Then went to Valley High Kia and had the best sales rep that knew Everthing abut what she was sailing from front to back and side to side. We walked the hole lot until she found exactly what we were looking for. Then time for the negotiation and another Awesome person came and was so perfesional and funny and even gave us a financial plan. Last was the paper work again perfessional and fast . Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about Valley Hi Kia and the staff - I purchased a new Soul in 2014 for myself, and just this last weekend my husband and I returned to trade in my husbands 2014 Fiat 500L on a brand new 2016 Soul (there's a LONG story about that Fiat, but that's for another post/another time). Bottom line, we should have returned to Valley Hi Kia to get my husband a new car, but in the end we were able to rectify our huge mistake of going elsewhere, and Frank, Mo, Dan, Bruce and Malachi took care of us as if we were family.Almost literally, they were able to make miracles happen to get us out of the Fiat and into a tried, true and trusted Soul (I've had mine since 2014, and I absolutely adore my little Soul - I have ZERO complaints about the car, ZERO complaints about the service I've received from Valley Hi Kia, and ZERO complaints about the dealership - they have integrity, they offer quality service at a fair price, and they genuinely take care of their customers, unlike the Fiat dealership we bought my husband's car from) - the process was smooth, and virtually painless when considering we had to take a few lumps to get out of the bad deal car we had - the guys made those lumps worthwhile, believe me.If you're in the market for a nicely equipped, reliable and good looking vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend the Kia brand and Valley Hi Kia. Greeted promptly by friendly Terrance, he showed me the model I wanted and he explained the car details to me. The lot seemed organized and neat, the showroom was clean and comfortable. Purchase was easy, but I didn't haggle the price of the vehicle, although if I took the incentive discount, I would be charged a higher interest rate so I did feel a bit forced not to take the discount. (every car dealership is in business to make money.) A mistaken extra charge was caught by me and corrected, and then some, without argument by the friendly manager, Shawn, who also gave me 4 free oil changes in addition to the one I get for the purchase as well as a free fuel fill up.I gave quality of work 5 stars since they corrected the error on the contract.I gave the price 4 stars since I felt the $495 car alarm activation should have been a freebe since I paid full price for a 2016 when 2017 cars are on the lot.Very friendly service, I would shop there again.

I received an email add on June 4th 2016 went in to see the car in the add, saw it test drove it but when it came time to buy it the price was much higher than in the add. I showed the manager the add and he said it was wrong that the dealer add ons applied. I showed him in the ad where all the exclusions were, but no mention of dealer add ons. He told me the ad was wrong and I should have checked the website. Bait and switch don't waste you time like I did.George

My sales rep Jesse Lupian was great at getting the deal done considering it was a graduation present for my daughter. I came the night before but because banks were closed had to come again next day. Everything smooth, baby girl totally ecstatic over her new car and got the payment amount i wanted. Really wished I could have gotten the gap insurance and security features without the extra warranty that alone cost $2500.00, I felt it was excessive and not really necessary but that gap sure was. Im happy with the car and glad I was able to finalize the day she graduated.

I'm in the market to purchase a new car for my lovely wife who has been hounding me that she wants a new car because her current one is 15 years old and the paint looks like its been through a severe Saudi Arabia desert storm. After researching several options my persuasive wife decided on the KIA K900. We went to a dealership near the 10 fwy. We walked around the dealership for what it seemed like an hour before someone finally asked us if we needed any help. Needless to say, the expertise and professionalism of the staff was not up to par. Two weeks after, we walked into Valley-Hi KIA. Complete Day-and-Night service. We were promptly greeted by the KIA Receptionist...I believe her name was Yvonne. She immediately notified a Salesperson of our presence and offered us popcorn while the Salesperson made his way to us. While in the lobby, the Receptionist introduced us to the General Manager, Eddie Chavez. He was very receptive and accommodating to our needs. He is definitely a people-person and put our worries at-ease. Our Salesperson showed us around the dealer floor and answered every question we had about the K900 with expertise and professionalism. At the end of the day lets just say my influential wife will be getting an early K900 Christmas present from Valley-Hi KIA...because a happy wife is a happy me!!!Thanks Valley-Hi KIA. My check engine light came on today, I've never had an issue with my 2013 Kia Optima. It started running sluggish and once I turned it off it was hard to get it to start. I called Dave in the service department and he told me to bring it in to see if they could at least get the codes read to see what the problem was and I may have to wait for an appointment tomorrow. To my surprise he was able to get the codes read and have it repaired. Woohoo! I don't have to bring it back another day. He saved the day! I didn't mind the wait because I knew I was being squeezed in between scheduled appointments. I am soooo happy that my Optima was fixed so quickly! Great Job Valley Hi Kia!!JoAnna Torres

