After researching online for a Toyota RAV 4, I visited TOG to check their inventory, and decided to test drive. I was impressed with the style and handling characteristics (I was driving an '09 Honda CRV) so I decided to deal. Seth Cortazzo listened to what I needed and explained the features, and his knowledge of the product helped to ease my decision-making process. I felt no pressure during any segment of our conversation, and the general atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed. Personnel with whom I was not involved were friendly and conversational.I have been to dealerships where the atmosphere is focused on closing a deal rather than placing the needs of the customer first or trying to "upsell" on other products. I did choose an XLE RAV over the original lower-priced model I first considered, but this was my decision and not the salesperson'ssuggestion. Seth made the entire process seamless and he carefully explained the vehicle's optionsclearly, particularly the electronics. Seth is definitely as asset to your dealership, and I would recommend him ( and TOG) for an relaxing buying experience.I would also like to thank Mark Kromel from finance (and Paul Eisaman, who showed me some features on an earlier visit) for their interest in my needs.

Toyota of Greensburg has made the shopping experience for a car very painless for both times that we leased from them. This transition from our current lease of a 2014 RAV4 to a 2016 RAV4, although time consuming (To be expected), was made as simple as possible. We were treated well and told to make ourselves as comfortable as possible and offered drinks from the little refreshment area. It has been a pleasure working with Lance who was very friendly and took time to answer all of our questions and explained the features of our new car. I look forward to our next purchase, which will hopefully be soon, at our Toyota of Greensburg Dealership!

From the moment I walked in I was attended to very quickly. They showed me what they had in stock and I picked the one I wanted. From there they inspected my trade-in and then presented their offer. I told them I would think on it. No pressure, they only asked that I give them a shot before purchasing. I called the next day with what I felt I needed to make the deal and they immediately accepted without ongoing counters. I shopped at another Toyota dealership first (where I bought 4 previous new trucks) and they did not come close, plus kept countering my requests. Now I wonder if I overpaid the previous 4 times!! Toyota of Greensburg has just earned my business and will be my first go to in the future!!

When we arrived, we were just looking at cars and had even made arrangements at another dealer to look at a similar car. Which was a 2016 Camry, but when we met Lance, he easily won us over by showing us different cars and then setting down and worked out the details for us to drive home a 2017 Camry for the price we were being offered on a 2016 at another dealer. everyone was very friendly and courteous. I came to Greensburg Toyota just looking at used vehicle options to trade my 2015 Tundra Platinum. I was greeted by Melanie Testa who couldn't have been more helpful and easy to deal with. To make a long story short, I had no clue what I wanted. I picked 4 cars to test drive and Melanie even gave me her thoughts on each one. Believe it or not I ended up liking a 2008 FJ Cruiser over everything I looked at. So I ended up going back 7 years to a 2008 from a 2015. I'm also saving a lot of money, accomplishing my main goal. They gave me more for my trade than 4 other dealers. One was a Toyota dealer and I have a friend who is a manager there! If I know of anyone looking for a car I'm sending them to Melanie. She will be my first stop the next time I buy. Melanie should own the place.

As a woman, I often feel like salespeople are condescending and don't think I'm serious about buying. Not once, did I feel that way. I took by 2009 Camry in for state inspection and emissions; it failed emissions due to a leak in a metal pipe. Since the car had high-mileage; was 8-years old and starting to cost me money (it had a major repair a few months earlier), I determined it was time to replace it. I was not ready to go into a new vehicle and was dreading the prospect. I had already decided I would lease my next vehicle and I knew which model it would be. The experience turned out to be one of the best new car experiences I have ever had. An event I had been dreading turned out to be pleasant, painless, and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly there and knew their product. They helped us decide what best suited our needs. Did not have to argue with the finance manager like I did last time I was there. An overall very pleasant buying experience. They didn't even mind my sons (ages 5 & 3) being there and they even complimented their behavior.If I had to complain about anything it would be that they didn't move very much on the price. My salesman Seth was a very nice guy but was unable to answer some pretty basic questions about what would the 110 supply in the truck bed be able to run and also the fuel capacity of this vehicle . On the test drive he was very knowledgeable about the basic operation of the vehicle and was very congenial. One of the selling points of this vehicle was a charging tray for my cell phone ! But after the purchase was made I was told the cell phone that I own an iPhone ,the number one cell phone in the world was unable to be charged on his tray without a special case which cost anywhere from $30-$60! I would think that if Toyota was to have such an option on a vehicle that they make sure that is accommodating for all types of cell phones not just an android!! My finance person was a very professional young lady who was very pleasant , and went through the paperwork rather quickly and made it less annoying than usual! Brian Moore did a fantastic job of bringing the deal together with more than fair pricing on the new vehicle and the trade that I supplied!!! The show room was a very nice place to be during the sales transaction ,it was clean well organized and everybody that worked there did a great job! Overall it was a very pleasant experience I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and relatives in the market for Toyota!!!

First of all we were greeted by a very nice well dressed women named Judy. She introduced us to Devin. He spent 4 hours with us and never put the high pressure sale on. We went from buying used to leasing new. He never got upset with the change and tried offering his views on the different ways to go. Also he was very knowledgable on the different Toyotas that we looked at and drove. Also was helpful in teaching me about different products available to take care of my cars. A pleasant experience from start to finish. Maria with the finance department was also a super personality who did her job very well. Seth did a great job helping us close the deal on my wife's new Avalon Limited Hybrid. He deserves to receive 100% of the commission for this sale. I bought a 2016 4 Runner SR5 Premium from Seth in May and my understanding is that he had to split the commission with another salesperson. If this is true it should be corrected since Seth also handled that sale completely independent of any other sales staff and again he did an outstanding job. Seth at times would come check on me but I was never offered anything to drink. In January I started looking for a car, my salesman at that time was Devin. I wanted a camary with the teck pkg but there was none available. I went back this July without an appointment and asked for Devin who was with another customer, I said I would wait but after a while Seth came over to help, so I wouldn't have to wait. When my car did come in Seth took the time to explain the different features of my car, he link my phone and found my favorite radio station. I was interested in a 4R and contacted Toyota of Greensburg because they had a Limited in stock. I scheduled an appointment to take a test drive. The sales associate, Maria Tanis, had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. Maria was knowledgable and fun to talk to. I decided I really liked the 4R and bought it that night. I took my 2007 Tundra in for service on Tuesday, 6-21-2016. It needed a brake job, syate inspection and an oil change..... During the inspection, the technician confirmed the truck needed new rotors and pads.... But most important.... During his inspection, he found that there was a broken leaf spring on the rear driver side..... The spring was broke at the bottom of the bend and was obviously moving while driving the truck... Very glad this was found. Bad things could have happened. This finding was the deciding factor of getting a new truck..Of coarse Toyota has a good product.. But at Toyota of Greensburg, one of the biggest assets Toyota has is the employees.... Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowlegable, respectful and freindy..... Phil turned me onto a lease instead of buying.... Seems like I'm going to like leasing (for the first time) vs buying.... Dario was just nice enough to talk with me in general... And Stefan was great. Everyone I would rate as a 5 ! Except for Tammy Tokarcik..... I hate doing all the paper work when obtaining a new vehicle... Tammy Tokarcik SHINED in this process....... On a scale 1 to 5.... She gets a 12!. (need to add a button for this)... She made it SOOOOOOO Painless for me.

We asked for information via the internet and were immediately contacted both by phone and internet. Shane worked up prices for us and when we came in to visit the dealership, we were greeted immediately and set up with the salesman Corey, who was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Sienna in which we were interested. Toyota of Greensburg has the largest selection of new and used vehicles in the Pittsburgh area. The no pressure sales group welcome you like family and the proof is in the negotiating process. Don't waste your time at any small Toyota dealerships such as in Indiana and Butler. They sell fewer cars and must pay for their overhead costs by giving you less for your trade. Toyota of Greensburg will give you more for your trade and make less money on a sale due to the high volume of sales. It is usually painful to shop for and buy a new car. Not so at Toyota of Greensburg. John Sewchek is the most considerate and least pushy salesman we have ever dealt with. He follows up and makes sure all is as it should be. And he is not aggressively pushing something you have no interest in. A friend referred me to the Toyota of Greensburg dealership and I was glad I tried them. I was treated fairly and respectfully and leased a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE from them. Every visit was enjoyable. I met Seth Cortazzo and he sought me out and updated me on a possible future lease of a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE each time that I was there. Being an older gentleman, I am used to being ignored by younger salesmen. This was NOT the case with Seth! He expressed a true interest in my needs and desires for a newer vehicle and kept an eye out on deals which would meet my criteria. Steve, the General Mgr, made a point to stop and talk with us and offered to be of any assistance before a deal was ultimately agreed to. I normally dislike the car buying experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Stefan Roffis was not the type of sales person I have dealt with in the past. Stefan was courteous and straightforward with us. There was no pressure to buy, and no up-selling but he was certainly helpful and patient with us. Stefan went out of his way to show us what we wanted to see and had good knowledge of Toyota vehicles. We agreed on a price without games or gimmicks. The Business Office at the dealer was very efficient and again without sales pressure. In the end it was a pleasant buying experience. We are happy with our vehicle and happy with the price!

