These crooks will try and find the smallest thing wrong with your car and try to charge you astronomical prices. Went there for a simple state inspection on a car with 100k on it and they came back saying it needed over 5000 in repairs. 1000 for a oil pan gasket, 900 for two rear shocks, etc. Then they claimed It failed inspection because the control arm bushings needed to be replaced to pass for another 1000. I originally went there to have a drivers side air bag replaced and now the air bag light is on. Never again. ps, took same car to another garage and there wasn't anything wrong with control arm bushings.

I have only had my BMW for a year. I had purchased my pre-owned (not certified) 3 series from a non BMW dealer with only 29k and have had NOTHING but problems.. I also purchased and extended warranty that had not covered the work needed to be done. THANKFULLY, Todd from Manchester BMW was a SAVIOR! He went above and beyond in my opinion to take very good care of me even though I had never taken it to his dealership for work and I did not purchase it there. It was just out of original warranty and they covered most of the cost to replace the fuel tank. It cost me far less than it should have and they did an amazing job. Todd also called me to have me come back while they had the vehicle to put me in a 2016 4 series which made not having my vehicle a blessing. It was a great experience. I got my car back with more gas than I had left in it. If Todd sold cars I would have bought a brand new one. He was the most sincere person I had dealt with at any dealership. Will definitely service my BMW there again and I will service the next one there.

The service manager Todd sat across the table and informed me that Tulley BMW doesn't honor the service agreement or the warranty. The scam is that BMW North America cant make them honor their service contract, so the BMW warranty is useless. Call BMW North America(1-800-831-1117) and ask them what you can do about Tulley BMW not honoring their service agreement- the answer is NOTHING!

Since I have purchased my 2011 BMW in February from Dawn Jellow. I have had nothing but great service for anything I needed. I was driving from VT home to RI on Saturday, August 22nd when I had a low tire pressure problem. Thanks to run flat tires I was able to limp to the nearest dealership. However, Tulley BMW Service department in Manchester, NH was about to close at 1pm on a Saturday. I called and spoke with Todd Seeley in service. He agreed to stay late and also keep a service tech available to try to help me. Todd is the very best example of "can do" customer service I have run into in a long time. BTW, they ended up needing to replace two tires and stayed until 2:30pm to ensure I was safe to drive back to RI. Had Todd and his tech not stayed I would have been stuck until Monday. Exceptional Service Experience! Thank you!

I wanted to purchase a BMW for my wife for christmas. John made the whole process easy and straight forward. I was able to get the certified car she wanted at a good price. When my wife came to the dealership to pick up the car John had the car pulled into the showroom with a large red bow on the hood and a sign wishing merry christmas. None of these things in themselves are that extrodenary , but made me and my wife very happy. I would certainly recommend John Steele as someone you should speak with if you are even thinking of getting into a BMW.

This is my 3rd BMW and I normally get the car service at the Wilmington, DE BMW where I was vacationing in New Hampshire when the car broke down with a "communication" error. It was towed to Tulley. The service people did not call for 2 days. When I called to asked the status of the car they indicated they had left messages, must have been to the wrong phone number.The mechanic told me that I needed a new battery, an oil change, new spark plugs and that the engine gasket was leaking. The spark plugs where changes a week ago, the oil changed only 1000 miles back with synthetic oil and the engine gasket was changed in December 2014. When I share these dates , the mechanic argued that my regular BMW service did not clean the engine gasket properly, etc. At this point they had run a 1200$ repair bill but failed to address the reason for the service which was module communication failure. Instead they were busy changing new spark plugs, redoing a recent oil change because the filter was not BMW and installing another engine gasket that was changed last December and was still under guarantee. In addition, they would not start addressing what was wrong with my car unless I agree to buy a 395$ battery and I agree. The next day a secretary called to let me know that the car was ready. She had no idea what the problem with the car had been and failed to addressed whether the engine gasket leaking oil was addressed.For the last 15 years I owned only BMW's and so far was very satisfied with the service and treatment that I had received at other BMW service departments such as Wilmington DE, NYC and Boston. Tulley service was a very bad experience. I would not recommend.

I'd give them zero stars if that was an option, because they never responded to my inquiry about purchasing a BMW. I guess they must be selling a lot of cars if they're too busy to answer me, so they probably won't miss the sale that I won't be giving to them.

WE were very impressed with the level of knowledge that our sales professional (Gina) had. Gina knew every detail regarding the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Also had the need to use the service facility during our first 6 weeks and the service professionals were equally as professional. Car was fixed on time and returned in showroom ready condition. Every member of the Tulley team exceeded my expectations from sales, finance, as well as service. This dealership truly felt like a family owned business and took pride in their vehicles. Upon our arrival to the facility, we had absolutely no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I could understand why BMW's sell themselves, I LOVE my coupe. Although the dealership had a wide variety of cars to select, it was the staff that made this sale. There was a true sense of caring that my expectations were met. Our salesperson contacted me on several occasions to see if I had any questions and was very helpful in resolving these immediately. Kudos to the Tulley Team!

Gina Whitney was very informative and took the time to show me all of the dashboard of my car. My previous car ( 2006 BMW)consultant went through very quickly. Gina being a Woman as I am understands looking through my eyes. When I told her how I could not get the car phone voice command to work she spent allot of time to try to get mine to work (which it did not) and even sent me an Email w/a video attached on how to set it up. She really went the extra mile to make my experience a Positive one.

