Hyundai Vision 's salesperson listened to what I wanted, and searched nearby areas for the right car. Offered me extended warranty, Zeibart rustproofing , etc. but did not try to high pressure me into these purchases. Encouraged me to take car hope to see if wheelchair and walker would fit in car. Setup Bluelink for me to use with i-phone. Extremely friendly service and even gave me hot dogs for lunch!

Worked with Mark DeSantis to purchase my 2016 Elantra GT. Best experience out of the different Hyundai dealers I visited. He worked with me to understand the different options available (both for vehicles AND financing options), and figure out which would be the best for my needs. He brought in the exact car I wanted (color, features, etc) from another dealership, since they didn't have it on stock. No games, no "let me go talk to my boss" - best price was provided up front. He took what is typically a stressful, aggravating experience and made it quick and painless. I would recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation.

My salesman dragoone jr was very unprofessional and insulting. He will tell you anything just to make a deal and not follow thru with anything. After making a deal it took me months of phone calls and back and forth to their service department to get my vehicle done correctly. I will never go back to this dealership again and wouldnt wish all the headaches and stress this place has caused me to anyone.

I was treated courteously by all involved with my vehicle purchase. Their web site offered complete information, so much so that I knew exactly which vehicles I would be interested in before going to the dealership. Joe, my salesman, took that information and made the purchase process streamlined. Their selection of vehicles was much better than the local competitor. I felt that I was charged a fair price for the vehicle, and given a fair trade-in price for my superior vehicle. The dealership facilities could use some updating, especially when compared to some of the other local big dealerships, but that did not affect my purchase decision.

If you are like me, you hate car shopping. Your past experience with pushy salesmen has you waiting to the very last moment and when you do go, you ready yourself for a fight to get what you want and not what they try to sell you. It's not like that at Vision. They listen to you. I KNOW! SHOCKING right? lol My salesmen name is Josh Matz and he was awesome. Great guy! Was not pushy at all. Didn't try to influence me into anything pricier but helped me look for a car within my price range and into something I truly wanted. They didn't have the color I was looking for but Josh offered to see if they could have one ordered just so I get what I wanted. I thought that was a nice offer but I'm not the type of person that has to have everything just right. Everyone there was very friendly. Hope you enjoy your shopping experience as much as I did. :)

In October 2015 I purchased a 2016 Elantra from Vision Hyundai in Henrietta. This is actually the fourth auto I have purchased from them in the past couple of years, but as of right now it will be the last with them. When I purchased my new car I was told by the salesman, the sales manager and finance associate; that I would be receiving a refund of over $1000.00 from the extended warranty I had purchased on the 2014 Hyundai I was trading in. They confirmed for me that the refund would be mailed to me from corporate within 45 days. It's now January 2016, and I still have not received any refund. Over the past 3 months I had tried working with my Salesman, the Sales Manager and the General Manager assuming they were helping me and the whole time was actually being lied to and strung along. So far the only result is realizing that Vision Hyundai has no loyalty to repeat customers, dishonest employees and a total lack of proper customer service. So thank you, Vision Hyundai of Henrietta, for proving to me that I was wrong when I used to believe there was a good honest car dealer out there. It's better that I know the truth before I buy my next car.

I have been to another dealership in my area before (Fuccillo Hyundai of Greece) and they were an awful experience. Vision Hyundai of Henrietta was a much better experience. Ron Dragoone Jr. was the right guy for me to buy a vehicle from. He was knowledgable, polite, respectful, pleasant and friendly and listened to our needs and limits. He provided me with excellent customer service and followed up with me to make sure things were going well with the vehicle. I would highly recommend him to others. Great job, Ron Jr.!

