Couldn't rate the facility since it's in the midst of a remodel, but so far the building looks like it will be fantastic. Neal provided us with excellent customer service and feedback on our visit to drive and compare the Edge and the Explorer. Now all we have to do is review our notes and the specs on both before making our decision. Neal made it easy with no high pressure talk...something that makes me walk away. Won't forget his name (at least his last name) since it coincidentally is ours as well!

Bought a vehicle on line. Talked to salesman and stated would take vehicle and we are on our way. Which was over an hour away. Of course nothing was ready. Manager on duty knew nothing. Vehicle hadn't even been cleaned up. Realized didn't receive keyless access code to the door, called back and was told it would be $60 for them to get that for us.

As the owner of a highly rated small business I am very picky about customer service. I received absolutely first rate service from Tom Wood. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was very impressed by Tony Anderson who was friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The entire experience from the phone call to completion of the work was seamless, professional and truly excellent. Great work from a great group of people who know how to make a customer feel valued and important regardless of what the reason for your visit.

We were very please with the quality of service we received from Tom Ford, especially the salesman Greg. They got our company into two new vehicles with exceptional pricing and professional.

I had a very good experience, Greg Moore was my sales rep. We talked the first time almost a year before I actually got the truck. About midway through that period of time Greg follow-up with an email just to check-in, which was a good touch on his part. Ultimately, when I was ready Greg was the one I sought out to see the process through.

Was a used vehicle i was goin to look at, so i didn't expect it to be in perfect shape, but the webpage stated it had been perfesionally cleaned, and 4 point inspection had been done. When i called to check and ask, they told me it was in really good shape for a used truck. Truck was leaking oil, quater panels were rusted so bad i could have pushed my finger through the quater panel. Transmission fluid was full of clutch dust, truck was low oil, and the front hub was so bad i would have been afraid to drive it home

My wife and I have had nothing but positive care at Tom Wood Ford, especially in the service department. Of all the cars I have been thru, I am most pleased with Tom Wood. We recently had an issue with my wife's car that was extremely hard to troubleshoot, which likely originated at the factory and manifested itself recently. Tom Kashman (service manager), Kim (the service writer), and the mechanic(s) all worked hard and pulled out all the stops with us and everything worked out great-- the best service experience I have had. When you have an investment and you get the response like this, it has motivated me to shop at Tom Wood Ford when I trade my truck in. Thanks guys!

My wife and I decided to buy our 3rd Ford Escape, this time a 2017 SE. We shopped around on the internet including Autotrader, Cars.com, Carpro.com, Truecar.com, KBB.com and other sites, including watching TV and newspaper print ads. We were also shopping for other SUVs including Kia Sorento, Toyota RAV4, Subaru Forrester. We felt that the 2017 Ford Escape was the best fit for us (my wife is its primary driver) and so we solicited quotes on the internet. The best offer and most descriptive came from Greg Moore at Tom Wood Ford in Indianapolis (off Keystone near Carmel line and I465). We made an appointment and were met in the lot (under construction for a new dealership) by Greg and he was very courteous and respectful of our wishes, not pushy like other dealership sales folks we have encountered. Low key approach was appealing to us. He explained the differences between 2016 and 2017 Escape and we were sold on the 2017. He helped us get a good deal for our tradein (a 2006 Escape we had gifted to our daughter but with high mileage) and also got us an X plan discount since I worked for a supplier to Ford. He also eliminated one upsell feature (recording of the VIN in some database) and sold us on the other upfit, a safety flasher for the top rear brake light called PULSE. And threw in some free car mats. Our final price was well below MSRP. Total deal was negotiated in about 2 hours (it was a cash deal, not financed) without the usual finance guy upsell pressure, and after the new Escape was prepared we drove it away that afternoon. Only downside was that the Pulse did not work so we brought it back 2 days later and they fixed it promptly (misconnection) at no charge. Also returned $99 of our document fee of $199. We will definitely shop for our next new car at Tom Wood Ford and ask for Greg Moore again. He gets an Attaboy from us and Tom Wood Ford will be our first dealer of choice from now on.

