forth haggling) on a new 2012 Forester that we put in a fresh factory order for. The car arrived on time, with my first choice of color and it contained all the options I ordered (this did NOT happen with my prior vehicle, a Pontiac Vibe---a long story . . . ). It was a painless, efficient process. I certainly recommend Wayne Subaru for anyone in the area who is considering a Subaru vehicle.

I have leased 8 new Subaru vehicles over the past 15 years. I have always been treated fairly. The owner knows me by name as do the reps in the service department. I find they are very responsive to my issues and problems, if any. They are constantly upgrading the dealership environment to make a more comfortable place for customers. For me, they are conveniently located close to my home and I feel the services they provide are reasonably priced and represent good value.

I went to this dealer because he was local and had a car I was interested in. The salesman could not explain any features of the car. When I notice a engine warning light on when I started the car. I was told that they would take it to the shop and check it out. I called or stopped by every week for a month even though they promised to let me know the status of the car to check on it. They never did let me know if it was ready. I was told every time I contacted them that the car was not ready, they were waiting for a part, or that there were cars being serviced in front of it. This went on for over a month. I finally gave up and bought a car somewhere else. This was the most horrible customer service I have experienced at a car dealer. Obviously I was a serious customer, they should have contacted me to let me know the truth about the car.

I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership.They gave me an EXCELLENT price and were very friendly and personable.Hector, the Business Manager went over all the paperwork very thoroughly and did not pressure me with the typical add-on....extended warranty, gap insurance, etc.No hidden or undisclosed fees were added at the final signing.

This dealership claims to be a family business but they are unwilling to work with their customers. very poor service, I would never let anyone I know buy a car from or deal with these people, sorry. This is also the first time I have ever had to write a bad review of a business.

What a horrendous experience! These people try to act like they have some family type atmosphere, DO NOT BE FOOLED they will get over on you, some family. I live in the area and never thought about buying there being the place is so ran down. I went in and dealt with the salesperson, a younger guy, no names mentioned. He was nice at first, took me for a test drive, answered all of my questions. The minute I said I would be going to ramsey and loman he proceeded to tell me all of this stuff which turned out to be outright lies! First I went to Loman and they were nice and treated me well my only issue was they had a very limited stock, overall a nice experience. Ramsey which Wayne had all bad things to say about was excellent as well. I was told that they didnt have loaners and they are nasty, that they would force us to take etching, not true. Very nice, they have many loaner cars and fees were not over the top. Needless to say I purchase at Ramsey and I am so glad I did not listen and took upon myself to find out. I knew they were insecure about something the minute that they started to bash other deelers. The funny thing both other dealers I comparison shopped had nothing but nice things to say about their competition. Kudos to Ramsey

3 hours of negotiation on Saturday during which there was only 1 "technical expert" among the sales staff to ask questions. Well, he wasn't such an expert since after buying the 2.5 limited outback, our stereo would not work with my iphone. It took them 4 days to figure out that we would have to buy the media hub to rectify the situation. However, it only took me 1/2 hr talking with the customer service rep from Subaru to get the same answer. The dealership said they were giving us a break on the price of the hub, but according to corporate Subaru it was the retail price. When we picked up the car, we spent over 2 hours having to fill out paper work and there were scratches on the car. I took the car back to get plates, the scratches buffed out, and the media hub put on. Things were fine till I went back to pick it up. Only one person at the service desk who couldn't leave the desk so, I had to go back out and check the milage of the loaner, go back out and move the loaner to behind the building and then once all done I asked where is my car. The answer was "I don't know, I guess behind the building". It was 7pm dark and cold. There were no lights behind the building. I will never get my car serviced there!!!!
