I always take my vehicles there for service. They check everything for me with the Multi-Point Inspection and fill up all of the fluids at no charge! I recommend them to everyone, they work on all types of vehicles, not just Toyota. If my vehicle needs something they let me know, they are honest and don't try to sell me things I don't need.

after my husband picked up the truck and brought it home I notice several things that they did not fix back right nothing major just cosmetic so on Saturday which was Oct. the 31st he was checking all the fluids and other things when he went to put it in 4 wheel drive it would not work on Monday the 2nd of Nov. he called them they told him to bring it down so he did about a hours drive and this is the mystery the mechanic has a paper saying that our air was not working and John told him that he knew that then he said that the 4 wheel drive would not work either so there was some words that was said so the mechanic also said to my husband that the bed of the truck was crooked and the hood of the truck was not in line either, those were the cosmetic issues that I wrote in the start of this complaint and there was a couple more that we was not going cause any problems with them but when that mechanic brought that paper out and show it to John somehow the 4 wheel drive was listed on it has not working, So in closing It does not matter who I have call go see or contact we do not have any reason to LIE that,s something that we would not do,. But I guess we all have heard stories about car dealers. Go Figured!

I had a great experience at Bruce walters toyota. Most of the transaction was caaried by phone, which helped me a lot because of time restraints from my work. Chris was great to work with and he found the truck I was looking for. I upgraded the tires and that went very smooth. I also want to say thanks to the guy that handled the finance, I don't remember his name, but he was great to work with also. This was an A+ experience!

The email should have come to Mrs. Turner, instead of Mr. Turner as the vehicle is in the name of Alice Turner. Thanks. Have had great service anytime I have called the dealership.

When shopping for a good work truck, I ran across this dealer's ad online for exactly what I was looking for. I drove down to the dealership the next morning and found the sales staff to be honest and straight-forward with me about the vehicle. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and sale that this dealership gave me. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle for a great price.

I have purchased three automobiles from Walter's Toyota. I have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of service at Walter's. The 2011 Tundra was my second, the first was a 2008. I have never been so pleased with a truck! When shopping for the 2008, I test drove trucks on every lot in Pikeville. As soon as I sat in the Tundra, I was sold. I have told so many people that if you don't want to buy a Toyota Tundra, don't sit in one because you won't want to get out! I have not had a bad experience at Walter's Toyota in 15 years since I bought my first Toyota, every person, in every department is friendly and sincere in their willingness to make buying or servicing a pleasant experience.

I live 2 hours away, but drove to Pikeville to by my 2011 Toyota Camry. The sales team was friendly, informative, and very helpful. They had a good selection of cars, and the best price around.