This is my 3th Toyota I purchased at this dealership. When I picked up my new car the car was not washed, cleaned and didn't have a full tank of gas!! This was a 2016 Rava I was very disappointed , I wasn't really all that happy with the salesman. In the beginning he showed little interest in showing me the car I wanted. Loved the power train warranty I could get with a gently used car. I appreciated the patience of the sales team including Josie, Devin, and Brian. I also visited spitzer Toyota to test drive a limited 4Runner and when I said I needed time to think the sales guy sprung up from the table angry I wasn't going to buy on the spot so that purchase obviously wasn't happening! Maria helped guide me through the extended warranties which was really helpful I have total peace of mind in this purchase. I have never spent more than $17k on a vehicle and was nervous to leap into a new payment bracket but I love my 4 runner and will reccomend this dealership to anyone! ThAnk you!!!!

The car buying experience was extremely painless. The trade in prices were fair and almost over recommended. No hidden fees or surprises. Beat all other dealerships with offer. Melanie was extremely helpful and very nice. She was sure to keep me up to date and made the process easy. The only complaint would be the long wait the day we picked up the car due to the finances not going through fast. I was not aware of certain university items I needed to get the rebate ahead of time so that added about 45 minutes to the process. Overall, very friendly and great dealer to work with!

The day before we visited Toyota of Greensburg, we had a less than satisfying experience car shopping in Indiana. I was having a very difficult time choosing between a new Highlander and Rav 4 because neither of them seemed right for me in regard to color, length and interior design. We had a very good experience buying our RAV4 at your dealership. John was very knowledgeable and courteous. We test drove a used Rav that interested us , John took us on a route that let us experience the car in various real life road conditions. He made sure we both drove the car and were comfortable with it. We even enjoyed working with him at the dealership as we discussed the price. We were on the verge of buying the used car when the subject of the possibility of buying new came up. John was very accomodating providing the details of the new car and price. We were pleased to deal with someone so friendly and patient. Even though it was somewhat late in the evening , before we left John patiently helped set up the Bluetooth telephone feature through the radio. He's the kind of salesman that takes the ordeal out of buying a car. Our experience with Tammy was pleasant as well. She was knowledgeable,friendly and very informative. In addition , I initially spoke on the phone with Josi and she impressed me with her friendly , helpful attitude. My wife and I were initially interested in the used Rav and wanted to be sure it would be there if we drove the 90 minutes to see it. Josi made sure the keys were at the desk when we walked in. I would rate Cory Miller and Lenny Adams A 20 out of 10 rating. The two of them are Top notch, They go above and beyond excellence!! They are High quality Super personable, and very Knowledgeable. Not the typical car salesmen who are pushy and a lot of them are also arrogant. Definitely not these two. I dealt with Lenny in the past and was so glad to see he was handling the finance part. If all the dealer sales people were like these two gentlemen, there would not be a car left on dealers' lots. I like the fact that John Sewchek was not a typical "pushy" saleman as I have seen at other dealerships. Even though I was shopping for a car without my husband, who hates to shop, he DIDN'T say come back and look WITH my husband. After we purchased our used Toyota Highlander, he took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle to us and even set up the telephone to link with the car. He called later to see if we had any questions about the vehicle. They have a really nice lounge to wait in while the paper work is being completed or your vehicle is being serviced. They also have a separate area for the children to enjoy themselves, that is still seen by their parents! It is a nice family environment. We were there on a Saturday and there were hot dogs, chips and drinks available while we were waiting. I don't know if this is typical since Greensburg is an hour away from our house. It was worth the drive!

Our salesman, CORY MILLER, was EXCELLENT! We spent weeks going to different dealers, many of whose salesman did even want to show you anything if it wasnt a brand new $40K vehicle or who looked at and spoke to us like we were not gonna buy anything. A salesman should be about making the customer happy,Not to make them feel cheap and worried about their own commissions. And CORY was great from the beginning! He showed us the car, took us for a test drive, showed us features, ran numbers for us a couple times, per our request and even closely matched our credit unions interest rate. I explained we werent in the market for a higher priced car as I dont know how much longer I will be driving. He completely understood and understood with no judging like the smaller price, which had to give him a smaller commission, didnt bother him. he was very upbeat and pleasant. He answered the million questions that we had, even by phone, without complaint .He called our insurance to give them the information and even had them send an insurance card over to him and printed it for us. The paperwork was done the next day when we came back, the car was gassed & detailed and he took the time to make sure we knew all the controls before leaving with it. I would like to add he even spent 25 minutes with us trying to pair my phone to bluetooth for me, My parents have bought 2 cars here in the past few years and just said both salesman were ok, but not great. My husband and I both adored Cory! We will recommend him personally to anyone we know buying a vehicle!

Bought a Subaru from IRA Subaru of Boston Mass. on line and when the Car got delivered to me in Minnesota it took over several thousand of dollars to fix it. IRA Subaru promised a "one-owner" beauty. Since May 2014 I've had my truck in their svc dept 4 times for the same issue. and have spent $1006Problem, chirping noise coming from drivers front tire. Noise would start about 10 mph & get a lil louder at 20 mph. The noise would stop if brakes were applied. Would not make noise if it was wet or cold. Was not a constant noise. Some days it would make the chirping noise and some days it wouldn't. 1st visit: $115 to clean excessive rust off rotor. Noise continued 2nd visit: $892 to replace the wheel bearing. Waa laa problem solved they said. Noise continued as soon as I got home. I called and took it back a few days later. 3rd visit: Free of charge, wow really! They say they found a rock behind the backer plate. Noise continued 4th visit: Free of charge, they said they found the problem, it was a divot on my rotor and they shaved it down. Noise continued That's not all. on the second visit they also checked the frame for excessive rust and advised me that if it was bad enough they would replace the frame and If it was ok they would just re-coat the frame. When they were done they took it to the body shop were they washed the truck and applied something on the plastic overfendorsa and front bumper. The truck looked nice and shiny. After a couple days and some rain, whatever they put on the overfenders and front bumper wore off and you can clearly see where someone used a buffer on them because there are swirl marks from one end to the other. I brought this to their attention and their response was that the body shop don't use buffers and that they don't even have them. Lying SOB's. I've asked for a refund of what I paid for the wheel bearing replacement that was not needed and I want the overfenders replaced. I kept getting the run around and finally filed a complaint with the BBB, which they are not member of, but that was my first step and this is the second. Third step is contact Toyota corporate then I'll consult an attorney then the media. I will never take my vehicle back there for service nor will I buy my next Toyota there. 9/16 update from the BBB. T.O.G. replied to my complaint and stated that no refund will be made because they fixed the problem and they will not replace the overfenders they ruined because they state that the swirl marks are the result of sun oxidation. These morons must think people are as stupid as they are. Sun oxidation cause plastic to fade, in my case my overfenders were black then after a few years faded to a blackish grey. The swirl marks were not there before they touched it.On my front bumper you can see the swirl marks except for were they couldn't get behind the brush guard that's on it with their buffer.In their response to the BBB complaint T.O.G. stated that the service manager inspected several 2008 Tacomas and observed all of them with the same swirl marks. If that was true, it was because the body shop used a buffer on them as well, but as of 9/18 T.O.G. website only has 9 used Tacomas and the oldest one is a 2011.

Last evening I entered the dealership at closing time (i was unaware they closed at 5:00 pm on Wednesdays as many dealerships do) I was met by a saleswoman named Maria. She was willing to take the extra time to show me a vehicle I was interested in even after I apologized for coming in at closing time. The next morning I returned for a test drive and that day purchased the vehicle. Customer service is very important to me and Maria was not only friendly but very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and even picked me up from the car rental place where I had rented a car to get around until I could purchase one. I did find one flaw with the vehicle and Maria brought it to Sals attention the minute we returned from the test drive. Sal personally looked at the problem and ordered the part for replacement immediately. In closing, I felt that the staff of Toyota of Greensburg did an excellent job with working with me and getting me into a vehicle I am very pleased with.

Took the car in for a wheel alignment. The mechanic said he couldn't align it 100% because some bolts were seized up. He claims he took a torch to the bolts for 20 minutes in an attempt to loosen them. He said I needed inner and outer tied rod ends. I declined those parts and took the alignment as best as it could be done as he explained it. I then took the car to a friend of mine who is a mechanic. He put the car up on a lift and was able to unloosen those same bolts with a hand wrench!!! He also said there was no evidence of a torch being used on the vehicle. I then took the car to a place that does alignments and they let me watch as they had no issues at all getting it aligned. BOTH mechanics said this Toyota dealership was trying to rip me off... no kidding! A relative of mine took their vehicle in to this same dealership for a scheduled 30k check. This was to include checking and topping off fluids. Well their coolant level was low and never topped off and their oil was overfilled by this dealership. Unreal! This place awful! I can't imagine how many people don't check their work and get ripped off.

And please excuse the tardiness of the review - we had purchased this SUV back in June 2015, but the experience was so great, I couldn't neglect leaving a review. We had called ahead of time and spoke with Cory about holding a car that we saw in their internet ad -2012 Toyota Highlander Limited. Upon arriving, he had the car ready to go for a test drive. Please people dont get suckered in "lifetime warranty" I bought the lifetime warranty for body and its rusting already a 2012 tacoma .When I went for the extras I specifically asked him if I get any kind of rust do you cover it ?even a little scab he said absolutely! Now I have that problem and they wont cover it believe me when I say this its not worth it to buy here.plus dont buy a white tacoma its single stage paint so it has no clear coat. Manager told me it does this kind of paint goes on the clear rises to the top haha!! He is telling that to an ex bodyman!. And they told me the white trucks fade on there lot just for sitting for 6 months. So people you do what you want but this is the truth and lesson learned for me.and let me mention they chiped and scratched my paint replacing a gas lid door

We recently purchased a 2015 Tundra and were extremely pleased with the sales experience. We looked at different models of the Tundra and settled on the SR5 with the TRD upgrade. However, after we settled on the price I wanted, we decided that we wanted the vehicle in a color the dealer did not have on the lot. Without hesitation, our saleswoman Mel and sales manager Phil, offered to find the color we wanted...at the same price we agreed upon. Since this was Saturday afternoon it took a few days for the truck to arrive. The truck was exactly the same except for the spray in bedliner. They offered to get it done but I decided to go with a drop in bedliner instead. I should mention that the the truck was discounted the price of the spray in liner. After seeing the truck, we knew that we had made the correct choice in color. Mel did an outstanding job in meeting our needs and explaining the features of our vehicle. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car at Toyota of Greensburg to see her.