I relocated from Tampa to Manchester in January for work. Days after arriving in Manchester I noticed a rather loud whine whenever the heat was turned on. I immediately took my vehicle to Tulley BMW of Manchester and explained the strange whining noise associated with the heater. The service advisor informed me that the air conditioner was likely low on refrigerant and the nether my CPO or Maintenance Program would cover the cost of the refrigerant. I explained that just days prior I was in Florida using the A/C and it worked fine and the whine only happens when the heater is on. He was adamant that the problem was low refrigerant and that he would go ahead and check on the heater as well. The next day I picked up my car after they replaced the A/C compressor and they found no problem with the heater. Less than 24 hours later while driving home from work my car overheated. After being towed to the dealership they finally found a problem with the heater. Turns out the water pump had failed. They replaced the water pump but now I had a strange rattle coming from beneath the car. About a week later the temperature warmed up outside to about 50F. While driving around in the sun that day my black car quickly got very hot inside and when I turned on the A/C it would only blow hot air. So I called to schedule an appointment and was informed over the phone that it was too cold and that the air conditioner is not designed to work in such cold temperatures. About another week went by and it then it warmed up for a few days and once again I found myself having to drive with the windows down because the vents would only blow hot air. I scheduled an appointment with Tulley to have the rattle and A/C look at. They found that there was a crack in one of my refrigerant lines to the A/C compressor and that the rattle was coming from one of my catalytic converters. They replace the refrigerant line and informed me that since the catalytic converter had a dent it would not be covered under warranty and that the cost would be $4,200. When I got home I looked under my car to verify the dent in the catalytic converter. The dent appears to be caused by vehicle lift arm that was likely swung under the vehicle during service. I wont recommend Tulley BMW of Manchester to anyone!

I traded in my x3 of 7 yrs and was excited to get a new BMW. I was advised I was approved and was asked to leave and get money agreed upon for down payment and return at 4pm for pick up and sign finsl psperwork. Two hrs after I left I got a call from someone I never met at the location , not my sales rep Dawn saying sorry your not approved anymore? Three days went by now my sales rep Dawn finally calls me over and over emails as well oh your approved now? She said payment only went up less then twenty dollars come fown etc... I get there payments went up almost 50 dollars. I did get the car after emotional torment . I left and a warning light came on, i called next day and was advised it was because it was cold. The light stayed on for days and the car drove awful. I drove to manchester tulley to get light off and they said theres a nail in rhe tire please pay 300plus dollars? I took my car to a local trusted honest shop ... They advised me that the nail was lodged in and had been for quite some time. The shop helped me out not Dawn. The following day the car is leaking oil in my new garage, turns out something broke and it needed replacement... Still no word from Dawn. In fact she walks by me several times like I don't exist .The week after that the trunk wont open, it's our first dnowstorm and my scraper stuck in the trunk for weeks they need to order a part. I made several trips to service the first month i owned my 328. The service department was AWESOME. However i was repeatedly ignored by Dawn and I felt like i was not important to her anymore because the sale was complete. Dawn advised me this car was great in the snow and that she too had kids and it was perfect. I wanted a new x3 and felt bullied into the used 2011 328. Lastly her words to me in an email were and i quote " ya know melissa this wasn't a huge money maker for us". I traded in the lease into the Nashua Tulley three weeks later , got a new x3 and was treated Like a human being, I akways used the Nashua Tulley but went to manchester for convienance, it turned into anything but. Dawn did ask me to fill out the survey she was to email me however I never received that email which didn't surprise me but the sales rep in Nashua did send me that email... And i am grateful they did because i was able to gind this website and I can finally post my concerns for people who will listen and appreciate the situation.

On October 27, 2012, I bought a 2009 pre-owned certified BMW with a six month warranty. Forty-two days after purchase, the clutch blew; it had to be towed off the highway. The sales manager at Tulley was very quick to point out that it was not a warrantied part, and blamed the clutch failing on the driver even though the car was only driven 3800 miles. When asked to assist with the repairs, the managerial staff could not have been more disinterested, and gave quite a run around until finally, after much prodding, they offered to cover a small portion of the cost. My business owns seven BMW's and we have done business at several dealerships across New England. I have never been treated with such disregard, and have no plans to ever return to Tulley.

I was helping my son find a car and we were looking for an older bmw(2001-2003). I had been looking on all of the websites and had been to a dozen dealerships and to more private sales than I can count. I happen to be driving by Tulley and noticed a car on their lot that fit our criteria.The car was a 2003 and it was spotless. They were able to show me the entire service history of the vehicle. The process went so great I ended up looking at a newed car for myself. By the time we were all said and done, my son purchased the 2003 325i and I purchased a 2007 328i. My son owned his car roughly 14 hours and he drove it down to Camp Lejeune (where he is stationed) and the ride went flawlessly. I have put almost 7,000 miles on my car in the first two months I have had it and I couldn't be happier.I would recommend that anyone in the market for a car take the time to visit with Tulley as I will be doing business with them again.

My first visit to the new Tulley BMW service center in Manchester was excellent. My car had a brake booster hose that was faulty which BMW recalled. Jay at Tulley explained exactly what the issue was and what would be done to resolve it. His communication was prompt, courteous and very professional. Had made a bad situation great. Tulley just opened their new location in Manchester and I have been using their location in Nashua for many years. Their service is outstanding (as it is/has been in the Nashua location) and I highly recommend them for service or sales. Their work is great and the service department will do anything they can to accommodate requests/time/date. Jay (GM), Bryan (Shop Foreman) and David (sales manager) are great to work with and will go out of their way to satisfy customer requests.
