Vaden Nissan of Statesboro is always a five-star trip. They treat every customer like a VIP, I know this from the way I am always treated and from observations I make when I am there. My last trip was for an oil change and check up included with my purchase. They were very thorough, I would never consider buying a car anywhere else.

On 09/06/2021 my 18 year old daughter was involved in a car accident. She is a college student and I had just purchased her a 2021 Nissan Kicks. I’m 4 hours away trying to make sure my daughter is ok and figure out what needed to happen with the car since it is a holiday. I was extremely upset, overwhelmed and stressed. I was treated poorly by AAA, I was treated poorly by the tow truck company however, when I called Vaden Nissan in Statesboro, the professionalism, care and concern shown to me by Kelly and Brianna made my day just a little bit more bearable. I asked them would they please allow the tow truck company to leave my car there until I could figure out what to do. Kelly did not hesitate to say yes. I must have called these young ladies at least 10 times and each time I was met with the same enthusiasm, friendly voice and compassion that I experienced on my initial call. THANK YOU, I will never forget how they made me feel! Also, parts Manager Marty was also very nice, friendly and helpful. Great staff at Vaden Nissan of Statesboro!!

I had a very smooth and no pressure experiance with Jessica and Kira when I visited to test drive a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. During the process they were able to answer questions or point me in the right direction. Even after the purchase, everything has been going smooth. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is that I am still waiting on getting the windshield replaced as it was cracked before I purchased the vehicle. I am also waiting on a date for the tinting.

Marty was awesome and thoughtful. I really appreciate how nice he was and he recognize it was taking a while and checked on me to make sure I was okay and had update. I heard him with other customers and he was great with as well. He gets a A+ from me.