I'm 65 and have always hated everything about shopping for a car at dealerships, but my experience at Toyota of Greensburg was a total pleasure from start to finish (and beyond). There was no aspect whatsoever of pressure or dishonesty from anyone there. Every employee from the top echelon to the bottom was professional, courteous, highly capable, and genuinely friendly, treating me as though my satisfaction really mattered. There were absolutely none of the typical games one encounters at most dealerships. I must single out the exemplary attitude and conduct of sales manager Phil Giunto, who took a very active role in all aspects of my purchase. Phil's extremely positive manner and genuine enthusiasm were evident from the moment he made a point of coming over to introduce himself to me, and he was without a doubt the pivotal factor in my decision to buy. He gave me a real sense that I could trust him completely, and I did. I stopped in the dealership to look at a used Tundra and walked out with a new Tundra Limited! It was just a no brainer deal. Tremendous knowledge of the sales profession and the Toyota vehicles. A very truthful individual. The staff immediately met us and introduced Dario to us. I was met by Courteous Staff who directed me to a sales person. Melanie Testa was great to work with. I received a fair price for my vehicle as a trade and a fair price for the car. I previously had both looked at and wasn't going to buy that night but it was fair and committed to purchase. In my case the vehicle was customized with a special interior and they found it and had it in 3 days with my approval on color. When looking you need to be open for a couple of colors which I was and so the vehicle was there and delievered as promised.

They really made the car buying experience simple, fast and fun! I can't say enough good things about my experience buying from Toyota of Greensburg. I have leased my last two Tacoma's from these guys, and I will be going back in the future. They are helpful and courteous, and you will not feel pressured during your car buying experience. Also, they have a huge inventory! If you can't find the car you want here, then you wont be able to find it anywhere else. The salesman (Corin) and sales manager (Sal) who worked with me, come highly recommended. They were both very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. These guys are looking to build a long term relationship, and handle themselves very professionally. The facility has been recently renovated, and is one of the nicest I have been to. As an architect, I have designed several auto dealerships in the area; but the quality of this building, and spacious customer lounge areas, cannot be matched in the greater Pittsburgh area. I will be going back, not doubt.

Last night we purchased a new RAV4 & we are very pleased again with our service. Our salesman for both vehicles was John S. Things can get busy at this dealership & everyone chips in to make sure the customer(s) are being taken care of. While John was busy, sales manager Sal stepped in & kept things rolling for us. On the 12th, last Tuesday, we purchased a gently used 2014 Honda CRV EX-L AWD. We were very pleased with the sales staff, especially Maria Tanis. Today, 3 days after purchase (15th) we had to call upon the service department to check on a vibration we were experiencing while braking. Immediately, and I mean immediately, the sales manager, Sal Cerra, was able to take our car into the shop and replace all 4 brake rotors, fixing the problem. Can't say enough about this sales manager. He was knowledgable, courteous, efficient and worked very hard to make a satisfied customer even more satisfied.

The process of searching and purchasing a car,used or new, is always an arduous task for me. However, I found my experience at Toyota of Greensburg less stressful than ever before in my experience. This was due in great part to our salesman. Dario Mancini. He was genuine, friendly , knowledgeable and most importantly, patient. he allowed me, the buyer, to work through which vehicle made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. No pressure, no rush!! When I finally made MY choice, Dario was very helpful in making all the arrangements to purchase, keeping in touch by emails and phone. The day we picked up the car,the staff and management were ready for us and any questions, concerns, or problems we might have. They helped with the bluetooth process and the paperwork for insurance and license. Everything was set. 1. During the $4.00 gas crisis, facing a 3 month wait, Dario aware we wanted a red Prius, called all of the Greensburg Toyota customers awaiting a Prius and found out none wanted a red one - the result, he delivered the car in 1 day. 2. Following an accident that we suffered at the hands of a drunk driver, Dario remained compassionate and listened as we worked our way through our choice of brands and models. Through his guidance, we decided on another Prius and he found us a great deal. 3. On the third occasion our car needed major some repairs and Dario, with Rob the service Manager and the new GM, helped us to evaluate the situation, repair or trade and we decided to purchase our third car, this time a new Hybrid Camry. It is the trust, integrity of the group that brings us back. Especially Dario!

I began by shopping for used RAV4's online. Noticed Toyota of Greensburg had a few so I went to dealer and met with John Sewchek. John was easy going and low stress with no sales pressure - a huge plus - as I told him I was not buying - just comparing the RAV4 to its... uhm... brand name, three-letter model competitor. He educated me on the 2012 and the design change of the 2013. I went home, did more homework on the two makes, and after I decided on the RAV4 I brought the wife in a few days later as it will be her primary vehicle. Again, John was aces!! All the used ones were clean with low miles - no clunkers there at all. He let us drive about half dozen RAV4's, answered all of our questions (some more than once) and once we settled on a 2013, he suggested we compare prices to a new 2015 with the zero percent financing vice the x% I was getting from my home bank. Again, no pressure - just suggesting. We left with the 2015. Only question mark on the evening was that price negotiations were minimal as they were solid on used prices and gave only a little on the new ones. No breaks for military, police, etc. I came out a bit above my budget, but if the RAV4 and all its electronic gadgets lasts like my old Corolla, it'll be worth it. All in all - two thumbs up!!! Well done. Now if Toyota could make a truck big enough to haul a gooseneck trailer, we'd be a two Toyota family.

It all began as I staggered into the Toyota Service area, fearing the worse for my ailing Avalon. Sure enough, in the capable and trustworthy hands of Beverly Peindl and the service department, the options were to make major, expensive repairs amounting to several thousands of dollars, or replace the car altogether. Considering the age of my Avalon, 15 years to be exact, good judgment favored instead to trade in the Avalon for another Toyota. Toward this end, I was introduced to salesman Cory Queen. Cory was of great help, very understanding and knowledgeable during the lengthy process of my finally selecting the Camry XLE 2012, which fit my requirements and budget. What followed next was the financial settlement with Maria, whose charm may have been exceeded by her competency in putting together a payment and extended warranty package acceptable to me. I might add that this was the fifth automobile that I have purchased through the years from Toyota of Greensburg, which says something positive for this dealership.

The service prices are competitive and people are friendly to the point of almost being "family." They have always taken the extra steps to try to give me what I've needed. It was only natural I would return to Toyota of Gbg. to buy my next car. And now, having just purchased my new Avalon from them last week, I can say the same attitude that brought me back to their Service Department will bring me back to their Sales Department if, for some reason, I would ever need a new car again at some time in my life. They not only were fair in the pricing of my trade-in, they bent over backwards to give me what I told them I needed, both with the vehicle and the financing. Owning a Toyota, however, I may very well never need another car again, but if I do, I'll be back!

I was able to upgrade my prsent Rav 4 to an xle model brand new for 2015 with a bunch of new highlights including a sunroof that I ave not been able to use yet because of the cold and snow! My friends are excitrd at the meallic blue color and style. As soon as I walked in the door, I was happily greeted by the woman sitting at the desk, who immediately set me up with a sales associate, Marc. Whoever designed this facility did a GREAT JOB. Its enjoyable to walk in but suggest some GOOD music would live in up the place. The greeter was very pleasant and the email from Sal is what prompted me to purchase a new truck(This is a great idea should be expanded). And Dave was certainly energetic and very very helpful. As something constructive, much of the paperwork should (if possible) workedup in advance to save all the time customers have wait to close the transaction. I've bought two new cars from this dealer. Both have been pleasant sales experiences. No problem on the front end. Service up to now has also been decent. It's always quick and the environment is pleasant. All the employees are very nice, pleasant and helpful. In September, my 2010 Scion was due for an oil change/maintenance, where they check it over for the unlimited power train warranty. I was told no problem, the car was good to go. In November, I take the car in for inspection, as I get free safety inspections there. I'm expecting the car to pass no problem, since I had put less than 500 miles on the car since it was last in. In fact, I should have had the inspection done in September. I guess it would have 'passed' then. Imagine my surprise when they tell me that my brakes had failed; that I need both brake pads and rotors all the way around, with an estimate of over $750!! I should have gotten another opinion, but at the time, I trusted them. It's funny too, they told me my tires just barely passed inspection; that I would need them within a month...I had another shop look at them, and they said I should easily get 6 or more months before I need to even start shopping for tires. A day or two later, I realized that the new brakes were making a sound that the car never made before. I got in touch with the dealer, and they got the car in the next morning to check it over. They said the new pads have a higher metal content than the factory pads. They also said the brakes will continue to make the noise...I wonder if this is because they're using cheaper parts now?? That's a shame, especially considering all the $$ I had just given them. After getting home from having the brakes installed, I went over my paperwork from my last appointment and realized how little mileage I had put on the car between visits. I emailed Toyota about it. They referred the matter to the dealer, saying the dealer would contact me in a few days. I did end up calling them myself over the brake noise issue. Once that was checked, I figured I would wait a few days to hear from them regarding my original complaint. I actually waited a week or so, and when I didn't hear anything, I called and spoke with their Customer Relations Manager. She was very nice and informed me that the Service Manager was off, but would call me back the following Monday. That was actually right after Thanksgiving that I spoke with her, and I have yet to hear back from the Service Manager. I guess my business isn't important enough to them to get back to me. I guess I need to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have to go back to them every six months to let them check the car over to keep my unlimited power train warranty in effect. Other than that, i will get all other service done elsewhere. I will also buy my next new car elsewhere. Their service department has changed to more of a sales model. I understand that they do need to sell things to make money, but if you take care of your customers, they will continue to come back and you will make even more money long term. I've been in sales/customer service for over 20 years, so I do have a valid viewpoint. I just received a marketing email from their sales manager...after my last service experience, I won't be back!! They've lost a customer with an excellent credit rating, who has just two payments to go on the car.