Greg was great to work with, talked on phone about model, was so helpful during our appointment - explaining truck, dealing with them in price, service, and the negotiating process. He listened, did not play the sales game, showed me great respect and was so helpful and fun to deal with during the negotiating and buying process. I would highly recommend him as a knowledgable and caring salesman, along with his relationship with management during the purchasing decision

I purchased a vehicle from Tom Wood Ford in Fishers, about a week ago. My experience was Awesome from the beginning. I intially came in for an oil change on my vechicle. The service technician Darryl was very professional. As I waited for my car to be serviced I browsed the inventory considering a trade in. The Sales Associate Chris Grimes catered to my needs and wants in regards to trading my vechicle in for a newer one.Chris was great in assisting me with the vechicle that was best suited for me. Dave in The Finance Department, was a major blessing in not only making my car payments reasonable but exceeding my expectations with a lower payment than I excepted!!! In regards to recieving a great insurance qoute, Doug Johnson is the guy to see, working inside of Tom Wood Ford! I left from Tom Wood Ford in Fishers with a Four year newer truck with everything I wanted and to top it off my monthly payments are lower!!! A special Thanks to the GM manager Rich Marowski, not only did he make it all happen he goes above and beyond to make sure you are Completely satisfied with your experience!!! The Receptionist Samantha was very professional as well. Every person I came into contact with at Tom Wood Ford were very professional! Great group of people over at Tom Wood Ford! Check them out for all your Car needs!!! Thanks Guys!!

My husband and I bought a 2012 ford fusion sport from Tom Wood. We love the car but have had nothing but trouble since. About a month after buying, we had several storms and we noticed the windshield wipers were not working properly. We took it back in and they didn't want to fix them since it had been a month. They finally relented and fixed them, but a day later we noticed the sun roof had quit opening. Took it back, and they had accidentally unhooked a connection. When we returned to pick it up, they had scratched a portion of the tint off the front windshield that we had to go through the hassle of fixing. Recently the car got a flat. We purchased the tire protection so my husband to it in to get it fix for free- great. When he picked up the car Monday the rim was all scratched up and now we have to find a time to take it back so the can fix that, but only because we had taken a before picture on our phones! Bottom line- you'll never be in this place just once. Never had trouble with the showroom staff but the service center is horrible and a pain. I will not buy from here again, and the only reason I take our car there to be fixed is because of the warranty. Be very wary of this place. Horrible service and rude staff. Be sure to take before and after pictures of the part they are fixing like we did, or they won't fix it!Now they refuse to fix the windshield wipers that are still not working because I posted a bad review on Yelp. Horrible immature way to run a business. Tom the service manager is like dealing with a 12 year old boy.

While looking for our latest vehicle, we were fortunate enough to come across Greg Moore at Tom Wood Ford in Indianapolis. Greg possesses a great professional customer interaction while keeping you in control of your final selection process. He draws out the proper questions and answer to maximize the information that really best suits what you are looking for. Many of us have biases that sometimes can hinder our decision making, but when you have a exec like Greg, the final choice is the right one. This is very important when deciding on something as important as your next vehicle. Great experience. Highly recommend Greg Moore.

Sales staff and finance staff extremely lazy and incompetent. Did not do what they said they were going to do. Other Tom Wood dealerships are much better.

Tom Wood Ford went above and beyond on my car purchase. I am very appreciative of Greg in sales and Jake in management for the way they worked with me on the price I needed and pursued the car I wanted, even though it was out of state. They are professional in business, but friendly in manner. I hadn't been car shopping at Tom Wood before, but will definitely be going back for my future purchases! Thank you guys! Couldn't be happier with the Stang.

Do not trust a word they tell you! Go else where. There other dealerships don't seem to have customer service problems. How can you order something and than be told you can't change your mind because they misquoted you a price. Which was their fault!

We recently purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer from Tom Wood Ford and were less than impressed with our salesman and the dealership as a whole. Thank goodness we did our research ahead of time. Our salesman didn't have any more information than what was in the seller's guide inside the car and online. The features of the car were not pointed out or explained to us even after purchase. The salesman was not timely with the deal or having the car detailed. We have followed up to speak with a sales manager and days later, still no response or return of a phone call. With such a large purchase and investment you would think the dealer would want to create a better customer service experience however, this was by far the worst customer services experience we have EVER encountered.

Completely lied to me. I received a text from Vincent stating he was interested in purchasing my jeep because they had several people looking to purchase one. I called him and informed him of the price and specs. Then texted him and asked if I had to purchase a car in order for them to buy mine. He stated "no, we buy cars all the time" I took this as any person would, as though he had an understanding of the amount I would accept and that I'm not interested in another vehicle. I then drove 45min through traffic to reach the dealership. I get there and he begins to show me other vehicles and doesn't appraise mine. Come to find out, they won't purchase my vehicle unless I buy one from them due to the price I was asking for the jeep and when I cave in a tell him the vehicle I want (which they didn't have) I was told that I should look for something else. He then started to show me stuff that I had already stated I wasn't interested in. At this point I was rather angry and when I spoke with a manger I was informed that Vincent did nothing wrong(so I was in the wrong). Worst customer experience I have ever had a dealership and I frequent a lot of them because I do trade ins yearly. I recommend staying as far away from Tom Wood Ford as possible.

