Shawn was AMAZING when my husband and I were looking to finance a vehicle! He was so understanding to our unique situation and really went out of his way to make the deal happen for us, and at a monthly payment we could afford! We got a 2014 Dodge Ram that was in really good shape and we were able to get a 24,000 mile warranty and GAP insurance as well! We walked out of the dealership confident in our decision and worry free! I'm honestly so happy we found this place and I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a good used vehicle that's also reliable and comes with a nice warranty just for a peace of mind! Great spot to buy a vehicle. I saw a truck I wanted in the morning , came to Ultimate Auto and drove home with it in like 2 hours. Was an extremely smooth buy , I'll be back for sure. When you go ask for Mike !

This is my second time purchasing a car at this location! Shawn was very helpful, he assured me he would get me in a car && to be honest I had the worse credit. I recommend this place of business for anyone looking to trade or get into a new car. The process was easy and smooth! I loved the fact that he told me to go get whatever car I wanted and worked with the banks to still get me in a selection I chose! We all know it’s a process but I promise it’s worth the wait! Again if you come ask for Shawn he the best! Again year two NEVER had no issues with my Chevy unless it was self inflicted. Good Cars! Great Customer Service! Kid Friendly!

I bought a jeep from this dealership and within the first week of me having this jeep it has been taken back twice . On the second time i bought it back i called to check on my car after a promised time the sales person was rude and still an hr and a half after the promised time still no call frm my sales person at least to apologise for the car being late i was told there is only 1 mechanic . Not my problem...I was also promised a detail and i had to take off my own sales stickers and clean it myself ...sum how when asked to talk to a manager he or she is never there

This is one of the worst use car dealers that you can get a car from. They do not support your trouble. I have a car from there in the first 30 days the car was not working and in 60 days it was not running for 35 of the 60 days. So we took it to a Volvo dealer to be fix and they refuse to pay for it after they ask to get it tow from there lot to the Volvo dealer on my coast. I give it back to them and every time they said the fix it the car stop running that same day. They told me that the car went through emission so I had it check out and they never took it to be done. I will not send anyone to this dealer or request anyone to get a car from the dealer. I ask about refund or putting me in another car and all I got was nothing sometimes never got phone calls back. I will be posting a video on Twitter, Face book, Instinct gram, Yahoo and Google through face book of this lot so no one have to good through the same mess that I am still going through. So please take this matter to heart before you think about getting a car from this dealer. My rating for this dealer is a 1/2 star