Had Corey Queen as my salesman and he did a great job. He was very informative and accommodating. Toyota of Greensburg has a ton of vehicles so the selection was better than I have ever seen. I would have given 5 stars all around except for the sales manager that came over when we couldn't quite agree on a price. I believe his name was Sal. He was rude to me, rude to my parents and just extremely arrogant. If ANY where else had the truck that I wanted I would have bought it there because of the treatment from this guy. Other than him, everyone was extremely polite from the receptionist to the woman in finance.

First I'm a Toyota fan and even more so now that I just bought and took delivery of a new 2015 Tundra Crewmax Platinum from Toyota of Greensburg. Obviously, the Tundra is amazing and so is this dealership! At first I contacted their internet service crew which directed me to Corey Queen. These guys were great and truly helpful - even after the purchase they provide a great seminar on all the features and accessories. Also, I asked for some accessories to be added and that was no problem for them. Overall, I encourage all to consider doing business with this dealership. One last thing . . . We first came to Greensburg Toyota after dealing with a Toyota dealership much closer to home. The other dealership wouldn't let us test drive the car we really wanted, saying they didn't feel it was the "one" for us. We left!! With some apprehension, we drove over an hour to Greensburg and left that day with the car we really wanted, the same car the other dealership wouldn't let us drive. Now several years later, we traded for a Rav 4 and we love it! Through these years we have had all our service work done at Greensburg Toyota and have had several family members buy cars from them as well. We are ALWAYS treated like family and with true respect. I had been looking for a specific Tacoma for a long time, checking all of the dealers in the Pittsburgh area, week after week. Toyota of Greensburg always had the largest selection and always the style I was looking for. However, something always hindered me from getting to the dealership when the trucks where there. They sell out so quickly. I had always heard great things about this dealership, so when the next shipment had the truck I wanted, we went in. All of the things I had heard were true. A very different experience at this dealer as opposed to some of the Toyota dealers I had stopped in. Our associate was Jared. He was very friendly and extremely professional in all ways. We always knew what the next step would be and how things were progressing. Everyone we came in contact with treated us like family, We didn't feel at all like the next mark. I truly appreciate that kind of service. Even though there are dealers much closer to my home, I will be bringing the truck back to Toyota of Greensburg for all of its service and needs.

Leased our first vehicle here after much consideration as to what brand and type of vehicle to go with. Zack Holiskey was our dealer who spent time showing me two vehicles, Highlander and RAV 4, on two different visits. Zack is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and did not "push" us into buying a car. He explained everything very well and gave us suggestions on every aspect of our purchase when we asked him to and worked with us to make the purchase we were most comfortable with when it came to price. We did end up leasing a RAV 4 XLE which I must say is a very nice, fuel efficent and has plenty of features to make your drive more pleasant. I purchased my SECOND corolla from Toyota of Greensburg. I wasn't interested in going anywhere else. In the 8 years I had my 2006 Corolla, they treated me great every time I went in for service. They never forgot I was the reason they were there. I purchased a 2015 Corolla from the same dealership. Class act as always! I was made to feel very important, like my business really did matter. They were very concerned that I was happy and that all of my needs were met. The only negative I would say is that their staffing for busy times wasn't well thought out. For Saturday being their busiest day, and the incentives they were offering, to have only 2 Finance Managers working was insane! I was there when they opened and I still had a 90 minute wait

Only problem we had was they are repaving the road, and you had no access once you went out of the dealership. A week ago my grandson borrowed my 2010 Tundra as his hitch fell off and he needed a truck. When he went to return it he said "I WANT IT!! THAT TRUCK HAS BALLS !!--I WAS DOING 80 IN A 55 MPH ZONE AND IT FELT LIKE I WAS DOING 35!!" I told him he was third in line as my son and his brother both had borrowed it and didn't want to give it back. Because of the EXCELLENT buying process in 2012 on the Tundra we went back to the same dealer when my wife needed a car and bought a 2014 Rav4. Excellent people and service!! We have just bought our third Toyota vehicle from Toyota of Greensburg. My husband wanted to trade in his 2008 Tacoma for a truck with a little more power for towing our poontoon boat. I was a little sceptical that we could get a bigger truck for around the same payment. Well I was proven wrong. Our Sales representive, Darrio Mancini not only put us in a 2014 Tundra with alot more towing capacity but the monthly payments stayed in the range which I was comfortable with for our budget. We've always like the Toyota of Greensburg dealership. Every time we've been there to either buy my husbands trucks or me my Camry, or get service on our vehicles, we've always been treated like part of the family. Everyone one there is friendly and we've always felt very comfortable. The dealership has a exceptional staff. Darrio had become a trusted friend, we will always trust his judgement, he's never steered us wrong. They are all a great bunch of people. Our business manager Leonard made the financial end a good buying experience, I didn't have that sick feeling of "What did I just do that for, maybe we shouldn't do this" feeling when I left his office. Melanie, the delivery coordinator explained how all the equipment worked. She made sure my husband felt comfortable working it all. All and all this dealership is a great place. We found the dealership online, even though it's just 5 minutes from our house. We went through the Internet Department (Ann Carleton), who quoted us a very fair price right away - without having to do any haggling. Once on site, we worked with Sal Cerra, who was very helpful without any of the usual "pressure sale" tactics we've encountered elsewhere. Eventually, Sal and the dealership was able to match a lower price quoted to us by a different dealership, and locate the color of our choice. The whole thing was done in less than a week (for a car that was not in their inventory). Very glad to find a dealership we like just right next to our house.

I will be honest. I have had 6 Toyota's (all but the first bought at Toyota of Greensburg) and have loved them all. But I had been mulling over trying another brand. After some thought though I decided that I liked a sure thing like Toyota of Greensburg too much to switch to another brand or dealership. Believe it or not John Q Adams in the service department was a big part of that decision. He treats you like a friend and not just a customer. The cream on top is that the service on my vehicles has always been great. Then when I decided to actually buy another Rav I called Lenny, my last salesman. As he was no longer in the sales department he put me in touch with my new salesman Corey. Corey was outstanding! He is very personable, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Greg is "no pressure" knowledgeable, personable and he remembers my family and our car preferences, and makes the process of buying a new car quick, easy, and actually enjoyable! Maria, in the finance department is very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. The service department is well organized, it is easy to schedule any maintaince work, they are considerate of my time and needs, and the complimentary shuttle is very helpful. I have not only referred a number of people to Toyota of Greensburg, I have gone with my mom and a friend when they were buying a new cars. Buying a new car at Toyota of Greensburg is a very satisfying experience.