I expected a vehicle with a "handful" of miles plus a delivery from Cincy (100 miles) and expected no usage but later learned it had over 700 miles on it and it may had been used for a couple of months in ways unknown. I asked for a reasonable price adjustment but was only offered a very token few dollars. Also the sales rep who pitched the extended warranty was very friendly and chatty at first and then went into his pitch. When I said no twice, he became very curt and rude.would not recommend dealership.JDS

It saddens me to see all the negative reviews for this dealership. While I have not had the experience of purchasing a vehicle from Tom Wood, I do have a Ford and have taken it several times to this dealer for service. I have nothing but positive things to say about their service department, finding them to well exceed the customer service provided to me by other Ford dealers in other states. My vehicle was subject to a recall and where two other Ford dealers brushed me off in the past year by saying that there was nothing Ford (as a company) could do about my problem and my vehicle "wasn't performing badly enough" to bring it in for the recall service, Tom Wood's service department let me know my car did not pass the test for the recall problem and that they would obtain the needed part from Ford as quickly as possible to get it replaced (at no charge to me) and would even provide me with a rental car if needed. I appreciate the remarkable ethics of this dealership's service department.

I just want to say "great job" to the staff at Tom Wood Ford. I recently purchased a car for my wife and the transaction was as smooth as it could of been. Mr. Neal Evans was our salesman and he took the time to find the exact explored that I wanted.. I went to another dealership prior to Tomwood and was pushed by an SUV that was in stock. Neal and the sales manager sorry I can't remember his name were great. They asked what I wanted. They found the Explorer and my wife was driving it three days later . The price was exactly what I wanted to pay in the whole process was just great. Thank you so much my wife is so happy.

I stopped by Tom Wood Ford last week to look at the new Mustang. I was not approached by anyone on the lot. I came inside to ask for help. The secretary had a Kleenex hanging out of her nose and had to finish her text or game or whatever she was doing on her phone before she even looked at me. She was very rude and then she finally paged a salesman. He was very nice and he helped me the best he could. He stated that he was new but did his best to answer questions. I was hoping for a test drive that was never offered and someone with some knowledge of the car I was interested in. I will never be back to your dealership again.

Wish I could give zero, zero stars..... Finalized a deal on Wednesday at 1:00 and put money down to hold til Saturday which is when I could make the 2 hr trip there.. They financed so everything was done except for me signing paperwork.Called me 4:00 Wednesday because they sold my car for more than we negotiated for. And then had the nerve to tell me they would refund my down payment. xxxx Yes you will. There should be a law against cheats like this. Criminals is what Tom Ford is.This was a used car for my daughter, but I would probably have been back to check out the new Lincolns as I trade up every 2-3 years. Not Now - Not Ever!!!!

I was taken care of by Tom Kashman who treated me like family. I was very impressed by his 30+ years of industry experience and his insight into what repairs HAD to be done, what repairs SHOULD be done and what repairs would most likely be needed in the future. This information was extremely helpful as I was comtemplating either repairing my car or buying a new one. I ended up having my car repaired and have had no troubles with my car since then. I am very happy with the quality of the repairs.

We use words to translate thoughts, feelings, emotions, and ideas. Occasionally we have experiences that leave us struggling to find words that can come close to fully conveying the fervor of those internal forces. My recent dealings with Tom Wood Ford, and Tom Kashman in particular, have been a supreme example of one of those experiences. I could sit here and spend the next thirty or forty minutes detailing the many ways these absolute scoundrels made an attempt to get my car serviced into a personal xxxx, but I don't think I have the words needed to adequately describe it. What should have been a routine diagnostic check and repair was turned into weeks of uncertainty, insinuation, doubt, concern, and confusion which all ended up being unwarranted. To be clear, they did nothing to help me, and it took another dealer to fix the issue. Please take a look through the other comments here, and heed them. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Took my 2012 ford fusion in for service, and I expected to be there for at least an hour. Turns out I was only there for 20 minutes. And was just waiting on the paper work to be filled out. Amazing, I actually had time to stop at the McDonalds for lunch...

