I purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz C300 and the experience at TriCars was amazing! AJ was fantastic! I found this to be the best experience in car buying ever!! AJ was fantastic. He was so helpful with all our questions. I was looking for my dream car and I found it. All their cars are very high quality and beautiful. It was hard to choose. I loved them all. The 10 day return policy is very nice. From start to finish it was so easy! This was my best experience buying a car. I found a vehicle they were selling online. Once I checked their website, they had a lot more cars that were all reasonable prices. I came in and AJ helped me out. I purchased an E350 from them. I had no issue on the price, and they dont charge no dealer/processing fee like all other dealers do. I would recommend anyone to check them out. They dont pressure you at all. Calm pleasant atmosphere. After buying my car, I took it to the Mercedes dealership to get it checked, and it came out clean. I couldn't ask for anything more. I'd definitely check them out again once I'm in the market again.

We recently purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey from AJ and it was so easy. We saw some vehicles online from a few dealers. I scouted ahead. It wasn't just the great vehicle at a great price at Tricars. What really set Tricars apart was the absence of pressure. When other dealers tried not to come across as pushing, it was still evident, even just through subtle, or not so subtle, comments. Did not get that at all from AJ. And when we had to cut things short to make it to yet another family dropoff/pickup, AJ didn't hesitate to come back during off hours so we could wrap things up. We would strongly recommend Tricars to our friends.

After doing considerable research on used SUV's at larger used car dealers, we came across Tricars almost accidentally. I am very glad we did. The staff at Tricars is exceptional when it comes to customer service and the selection of low mileage, high quality vehicles is great. My wife and I ended up purchasing a 2012 Dodge Durango that has exceeded our expectations. The 10 day buy back policy allows you plenty of time to get to know your vehicle and have it checked out by an independent service if you desire. We had one small thing that we had an issue with during the 10 day trial and Tricars took care of it right away, the same day. Arash and AJ were both fantastic to deal with during the whole purchasing process. When I am back in the market for a used vehicle, I will be going straight to Tricars first.

We purchased a 2013 Explorer in late February. The buying experience was great. There was no pressure at all and AJ was available to answer any and all questions throughout the process. They were even willing to stay past normal business hours to show us the vehicle. I brought the car to a Ford dealership for inspection and they were very impressed with the condition of the car and could find not any concerns. An important note, I also found the purchase price was below the price I was seeing at dealerships or larger national chains.

I bought my 2013 Lexus GS 350 on a Wednesday. I took it to a local Lexus dealership Saturday and it needed a new battery only because it was sitting for a month. Arash quickly took care of the situation and paid the local Lexus dealership in Delaware for a new battery to be installed. How many dealers do you know that will take care of this 3 days after you buy the car???? One of the best car dealership experiences I have ever had.

My previous review was not posted correctly. I gave Tricars a five star review in overall, buying process and facilities. Well, since my last review Tricars has helped service my new Acura ILX and backed me 110% in all costs. So, now I can give them five stars in all categories. They are by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. They built a relationship with me and I feel like I made a new friend. If you want a dealership who cares and isn't just a one time sale, this is the place to go.

My experience was great! I had my own financing which also made the process seamless. I purchased my 2012 Lexus ES from Tricars not only because of the vehicle's low mileage( under 45,000), but the vehicle still had a warranty attached to it until 2018. Not to mention when I actually saw the vehicle it was in prestine condition due to the fact that mist of their vehicles are stored indoors. I took the car to my local Lexus dealer for an inspection, and the Lexus dealer just tightened a bolt and confirmed that the vehicle was indeed in good condition. Tricars even reimbursed me for it! Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend Tricars to anyone that is looking for quality and value at a great price!

My husband and I have been in search of a four wheel drive car for a few months. We have searched several sites and dealerships. When we found Tricars, we immediately contacted them about the opportunity to look at a few cars that were on their websites. When we got there we fell in love with the relaxed atmosphere. The employees allowed us to view and sit inside the cars to get a feel for it. We were allowed time to privately discuss each car we were interested in. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford Explorer for a great price. My experience at Tricars was incredible and unlike any other. There was no pressure to purchase, the staff were knowledgeable, and provided great customer service.

