I wish there was some way to add 'Stars' to the review. Matt was fantastic. Patient, courteous, helpful, friendly...etc, etc, etc. I thought I found the car I wanted to buy online, but after driving it I wasn't sure. Matt was so helpful in trying to find the one that would fit my needs and patient with me as I walked the lot trying to make up my mind. Thank you Matt for your understanding and caring heart. I am so happy with the car I finally decided on and it was an easy process to purchase. Thanks so much!!

Buying a car is usually considers one of the most stressful experiences you can have. I have to say this was from start to finish an exciting and fun experience for me. Twin Pine Ford had been recommended to us as a dealership with a nice selection of used cars as well as great prices. As I had been researching prices of the vehicles for sometime, I found Twin Pine prices to be some of the best. I had spoken with Jon L. about the type of vehicle I was interested in. He listened to my checklist and recommended a vehicle. We told him when we were coming to look at it and he had it warming up! And since it was a really cold day, we really appreciated that. He was knowledgeable about the basics of the car but also the extra features which really sold us on it. The atmosphere of the dealership is both relaxed and energetic. The No-Haggle pricing is great. We were offered additional services yet never felt pressured to purchase something we didn’t need. We were able to get our financing worked out quickly and drove the car home that same day.

The dealership was clean and welcoming, and seating area and amenities while waiting were very nice. Everyone was professional, warm and friendly. The cars at Twin Pines have always been very nice, and the values are fair. Did not like that they offered the exterior and interior protection package at $699 on the floor, and at closing it suddenly was discounted to $599. I also think that the reserved parking area if you wanted “to take the car home today” was a ploy. When I chose not to park there immediately and came inside, I was told they did not have the trade in value of my car yet (1/2 hour to determine it). The salesperson consulted with someone and within 30 seconds they had the trade in value. Thinking if I had immediately parked in the “take home today spot”, the trade in value would have been less. Several games were played which makes me think a bit less of their integrity. Still, am very happy with the car and price I ended up paying.
