My first Mazda! Amazing experience! Joshua Rollins, Sales Consultant, was extremely organized and knowledgeable. He helped me from top to bottom with turning my Jeep lease in and putting me in a brand new Mazda CX-30 lease. I had a consigner with me to help which can sometimes be a tricky process but he helped from top to bottom to make it a smooth process. Drove in with a Jeep and left with my new Mazda. Highly recommend!

Abbra is always a most friendly, professional and helpful customer service tech! Quick and efficient as I was in and out within 40 minutes. I my only regret was that I did forget to ask for a complimentary car wash. Maybe it should be automatic.

This is our 5th Mazda and first with Wallace. We made the right choice from the buying process, which was excellent, to their maintenance programs, which we are using now. In had a battery drain issue. They were able to get me in within 2 days. They diagnosed the parasite and were able to fix it. They knowledge and experience of the staff is superb. My car runs great and I didn't need to get a new.battery! Abbra and Mike and Larry are all super professional and will always go there for.service or new car in the future.

This was my second visit for an annual service on my Mazda CX7 at Wallace Mazda. As before, Service Manager Abbra Glagola was OUTSTANDING & had my vehicle finished in 30 minutes!!! This is totally unheard of EXCELLENT QUALITY service from a car dealership!!! Abbra was personable & TOTALLY professional as always. I have been patiently waiting for the newly redesigned and improved CX-9 and it was well worth the wait. The Wallace Mazda team was amazing. Thank you Doug, Joel and Jay for making my experience a 10. This is my third Maxda CX-9 and is by far the best one yet. The beauty of this cross over including engine power, smooth handling and the quiet ride of this beautiful SUV that drives like a car is incredible. The Wallace dealership treated me like family, not just a customer! I can't wait to see Abbra for my first service appointment!

I brought my Mazda 6 in for routine oil change .Abbra did record check found two outstanding recalls she immediately got both oil change and recalls completed which was great.She also informed me they would provide a loaner car for me to use while repairs were being completed which was a so helpful I was able to complete my chores that day. She also understood that me and family were going on a long road trip and I wanted to ensure car was in good shape, it was nice to have her acknowledge my concerns I have been buying cars from Wallace since finding then many years ago I have always had my cars serviced with Wallace and have only had great experiences both in the sales end and the service end Larry and Abbra reflect greatly on Wallace They have my complete trust

Get out of work and battery is dead. A call to Larry at Wallace Mazda and he says Kevin no worries we will stay and wait for you. I get the car started and get to Wallace. Larry the service manager and his lead mechanic stay until I arrive to take care of my last minute crisis at the end of the day and past closing. I take my cars to Wallace and Larry is always there to take care of my car and me. Truly I can't say enough about the Wallace Mazda Service Department and especially Larry.

Had a problem with Tire Pressure light that i couldn't figure out... Without an appointment, I called Abbra and as always she was terrific... told me to come right in and she would have the issue investigated... turned out i had a nail in a tire which they repaired professionally and quickly... dealing with Abbra is like having a personal assistant for your car....

Took my car in for a computer update and asked for it to be washed. I left the car at 735am and went to work. Returned at about 230pm, car was finished. It appears everything was accomplished that was requested. The only problem was no one was in the service advisor area when I arrived. Finally, someone showed up so I could sign for ther service, get my key and depart.

I have purchased and/or leased four Mazda vehicles from Wallace Mazda since 2011. I purchased a 2011 3S. I currently own a 2013 Speed3, a 2016 CX5, and lease a 2015 Mazda3 for my son. Sales and service departments are top-rate and will bend over backwards for the client: 100% professional, courteous and accommodating. If you in the market for a Mazda, don't waste your time with other dealers. Wallace is the place to go, period!

Abra checked and contacted me back regards to a nail in tire and I was given several pricing ls for replacement of a new tire-all other repair: CD player in good working condition -same on the USB -car detailed as I like it and all was good !

