Shawn was great to work with. I was never once was pressured and he kept it real with me through the whole process. He even had the car that I had been communicating with him about, waiting for me with the AC already on. That's exceptional service, especially during these hot summers. Definitely no hiccups through the process. In fact Vincent in finance was able to get my rate and payments lower than what we initially thought!