All staff members are very helpful and friendly. My service tech was Andy Patterson. Very knowledgable and extremely friendly. I trust everything he tells me about my vehicle. I don't worry about the service that is performed on my vehicle as I know Andy will stay on top of whatever service is needed and will do his best to see that I am a "satisfied" customer. I do not take any of my vehicles elsewhere because of the outstanding service & attention to detail that I get from Andy Patterson. When asked, I always refer Valley Hi and have them asked for Andy, as I know he will provide great service to whomever I recommend

Valley Hi Kia is a great dealership ! The service department is outstanding , over the top excellent customer service , definitely a five star service department ! They greet every single customer with a smile and they always get the job done ! They are courteous fast and efficient ! Chris Brasil has outstanding customer service qualities ! After having a 2009 Kia Rio for 2 months the battery went dead I called aaa to get a new battery they didn't have one it's a dealer item they said. The technician from AAA showed me I had a January 2004 battery. So I called the dealer after talking to the manager he didn't think he should have to replace the battery and told me he would have the used car manager call me Kevin Goodwrench. We'll guess what no call back. They switched the batteries. Please RUN to somewhere else to get a car.

purchased a used truck from valleyhi kia in victorville ca, on 02/16/14, sales person frank was great .A few days later we received a call from the finance dept, at valleyhi kia in victorville ca. that if my wife and i needed to come in to the dealer and sign 2 additional papers my wife and i went after work to sign , then a week later MOSSES from finance dept called and told us we needed to come in and re-sign the contract because it didn't print properly .i told MOSSES from the finance dept at valleyhi kia in victorville ca, this is the second time your dealer asked us to come in to sign papers .i asked him will you compensate me with some gas .MOSSES said come in i will take care of you ,then i said we will be there within an hour . my wife and i showed up within the hour at valleyhi kia in victorville ca,we walked to mosses office in the finance dept, he had no clients in his office at the time but yet mosses sent us to another person in finance .my wife and i sat down the first thing i did was hand my keys to the finance guy i said while we are signing the papers you can have somebody put gas in the truck .he moved the keys to the side and rushed us through the signing of the contract i asked what about the gas he said let me ask MOSSES he comes back 5 seconds later tells us sorry MOSSES said we cant do anything about gas we don't have the authority . i said really ? my wife and i walked to MOSSES office i asked him what about the gas MOSSES said i cant ,i said why didnt you tell me that on the phone or when i came in to the dealership .i said you gave me the impression you will compensate me with some gas for having to come to valleyhi kia in victorville ca, twice to sign papers it was the dealers mistake yours not mine . he got up from his desk then started walking us to the door i said you lied to us let me speak to the highest in charge in walked to an office with 2 gentlemen sitting behind a desk then he comes back and said fallow this sales person to the ampm and he will take care of you with gas . i asked the sales person how much gas are you putting in he looked at the paper and said $10 dlrs i purchased the truck for $24k and had to come 2 times to valleyhi kia in victorville ca, to sign paper work i told the sales person give MOSSES the $10 dlr gas voucher your dealer needs it more then me i will never purchase nor ever take any of my cars to any valleyhi dealership for service again . i will be shur to tell all my friends and family about valleyhi kia in victorville ca, $10dlrs of gas what an insult now i know how this dealer treats the customers after they purchase a vehicle . so everybody in the high desert your all better off driving down the hill to purchase a vehicle .customer service goes a long ways but not at valleyhi kia in victorville ca, customer service stops after you purchase a vehicle

This is the third vehicle I bought from Valley High Kia. Customer service was great and every one was very friendly. Victor Sanchez spent alot of time with me, I was not sure of which model of car I wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgable about each car. The price of the car and the over all experience at Kia was great. I would without a dought recommend Valley High Kia. I drove away with a new Kia Optima SXL

They are awful. took my Fusion to get the transmission replaced. said we were getting a new transmission put in. after them having the car for a week we get it back less then 5 days later i have transmission fluid leaking out. i take it back, and come to find out my "NEW" transmission wasn't actually new and there are broken parts in it. and they have the nerve to argue over who pays for the broken parts in the "NEW" transmission they put it. over all they are crappy and rude and id never take the car back there just to have FAULTY WORK DONE and for a major inconvenience and them not even being nice about it.

