Do yourself a favor and check out of Uptown Mayfair. The words: Trustworthy, Lowest Price, No Hassel, Exceptional, Knowledgeable and Ease of Mind; describe the pleasant experience we had. We've dealt with many dealerships in Milwaukee metropolitan area and these guys are the best experience bar none we've encountered. Hindsight is always 2020 and looking back over the last 5 cars we've purchased I can honestly say I have nothing negative, only positive to say about them. When you're spending this kind of money you always have to question what they're telling you and I feel you can count on these guys. Other than a couple snafus, everything was great. I would have liked not to have had to wait so long for our Explorer trade-in to be picked up. And I would have preferred not to have gotten a 2nd notice from our auto insurance company that they were still waiting to hear from Scott regarding who holds our lien.

Fast turnaround for service - by the time I was settled in the waiting area after a snack and drink, they were already done. The fresh fruit and snacks along with a stocked fridge of water and soda is also a nice touch. Even though they were booked solid, Fred knew I was from out of town and only available for 1 day and was able to squeeze me in.

Caring, passionate, trusting, advising, and truthful. These are just some of the words I can describe them with. Let me start by saying a few things about the vehicles Ive purchased through them. One is a 2015 Mustang and a 2016 Focus RS. These cars have been amazing, it was a surprise for me. I use to hate FORD, why? Because I never knew how nice they were. When I took ownership on both cars let me just say they have blown me away. I was so happy and they were there to just make me happy with my purchase as these are big lifetime purchases. Dealers often try to scare or give you false information. Ive had this happen to me before, until I worked with a gentleman named Dave, I was never so pleased with my experience. Not only did he make sure I was well taken care of, but put me first all the time. Gave me a personnel number to call or text if I had any doubt. I had a nice wait on my Focus RS, almost 8 months. Let me tell you this, easy 8 months working with Dave. He cared so much about my order and we had a blast with it. Never once was I ever worried about anything. Dave got right to the point and made sure I knew what was going on. Ive had a little of 19 cars in my lifetime and none have ever gone so smooth like at Uptown Motors working with Dave and Scott. I would ask you to trust me on this when I say these two are like Batman and Robin. They get the job done and make sure they go the extra mile. I got to tell you, I have not been a Ford Man since I sold my 1964 1/2 Mustang in 1978. Don't ask me about that dumb youthful deal!!! With our new Ford, we had a rough start because the vehicle we selected via an internet purchase at another dealer did not work. However DeVarrio Raines got us into an upgrade and we love it. We also had some warranty issues (little dents, scratches, etc.) that DeVarrio got taken care of for us. I would absolutely recommend DeVarrio and Uptown to anyone looking for a Ford.

Fed is ALWAYS fantastic and he introduced me to a sales man that took the time to update and fix my Sync issues, I didn't receive this help when I picked up my car new in October. I was just told to log into Sync and update things myself but it was more complicated and my account information was not originally set up with a phone number to make things easier when I would go into a new lease.

I researched my new truck on line, both with the TrueCar app, and by looking at dealership inventories, on line and in person. Uptown's web salesperson was motivated to close the deal, offering to find what I wanted. Realizing the 'pickings' were slim, she found the best options of what was available and made it hard to walk away from the deal. So I didn't. Drove in last Thursday to take a look at a Ford Edge my wife and I saw online. The dealership was having a party, Mike put on his coat and came out to see if we had any questions or if we were looking for anything in particular, we told him we were just looking and he wasn't pushy at all. We came back the next day to test drive the car and he was very helpful with any questions we had. We told him we were going to look at another dealership just to see what others had and he was very understanding. We came back the next day because it was the best deal and he was very accommodating. He went above and beyond to get our sale without being overbearing. He stayed late to make sure our sale closed well. Scott the finance manager was very helpful, explained everything to us and always checked in to keep us updated. He also stayed late to get everything done. Our first buying experience went wonderfully and would highly recommend them.

I recently brought my 2012 Fiesta into Uptown Ford-Lincoln for a recall repair (replacement of door latches) and its 50,000 mile service visit. Fred Schmitz took great care of me and my vehicle. I appreciated the complimentary ride to my office in the morning. When I came back to get my vehicle, there was a mistake on some of the paperwork. Fred immediately reviewed the situation and corrected the mistake on the paperwork and on the electronic records. Great customer service! That's why I drive across town to have my vehicles serviced at Uptown.