This is my fifth Elantra that I have purchased and I keep coming back to Vision Hyundai. This is the third car that I have purchased from Mark Desantis. Mark is always very professional and easy to work with. I made an appointment to review numbers and look at the new 2016 Elantra. Mark was prepared for the appointment with the numbers and had a car ready and up front for me to look at. Originally I had decided to purchase a red/tan 2016 Elantra but within a few hours decided I didn't like that combination. When I called Mark he could not have been nicer even though I am sure this was not the phone call he wanted to receive. I ultimately decided on a silver/black Elantra and am very happy with the car. I will definately go back to Vision and work with Mark again. I would also like to add that Matt Oakley in the Service Dept is top notch. He is always very friendly, greets you by name and is always a pleasure to work with. I have already had to go back for undercoating on my new car and Matt was wonderful as usual

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ANY VISION DEALERSHIP! Worse mistake of my life, coming to this dealership. They will say and do anything to make a sale. Including promising to fix the rust spots on a used vehicle and then only painting over it, so it looks fixed but is still rusting from the inside out and in 3 months guess what's back on the car. When confronted with an unhappy customer they state that the warranty {that was purchased to protect the repair} will only be honored if there is a hole from the rust. So twice I have been back asking them to fix the rust the right way and all they are doing is sanding it down and painting over it. Stated that because we drove away after they made it look good that we accepted the repair and they are no longer going to deal with this issue. So something that was never "fixed" the right way like was promised to us at the time of the sale is now our problem to fix out of our own pocket. They won't even return the money for the useless warranty for us to fix the vehicle like they promised us in the first place. Apparently they don't care as long as they get their money. Typical used car salesman, lie and cheat people out of their money. Great job, never coming back here if you paid me. Worse mistake of my life, coming to this dealership.

I have gone in several times for my "free" oil change covered under warranty, but time after time I have been blatantly lied to. As a young woman, I feel incredibly disrespected and taken advantage of. A list of over 10 items was handed to me and I was told that all these repairs were necessary (over $1,000 worth of fixes), not to mention that my car is is outstanding condition and less than 4 years old. Thankfully, I had an honest mechanic look at my car and show me how both my filters are pretty much new/in pristine condition and my belts are doing wonderfully, and all other things that I was told needed repairs were completely and absolutely false. If something is "brand new" and/or "stellar" condition why would you tell your customer that it needs repair/replacement? I'm appalled that I ever paid these people a penny out of my pocket. Won't be going back.

Went by 4/3/12 to look at the cars on the lot because I wanted to purchase a car for my son. Not one salesman came to acknowledge or greet me. I would have understood if a salesman had come to me and said "we are busy right now, but we'll be right with you" - but not one salesman came.I walked the entire car lot, used the bathroom and still noone approached me. So I went to another car dealer down the road and purchased a new car instead of a used vechile. Vision Hyndai's service department at this location GREAT! The sales force need to take lessons from the them.

I would give zero stars if I could. The service department is incompetent and rude. The service manager has systematically refused to work with me in finding a permanent solution to a problem that has been going on since Oct 2009. The Sante Fe check engine light would come on, they found no problem. The oil was magically "disappearing" until finally the motor seized. Their partial engine rebuild was a joke, and they tried to jack the price $100 when it was time to ante up. The engine has since been "self changing". The oil pan and gasket has been changed twice as well as the valve cover and gasket (despite it not leaking oil) and the oil pump has been replaced. Not once in two years of being asked what else could be wrong did they make a suggestion to fix it. Their excuses have ranged from it leaking (which it hasn't) to "that's how they all are" (are you kidding?!). To get an answer about what else could be done, I had to send a man in to talk to the service manager who wants to talk about nothing but what was done in 2009 despite reminders that it is now 2011, what can we do about this? At this time, their "solution" is to keep coming in every 500 miles for an oil top off... and they aren't responsible for what happens if it isn't brought in every 500 miles, and then lie that they even said it (despite their own documentation). This is beyond a joke; this is simply a deplorable way to do business.

I went in for my free oil change. After all, when I purchased the car one of the main reasons I did so was the 'Oil changes for Life' program. After taking delivery of my car I enjoyed it but it had a smell to it. When I brought this to the attention of my salesperson he stuck his head in my car and told me he didn't smell anything. Well, how can he smell anything if he can't smell? He told me to take it to service where I dealt with Vito. Vito at least got in my car and when he came out he told me it smelled like his Grandmother's drawer. I just shook my head and proceeded to see Dave to get my oil change. I told him about the smell and he just crinkled his nose at me. Vito then offered to come to my house to smell my drawers. I politely declined and told them I would buy some of those pine tree air fresheners. Well, they did the oil change no charge but I had to pay $1.00 for a candy bar out of the machine. They shouldn't advertise free oil changes if while you're waiting you have to pay for something!