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible, terrible people. Spent three days working on a deal. Came to terms. Spoke three times to salesman while on three hour drive. Had check in hand for car. Spoke with him 10 minutes before I got there when he contacted me to how close I was. Told me he pulled it up to the side of the building for me. When I got there (10 minutes later) he says sorry, we just sold it. Nothing I can do. Terrible terrible people!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!

I wish I could say my car buying experience at Tom Woods was a positive one but I just cant. Knowing that we would be traveling 4 hours to look at a used car they had, I thought I had negotiated the price and the terms of the loan over the phone. In my mind, the only decision that needed to be made once we arrived was if we really wanted the car. Imagine my surprise when after deciding to buy the car I find out that the terms and interest rate that had been discussed had magically changed which added about $1,500.00 to the price that we had agreed to. Along with that, there were some aftermarket charges on the paperwork that I never asked for or agreed to. Once the price and term issues were straightened out we finally get in the finance office and find out that the interest rate was more than I anticipated. Because I questioned Steve in finance, I was bounced out of his office and then had to get back in the finance loop which took forever. I truly feel I was being punished for questioning what I was being told and Steve in finance was nothing short of rude. Not once during this grueling process of what should have been a simple purchase transaction did any of the Sales Managers come down off their Sales Tower in the showroom to speak to us....this is far short of my idea of Customer Service. All I can say is Im glad its over

Tom Kashman called me in regard to my review I had submitted for the service I had received. I truly believe that it all had to do with the service associate that I had and not the service department itself. I don't want anyone to loose their job but be more aware of the time their customers are waiting for their car and stay in touch with them during their time in the service area. I truly believe after talking with Tom that everything is o.k. and I will continue using this dealership.

I am a long time Ford vehicle owner. I have had multiple issues with this particular dealership since moving to the area. Tom Wood Ford was unprofessional and unable to deliver as promised. I had no problems once switching to another local dealership. Don't let Tom Wood Ford tarnish your view of Ford.

I visited Tom Wood Ford to trade-in my 2010 Fusion. Originally I was planning on purchasing a new 2014 Fusion but a used 2013 Fusion got my attention once I was on the lot. Josh was my salesman and was very patient with my indecisiveness and going back and forth between the 2014 and 2013. When I decided on the 2013, the negotiations began. Josh was very friendly and professional. Even though the negotiations were tough, he never lost his cool. I feel like I got a great deal on a great car and am very satisfied with the car buying process. I did not feel pressured to buy any of the extras, though they were offered. I felt respected and listened to the entire time. When we were discussing the payoff for my trade-in, I was off by about $30 and had to pay cash at the dealership for the difference. No problem for me... but the cashier asked Josh if "she had to do it today or could it wait for Monday?" I thought that was a bit unprofessional but Josh handled it well and insisted it be done today to prevent me from making another trip. Josh said he would follow-up via text message for the 5-digit entry code to the car and he did as promised. My one complaint is the amount of time it took for the title/registration work to be completed. It took 23 days for me to get the required paperwork to submit to the BMV to register the vehicle, and that is because I called twice to follow-up on it. Other than that, things went well. I will likely be back again in the future to purchase my 3rd car from Tom Wood Ford.

I bought a used mustang at Tom wood ford before the sale everybody was so nice but that quickly changed. At the time of sale they told me it would be $330 a month and ended up $387. That was the first lie. They told me they put this car through 144 point inspection process. I found out later that it had a rear seal leak , a oil leak , and a transmission leak. Also had a warped rim and a bad caliper. When I asked why this stuff wasn't caught and fixed in the inspection I was told by the service department that they look at them but doesn't mean the fix what they find. That was the second lie. There were items I asked to have fixed at the time of sale they agreed but stated it wrong on the we owe so they are stepping back away from it. That was the third lie. I was actually told by the head of their service department that if you buy a car from them and drive it off the lot and it breaks into two halves you own both halves. This is probably the most truthful thing that came out of any of their mouths. I did get them to fix some stuff if it was a safety issue and some stuff off the we owe that they couldn't explain away but they are stepping back from everything they can. When I went to pick the car back up they have ripped my door seal off to try to get my door to close right (jake leg) . the gm said how do I know it wasn't like that when you came in surprise surprise I told them that my temp tag is expiring and they said oh I need a 2nd proof or residence your salesman (who they fired ) should have contacted you. So they haven't even started my title work and won't give me a new tag. Do yourself a favor if you looking for a car and see tom wood ford keep on moving. If you do buy from them put the car on a rack if you can. Don't take them at their word on anything.

