Me and my husband bought a car from Volkswagen in Lake Charles, our salesman was very nice and spend time with us. We test drove several vehicles. The owner spent time talking with us and him and our salesman even came to our house to look at a RV we wanted to sale. In my opinion they went out of our way to take care of us.

I was extremely pleased when the dealership opened, because VW is my favorite make of car.So when I was in the market to buy an Audi A4, I wanted to find it at the dealership in Lake Charles. I do not like high pressure sales, and VW of Lake Charles did not provide that type of experience. This is the second vehicle we have bought from VW of Lake Charles and I will DEFINITELY recommend going see Huey if you're in the market for a new vehicle. When you think of someone buying a 2014 Ford F-150 & a 2015 Kia Soul, WHERE ELSE would you think of getting those from BUT VW of Lake Charles! During both processes, the sales, management, and finance teams were AWESOME! We never had to haggle, didn't have any "Let me go ask my manager" type crap. We went in, told them what we had to trade in, what our down payment would be, and what we wanted to pay for the vehicles. Both times, they looked at the trade in, went to the sales manager ONCE, and came back with "Here's our best price we can do", which were VERY REASONABLE! They will be our FIRST stop next time we're looking for a new vehicle! Thanks to Huey and the entire staff for making this process easy and pain free!

We arrived late in the day to check out a couple of Beetles, not real sure which to purchase...varied options, but the one we saw the day or two before was already gone (which is why at this point weren't sure). The salesman (Mike Dickson) showed us the various differences between the 2 on hand to choose from and when we eventually took a ride, the deal was done- she had to have the Dune. We locked down the deal, I returned the next day to finish paperwork (they needed to clean/prep anyway) and came away with a good experience and new friendships at VW of Lake Charles- nice, clean facility, nice people....no problem!

I Went into Volkswagen of LC a couple days ago looking around to see what i could find and i had NO intentions on buying anything that day until i came across Mr. Huey .... Mr. Huey is a family friend that ive been knowing since my senior year in high school. I met him in January of 2009 at a different dealership that he had worked for previously and he sold my mother her BRAND new truck. He also sold my Bestfriend her vehicle and now he ended up selling me new car . The car i picked was in my price range and at the time when he told me how much it was, I was kind of nervous because i didnt know if I would qualify for it. Huey assured me that he would get me in the vehicle no matter what it took. Needless to say, after the Finance Manager and Huey went down a couple hundred dollars on the vehicle, they were able to meet the credit union half way therefore i could leave with the car. Huey along with Kevin, Myles, and the sales manager are a great team. Shout out to VW of Lake Charles for making my first "big boy purchase" awesome .

Arrived at VW dealership to get car serviced. Staff was friendly and open, welcomed us and were attentive to our needs. Decided to test drive new vw beetle while waiting and fell in love. Keep The Faith Never Lose Hope I thank God for sending me to Purchase my Toyota Camry from Volkswagen of Lake Charles. It was a blessing for me go have Mr. Hugh and Mr. Tommy take such good care of me. Most of the time sales men will only do the basic service that is necessary, or stop when things seem to not go in the direction beneficial for the commission sales profit, or looking positive. At VLC, the dealership Owner and Sales Person assisted me to initiate and finalize my trade/purchase. They also made sure that I was aware and did not agree to additional fees on my trade in (payoff vehicle) that was added on to my account in error. The sale was not just about VLC. They were doing everything possible to help me. It is so pleasing to know there are good people in this world. After visiting several dealerships locally and in Lafayette, I almost wanted to drive off when seeing sales people walking toward me. Most sales people nowadays have cars in mind they want to sell and then try to make your needs fit their cars. I can honestly tell you Morgan Sanders was not what you would think of as a stereotypical sales person. No high pressure, super patient and went way beyond the call to figure out what me and my wife needed in a car, then found a car to fit those needs. She even arranged to get a car from orange brought in just for us to look at it, after I told her we may not even be interested, but wanted to just see it. When we drove it, turns out, we had a few reservations about it, good car but a few cosmetic things and features we didn't care for. She immediately said well this isn't the car for you. So we moved on and found a Passat that fit every need we had. Ben was her Mgr and he was awesome as well. They were straight forward on their pricing and when we said we needed to think about it, they both the encouraged us to do so. Most car salesman turn on you at that point! Ben even brought us in to show us other cars pricing in the area to help me compare. We went home and slept on it, and it felt so right the next day to work the deal and we did. But then i always worry about the finance guy coming in and throwing in tons of add-on fees and high pressure to sale so many extra things. Well Kevin was not that type of finance guy. He was super up front and easy to visit with. The warranty we bought was very fair priced and not pressured at all by him. I can't say enough about this experience. We need to get the word out for this dealership in Lake Charles. This place needs to make it! If you are looking for a totally no pressure, honest , straight forward experience, you must go to VW of Lake Charles, and we highly recommend asking for Morgan. I can't tell you how great she was from start to finish. While waiting to go in to sign, my wife and I drove around the back of the dealership and it was impressive to see what we saw. We noticed our car in the detail bay, and guess who we see cleaning cars, yep, it was Morgan. This is a hard worker who will do everything she can to make things go smooth and fair. Very detailed oriented . I didn't spend much time with Tommy, but I do know he helped by going get the car from orange for us to view . This place has a great team and a good feel to it. Volks Wagon of Lake Charles has changed the game! Went to almost every dealership in lake Charles and left with disappointment. VW is the only one that actually listened to what I was looking for and didn't waste my time trying to get me to settle for something I was just ok with! Huey was amazing and so patient with me and found me an amazing deal and made my dreams come true. Every one in the process was reassuring and jumped through hoops to make the deal happen while I was at work. My husband could not make the 2 1/2 hr drive to Lake Charles with me to look at the car we were interested in buying. I was never pressured, or made to feel like I had to make a decision I was not completely comfortable with. Morgan helped me any way she could, and made this experience completely painless. I could not take delivery of the car the day I was there, but they were nice enough to deliver the car to me, about 2 hrs away when it was ready! Morgan Sanders was awesome!! The sales staff truly did go out of their way for us to get a great deal on a pristine Camaro SS!! Morgan kept in contact with us during the trip to the dealership and answered all questions and sent pictures and video of the car. Out of state buying process took about only 3-4 days. Only prob was the temporary plates came the next day after car arrived. Either way, Overjoyed with purchase!!
