Bought my wife a new car from this dealership and couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and service. If you didn't know, you do now. This place is great! I got a great deal which helps, but its more than that. The transaction was flawless and the easiest I've ever had buying a car. I was in and out like a flash. And the car....Perfect! Thanks to Scott and Harlan! Awesome team! Update just got myself a new truck! Same excellent experience and great service! These folks know their business and take the whole experience to another level.

I am less than happy with Tri-County Ford today. I made an appointment last week to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my F-150. They were very kind and accommodating when I called to make the appointment, they also sent me a text message the day before to remind me of the scheduled time which I appreciated. I arrived promptly at the scheduled time, I checked in, confirmed with the service person that I was waiting for the oil change and went to the guest lounge to wait. For me this is where the visit went south, I waited for over an our without anyone saying anything, I purposely made an appointment to get in and out quick because I had something scheduled later in the afternoon. After an hour of waiting I went searching to see if they had even started on my vehicle, and they had not. They did not even pull the truck into the service department until 1 hour and 15 minute after my scheduled time. I started a timer once they pulled it in, and it took the technician exactly 36 minutes from pulling it in, for me to be notified they were done with the oil change. What should've been a 45-60 min experience ended up resulting in 2 hours of my time being used. I had to cancel my subsequent appointment for later this afternoon because I did not have time to get there. I would recommend clearing your day, even if you make an appointment and specify you're "waiting" with this dealer. Everyone I dealt with was nice, but lack of communication and poor time management will cause me to find a different dealership that values my time as much as I do

Went for an oil change. Nice, clean waiting area. Relatively fast service, reasonable price. Didn't try to sell me anything.

Great customer service from Ryan. He was very attentive and sociable. The buying experience was remarkable. He has still been attentive to my needs even after buying my new vehicle.

I had a wonderful buying experience at Tri-County Ford. The salesmen were kind and did not hassle me one bit. I received a fair price for my trade-in and bought a high quality used car. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!