On December 5th 2013 I purchased a 2008 Ford Escape from Tom Wood Ford on 96th street in Indianapolis for my daughter. Getting to see the vehicle was problematic from day one. It was posted online and I set up an appointment to take a look. Once I arrived I was told by the sales person it was not ready to show yet. He informed me it should be ready in a few days. I called him back and he said it would be ready by 5:00 that evening. I stopped by only to be told it wasn't ready. I called a 3rd time and was told it would be ready by the end of business the following day. I stopped in 2 days later and the sales person seemed uninterested in looking for the Escape. I asked to talk to another sales associate and was teamed up with a different one. He got the information and told me this particular associate had been in trouble for not wanting to sell vehicles. I thought to myself ok that's interesting. So I finally get to see the vehicle and send a picture to my daughter and she liked it. So my wife and I test drive it and purchase the vehicle. We to this day have never received a survey on our "buying experience" with Tom Wood Ford. Nothing in the mail or even a courtesy call to check up and see if we were satisfied with our "experience". On May 19th 2014(my daughters 16th birthday) my wife started the vehicle and there is no radio period. We have only put less than 2,400 miles on it because my daughter doesn't get her license till November. I stopped by the dealership today only to be told by Mandy May that it is not covered under our warranty. When I explained our disappointment in the customer service she shrugged it off and said they've been busy. She also told me that I have 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation and if I was paying for that service: "That's on you". Are you kidding me? The 2 services she described had nothing to do with our issues we were having with Tom Wood Ford. I told her how let down I felt with the dealership as a whole. It seems to me with Tom Wood Ford once they sell you the vehicle you're on your own.

Dropped my car off to have a recall job done that almost caused a fatal wreck. Staff was rude. Managers standing around giving me nasty looks as I asked for directions and walked through the show room. Sorry I don't look like a car kinda guy, but I know a thing or two about engines and customer service. Don't scowl at me. Don't be sassy. Don't stare at me like I'm an idiot.

First off this was my first experience with a dealership ever. But after being met with friendly smiles and a reassuring promise of satisfaction I decided to let them work on my 2003 F250 Diesel. A HUGE MISTAKE! Truck wouldn't start so I figured Ford would be the best place to start. I had the truck towed there. After diagnostic testing their only Diesel Mechanic TIM says that I need a injector#2. I asked the total price of the repair and it seemed on par so I continued with the work. In the midst of the truck being all apart I asked the tech TIM if there was anything else I should be doing to it while its apart and he said it would be a good idea to replace the oil cooler. Short an simple I bought a oil cooler online from a Ford dealer ship to save 250 on the part. Brought it to the tech and had it installed. Was glad I did too because the one that was in the truck was plugged with three inches of rust an particles. Got the truck back and drove the truck and realized that the trucks EOT delta was 30degrees higher than the ECT still. Took it back and explained to the service manager TOM KASHMAN that the truck was not fixed. This guy is a shyster. He immediately started to attack the age of the truck and was blowing me a bunch of hot air. I don't know how he did it but he talked me into paying for a flush and labor to do another cooler. I in all honesty just wanted it fixed so if paying for it again with vc9 flush would do it I was game. Well they kept the truck a month and when I got it back it still has a delta of more than 25 when not towing which is incorrect.Took the truck back still under warranty for the part and the labor and was refused any cooperation from Tom Kashman or Tom Woods Manager Rich Marowski. I feel very taken advantage of by this Business and feel the need to warn potential customers especially diesel customers that this is not the place to go. Don Hinds which is just down the road is much nicer more professional place to take your Ford. The reason why I rate Tom Wood so low is because it was the worst service I've ever received anywhere in 37 years. Im out 2700 dollars and the truck is still not fixed. I tried to sit down with them and get it sorted out with them and they are the rudest people and are not honoring their parts warranties or their service warranties. They are no better than thugs taking money from hard working folks and weaseling their way around their warranties. If you are considering Tom Wood Ford,........Don't!