Fred is always cordial and welcoming. He had promised a loaner vehicle which was promptly ready. I was told the time of completion, so rather than waiting at home for a phone call, I came back, and after a short wait,my vehicle was ready. So meticulous, they put it through the wash twice. I was to refill the gas tank of the loaner to 3/4's. I had put on 25 miles,but in a fit of generosity , I filled it to the top thinking that the next person to get the loaner would get a gift. But, moments later , I saw the same vehicle with company driver shuttling a woman. The gift went astray.

It does not matter why we bring the car in for servicing. We are always welcomed and the work is done in a timely manner. We were just there for the recall of our ford focus and it was explained exactly what was done.We have always enjoyed coming in for our various appointments to a wonderful dealership.

Drove in, no one was there, sat in car for about 5 minutes or so until a tech said to go inside. Waited several more minutes for the guy at the computer to finish his phone conversation, talk to a tech about a missing key, finish a previous order and then finally get to me. Over all it tool 15-20 minutes just to drop my car off. Everything else was fine.

I needed a new vehicle after having my Mountaineer for 9 years. I have little time to hang out in person so John and Amanda sent me info on vehicles of my choice. After deciding on make, I checked website inventory (very accessible site). Narrowed my choice to 2, told them I'd be in after work. I decided, filled out paperwork and went home to make dinner for kids. Went back 2 hours later, traded i and drove away very happy! So easy! The service department was friendly and courteous. I had a 1:00 appointment and the technician examined the vehicle right away and diagnosed the issue and needed to replace some equipment. About 1:40 I was informed what need to be done, they had and the parts and would begin the repair immediately per my okay. I was told the repair took approximately 1hour and half. They completed the repair washed my vehicle and I was leaving a little after 3:00.

I have only leased one other vehicle before this car and I have never had an experience as good as I had this time around. Devarrio was do attentive to everything I needed without being a bother like most salespeople can be. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and easy going. He made me feel comfortable and at ease with the decision on the vehicle I have now. I also of course LOVE my new car. I cant believe how many new options the focus has on it now. My last lease was a 2013 ford focus and this new one is a 2015 focus. I wanted just the base package and I still got more than I thought I could with it. Also, when I worked with Scott in finance it was so quick and easy! He explained every document and answered all of my questions. He also was able to get me an extra rebate which allowed me to be able to afford a tire warranty! I will buy all my future cars from him! thanks uptown!

Love my new Focus and my salesman. Scott Krause was very professional but also very welcoming. He made the finance part of the deal stress free. My salesman Richard Enea made sure the car was clean and had a full tank of gas. John Pentler was involved in the deal and for being the owner of the dealership he could not have been nicer.

My husband and I were interested in the Lincoln MKC. We were offered the "date night" experience. We were able to spend 24 hours with this vehicle and were treated to a $100.00 gift card that we could use for a dinner in a restaurant of our choosing. There was no "push to buy", and we really liked that approach. We ended up purchasing the MKC from Uptown because of great pricing, the promise of an excellent service department, and personalized service. Devarrio Raines was our sales agent. He was very knowledgeable about the MKC brand and features. He explained the MKC very well, and he was able to answer all of our questions.

I pulled into the service area and I was greeted by a very courteous service writer. I explained what I needed and showed her the service letter that I had received in the mail. She showed me which coupon to consider using that offered the most benefit for the least money. I decided to wait for my car and I found the waiting are to be attractive and airy. So I purchase a great used car, 2009 MKZ. Wonderful sales service and closing process. Had my car for 3 weeks and the driver side heated seat module goes out. call and schedule service was told that it was not cover under the warranty that I purchased and that the dealership would cover 1/2 of the $350 for a new module. I said, "I have only had the car for 3 weeks and have not made a first payment; it worked when I drove it off the lot, this is unfair and I am not happy with service". Talk with the GM to provide my feedback and he told me that he felt that I was threatening him with giving feedback online; after the awkward silence, I walked out. What a tool. I love my MKZ but I will never purchase a new model from Uptown. Once you sign on the dotted line, the service and customer care means absolutely nothing. Let me be clear, the initial service and care is very different after the purchase.