My wife and I drove from Northern Virginia to look at a used, great priced 2012 Toyota Highlander. Our sales representative was AJ, and he made us feel very comfortable. We test the drove the vehicle, and TRICARS did not pressure us at all. They encouraged us to think about it and to feel free to look at any of the cars in the facility. My wife and I were able to look at other cars we were interested in, sit in them, and discuss the cars; completely alone with no dealers over our shoulder. We saw a 2013 Lexus that we really liked, it was a great price, and we asked to test drive it. TRICARS was completely supportive and again provided no pressure. After the test drive, we were confident that this was the car we wanted. I said I would be back in a week with the full check, and I left a deposit to hold the car. When we returned a week later, the car and the paperwork was completely ready to go. In fifteen minutes everything was signed and we had the keys. This was a great car buying experience, unlike any other I had personally endured. We called back a couple of times with questions about the car (how to operate the all technology primarily), and they were supportive, patient, and very helpful. I would definitely buy another car from TRICARS and I would recommend them to my friends. These guys are honest, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Having visited several dealerships on my search for a new (gently-used) car, I can wholeheartedly say that my experience at Tricars was by far the best! Great selection! Great facility! Great Customer Service! I purchased a 2013 Lexus from Tricars and with the 10-day guarantee I was able to have a mechanic look at the vehicle before a full commitment. I was not surprised when the mechanic shared the car was in great shape! I am so grateful for my experience at Tricars. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little skeptical at first due to the great price and was waiting for something to go wrong. Don't let the great prices scare you off. I drove 2 hours one way to buy a truck from them during the test drive I didn't notice that the windshield was scratched. after I got home I emailed them on Saturday evening (after they were Closed and got a response quickly. They made an appointment at a local ford dealership when it was convenient for me and had them put a new windshield in the truck. I also wanted an extra key they had the dealership also take care of that at the same time that they did the windshield. After all this they did follow up calls and sent me a check for new wipers I put on the truck. I have not seen this type of customer service from a car dealer in a very long time. I will go to them for my next vehicle even with the drive.

Just purchased a 2013 LEXUS RX350 from TRICARS. Excellent Experience! I drove all the way from Maine due to the competitive pricing and helpful staff. Different style of dealership. They do not offer in-house financing in order to keep costs low, but were very helpful in directing me to a local bank for assistance. No hassle. No haggling. Fair Prices. Vehicle was hand picked, in excellent condition, and all vehicles are stored inside. If a deal looks too good to be true, that is just their competitive business approach. Give these guys a call and you will feel confident in your purchase!

My wife and I were in the market for a 2011 MB ML350 (e.g. excellent condition with low mileage) for quite awhile. After scouring Cars.Com and other websites for a couple of months, we located our desired vehicle at Tricars in Gaithersburg, MD. We immediately contacted the dealership to arrange an appointment for a test drive. In between this time, the dealership was willing to schedule FaceTime so we could check the vehicle out in the virtual environment and they fielded our questions along the way. Couple this with the responsiveness we received via emails, phone calls, and text messages and this can only be labeled as world-class customer service. When we arrived there, we were impressed with both staff and the quality of vehicles on the premises. In fact, we were so impressed that we almost purchased a completely different vehicle. We had no idea that this would be such a stress free and painless transaction. In fact, Tricars offered a better than fair market price and the administrative process took less than an hour. All dealerships should adopt this business model. For the record, the world-class" customer service doesnt stop once you leave the lot. Ive spoken with the dealership about a couple of matters and they resolved them immediately. We definitely felt comfortable doing business with Tricars. In fact, they will be our #1 option in the future. To this point, weve already shared our car buying experience with family and friends. Hopefully, they will view Tricars as their #1 option as well.

Was searching for a 2013 RX350 and saw the best priced at Tricars. I called and they said it was still available and I setup an appointment to see it the next day. When I arrived the car was ready for me to look at and test drive. It was an easy buying process. They don't negotiate prices but that was fine with me because I was buying it cheaper than anywhere else. Great dealership!! Thanks guys!!