I have bought many cars over my lifetime at other dealerships and it was a horrifying experience. My husband and I both recently bought cars at Wallace Mazda and we dealt with sales employee Ben. He made shopping for a car exciting, fun and very rewarding experience. .Ben was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot which made it easy for him to pick the car that had all the bells and whistles that both of us were looking for. Everything was such a smooth process that we left that afternoon with time to spare in our day in our new cars. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEY r a i s e d THE ASKING PRICE ON A STICKER INSIDE THE WINDOW OF THE VEHICLE WITH LARGE "DEMO SPECIAL" ACROSS THE FRONT WINDSHIELD RIGHT SMACK IN FRONT OF THE DEALERSHIP FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE WHERE ALL COULD SEE. THE ASKING PRICE OF $29,000+ WAS RAISED TO FULL FACTORY PRICE WITHOUT A DIME OFF ON A CAR WITH 4,600 MILES ON IT. THEY ALSO TRIED TO STICK ME WITH SERVICE CONTRACTS I DIDN'T NEED SUCH AS TIRE COVERAGE. THEY SCREWED ME ROYAL ON MY 2003 50TH ANNIVERSARY CORVETTE WHICH WAS ALSO A SHOW CAR. THEY PROMISED ME SOME ITEMS (ONE OF WHICH CAME WITH THE CAR BUT WAS TREATED AS A PRESENT) AND THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE CARGO TRAY WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS APPROVED BY THE FINANCE MANAGER. I TOLD HIM THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME AND HE DID NOTHING. PROBABLY BECAUSE I CANCELLED THE SERVICE CONTRACTS I WASN'T AWARE WAS BEING TACKED ON THE $5,600 BOOST IN THE PRICE OF THE CAR. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEIR SERVICE DEPT STINKS TOO. MY SON TOOK A JEEP TO THEIR JEEP DEALERSHIP FOR A RECALL AND THEY DIDN'T FIX THE THINGS THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. I RETURNED A CHEVY PART AND HAD TO GO BACK (AND FACE ATTITUDE) BECAUSE INSTEAD OF CREDITING THE PART, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR IT AGAIN!! ESPECIALLY STAY AWAY FROM RON WHO WORKS THE FINAL DEAL. HE SMILES AND JOKES THE WHOLE TIME HE'S GIVING YOU THE KNIFE AND HE NEVER ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS YOU DIRECTLY ASK HIM ABOUT THE PRICE OF YOUR TRADE OR THE VEHICLE YOU ARE WANTING TO PURCHASE. THEY WEAR YOU OUT AND THEN RAILROAD YOU THROUGH.

This all worked so smoothly. Couldn't ask for more. Unfortunately I took a great drive down to Key Largo in my new car to go scuba diving & proceeded to brake my right wrist on the boat. I do love my new car but will now have to wait awhile longer to drive it again.

Best car buying experience EVER! As a woman shopping for a car, the usual treatment is demeaning and frustrating, to say the least! I've purchased 5 different brands of cars over the years, and dreaded having to shop for another one. But my beloved EOS was getting up in miles and so I steeled myself for an awful time buying my next car. I had planned on buying another VW, but had such a bad time the last 2 visits at the Wallace VW dealership's service dept, and the bad attitude I was greeted with by the sales dept there (Steve), I decided to look for another brand cause I am never going back to this dealership! I was very pleasantly surprised by the low pressure and consideration I was greeted with at Wallace Mazda. Both my salesman Jay, and the Sales Manager Joel, were AWESOME. Respectful, helpful, patient and went out of their way to help me find a new car within my budget, that I really love! I can honestly say I am very happy customer!

the building and waiting room look like they haven't been upgraded since the 1950's. The waiting room is the most depressing room I've been in in year!!! I've been in Mazda service places in Palm Beach and Houston that were way above these facilities. Even a new paint job would help - do something to make customers feel like they are dealing with a top notch dealership - not the slum dealership

I've had Wallace Mazda do almost all of my major repairs since I've had the car (2007 CX7 AWD turbo.). I have been extremely impressed with the service staff, especially Abbra who has always seemingly diagnosed exactly what my car problem was and arranged for it to be serviced for whatever issue I was experiencing. Never any high pressure or "upselling". My most recent visit was due to a "check engine" light issue which I had experienced a year or so ago which turned out to be a result of bad gas causing excessive carbonization of my plugs. This time it was another gas problem causing fouling of the fuel injectors. It was suggested that I have fuel injection cleaning service done which totally cleared the problem.....I have never had reason to question any of the maintenance suggestions offered by the service department. They are some of the friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet and they treat you like they have known you all their lives. I would also like to commend the mechanics who have worked on my car for their professionalism in not recommending unnecessary work and their clear concern in making sure their work is done correctly the first time......