Ben Michalski went the extra mile.I had appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait, but oil change & tire rotation were performed and he himself took my Edge and had it washed as he did not want me to wait longer. The service dept. was backed up and he comped the change and rotation.He deserves kudos.Kind, friendly, Smiling. The perfect service advisor KEEP HIM. Service advisors at times get bad reviews due to stress, but Ben was AWESOME.I actually wanted to give him a hug. Dropped my truck off for break line repair. The line was damaged by an aftermarket install. I couldn't believe they had it done and called within 2-1/2 hours. I just told the service writer jokingly that I wanted the truck back today. Far exceeded my expectations by getting it back so quick and the job done right.

The experience I had at Uptown Lincoln Ford was truly top-notch! I started this process about 9 months before my 2012 Focus was up due to some financial issues. Jeff was very kind to me and educated me on what the best option would be in my situation. I walked into the service area and was not greeted, even though there were 3 employees within a few feet that saw me. Not one employee ever smiled during the entire visit. I felt as if I was just one more customer interrupting their busy day....or they truly didn't like their jobs?? Not what I expected at all from this dealership. The efficiency and quality of the work was great. I do mystery shopping of car dealers on a regular basis and if this was one of those, it probably would have had a pretty low ranking.

While I was waiting for the work to be completed I struck up a conversation with a sales rep, Davario Raines. He understood that I wasn't looking to replace my vehicle soon since I have 18 months left on my lease. He was very knowledgeable about current models as well as proposed future models. When Bruce and Scott both told me the bubbling paint on my Mustang's hood was a factory defect, Bob Maxwell helped get a replacement part. The body shop did a beautiful job on matching the (three stage) paint and the rental car was free!!Can't thank you guys enough for bringing 'my baby' back to her beautiful self!

I went in to diagnose a noise from my wheels, I thought it was a bad CV joint, Brian found out I had a noisy wheel bearing. It turned out to be rusted to the hub and axle. The technician and the service tech did their part to keep me informed and even helped me prepare for the worst case scenario regarding cost. I like the honest approach they used and gave me options if I wanted to (and how I wanted to) proceed. In the end the bill was not as much as it could have been, and they even worked with me to give me the best rate possible, since I did not expect to pay for repairs totaling over 650.00. I think all in all, the way I was treated and the service I received was top of the line. Thank you Uptown.

I have always come to Uptown for service on my Mustang and they do an outstanding job of communicating what is going on and offer a ride if I need one. The service is fast and affordable. I usually talk to my salesperson when I'm there and he is not busy (he is a Mustang person too). I have also had any body work done at Uptown and 'my baby' comes out looking great every time---just like it never happened. Everyone at Uptown is easy to talk to, friendly and helpful. Rich called me, knowing that my lease was almost due. The vehicle he offered was wonderful and had features that he and I had discussed before. The lease I had was for 60,000 miles and when I turned it in, it had less than 6000. Rich lowered the mileage so I am not paying for miles I don't use. Rich explains features very well without going into too much detail unless you need more information. Rich makes me feel like I have a friend in the business that is looking out for my best interest. I always recommend Rich at Uptown to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Devarrio was a super salesman, very professional, knew what he was selling. We liked the fact that he was dressed very sharp and had a super personality. The only thing was the detailing of the inside. Not a big deal, but back seat had a grease spot and could have cleaned the small compartment a little better. The instrument panel and the behind the tilt wheel needed to be wiped down better. We had the premium protection package inside and out. There was over spray of something on the plastic wood grain and instrument plastic lens. Other then that we love the Explorer. Thank You

I was given great service. The young woman who took care of my service work took great care of me. Best part of my service experiences are usually my dealing with the people up front, especially Fred Schmidt. I would suggest not requiring people to put in comments if they have nothing to add. I am in for service on my cares every three months or so and it is difficult to come up with new things to say. If I was displeased I would put in my comments about that.

There were a couple different noises in the car that concerned me. The Service Manager came to take a ride with me in the car to see if he could determine what the noise was. It turned out to be an alignment issue with the tires. The tires were "cupped". He suggested I should have my tires rotated periodically. I told him I thought that was automatically done whenever I came in for my regular maintenance (oil change, etc.). He told me it wasn't automatically done. I had to request it. The Service Department fixed the issue by rotating and aligning the tires.