Worst experience with a car EVER! Please do not buy any Ford products with this crap dual transmission. I believe these are in the Focus, Fusion, and Fiesta's. They market and advertise it as an automatic. It's not. It's a manual in an automatic and it's terrible. I bought a new 2012 Ford Fiesta back in February of 2012 and it has been a nightmare of a car. It drove great for the first 9,000 miles. No noise, no jerking, no jolting, no grinding or shuddering. Between 9-10,000 miles the car begins to do the things I mentioned in the last sentence. Dealership agreed at that time there was a problem and they replaced the motor to the transmission. The car ran well and all the mentioned issues went away. 10,000 miles later, the transmission started to act up again doing all the things mentioned before in this review. Dealership once again agreed there was a problem and replaced the clutch to this manual automatic transmission. Once again, car drives as normal and all the issues mentioned previously went away again. Let's jump to 5,000 miles later. Transmission starts acting up again. Dealership confirms on my service paperwork that problem was verified and they did a "flash" of my computer system. Apparently this is the last authorized "fix" Ford has in their pockets to "fix" the transmission. After this last ditch effort, they start to tell you these things are NORMAL! Your transmission slipping and making terrible noises is NORMAL. Of course it is! What?!?!?! What kind of a response is that. Who is gulliable enough to take this as an answer? I worked with Ben for the 3 times they actually took a look at my car. Ben is a great guy and tried to work it out with me. I don't want to take it out on him and that's why I gave customer service a 3. Tom Kashman the service manager could work on his customer service skills for sure. He's been baiting me about what attorney I would use and when I mentioned contacting the attorney gernal's office regarding the issue he stated "Well, all they would do is send me a letter asking about the issue, and I would send one back saying your car is normal". Also said, we can fix things that are broken. Your car isn't broken, and what you want us to do is redesign it. Actually, TOM, what I would like for you to do is make my car run EXACTLY like it did when i bought it. If this car had a transmission that felt like it was slipping and making these awful grinding sounds, and jolting when trying to accelerate after coming to a complete stop when I first bought this car I would have NEVER bought it. Tom gave me the Ford Customer service number as he made it sound like it was an option for Ford to buy back my car. He later told me it would be less "emtional" for me if I just traded it in. Less emtional for who? I did contact Ford as I don't want to just trade in this car. Why would I want some other person to buy this car that I just traded in to have the same exact issues I have had? All I am asking is for Ford buy it back. After calling the actual FORD company, they assigned a regional manager to my case. His name is Jim Willard. I thought Tom could work on his customer service skills, but Jim is by far the most rude, arrogant, ill mannered man I have ever spoken to. Before I had a chance to say anything other than hello, he went on a 2 minute rant and never even asked or verified my concerns. He immediately said my car wasn't going to be available for a buy back. So glad Ford go him involved. He was very helpful. Please note the sarcasm. He did offer me some free oil changes and what not. Too bad it wasn't a new transmission he offered.I hope someone reads this and is saved the hassle and constant INCONVENIENCE that buying these types of cars with these transmissions in it have caused. Also, if Tom Wood and Ford thinks this review is bad, I've got many more I'm ready to write. I've never been so disappointed in a car and in a company in my entire life. Shame on you and this defective product. If this is happening to you, be aggressive and let them know you're not going away. I will be telling everyone I know to BEWARE!

They sold me a car and 3 months later it has an issue with the fan. They claim I only got a power train warranty with my purchase but I wouldn't know what warranty I received because they didn't even mark which warranty on the warranty information. At first they asked if I bought an extended warranty. When I answered no I was never offered an extended warranty. Tom's attitude changed and said that because of my credit rating the lender would not allow me to get one. Do not buy from them. They rushed through selling me my car because they were trying to sell my boyfriend a 2010 Jeep. They will do and say anything just to get your money.

We were traveling with my puppy all the way across the country. woke up in the morning to our truck window smashed in and stuff stolen right in the hotel parking lot. I called Tom Wood Ford and they referred me to a company that had the window we needed so we could get back on the road a couple hours later. the company couldnt put it in the same day so Tom Wood Ford had the window brought to their service department and replaced it themselves so quickly. Nicest dealer/people I've ever encountered. Thanks for getting us back on the road and taking care of us!

I walked into Tom Wood Ford for a simple problem and spoke to Ben. He was very friendly and told me he would take care of it. Within an hour he came back and said the problem was fixed and that my car was headed through the car wash(for free) and that once that was done I was good to go!!! I travel all over the country for work and have had my car to at least a dozen dealerships over the last few years for normal service and this was by far the best experience I have ever had!!! Thanks Ben and everyone at Tom Wood, I would receommend them to anyone in the Indianapolis area!!!!!

