I assume most good businesses send you email and text reminders of service but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the service. The little things that add up to whether it’s bad or good or great service. There was a small wait after I arrived. It’s amazing that it was a small wait judging by the number of cars lining up for service. John Solis checked me in for my 5000 mile service. I like John. Always friendly, just the right amount of small talk and efficient at his job. What more can you ask for? The projected time was 2 hours and the service was completed in just over an hour. They have amenities in the waiting room such as TV but in this day and age most everyone had a laptop open or were gazing at their smart phones. My experience this time was same as the previous times I have come in for service. Personnel is always professional and the vehicle service is top notch. Yes I would recommend Toyota of Poway to anyone looking to buy or service their Toyota.

Normally have a great experience at Toyota, but after going in for my appointment for an alignment at 10:40 with Mike, I have to say I’m not sure I will be returning. He stated they wouldn’t be able to align my truck up to factory specification because of my lift and tires but could get as close as they could and would drive it after to see if it was still pulling to the left. Last year in October I took the same truck with lift and tires to them and they were done in a timely manner and perfect. I said I understand and waiting until 2 pm. I sat in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hours, paid and left. Got in my truck and it was the same as when I brought it in. No change and was pulling into the left lane going 25 mph. I drove back and asked for my money back to take it somewhere else because I spent half of my day waiting for an alignment I didn’t get. He seemed to be irritated with my request but refunded me after having a little attitude. I drove it 20 min to the tire shop I got my wheels and tires and they aligned it perfectly in 12 minutes and I was out. Also my truck has 35s and a 6 in lift nothing crazy. Also upon arriving mike stated my total was$125 while online a 4 wheel alignment was only 99.95. Why the up price? Make more commission?

Peter did an excellent job! Professional timely response. Answered all my questions and got my car back to me in perfect working order in less than 48 hours. Well done, Peter! I appreciated that veteran discount! Kudos to Toyota of Poway!

Appreciate the friendly, convenient (including Saturday hours), and trust worthy service. Yesterday my wife took our Highlander in for regular maintenance, and inquired about some additional work we are considering. John in the service department was straight enough to tell her that the other place we were thinking of going to would give us better value for what we had in mind. I appreciate his honesty.

I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla SE blizzard pearl white vehicle yesterday and my experience there was excellent. Fernando Rivera the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions about the details of my vehicle. He was a very kind and a nice person to be with as well. He tried his best to get me the best bargain that I was satisfied with. Toby Zachry the sales clerk was another wonderful nice and kind person who helped with all the paperwork to finalize my purchase and have a good warranty. He also helped to cancel my previous cars warranty so I can have a check of around $1,300 delivered to me. He made sure all my options were at the lowest prices he could give to satisfy me. Talking with Toby was like talking to a good friend who you can trust. I just want to thank Toby and Fernando for everything they did to help me have the best deal possible to satisfy my needs. Thank you 2 for everything that you did for me. I truly feel like a happy camper. 😀