No way to tell yet whether there may be leaks, rattles or other problems. Re: 30,000 checkup, I can't determine that either, perhaps for months and then only if problems appear, such as a few years ago when my old LS was totally out of window washer fluid after multi part inspection that is supposedly part of your lube jobs. Price rated good rather than great because price always seems too high as it does for any seivice, especially good service, but being a great depression kid makes the whole world seem insanely expensive these days. Twice in the last few months I've had to make emergency visits to the service department. The first incident was because my new Ford was shaking badly on the highway. I had no appoitment and did not call...simply drove up. I was immediately greated by the lady at the service desk. I explained what happened and she knew exactly what was cauing the shaking; it was snow build up around the tires! She had it sprayed off and my daughter and I were in and out withing minutes!!!!!! My second incident was only two days ago. I had gone for an oil change while on vacation. The mechanic told me that my transmission fluid was extremely low and that I needed to get the car back to the dealership immediately. I phoned the dealership and they said to bring it in as soon as I could. Next day after work I pulled up again. The lady at the service desk actually had already been informed I would be stopping by. She had the "transmission" specialist take the car. I was only in the waiting room for 5 MINUTES!!! They said the mechanic was mistaken and that my fluid level was fine. Overall worked was performed at a good value for the oil change and tire rotation. Service also did a Sync update.Service rep noticed this was the first time getting an oil change on the new focus and offered to find a first time discount at check in. When paying the invoice, nothing was mentioned to recieve a free oil change or discount. Most dealer ships offer a free oil change on the first visit.

Work was completed as agreed. Most of the cost was covered by the maintenance insurance except the $75 shipping fee for the transmission. I don't understand why this wasn't covered because all parts have a shipping cost, so why should this part be different?

Everyone was so nice and accomodating. A rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car. It took me a while to get used to driving a "regular" car as opposed to my Escape. We took our minivan for an oil change and car wash to Uptown Ford. The service team left huge scratches (peeled off paint 4 inches long x 2 inches wide) on the bumper. When we demanded to get it repainted, they started being down right disrespectful. They kept claiming that the scratches were already there before we dropped off the car which is not true. I have been showing this car to potential buyers for the past week and never ever saw those scratches. These scratches would have formed only by driving up against something really hard. Our guess is the service rep took it out for ride (8 miles added to odometer, one does not have to drive the car that far for an oil change within the shop) and backed into something.Worst customer service ever. The floor manager (Bruce - dont know his last name) did not even try to resolve the issue and his 20 something assistant (Jessica - dont know her last name) was yelling at us. These rude people don't deserve to be in customer facing jobs.

I called for an appointment and was able to schedule the same day for a convenient time. The service advisor greeted me immediately upon arriving, prepared a service order and showed me to the waiting room. She also suggested that if I wished there was coffee and popcorn in the next room. Service was completed within an hour as promised. The service advisor came to get me and took me to the cashier and explained the service performed and the price. Everyone was very courteous and with a smile. I would definitly go back for service and to purchase a new vehicle. I should mention that I am a long term satisfied customer. Uptown Motors is a class operation.

Machelle ALWAYS explains my repairs in detail and let me know if they are "required" or can "wait". She is always willing to work around my schedule and my vehicle is always done when promised!! Uptown has a complete history of my vehicle repairs so if there is any question if something that should be done on a regular interval has been done or not it is right there in the records and easily accessable! Everyone I have had any interaction with at Uptown has been very friendly and it is their attitudes that keep me coming back.

I have been having my vehicles serviced at Uptown since 1987. I had a Ford Escort back then. Then I purchased a 2001 Ford Escape. My daughter is still driving that vehicle which has never been serviced anywhere else. Because of the fine service I have received all these many years, I purchased a new Escape from Uptown in 2009. In all these years that I have had vehicles serviced with them, they fix it right the first time. That means plenty to me. And, they don't fix what "ain't broken".Their service is dependably consistent. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. They don't waste my time, they provide transportation if needed. Being a female, I don't want to feel intimidated when I need to take a vehicle in for service.I want to do business where honesty and integrity are important.