It is a pleasure to be treated like you really matter. I took my car in because another dealership had told me i needed brakes. I wanted a second opinion due to the cost so I dropped my car (not a Ford) off at Tom Wood Ford for the estimate. Within 2 hours I received a phone call from the service writer advising me that my brakes were still in the "GREEN" area, which is good. He said " I would love to put brakes on your car but you do not need them at this time" WOW!! SHOCK AND AW! This type of honesty is wonderful! Tom Wood Ford and there Service Manager and Service Writers have earned my respenct. I will return!

I went in to purchase my first new-to-me car after having looked at several dealerships in Indianapolis and Northern Kentucky. After narrowing down the list to a few cars I was particularly interested in, I brought my parents up from my hometown for some test drives. The hardest part of this entire experience was choosing which car to buy! The used car prices at Tom Wood were extremely competitve, and we feel like we got a great deal. The entire experience was very low-pressure. I would buy from them again.

Years ago I used to go to a different dealer but after repeated issues I went shopping for a new dealer. Then I called and spoke with Tom Kashman at Tom Wood Ford that welcomed me. Years later I'm still with Tom Wood Ford and couldn't be happier about the service I receive. They always get me in and out on time as promised and I appreciate them being modestly priced. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.....Thanks Ben, Phil and Tom for the great service!

Tom Kashman has always treated me with respect, been very fair with pricing as well as provided his expert advise. I trust Tom and Tom Wood Ford and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for the great service!

Dealt with Mike Baldwin on the purchase of a 2012 Ford Fusion Hybird with a tradein of a 2005 Chrysler Sebring. Mike let us test drive the Fusion and a 2013 CMaxx Hybird for comparison. He provided pros/cons for both vehicles and he worked up pricing deals for each. I was able to get the deal that I wanted on either vehicle, but chose the Fusion due to the overall ride and comfort of that car. Very satisfied with Mike's willingness to work with us and with his insight. Brad from the finance department was easy to talk with and explained service plan options that were available. I selected the paint/interior package along with the key replacement and extended warranty.Very satisfied with the car so far. Great mileage and ride.

I bought a vehicle from Tom Wood Ford several years ago. My salesman was really nice; however, the service department, who are just another group of salesman from my vantage point, has caused me to not want to own any Ford cars. It's time to give someone else a chance.

So I am buying a used Cadillac from Tom Wood Ford. So I haven't haven't had the car a month yet I had 2 tires blow whick come to find out the front tires were 7 years old. The rear tires were on the wear bars. Inspected by Miller's in Carmel. All 4 break pads and rotors need replaced an they arnt doing a thing about it. I think its time to go to the media about this. I've done my research and there are numerous accounts of this dealership Tryen to scam people an enough is enough. The funny thing about this is I went to Lockhart Cadillac on U.S 37 and they told me that they should have fixed it.

I hate the high pressure sales of most dealerships. At Tom Wood Toyota my salesman Jeremy was more concerned about what I wanted than getting his commission. Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be going back to Tom Wood Toyota in the future and talking them up to my employees and friends.

I bought a Ford F150 ($53000) loaded the 60 years limitted edition, after 5000 miles I had an accidet so I thought the Best one to fix it will the Ford Dealer (Tom Wood), I take it there they fixed and since then the nihgtmare started, the trucks shakes really bad on the road, always going to the left, and the transmions slips, I went to them numrous times, finally they told to take it back where I bought it from! (Harvest Ford, which is closed in the West side), I called Ford Company, they said that is between you and the dealer, we won't get involed, so now I have a truck that 30k miles that I bought for $53k, Now no other dealer or collision shop would work onit because they don't want to get legally involved, even if I promise that I just need it fixed, and I will pay out of pocket, they won't do it!My advise don't never buy a Ford and if you have a veichle that needs service don't take it to Tom Wood,

While traveling from Pennsylvania to Indy to see family, dashboard warning lights started flashing. I was a wreck and knew I have to get it to a Ford dealership immediately. I started calling around to places when I got into town and Tom Wood's was amazingly helpful right off the bat on the phone. We took it in the next morning which was a Saturday and they checked us out right away. We had to leave it until Monday for a transmission specialist to look at but they were aware that we needed to get home. They started working on my car immediately on Monday morning. Long story short... it was a simple wire and we were back on the road Monday afternoon. They were amazing, efficient and honest!!!!!!!!! They could have made it into a huge transmission issue and we would have never been the wiser. Ben was especially wonderful and was up front about what they were doing the whole time. He really put me at ease so I could enjoy our trip without worrying the entire time. They even washed my car, which was awesome! I have never had a dealership do that. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and appreciate everything they did for us.

