Had a huge emergency! Came in with high hopes for a Ford Fusion but ended up leaving with a much better deal on a Chevy impala all thanks to Juan ! I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy here. They do not care about the customer. All they care about is making a sell and getting there money. I’ve taken the vehicle they sold me to their shop 3 times in one month. Mr. Bob the manager likes to avoiding people and the ladies at the front can’t answer any questions about what is going on with the vehicle. I am out of work and out of money because of them. Avoid this dealership.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I went. They even fed us. All the vehicles are sold as is. So it would be wise to take someone with you who knows a thing or two about cars if you don't. They do in house financing. So if your credit is crap this is a great place to go. Just be prepared for a high interest rate. Overall, I had a great experience and love my car. Just paid a little more than I would have preferred.

The used car being sold to me was not at like it appear on the online add. There was big dent on the other side of the car, it was not the same color as the ad, it was dirty (not presentable)and it had flood damage.

I called to talk to a salesman about a truck and as soon as i tried to negotiate he called me a profound name and hung up on me. If this is how there salesman act i definately don't recommend them to anyone.

They sold me an acura cl with no bumper brackets just a cover that was rigged to look perfect. The front headlight was out so they offered to fix it. In the process they cracked the "rigged bumper cover" and claimed it was there already. Called to talk to the manager and was yelled at and hung up on. I took it to a local junk yard to get a new cover and they said i had not bumper bracelets. This was my first car and the worst experience in my life. The only reason it one star is because you have to give it a rating.. It doesn't even deserve that..

So I see a 2005 Nissan Maxima on their site and I call to see if they still have it there. I get on the phone with a salesman by the name of Jesse at their location on 1619 N Shepherd Dr. and he tells me that they have it. I drive 30 minutes across town to come see the car and IT'S NOT EVEN THERE! He just straight up lied to me on the phone and had me drive across town to see a couple of Nissan Sentras. I'd suggest this place to no one.

I bought a car from USA 2 weeks ago and Brandon was so much help! He walked me around the lot and showed me all the cars that were available in my price range. After 2 hours of searching we found my car and were able to get my payments at a comfortable rate! Brandon is the best!

This was the worst car experience I have ever had. My husband and I saw several cars we were interested in and had all intent of buying a car cash that day. We walked into the facility and was completely ignored. So I asked if we could get some help and was handed a paper sheet with numbers and prices on it to go and look at the cars....then ignored again. We went behind the building (since we had no direction on where to go or what to do) and all we saw were broken down vehicles, dirty or broken or torn inside...it was awful. Where are the cars we saw on cars.com.....we did not locate one of them before we just gave up and left. When I went to give the paper back, only then was I asked if I needed help. My reply was "not anymore". I would never go there again nor recommend anyone to do so...so rude and unorganized and the vehicles were a mess...

I received the worst service here. The representative that I was supposed to be working with kept disappearing. I went in the office to find that he'd taken a lunch break. The car that he and I spoke about that was and still is listed on their website wasn't there. I just had an bad experience there overall.

Let me tell you about me: I'm mature enough to know my circumstances are not the best right now, but the worse thing you can do is not return someone's call if you consider yourself a "business that cares about people". I called one car place USA AUTO BROKERS and though the reviews online are not all favorable, even a friend told me not to go there, I still wanted to see what they had to say. I had a referral to call Joshua, who was all happy go lucky. He told me about how they're work with you, etc., and that he'd call me back when he did the numbers. That was around 1030 this morning and I still haven't heard from him smh. Then I called about 20 minutes ago and spoke to a fast talking so called manager named Chris. He told me out me on hold and looked up my app; why I eat on hold for 4 minutes, the call got disconnected smh. If you had my app, why didn't you call back? This was a back up dealer; that fell through. My whole point is JUST BE HONEST. If you can't help or don't want to help, tell me. I'm not gonna cry or me upset because you told me; I'm going to be upset because you wasted my time and effort for NOT TELLING ME. In retrospect, from what other people have told me about this dealership, it's a good thing they didn't call lol. But that still doesn't take away from the fact they didn't do me the courtesy of telling me. It's really that simple: treat others like you want to be treated. It's a simple process and free to do.