Wallace Mazda treats their customers as if they are family. Everything from sales to service to parts is tops. Wallace Mazda is entirely customer focused and stands behind every aspect of the customer's relationship. My whole family drives a Mazda; and the new 2016 CX-5 Touring I bought is perfect for my wife who has to lug goods and kids when shopping and/or commuting to work. Mazda ranks right behind Lexus even though it is not considered a luxury brand. Do I have to say more?

I have never been treated as well as i was at Wallace Mazda. My salesman Travis Rivera was very knowledgeable of his product. He was sincere listening to my needs in a car. i traded a 2012 Ford Focus that was giving me nothing but trouble. The sales manager Steve Stiekman was great as well. He helped keep my new car very affordable, got me a super low interest rate and helped me get out of my ford, although I owed a little more than it was worth. I would definitely refer this dealership to everyone i know. I love my new 2015 Mazda6 and Wallace Mazda

Won't give you a price until you're ready to buy. I could have lied and said I was ready. Problem is, that in my area, there are very few Mazda dealers. Salesmen jump on you as soon as you get out of your car. I walked out and told them they would never see me again. Do they really expect you to folk-over $30,000 and not price shop?

Bait and switch but cant prove it. Will never ever use them again. Told us percentage rate was below 4% but is was almost 6%. Tough lesson learned by us. We wouldnt have noticed but the bank caught the discrepency when we paid off the vehicle. When we confronted the "manager", he said "you dont't want us to make a profitt?" Then he walked away while we were talking to him. We told him we just wanted them to know that we knew they were crooks and his response was to tell us to get off private property and threatened to call the cops! I know this is against the law, but we have no way to prove it.

When I went to Wallace Mazda to find a new Miata, I found them lacking in desire to sell me anything but what was on the lot. They had the wrong model and color, but the salesman persisted in pushing it. He didn't even suggest that he could get what I wanted from another source, which I know can be done.However, although I did buy my new Miata at another dealership, I later found that Wallace's new service manager for the Mazda division is very personable and helpful. Since the dealer I bought from is much farther away from my home, I will probably use Wallace Mazda in Stuart for service, if there is anything that only a Madza dealer can do. (Otherwise, I always avoid dealership service because they charge so much more that a private mechanic whom I trust.)

If you expect to walk into a dealership and discuss prices before you buy, don't go here! Not only did we contact the salesman a month prior to returning a lease to begin looking (SPENDING) for a new vehicle when he conveniently "lost" our telephone number and didn't call back, but when we arrived days later, we were met with a very cold and resistant GROUP (that means ALL). Resistance in the FACT that "WE WON'T SHOW YOU PRICES UNTIL YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE READY TO BUY" (that's a quote).Customer service, in the way of a MINIMAL AMOUNT of friendliness, at the beginning was completely lacking. The "bulldog" approach of selling and salesmanship is alive and well at Wallace Mazda of Stuart.Edmunds dot com states something pretty darn good for a person to watch out for in a salesman, so I'll put it here:"Still, many people are drawn to the traditional way of car buying since they believe buying a car is just too big of a purchase to do remotely. If you go this route, you should test-drive your car salesman carefully before moving forward. Ask yourself if you feel comfortable dealing with them. Are they impatient and pushy? Or are they relaxed and open? If you asked them about a specific car's availability, did they respond to your needs? Or did they try to steer you toward another car simply because they have too many of that model in stock? Do they return your phone calls? Do they answer your questions in a straightforward manner? Or are they evasive and confusing?"Everything in the above, relating to salesmen, was lacking in our salesman at Wallace Mazda of Stuart. Right to the point where he diverted us away from what we were looking at, to a vehicle that had no interest to us. He even claimed a skill in "body language" that was completely irrevelvant and misdirection.We wound up having such a wonderful experience at Delray Mazda and the priced couldn't be beat!
