So I had worked an entire deal on a Porsche 911 with Ultimo (Tasho) and came in to buy the car. On the final test drive, I coincidentally found that the horn didn't work. When I found out that it wasn't simply a fuse, I got spooked and walked away (had a bad experience at a different dealer in the past that started this way). In the end, I was told it was simply a defective horn that they were going to replace. In any case, Tasho and Frank were very friendly and accommodating. The negotiations were painless. Both were sincere and transparent. Except for my previous experience that soured me on this particular car, I wouldn't hesitate dealing with Tasho and Frank in the future. I am sure that we both wish that this would have ended differently.

If you are in the market and know what luxury car you want, the place to do your shopping is Ultimo Motors. I was skeptical not working with a franchise dealer and was completely surprised and elated at the level of knowledge they had at Ultimo. Frank Baganski was informed at allowed me to drive various makes and models, which only gave me even more confidence in the vehicle I chose. Having many makes and models to test drive at once clearly made the experience fun and rewarding. Their reputation for price, service and knowledge is on the line when their clients are buying expensive vehicles, and they really deliver on their value and promise...

I decided to take a stroll in to check a car out and was more than pleasantly surprised. John was a great salesman and exuded professionalism and integrity from the moment I walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was shopping for. The finance manager, Doris, was an absolute gem. She worked with me even though I had a couple credit issues at the moment and got me where I wanted to be on payments. She even provided a great referral for my insurance. All around, everyone at this dealership is great. They sell great cars and work with whomever walks in their doors. They took out all of the hassles associated with buying a car. Great job!

I was very hesitant on a dealership to purchase my first vehicle from but Ultimo Motorsports seemed like a different type of dealership, they were a blast to work with. I did my homework and did a lot of research on the type of car I wanted and what type of dealership I wanted to go to. This dealership from the start seemed like an excellent place to buy a car from, everyone from their salesmen to the finance department were very polite and respectful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car! First impressions go along way and Frank and Doris were very nice people and they sure played a big part in purchasing a vehicle off their lot.

Everyone from Mr. Bagnaski (sales) Mr. Keacher (manager) to finance made the sales, finance and follow up as painless as possible. We agreed on a price that made everyone happy. Much better then the deals I saw elsewhere on a much nicer car. They were very upfront and transparent. Look forward to buying something from them again.

Ultimo Motor Sports had the exact vehicle I was shopping for. The BMW X5 I sought was equipped just as I needed it to be, and it was in outstanding condition. Internet sales associate Tom Lehman was knowledgable, friendly, and gave real meaning to the term "customer service". When purchasing a vehicle over the Internet you must rely on someone else to provide an honest and accurate representation of the vehicle you are purchasing. Tom did exactly that for me, and as a result, both he and Ultimo Motor Sports exceeded my expectations.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ultimo (and Tom Lejman in particular) to anyone seeking a top of the line used vehicle... exotic to sensible...2, 3 or 4 wheeler. Being an out of state potential customer, through my phone and email exchanges with Tom, I gained confidence that this was a dealership I could trust. Arriving to inspect the vehicle, I was blown away by the pre-sale documented inspections they had performed in collaboration with their local Porsche dealership and affiliated shops. They go overboard to ensure the cars they sell are thoroughly checked and the pedigree validated. Tom knew every detail of the 911s operation and the test drive was both invigorating and informative. End of the day, exceptional value and experience.

I have never bought a used car. Nor have I ever purchased one online, to say the least. I will say it felt better to see the car in person. So I called Ultimo Motorsports and set up an appointment to meet with Frank. He was hospitable, informative and kind. The Dealership was immaculate, all the cars were spotless, and the staff friendly. I did not feel any pressure to buy. We got a wonderful, fair price for the car. We also were going to finance most of the purchase, and the Finance Manager got us a better interest rate than we could get from our bank. I would highly recommend this Company and Frank as your salesman! You will find a number of beautiful cars here.

I couldn't be more pleased with the painless process of this purchase, both at the Warrenville showroom and at the Westmont location where I picked the car up. There was absolutely no pressure by the gentlemen at the showroom, he was quite friendly and my salesman expedited the purchase process like no other. It should be noted that I have purchased several vehicles in the last few decades and this was the most pleasant experience.

Staff was excellent and very friendly without your typical pressure to buy stick often found in the car market. The selection and condition of cars was great and they were very knowledgeable about the cars. Gave me a fair value for my trade-in and the overall process was very smooth. I would happily recommend them to a friend and would have no problem buying from them again in the future.

wow, being that I am about 55 years old I didn't think I could be impressed with a car dealer. part of my job requires a lot of purchasing so getting the best price and value is an everyday task for me. I have learned from past experience that when you walk into an auto dealer that you have to be prepared to walk out. I just keep going until I find the right one. well I found ultimo and am most impressed. when praise is due I am more than happy to let everyone know. pro's. great pricing on quality cars and they get the job done quickly with no pressure what so ever. I dealt with frank and rubbed with some of the other staff and was impressed by all.