He stated his responsibility was in finance, but he took all of my questions and answered them all to my satisfaction. After I exhausted him with my questions, he introduced me to Greg Nalevanko, who picked up where Lenny left off,they got the car I was interested in and gave me a deal I was quite pleased with. After both men assisted me thru the vast paperwork and told me the car was mine to go. They introduced me to Michelle. I was in the market for a "new to me" vehicle so like a good consumer I did my research and knew what I wanted before I stepped foot on the lot. What I wasn't expecting when I got there was the kind of service and friendlieness I thought you only saw in commercials. My internet salesman and my store salesman were wonderful. They were honest and upfront with me. I surprised them going in and saying this is how much I want to spend so what have you got. They didn't try to change my mind, instead they did the opposite. They did everything they could to help me stay in my budget and get everything and more I wanted in my new car. I walked away from the dealership extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase and myself for making smart decisions and very thankful for the help and guidance I received from my salesman. Chris kept us updated on our new purchase of a 2014 Blue Crush Rav4 - locating-arrival-installing accessories-prepped and ready to be picked up. Dan Boyd was great also and was I think the fastest we've even seen as far as paperwork goes. I think we spent less than 30min in his office due to EVERYTHING was all set for us to sign and this included some great stories too. Melanie Testa took the time where we needed too and made sure we both understood what she knew we needed to know. The Entune system is new to us so she took the time to explain what we needed and only to speed threw what we already knew about Blue tooth and Pandora. She even told us to feel free to call or email her with any questions about the new vehicle. The employees are really hanging in there with all the construction and I'm sure it's tuff on them But they seem to be all smiles - so hang in there I'm sure once it's all over it will be worth it. After having such a simple and fair buying experience purchasing our Highlander in April, it was a no brainier to come back here when looking for a truck for my husband. Once again, the process was beyond simple. We again worked with Cory (sales person) and Brian (sales manger) and got a very fair deal with straightforward negotiations. I was nervous being a first time car buyer, even though I had done plenty of research on different Toyota vehicles. Greg Nalevanko was a very knowledgeable and pleasant sales associate. He took me on a test drive on both highway roads and back roads. He explained the many features of the New 2014.5 Camry SE Sport and answered any questions that I had. He made my first time purchasing a car easy and stress free. I highly recommend contacting Greg Nalevanko for any future Toyota vehicle purchases you are interested in. Melanie Testa assisted me with the bluetooth feature in my new vehicle and gave me a tutorial on the many features it offered (sunroof, bluetooth, back up camera, ETC...) She was also a very knowlegeable and pleasant employee. Dan Boyd the Finance Director assisted me with all of the paperwork that I needed to complete. He was very patient and personable during this process. The customer service was 10/10 and the buying process was a 10/10. They are in the process of remodeling the facility, but it was still inviting to customers. Overall I would recommend this dealer to a friend/family member and give it a 10/10 perfect rating. this is a second Camry we have purchase at this dealership. I would not go any where else. The people who work there are outstanding and know there job.. This time we lease instead of buying. I was really nervous through this process. The Gentlemen walk us through the with no problems. We are leasing a Camry Hybrid Se limited Editions. This is a sweet car and it rides so comfortable. handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to who is looking for Hybrid. The power is great and the Gas mileage is wonderful. When we were looking for a car we were not looking for a hybrid but i am so glad we got this car. The seats are great I have not complaints about the car. You know I just love the Toyota. The cars handles so well. I even test drove a rav4 and believe me it was a hard decision to make. But with the price of gas we decided on the Hybrid. I bought a used car from them recently and when i took it to get an oil change they said there were all of these problems with it! it needs about $4,000 worth of work. They told me it was in perfect condition and it went thru their shop with no issues. The 2nd day i owned it, the check engine light came on. I called them about it and they said that they cant do anything for me. BUYER BEWARE. THEY LIE TO YOU JUST TO GET YOU DOWN THE ROAD THE THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first time buying a Toyota, or for that matter any import. I had always bought other makes in the past. My parents bought a 2006 Camry new and ever since I took it for a test drive I was sold. I was finally able to afford a new vehicle again and my first and last stop was Toyota of Greensburg. From the start, your salesman Chris Gonzalez, was dedicated to helping me and my family buy this car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked very hard and was very attentive to my family and I. I had planned on visiting two other dealerships but Chris and his positive attitude kept me from doing that. I am very happy with the car, the price I paid, and the service that Chris provided. This was my first experience buying a vehicle from Toyota of Greensburg. The quality of service was excellent, therefore I will be back. I started my purchase using Toyota of Greensburg's website. I filled out the online form and quickly was contacted by Bill Slater of Toyota of Greensburg's Internet Team. He answered all of my questions and started the quoting process. Any phone calls I made to him were quickly returned. Once I was transitioned to Toyota of Greensburg's Sales Office, I was paired with Greg Nalevanko. As before, all of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Greg was more than willing to show me any options I was considering. However, I had definite ideas of what I wanted, and Greg was understanding. He made suggestions where appropriate and did not pressure me on any models/options in which I had no interest. We just purchased our second Highlander (and 3rd vehicle overall) from Toyota of Greensburg. While we do live about 3 or 4 miles from the dealership, we are certainly willing to drive long distances to get the service and pricing that we want. Every time, though, we have been more than satisfied with Toyota of Greensburg. I love the lifetime warranty and their pricing was very fair. We always do extensive research into pricing and trade in values and come prepared. The first two purchases (2005 and 2008) did require a lot of negotiating, but we were able to come to an agreement. This experience, however, was much different. The "negotiations" were simply a few back and forth offers that took less than 10 minutes to complete. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely come here first when looking for a Toyota.

I just purchased my 6th Toyota Tacoma two nights ago. It was my 4th consecutive one from Toyota of Greensburg. Josh Detar was my salesman. While he didn't have to sell me on the benefits of buying a Tacoma, he treated me professionally, fairly, and listened to my needs. It was a real bonus that he had the exact 2014 Gray V6 Long Bed Sport Model on the lot to purchase that night. I was given a fair price on my trade and was pleased with my treatment from all of the employees I came in contact with. They conducted business as usual even though they are going through a remodel of the sales area. Greg N. was the sales rep who so kindly helped me through the purchasing process, even providing me with his personal cell phone so he could answer any questions I had, while they prepped & checked the vehicle before the transaction. They gave me a fair amount for my trade in, discounted my platinum warranty & and did whatever they felt necessary to earn my business. they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and check up, fixing any issues they thought I could arise in the near future, AND THEN SOME, all at no extra charge. The staff was friendly and I felt no pressure. It was a true pleasure purchasing this vehicle from Toyota of Greensburg. I hope to do business with them again some day.

We were unable to see any Eco-Corollas on the lot. Also, the color we wanted, we could not see on the lot. You need bigger swatches of the colors if you cannot keep a sample on the lot. We had to purchase the car without seeing a model or the color. Had we not purchased a prior car from you, we probably would have left without buying the car.

My wife Suzanne, son Gabriel and I brought our 2011 Sienna in for a brake repair. "Mr. Carl" gave us a ride to the local mall while the repair was taking place. He was very kind. Our son was very entertained by him, and when he brought us back to the dealership after the repair, which was done on time and professionally, my son even gave him a hug. That experience planted the seed in us to return for a new car. Originally we had intended to trade our Sienna in next year, but we browsed their online inventory and saw they had the 2014 Rav4 Limited in stock that we were interested in, despite not being the color we thought we wanted. We returned that very Thursday night to begin the trade-in process. We arrived shortly before 6pm and were introduced to a young, enthusiastic sales consultant named Josh. He was very kind and accommodating to our two young children, and even handled their spilled drinks with grace. When it came to the buying process, it took a considerable amount of haggling to arrive at acceptable numbers. Everyone was very kind and considerate, as I am the first to admit that our credit is less than stellar right now, but it still felt like a traditional buying process when we were asked on several occasions, "If I can get that monthly payment for you do we have a deal?" We did ultimately have a deal, and agreed to take delivery that Saturday morning. Unfortunately, delivery needed to be rescheduled for Monday evening, but this was not effectively communicated to us. We did not find out until after 4pm on Friday that the delivery could not take place as scheduled because financing had not been officially secured and the pay-off on our Sienna could not be obtained by our sales consultant. We had made arrangements for childcare, but had to cancel on our sitter because of their lack of timely correspondence. Despite these inconveniences, Suzanne and I were happy with the delivery process on Monday, as Layla did an excellent job teaching us about our Entune stereo systems. Dan in financing was extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a former member of a Toyota sales team, I am highly critical of the buying process, as I was trained to always deliver exceptional service without fail. We drove away in Suzanne's new Rav4 feeing very satisfied with the customer service, delivery process, and financing terms. We enjoyed having Josh as our sales consultant, and will buy from him again. Hopefully next time communication will be improved and the buying process will have a little less of that traditional feeling. We never felt any pressure or hassle to make a buying decision, but the fact that the numbers changed showed us that haggling is still part of the mindset of the Sales team and their managers at Toyota of Greensburg. In regards to the facilities, the dealership is in the process of revamping their showroom and service department, but we would never hold that against them. It was still a cool and comfortable environment. I look forward to seeing their improvements and enhancements. In conclusion, thank you to Carl, Josh, Layla, and Dan for their efforts and patience with us as buyers. We feel our business is appreciated, and we will certainly be having our 2014 Rav4 Limited maintained and serviced there for years to come.

After my Carfax issued on Saturday February 22nd, Patrick Martin-Sales Manager at Toyota of Greensburg called me the following Monday. I explain my problem to him. He explain to me how carfax works. In my case it was a clerical error on a dealership before I even purchased the car in Ohio. He contacted Carfax...got it fixed the next day!!! I have the up most respect for Mr. Martin...he did not have to help me!!! Josh Detar is an excellent young salesman, also professional and not pushy. I do have issue how the first appraisal was handled and presented to me. I do not have that person name. When you do see my original post dated February 24...please understand that was before Mr. Martin called me. I was very upset at how it was handled. Mr. Martin did not have to help me. It would have been extremely hard for me to get this fixed on my own...I know that. If I could remove that post or update it...I would!!!! I did purchase my 2013 Highlander...but Toyota of Greensburg were not able to get the vehicle I wanted. My next purchase...I would be sure to give Josh and Patrick a call!!!! To be honest, this has me rethinking my feeling about Carfax.

This passed Saturday, I went in to purchase a 2013 Highlander. What happened was I got treated like a criminal. When I complained that there offer for my trade was over $2000 lower of the Kelly Blue Book price (I did my homework)...they told me that they did not believe the odometer....that I did something to it!!! I purchase the car from an estate of a dear friend. He was in his 80's when he passed. The car was garage kept and has not seen snow as long as I have owned it. I is in GREAT SHAPE... But to accuse me of an illegal action... I run a business....I would never treat a custom this way!!!