I gotta say this one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I bought a new Kia Sorrento last year and I was treated like royalty. My sales agent Tony Torres not only was professional and did not pressure me but he calls me almost once a month to see how I'm doing. Unfortunately I did had a manufacturer defect on my Sorrento but management was able to fix the issue immediately. Without hesitation they swapped out my Sorrento for a new one. I've never heard of any dealership doing this before. I would definitely recomend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. Greaat service and friendly staff.

I went to Valley-Hi to find an inexpensive car to commute with, and found what appeared to be a nice 2000 ford Taurus with about 68k on it. It came to a grand total of about $7700. Three days later the engine light came on. Then it went off. It came back on 7 days later with a vengeance. I took it to their maintenance department to get the problem fixed, but was met with a barrier of excuses and technicalities which resulted in no help whatsoever. The salesperson was very nice, and at least put on the appearance of concern and good intent, but the managerial staff and finance workers were rude, sarcastic, uncaring, pushy and rushed. They gave my no time to look over the paperwork, rushing me from signature to signature.I give a score of 3 to the friendliness category just because the salesperson was very helpful and friendly. otherwise, It would be another score of 1. Overall, I would not suggest anyone buy a used vehicle from this establishment. I know nothing about their new car sales, so I have no opinion to offer about that.

I had a great experience at Valley Hi Kia. All the salespeople were top-notch; in fact Andrea Hardy worked very hard at getting us exactly what car and package we were looking for And worked with us on the price. The whole facility is great. Even afterward when I brought my Forte in for it's first checkup, the service personnel couldn't have been any nicer. I got my few questions that I needed answered. It's my first Kia and I still LOVE my car! I would recommend anyone even remotely near Valley Hi Kia to go in and see what they have. Make sure you see Andrea too--she really works hard for you to get what you want! We won't hesitate to go back for our next car.

0 stars accross the board. The entire valley high honda, toyota, kia need to get their act straight if they want to promote fair and good business. Purchased kia that needed a new transmission months later. Valley hi will take no responsibility for selling this junk and their mechanics couldn't even determine this was the issue. They need to make things right.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. If you would like to experience an illegal bait and Switch by all means contact them for pricing, but I hope you are not driving as far as my wife and myself did to get there (80 miles). My wife and I were looking for a Kia Sorento LX 6 cyl with a 3rd row and a convenience package. They had the car we wanted and the best price. So before we went out their I confirmed with Andrea all the details of the car over email and phone. We got to the dealership and Andrea greeted us with a smile and took us immediately to where she thought the car was. At first she couldn't find the car and when she did, it was not the car that we were looking for. It was a Sorento LX 4 cyl base model, no third row or convenience package. From there everything went down hill fast. Andrea back into the dealership under the pretense that she was going to find out where the right car was and return. We waited around for 10 minutes and she never came back so we went in and another salesman said that he was going to take over, from there. He was cordial took us out to the right car, but told us the price of that car was going to be MSRP... Who0 40pays MSRP for a kia Sorento??? After some initially negotiating they called their manager because they wanted to run our credit. I had financing through our bank and credit was unnecessary as I was going to pay cash. They insisted and told u sit was law, I Google searched it in front of them and it was not law if you paid cash. They then changed their statement and said it was company policy. by this time my wife was getting upset, and the manager was getting ridiculously rude. He literally said, "if they want the car they can buy it for MSRP or leave." Absolutely ridiculous, my wife started crying, and I was pissed. I through out the "bait and switch" terminology and teh manager went storming off like a 3rd grader. Very professional group of people there. Andrea never showed up again, and we left. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this dealership. Trust me AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