This was the first time I bought a car, so naturally, I was very nervous. As I came in, I was greeted by Frank, a very professional, amicable, and straight shooter kind of guy. He made me feel at ease by being honest from the get go. I told him what I wanted and he made it possible. Erik another associate was also very friendly and helpful, they had answers for all of my questions. I honestly expected a much different experience. I thought I would have to fight for my life and the price, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that cars were priced competitively, thus no need to haggle for hours on end. While my wife and I were recently searching for a good used luxury sedan we happened upon Ultimo Motosports in Westmont. The inventory was beautiful and well displayed out front as well as some incredibly gorgeous vehicles on the showroom floor. In addition they had a huge area and back that showcased some of the most beautiful custom motorcycles I have ever seen. Motorcycle enthusiasts, this is a must-see! Finally, the facilities also included a huge indoor garage/showroom in the back that housed even more incredibly beautiful inventory. From Porsche, to Ferrari, to Lexus, to BMW to Mercedes, the selection was varied and really a sight to see. I was immediately greeted by Tom a seasoned representative who also introduced me to his boss Eric. I told him what I was looking for, that I had already found it on their website, and because there was a slight drizzle outside, Tom immediately pulled the car in to the back showroom for me to give it a look over. He already had dealer plates in hand and after a short visit with what was going to turn out to be my new luxury sedan, we did a test drive. I took some pictures so that my wife could see the car, went home and did an online application, was preapproved for a loan, and returned several days later with my wife for a final test drive. We purchased the car on the spot and everything from management, to sales, to financing was quick and smooth. And we felt like we got a fantastic deal on the vehicle which is always a nice addition. There are mega dealerships that you can play golf, get massages, and feel more like you are at an "automobile circus", and if that's your style then go for it. But if you want quick efficient service, with no pressure, fantastic inventory, unmatched professionalism and a great price, then head over to Ultimo Motorsports and pick yourself up a new ride!

Just bought a used BMW X5 from Tom and Eric at Ultimo. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. I will be honest, when I first went to check out the car there, I had my guard up from visiting other dealerships and the line of questioning they lay on you. Tom really gave me my space and allowed me to do what I was there for. Another worry I had was going to a dealership that specialized in luxury cars. I was worried I would be dealing with snobby staff. But again, nothing but good, helpful people. You can tell they really know their cars and willing to help get your questions answered. This was what brought me back to buy a car from them. I could have gone to other places, but I really liked their attitudes and energy. Definitely would consider buying again from them. Also, their facility is very nice.

Had the car I wanted and was very low key about selling it to me. No "let me talk to my manager" protracted process. Negotiations were simple and straightforward - very refreshing! Also, buying the car did not take 4+ hours like it has in the past. I was in and out of the finance manger's office in under 20 minutes. All in all, Ultimo was a pleasant car buying experience - which is a real rarity these days.

I was very surprised at the huge selection of very quality pre owned luxury vehicles. A beautiful in side show room and knowledgeable sales staff. They also have a great selection of very nice motorcycles too. I see great things for this new dealerships future. Don't take my word for it, stop by and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Great inventory selection of very nice car's and a very diverse selection of motorcycles. I give them a total thumbs up!

I've been coming to Ogden Chevy for a couple years to service my 03 Trailblazer. The service has always been top notch but with almost 120,000 miles on it my Trailblazer was becoming too costly to maintain. I thought I'd look to see what my options were to purchase a new car and started talking to Conor Scanlon in sales. Conor was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking it for and narrowed it down to the Traverse and Equinox. After driving both I decided on the Equinox. Best of all they gave me a great price on the Equinox and a fair value for my trade. Overall everyone at Ogden Chevy was great - very straight forward and none of the back and forth negotiating or high pressure sales tactics that I've become used to when buying a car.I'd recommend this dealership to anyone for both sales and service.

I had an amazing experience at the Ogden Chevrolet with Conor. Not only was Conor impeccably great, but everyone I met and talked to was amazing as well! I called the dealership prior to going in and listed my wants and needs for a car, and Conor showed me a car that met every requirement I specified. After purchasing a car from the Ogden Chevrolet, I would DEFINITELY recommend others to do the same. The customer service, wuality of work, and friendliness of everyone I encountered was excellent. Overall, my experience was great. I would give this dealership 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, etc.