This is my third time buying a car at Toyota of Greensburg. Each time the staff has been extremely helpful. Devin was our salesman this time and made it a very enjoyable experience. He was able to answer all my questions and had a lot of knowledge about the vehicles I was interested. When I was not sure which of several vehicles I wanted to deal on ; without a second thought he brought the vehicles from the lot so I could look at them in further detail. After narrowing my choices down to three vehicles he was able to get pricing on the vehicles regarding monthly payments and length of loan. After I made my vehicle choice, I was able to get the payment I needed for my budget as well as the length of loan I wanted. I set up a time to pick up the new vehicle at my convenience and it was ready when Devin promised. My good experience continued upon entering the finance office. Paul Eisaman is the BEST saleman EVER!!!! He found me my "perfect" car. I waited years to purchase a new vehicle because I always hated the experience of going thru the hassle process of getting one. When I began shopping for trucks, I promised myself I would drive the Chevy, ford, dodge, Nissan and Toyota full sized 1/2 ton trucks, and I'm so glad that I did. The Tundra at Toyota of greensburg was very impressive. But, the easy feeling that I had at the dealership with my salesman Devin also impressed me. But, I sti needed to fulfill my promise to myself and I visited a local Ram dealer near my home and began negotiations on the Ram. Wasted time, confusing numbers, and the lack of an honest effort and rapport with that Ram dealer allowed me to rethink my actions. I began thinking about the Tundra and Toyota of greensburg. I literally walked away from the Ram dealer and went straight to greensburg. I told my salesman Devin ( who I test drive with weeks earlier ) my situation and that I was ready for the Tundra. He and the management listened to me and offered me a fair deal. I walked out that day with my Tunra and was thankful for the lousy service at the other dealer because it made me rethink my decision and make a purchase from a better dealer that offered a better truck.

Don't waste your time with this dealer, especially if you're talking to Ann Carleton. She has NO IDEA what they have and don't have for sale. My husband and I wasted a few hours of our Saturday making the 1 hour trip to their dealership. Ann told us they had a vehicle that, when we arrived, had been sold. Nobody even had the courtesy to call my husband and I to let us know that this vehicle had been sold. I think they wanted us to come in so they could try to sell us something else. NEWS FLASH..when a customer is talking with you about a specific vehicle, that's probably the vehicle they want. No apologies from anyone at the dealership either. I guess they could care less. I would say, if they don't care, why should you. Overall experience...LESS THAN 1 STAR.

If I could rate LESS then 1 star I would. The absolute worst experience my wife and I have ever had, at any car dealer. We completed a credit app online to save time at the dealer. Spoke with Ann Carleton several times and also several emails over a couple of days. They had a White Highlander LMTD and we were assured it was available and would be clean and ready for us when we arrived. We wanted to make sure of this so as not to waste our time, or theirs, plus we were coming from an hour away, so we didn't want to make a wasted trip. Unfortanately that's exactly what happened. We arrived around 1130 am on a Saturday morning only to find out the vechicle in question had been sold and the person who purchased it was driving it away when we arrived.I know how long it takes to get a deal done from start to finish, so when this person was driving off the lot, we figured the vehicle was either sold the night before or at 9 am someone showed up and bought it. They never had the decency to call us and tell us it had been sold. Worse yet, they told US IT WAS AVAILABLE then sold it to someone else even though we were coming in to look at it, and had the credit app already completed. What a joke. Needless to say WE LEFT highly upset because they didn't have another of the same vehicle. ANOTHER JOKE. Sell the only one you have to someone after telling us it was available and would be clean and ready. Even more of a joke, calling to speak to the GENERAL MANAGER,Gary Semanchek and NEVER RECEIVING A CALL BACK. Needless to say if this is how they conduct business, it's for the better we didn't buy from them. They say Toyota of Greensburg, 'Home of the Lifetime Warranty.' I SAY BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, If it sounds to good to be true, It probably is, otherwise most other deaslers would offer the same thing.Do your self a favor, Go to another Toyota dealer.

If i could rate less than one star, i would. Do yourself a favor, choose another dealer. This was the absolute worst experience at any car dealer, ever, for my wife and I. We were at the dealership to buy a 2013 white Highlander Limited. We filled out the credit app the night before to save time. We were told by Ann Carleton the vehicle was available, it would be cleaned and ready for our arrival. We made the 1 hour trip and arrived just before 12 noon, asked for the internet department as instructed by Ann only to find out the vehicle was SOLD! Unbeleivable! It wasn't sold when we arrived, it had to have been sold either the night before or at 9 am someone showed up and bought it. The vehicle already had a plate on it when we showed up, and the purchaser was basically driving away when we arrived. This is truly unbelievable. Tell us it's available but not have the common courtesy or decency to call us Saturday morning before we left our home, to drive an hour, and tell us it had been sold. Better yet, sell a vehicle to someone when you knew you had a customer coming in to look at it, and who already had a credit app finished, and not have another of the same vehicle on your lot. What an absolute joke of a dealership. Honestly if this is how they do business it's a godsend we don't have to deal with them. They say, 'home of the lifetime warranty' BEWARE, thats probably another joke or other dealers would be doing the same. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Don't waste your time at this dealer!

On January 2, 2014, we purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Greensburg. The purchasing process was made very easy because of the commendable actions of the dealership staff. I was searching online for a specific model and color of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. I made a query regarding a vehicle listed on the Toyota of Greensburg internet site. I received a call from Bill Slater who answered my questions regarding the internet price listed for the Highlander and set-up an appointment to test-drive the vehicle. At my request, Bill also sent me an email containing the internet price for the Highlander using each of the available incentive options. Without this information, I would not have driven the 33 miles to Greensburg to purchase this vehicle. I already knew the typical price people were paying for this vehicle and did not want drive 33 miles to haggle over the price. Bill Slater sold me the Highlander before I ever arrived at Toyota of Greensburg. When we arrived at the dealership, I asked to speak to a member of the internet staff and met Greg Nalevanko. Greg had already had the Highlander outside the showroom and warmed-up for our test drive. The overall efficiency of the purchasing process was enhanced by having our trade-in evaluated while we were on our test-drive. When we returned, Greg worked patiently with us while we compared various financing options and decided how much, over the value of our trade-in, we were going put down. In addition, he suggested, and we agreed to purchase floor mats and a full protection plan for our Highlander. We love our new SUV. When I saw the poor mileage I got on my last tank of gas I just decided this was not the right car for me now. I retired and the other vehicle would be expensive in respect to upkeep. Got on the website and found the car I wanted and went in the next day. I bought another Prius, which is my third. I should never have gotten rid of the last one! Now that I have time to travel I will be saving so much on gas. John, my salesman was so friendly and there was no pressure. I have purchased here before and have again and hope to in the future.

Over the years I have purchased many vehicles from high end dealerships. I've been searching for the perfect vehicle with all the options I wanted for multiple months within a 500 Mile Radius. I was at dinner Saturday night and found the vehicle at Toyota of Greensburg. After dinner, I made the hour long trip up to see the vehicle around Midnight. I instantly knew that I wanted the truck. I returned to the dealership on Monday to see if I can work out a deal to trade my vehicle in and purchase a new one. When I arrived at the dealership I was met with friendly staff who set me up with the salesman Jim Bernstein. Jim is a fantastic guy. He worked with me from start to finish even delivering the vehicle to me after a long day. It really made my experience at Greensburg Toyota a very pleasant one. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to make the trip out to Greensburg instead of any of the Pittsburgh Dealerships!

What a great experience at Toyota of Greensburg. I was in the market for a used Honda CRV and saw a great 2009 on the website. I called to make sure that it was still at the dealership. I found out it was there and scheduled to come in the next day for a test drive. My wife and I showed up and we were greeted by a sales men named Joe Santavicca. I let Joe know that I scheduled a test drive for the Used Honda CRV. Joe went to get the keys and came back and stated that they sold it late last night. I was a little sad because I was set on that CRV and coming from a family that drives Hondas, I was pretty set on that one. I was researching a 2010 Toyota Rav4 on line to compare the two and found that the Toyota seemed a little bit of more what I was looking for in a SUV, but I was set on the Honda because of my past with them. Joe said he would show me the Rav4 and let my wife and I take it for a spin. He went over all the features of the SUV and I almost fell in love with it before I tested out how it drove. After the test drive I knew I wanted it and my wife agreed. I let Joe know I was on a tight schedule because I had to be at work in a couple of hours. We sat down and talked numbers and came to a deal really quick. He then processed all the paper with his finical management and I was on my way with my new used RAV4...Let me tell you, I love this SUV. I did not expect to come out with a vehicle that day and was surprised not to be driving a Honda, but the RAV4 is just what I was looking for. This was an awesome experience and will want to do all my car shopping at Toyota of Greensburg and encourage anyone who is looking for a new or used car to go and check them out and make sure you ask to work with Joe Santavicca, he is the best.

Making a deal or not depends in large part on making a connection with the sales representative. In our case, we were going to purchase a new Tundra from "someone" and it really didn't matter if it was Toyota of Greensburg or one of their competitors. Our experience buying vehicles over the years has been like visiting the dentist...although necessary, it's usually unpleasant and sometimes painful. By luck of the draw (or rather assignment by Brian Moore) we ended up with Zack H. as our sales representative. Zack was very polite and very low key; which is exactly what one looks for in a dentist...I mean sales person. Okay, I'll dispense with the sad attempt at humor... Here is the bottom line for us; we liked Zack and the way he handled the entire process. He was always attentive to our needs and never strayed to far or very long although he had other customers. Another thing; I don't know if he realized the importance of his answers to several questions I asked...what do you like best about your job?...what do you think about T.O.G?...how much pressure are you under to make a sale?...etc... Zack had the correct and appropriate responses to the questions, not rehearsed...not canned...but certainly honest. After some tough negotiations on price, accessories, and trade in value of our car, we purchased a 2013 Tundra Rock Warrior. As I stated previously, we were going to buy a truck from "someone"...Zack and the sales team made the experience one of the best we've had. Thanks!