My wife had been looking at a Toyota Sequoia at several different dealerships, mostly smaller sized dealerships. We had one we liked at a small dealership south of Indianapolis. We were negotiating back and forth for over two weeks trying to get this deal done. It was so frustrating. Another Sequoia showed up at Tom Wood Ford and we stopped in one day on our way back from the store. We didn't have time to stay because our kids were getting home from school. We gave them all the info they needed on a business card and by the time we got home, we had a tentative deal in place and we picked the car up later that evening. It was such a smooth transaction. Brooks and his team did a great job at understanding our needs and giving us a great deal. We couldn't be happier with the car or the experience. This is our second purchase with Tom Wood. The other was with Tom Wood Audi. Same great deal and same great experience with them as well.

Where to start! I had been looking for a Hybrid for quite some time. I had narrowed my search down to two brands a Nissan and a Ford. Once I walked into Tom Wood and met Jacobus Harmse I KNEW my decision had been made. He took me for a test drive in a Focus SE (they did not have a Hybrid at the time) and it gave me a feel for the car. When I suggested that I would go to another dealership to test drive a Hybrid and then come back for my purchase Jacobus went even further to earn my business. He went to Brooks Vossler (sales manager) and they worked together to get the EXACT Hybrid I was looking to purchase. They brought my Hybrid in from Ohio and asked NOTHING from me. And to top it off they had it at their dealership within 48 hours. After overcoming the flu and the lovely winter weather and selling my home I was able to purchase my Fusion Hybrid. During the delay in my purchase (approximately two weeks) I was never harassed by Jacobus. He even called to check up on me when he found out I was ill. Jacobus Harmse is sincere in his work and wants the best for his customers. He listens to what his customers want and is realistic in conversation. He understood when I said no and was just as happy for me when I said yes. When I am ready for my next purchase I will definitely return to Tom Wood and Jacobus Harmse.

I bought a 1997 Explorer from Tom Wood, my first American 'car'. I've always had it serviced at Tom Wood, and Phil Caldwell has been my Service Advisor. Phil keeps me up to date on what is required, and explains in detail exactly what is being done and why. I moved to another state that had different inspection requirements. Phil informed me on some emmission systems issues & the different laws. My keyfob & keys were lost out of state, and although Tom Wood could not replace the set due to the age of the vehicle, Phil advised me of the procedure he uses & why [risks inherent]. It all worked out perfectly. I will likely buy again from Tom Wood again, and the continuing pattern of responsible service from Phil Caldwell - ranks up there with the great features of some new Ford models - in determining that large decision.HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHIL CALDWELL at Tom Wood Ford.

Recently I purchased a 2004 Ford F150 used from Tom Wood Ford and had a great experience. The dealership seemed to genuinely care about my budget and didn't try to push me into a truck that didn't work for me financially. Tom Wood took care of some scratches that I was concerned about on the front bumper and really addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend working with Tom Wood Ford.

Dealership was unwilling to deal. Attempted to sale used car for sticker price and then acted like they were doing us a favor by decreasing price by $100 when this was already offered on the internet listing. I have bought several cars in the past and never met a dealer not willing to work you, especially when offering to make a cash deal.

Do NOT buy from them, even new. They sold me a brand new car, and it's a lemon. They lied to me about fixing the issues, and then told me they didn't care that I was unsatisfied and that I was welcome to take my business elsewhere.Ford Corp wasn't much help either. I wasted 38k on a new car.

I recently purchased an '03 GMC Sierra with 43,xxx miles on it from Tom Wood Ford's "Pre-owned Certified" used vehicles, which came with a 12month/12,000mile powertrain warranty. Within the first 24hours my check engine light came on, so i took it back to their dealership and they "fixed the problem". The problem with that was about 15 miles down the road my check engine light was on again. I then decided to have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic at a local Chevy dealership. Upon further inspection he found the rear main seal, rear main adapter gaskets, trans output seal and oil pan gasket needed replaced. I notified Tom Wood Ford of this since their "140-point inspection" somehow missed this. I requested to either return the truck and get my previous vehicle back or to get an even trade for something comparable, however they denied both requests and i'm having to fight them to even fix it under their "warranty". I advise to avoid this dealership at all costs!
What’s more, Tom Wood Ford of Indianapolis has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Tom Wood Ford. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. Tom Wood Ford is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