I stopped over to look at a car that I knew only a little about. By the end of my test drive I felt like I knew everything there was to know about the car. Not just about the features, but about the warrantee, reliability, and some interesting information about the Scion buying experience. This wasn't a hard sell, they actually wanted me to find the car that was right for ME not for their pay check. I told them what I wanted and what I could afford and thats what they gave me. I got an awesome trade in on my car as well. From there we checked for any rebates, which was just enough to bring the car to my desired payment, even after some great warrantee and rust proofing options. By the time I signed my last paper I had a new car, detailed, sitting out front with my plate already in place and some waiting to give me my keys and teach me about my options! They even took (with my permission) the stuff from my old car's trunk and put it in my new car! Oh and how can I forget to mention the unheard of interest rate they got? I was more than pleasantly surprised with how low it was. In the past year I have accompanied three people in their car buying process all at different local dealerships, and I can personally say that mine was the easiest, quickest, and best of them all (and just because it was me getting the car this time). I was looking for a used car and after looking for cars in cars.com and the websites of local dealerships in Greensburg PA I came across to Hyundai Sonata 2006 with low miles. When I visited Toyota of Greensburg I was approached by Chris Gonzales and he did a very good job with showing me the car, taking me to a test drive and answering all my questions with high level of professionalism. After inspecting the car I wanted to take the car to a mechanic just to get a second opinion. Chris explained that they already check everything before selling the car, but he didn't have any objections at all and didn't try to convince me otherwise. Actually he made several calls himself to local mechanics, but we ended up driving to a mechanic whom I spoke to originally, since the other ones were busy at the time (my mechanic was little farther from the dealership). We spent several hours with car inspection and taking the car to the mechanic, but Chris was very friendly and patient throughout the process. I decided to buy the car and Chris Gonzales and Maria Pontero processed my paperwork. Maria was very nice as well. She explained me in details the benefits of different options (extended car warranty, gap insurance), but didn't try very hard to convince me to purchase the options which I didn't need (I ended up buying the extended car warranty, since I was thinking of doing that even before, based on my bad past experience with a used car). I will definitely recommend Toyota of Greensburg, as well as Chris and Maria as nice and professional people to do business with.

Talk about a real disappointment...let me tell you about my experience with Toyota of Greensburg and Bill Slater. I have been looking for a used truck for quite a while, I found the truck that I thought I was looking for on their website. After contacting Bill Slater and asking several questions, he assured me this truck was WONDERFUL, after him sending me additional pictures I was sure this was my truck. Being as I live more than 2 hours away I was convinced by Bill Slater that the trip would worth my while. After working all day my wife and I decided to drive up and take a look...WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Rust bucket, no way it would pass even the most lenient inspection. Even though Bill said it was rust and dent free and passed a 100+ point safety check. As far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't buy a little red wagon from them for my son to ride, the tire would probably fall off or it would break in half.

Our decision to buy a car at all was recent. We have a 2009 Camry XLE and love everything about it. My husband has been using my mother's Cobalt for work since she is no longer able to drive. Let's just say it has not been his fave car. So he started thinking about a Corolla mainly because of the deals currently being offered by Toyota. Changed his mind to another Camry LE, also because of the deals and the car. Not quite as cushy as our first one, but lots of great features on its own. It's only been a few days, but no buyer's remorse at all! Great car and Greensburg Toyota was wonderful all around, from the young lady who greeted us to John our salesman and everyone in between before and after! Great experience. Expect when it is time we will be back to Greensburg for our next Toyota.

We were doing our home work looking for a great deal, going on line, studying news papers, comparing club membership offers, and visiting dealerships. When I came across the Toyota of Greensburg Ad with a great price and free life time warranty, it was the Blessing I was looking for. We made one last stop at a local Toyota Dealership that was able to match the Advertized price but couldn't offer the Life time warranty. When we arrived at Greensburg Toyota, salesman Chris Gonzalez treated us well, his product knowledge, and his helpfulness made us comfortable that we were making the right product choice. Manager Brian Moore then went the extra mile with us to meet our trade in needs. Toyota of Greensburg made the buying experience really easy. I was impressed by the selection of Tacomas they had in stock! In the Pittsburgh area, dealers just typically don't have many manual trans., so I was expected that I was going to have to compromise on color in order to get a manual. They had a ton of manuals in all different colors and trims and motors so I got exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough good things about my salesman, Chris Gonzalez. He made everything so easy, he was never pushy at any point, even when I started changing my mind between extended cab and dbl cab... then between 3 different colors. I'm just not used to having so many options! Chris really made it super easy. He is truly an outstanding salesman and I look forward to giving him a call again soon! Thanks Chris!

The buying process was made simple by the staff, which was honest, helpful, and showed a genuine concern about fulfilling our needs completely. As it relates to the "add ons" after the sale the business manager, Maria Ponterio was very informative without being pushy, and that was appreciated. She and my wife spoke about some related personal experiences and the process felt very personal and not businesslike. We did have to wait an hour or more to complete the paperwork. There was a minor issue with undercoating overspray on wheel covers, but resolved on the spot. My wife and I had been shopping off and on for a new truck to replace my 2008 Ford F-150 for a few months. I've always loved Toyota trucks but did not have them high on my list due to their reputation for being higher priced than the popular domestic brands. After visiting several Ford/Chevy/Ram dealers in the Southwestern PA area and being treated terribly, we decided to take a drive to Greensburg Toyota to check out the Tundras and see about their popular lifetime warranty. The first thing we loved as soon as were arrived was not being immediately hounded by a salesman. We looked around for awhile, decided that we wanted a test drive and went inside to find a salesman. Larry Jenkins assisted us upon entering with a very friendly welcome and offered to take us on a test drive. He was very patient and professional to my wife and I as we took 2 different Tundras on pretty long test drives. I instantly fell in love with the trucks. As I deep down always felt, Toyotas build quality, ride, and comfort are a huge step above any other competitor. When we returned to the dealer, Larry asked if we would like to discuss trade values and prices. We agreed and started the appraisal process. After the appraisal for my trade was finished, Larry asked if we were seriously interested and wanted to discuss final prices. My wife (being the conservative spender) told me that most she was willing to pay out the door and not a penny more. Believe me, I thought she was crazy! The price she wanted was so low I thought we'd never have a chance. However, I loved the truck so much I figured I had to give it my best effort. All I can say is that Larry and I haggled professionally for only 5 minutes until he and his manager agreed to sell me the brand new truck at the exact price my wife requested...along with zero percent financing!!! I was sooo excited! We bought the truck that day and I can honestly say I love the truck more and more every minute. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had...along with getting a better price on the Toyota over any Ford or Ram dealer we visited and getting a lifetime warranty!!! My original car was a Toyota Corolla (1971). Was extremely please with it. Deviated form Toyota for several years the cam back min the 1980s. I had to learn the hard way. Very please with all aspects of my recent visit. Mutual goals - price, quality, etc. were met. I expect at least 5 years from the 2011 Camry I just bought.

Our family is a Toyota family. I have a 2011 Highlander, my husband has a 2010 Tundra and our son has a 2013 Tacoma...we bought all 3 vehicles from here practically over the phone. Told them exactly what we were looking for and was never disappointed when it came time to go see our vehicles. Even though they are over 3hrs away from us.we will continue to buy from these guys. We like the friendliness and honesty of the staff, they never pushed on us anything we did not want. I love my Highlander as much now as the day I got it. John,John Sewchick,Maria and Maureen were outstanding! I was treated with respect and John listened to my requests and asked me several times about my decisions so he could research stock and find the correct vehicle. At no time did he try do supply something that i did not want or try to switch things around to suit the dealer. You will enjoy visiting and probably end up buying your car or truck from them. IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!

I had a great experience buying my new 2013 RAV4 from the Greensburg dealership. Greg Nalevanko was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the car. From the start he was able to get me in the vehicle and let me test drive it without wasting any of my time. He wasn't pushy, but was enthusiastic about his job which makes a world of difference when shopping for cars. The sales staff was very friendly and made the shopping and buying experience hassle free and enjoyable. I was surprised how little they compared their product to other vehicles unless I prompted them to, but rather they simply sold their car without badmouthing the competitors. It's tough to beat the atmosphere and great products at Toyota of Greensburg!

My name is Donald, I visited this dealership on Saturday the 11th 2013. I was greeted in the parking lot by a man named Matt. He ask if he could help me and I told him I was just looking and that my credit was not so good, so I was looking to see what i could afford. He stated he was one of the managers and he would get a salesperson, but he said based on the fact your credit is shot, I would recommend flannery cars up the street they deal with people like you! I was so insulted I basically ran to my car and left. I will never go back. This company should not have rude managers working for them that treat poor credit customers differently than others.

We met Chris last march when we bought a sion xd and I must say if it weren't for Chris we would not have had such a great experience. Chris has been the best calling and checking on things with the xd, then we bought a tundra, then my son bought an fj crusier, then in Januaray we traded the xd in on an frs. Chris helped every step of the way going way above and beyond his job. Chris has become a part of our family. Zack (tall zack) and Maria have been super too, Zack helped when Chris was busy always such a great guy. Maria is such a great person helping with all the paper work and a great shoulder always there when you need her. On 2/22/13 I fell and have been out of work so we needed to down size so once again we turned to Chris who made trading in my frs much easier than I could ever imagined, Chris knowing us as he does now, knew I would want a sion IQ and that my husband wanted a camry he knew neither one of us would be happy with the others choice so once again he put us in the car he knew both of us would fall in love with and he was so right we both absolutly love our corolla. After hearing countless horror stories of buying your first vehicle, I was a little hesitant in going to a high volume car dealer. In retrospect, I couldn't have chosen a better place to purchase my vehicle. I would like to first thank John S. for such a pleasant experience. From the moment I first walked in, to the moment I left with keys in hand, John was extremely professional, courteous and very accommodating. Even after I purchased the vehicle he called to see if I had any questions or concerns. First class customer service! As for the dealership, it was an absolute hassle-free transaction. I received the exact car, features and price that I wanted, no bartering necessary. I did not feel a sense of pressure or urgency as so commonly experienced when dealing with cars salesman. When making the actual purchase, I was fast-tracked through the financing department after showing up late and somewhat unannounced. This process was again, flawless. All-in-all my experience with Toyota of Greensburg was incredibly unexpected. I was blown away. Saying that they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I am somewhat of a difficult customer to please, and I can't even find something to complain about. In conclusion, would I recommend Toyota of Greensburg? YES! Would I purchase from again? This was my second experience, leasing a car at Toyota of Greensburg, Pa. and I have to say that both were excellent experiences compared to other car buying experiences I have had over the past 40 years. The salesman, Dario Mancini and the sales managers were very frank, helpful and courteous making my overall experience a very positive one. Upon completion of the paperwork, the service representative, Melanie Testa was quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining the features of the car including the navigation system which was new to me. I can also say that my experiences over the past three years at the service and maintenance center have always been very good. The people are always upbeat and very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experiences at Toyota of Greensburg as excellent and would recommend them to anyone looking for an automobile and great follow up service.

I was heart set on getting a 2013 Tacoma TRD Sport. Respectfully deserved, there was nothing that Toyota Financing could do for me due to how bad my rating was. But luckily I had gotten approved through my credit union the next day. After my credit union handed me a check to get the truck I spoke in great detail with "7" dealerships in the area, and decided to go with Toyota of Greensburg. We have purchased many vehicles over the years, including some very high-end luxury ones. We recently purchased a 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser SUV. We couldn't be more please or thrilled with our decision. It is definitely a fun car to drive, even more fun than driving a Range Rover HSE! Recently, our daughter' s school loans became due - ouch! Those of you that are facing the same situation know exactly what we mean. Since we our both retired, we decided that in order to maintain our quality of life, we had to reduce our monthly cash outlay. We decided that the best way to resolve the matter was to sell our high-end vehicles. Unfortunately, during this ordeal, we made some very costly mistakes. We needed to find a dealership that would understand our unique dilemma. We knew that we both wanted to purchase a Toyota. So, out of desperation and without any expectations, we visited Toyota of Greensburg. It was an embarrassing situation for us to say he least as we began to tell our story. Immediately and without hesitation, Tracey, our salesperson, assured us that she could resolve our problem without all the embarrassment. The formula was simple, she wanted to sell us a car, and, we wanted to purchased one. All of us approached the situation in complete honesty - wow, what a refreshing idea. It was through this honest approach that Tracey and the manager carefully guided us through to our end goal. The courtesy, kindness, and, understanding that was shown us was far greater than we ever could have imagined - that includes those high-end sales people! We were treated more than customers - we were treated as people! During our negotiations, everyone left the table a winner - which in our opinion, is the way it should work. Eventually, we not only purchased the SUV we wanted, but, saved hundred of dollars in our monthly expenses - a real "no brainer." The experience was a joy; and, we wish to thank the many people that made this all possible - Tracey, Maria, Mel, Brian, and, of course, the manager, Brad - what an honest team. In summation, the Cruiser is a pure joy to drive, and, what fun. We strongly and highly recommend Toyota of Greensburg for your next purchase. This is actually our second purchase at Toyota Greensburg. We brought our Tacoma in for inspection and while we were waiting walked around the showroom. We really liked the looks of the new Rav 4 so we asked the greeter a few questions. She was very helpful and ended up getting Matt Cline , a salesman for us. He was not at all pushy and very courteous. They were able to give us a very fair trade in on our truck and we did end up making the purchase. The whole process was easy and actually pleasant.

Soon as I walk through the doors the lady greeter and the sales staff made me feel comfortable.Soon I was introduced to my salesman Greg Nalevanko.He then took me to his office and ask if I would like anything coffee or tea before we started talking anything about the sales this did relax me and soon I thought to myself this might be for the first time a good experience of buying a new vehicle.After he made me feel comfortable he ask what kind of vehicle I was looking for and what features on it did I want.I proceeded to tell him that I wanted a Tacoma truck and what accessories that I wanted on it. He soon located the color and the type of truck I was looking for.Greg is very knowledgeable of the Toyota product he is selling.He made it very easy to choose a Toyota truck over Ford, Dodge, or Chevy.After he took me for a test drive and explained to me all the features a Toyota had to offer.We went back to this office after the test drive and Greg explained all about the warranties Esp.the lifetime warranty which was the deal clincher for me.Also my neighbor and his son Bob Anderson had purchased two new Tacoma trucks from Toyota of Greensburgh in the past and were well pleased with customer satisfaction and service.So this was two reasons I chose Toyota of Greensburgh the salesman Greg and my neighbors that I bought my new 2013 Tacoma truck here.Also after the purchase Melanie Ann took me inside my new truck and showed me all the electronic features it offered esp. the bluetooth phone and she did excellent job.I wished the Honda dealer would have this when I bought my new 2012 Honda I might be using my Bluetooth in it now.

Closed the deal last night on a 13 Rav4. Had the pleasure of doing business with a young man who has only a few months experience, but you never would have known it by his wealth of knowledge and easy going, confident, no pressure salesmanship. The overall car buying experience was one of the best I have had. I don't think anyone likes the process but the team at Greensburg Toyota made is efficient and no hassle. I drove an hour to look at a car I found on the Internet. The salesman, Dario heard me inquiry about the vehicle that was actually a trade from one of his customers so he had some history with the vehicle & more importantly the previous owner. In the midst if a slammed Sat afternoon he & the Manager were able to quickly move through the details & make a deal that I felt good about. Based on my schedule, I arranged for delivery a few days later and easily worked through the finance, warranty, and delivery process. Seem like a good group of people that approach you as a person, respect your time, and aim to deliver satisfaction.

We have bought 2 cars at Toyota of Greensburg and has always been very pleased with the way they take care of us. The service department has always serviced our 2011 Toyota Corolla and they do a good job on trying to get you out as quickly as they can. Everyone up there has been really good people to deal with. Love the coffee machine.

Dario Manicini, the sales person, and everyone I saw at Toyota of Greensburg (PA) were knowledgeable, courteous, and LISTENED to what I wanted. Even though I was looking at other cars and dealers, my choice was actually easy-the 2012 RAV 4 and Dario at Toyota of Greensburg.

Joe, Dan and Lenny did an excellent job getting us into our 2005 Rav4. It felt like Joe could read our minds and led us to the perfect vehicle for our needs. Dan and Lenny did an awesome job getting our financing completed. I am so pleased with this vehicle...only little complaint was the battery died the next day (it was the original one) and the floor mats were missing.

I traded in my chevy aveo for a toyota corolla and can now breathe easy with my lifetime warranty! My salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all. It was a great experience from start to finish. The Salesman was great and it really felt like they were doing what they can to get me a good deal. I ended up with a great new car when i only thought i could afford a used one. Ask for Mathew Cline for your salesman, It was an amazing experience.

I would not send my enemy to this dealer. They are terrible, do not care about their customers. All they want to do is sell a car, even of they have to lie about things. My salesman told me I had to wait 4-6 weeks to get the title in order to make some changes to my financing, waited 4 weeks and called back hoping to get some good news. The new salesman I spoke to said I didn't have to wait at all! The first salesman must not have known Anything! Their call center is terrible, prices are high, and I just would not recommend this dealer to anyone I knew.

**PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE YOU USE TOYOTA OF GREENSBURG** I took my toyota to get serviced because of bad noise coming from motor. The technician told me nothing was wrong. The manager was arrogant and very rude. The majority of the techs are young and while waiting I saw the techs doing burnouts with customers vehicles. Later that week i took my toyota to a different toyota dealer and they discovered my tensioner bearing was about to fail. Now I drive 1 hour away to get my toyota serviced, believe me the long drive is worth it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DON'T GO TO TOYOTA OF GREENSBURG.Thank You for reading.

We have purchased 6 new ones + used cars an equinox. subaru,& a ford ranger truck ALL within the last 6yrs. Everyone we delt with was,attentive to our needs and questions.No high pressure salesmen. The new car owners dinner was great(last night).Good food desert and drinks. Would not consider buying anywhere else.

I would recommend this dealer to all my friend and family. This is worth the trip to go to greensburg. The sales people to not pressure you in to buying but will guide you every step off the way. They are willing to work worth you The saleman that I dealt with was very nice and helpfull.

I attended the customer appreciation dinner this evening and was disappointed to learn that if you DID NOT attend this dinner, your free lifetime stste inspection warranty was null and void. I was never made aware of this and just happened to attend. I also learned that if you do not have this warranty paper with you, you must pay for your state inspection. It seems to me that all of this info should be in the computer. I bought the extended warranty the dealership offered, now I wonder what other "surprises" they have in store for me!

Awesome!at!at! Amazing!at!at Unforgettable! I will be buying more. I love love love my car! Treated me with such respect. Made me laugh and was so comforting even as stressed and upset as I was before arriving there. I would tell anyone to buy a car here! I am very Happy with everything this dealership had to offer...Even had a place for my kids to relax and had cartoon on so i did not have to think. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Please do your research before buying a used car from this dealer. They are trying to sell cars for way over KBB. I looked at a car it was KBB around 8k in perfect condition really worth about 7k. There retail price a whopping $12,500.00 Just beware and do your home work and check KBB. I had this happen to me once and payed for it I was upside down on the car it was worth less than what I owed.
