I tried to set up a basic service appointment that couldn't be scheduled for a few days. That was no problem with me, ALL I asked was to be able to get my error code read today so I knew what was wrong with my car. They couldn't give me any kind of commitment on how long this 5 minute activity would take. Can I bring it in at the end of the day to just get a reading? NO. Can you ask for a time estimate when I arrive? No. Can I drop it off today and get a loner? NO. Is there a good time to come in today? Won't say. All for an error code reading, they have to plug into the car and read the code. They say they understand that my time is valuable, but do nothing to value said time. I just wanted to know if my car was safe to drive. Thanks

Came in to look at a car and sell mine walked around inside of the dealership for 15 mins and never was approached by anyone granite all the sales people were behind the sales desk.. receptionist asked if I needed a sales person I said yes no one came up still.. had to walk in the sales tower and ask for help when doing that it seemed as to me none of those jabbing there has back there wanted to help.. poor customer service

Two days before my last visit I had some work done at Tim Lally. I went home, and the car wouldn't start the next day. I got a jump from my roadside assistance with my insurance company. The following day I went back to the dealer to make sure I didn't need another battery. Mr. Wagner greeted me and quickly took my car. This was my second walk-in. My issue was handled at no charge and I was treated with respect and patience. Well done. It's what I've come to expect.

The customer service was awesome. Devin my salesman was not pushy or over aggressive. He worked with what I wanted and delivered. Between Devin & Mike the finance manager, everything was clearly explained. I had some issues and this dealership absolutely went beyond the call of duty to solve them. I went to Tim Lally and bought a new 2016 ZO6 corvette right off the showroom floor. The car from the beginning had multiple issues, I was back for warranty work 5 times in the first 30 days. On the 4th day my new $85,000 Corvette was scratched. On the 5th visit It was repainted. Now the door does not match the rest of the car and you can clearly see that it does not match. No one at Tim Lally seems to care, Or offer any resolution. I Thought I had bought a new dream car but what im left with is a NIGHTMARE..

They did everything they possibly could and I think then some to make it possible for me to lease a new car. You would have thought they were my best friends or my family the way they treated me. The work started on time, the service person was friendly, helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why.the waiting area was comfortable and I especially like the section where you could wait and not hear or see the television.The car was washed once the repairs were done. the car now runs great.

My mother and I went to turn in her leased 2013 Malibu at Tim Lally. Brenda Milliner was our salesperson she was unbelievably patient and helpful. My mom and I had very specific goals for her next car and Brenda made sure my mom got the car that would make her happy. She leased a new 2016 Malibu in Nightfall Grey. I think they are a bit pricey for certain repairs but they do good work and it lasts. I received an estimate for some work and I found another shop that did it for 1/2 the price and same warranty 1 year and 12000 miles so I went with them.

I went in to visit Tim Lally Chevrolet looking for a new truck and to check out their amazing new building and was blown away. A few friends of mine had recommended I talk to Camille Parr so I did just that. Let me just say that she was awesome; friendly, welcoming, and made all my requirements come true in a time frame I never would of expected (actually did better then what I was asking for). Camille worked with Rob Parr (good looking couple might I add) and Rob did a great job getting my payment lower then my maximum and explained how they came up with that, which was very refreshing to understand. Doug Ferguson handled all the finances and he is a xxxx of a guy. He was prepared, and quickly got me through the nightmare of paperwork and explained it in a way that it made sense to a less then smart person like me. Camille, Rob and Doug are like Daisy Duke & the Duke brothers (Im not sure which one is Luke and which is Bo but they can decide on that later!) They knew the task at hand, worked together, and put the stereotypical sales person to shame. I might have to go back just to hang out with them again real soon!

I was referred to Tim Lally Chevrolet by my friend who recommended I speak with a Salesman named Travis Kinnebrew. I called Travis told him what my needs were and gave him some parameters to consider that would work for me and my family. While I was at work Travis met with my wife to review our needs and selected a few vehicles that he thought would work well within our budget. My wife and I selected the vehicle and asked Travis to get the ball rolling and we scheduled an appointment after my normal working hours to complete the transaction. When we arrived the car was completely detailed, paper work was ready to be reviewed and the deal was "exactly" what we asked for during our initial conversation. Travis was very courteous and considerate of our time limitations. What a great experience provided by Travis and all of the representatives of Tim Lally Chevrolet. Knowing this dealership provides sponsorship and support for local youth athletics and other community support activities was another good selling point. Keep up the good work!

My husband was on the fence about getting a new truck. His old Silverado was acting up. So he called me and told me he was going to bring it home so I can look at it. It was a good idea to get. He said he wanted new tires and a new tonneau cover. Which we keep driving past truck cap soon as it went in. Loves how it drives, the cameras and safety features are great. He even put his No. 3 trailer thing on it. Wonderful truck and service always. We have been going here for years.

I was looking for a 2016 2ss triple black Camaro and couldn't find any local so I called some out of state dealers. I spoke to about 5 dealers that had a vehicle with my specs. I explained I was out of state and was a serious buyer. They all told me they would get back to me. Only one dealership called back...Joey Hurtuk from Tim Lally Chevrolet. He told me right off the bat he was going to do everything he could to make the sale and he did! I have to say he went over and above my expectations. He even met me halfway to deliver the car. While looking around I was approached by a saleman so I asked for Mike Z. who helped me with the purchase of my Pontiac G6. He was unavailable so he asked that his brother assist me. Recently, my son had trouble starting his car while he was away at college. We had the car towed to Tim Lally Chevrolet for them to diagnose the problem. The staff at Tim Lally were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous and went above expectations to help me from over three hours away. I worked directly with Stephanie Malfara and was constantly updated as to what was going on with my vehicle. I cannot recommend her and her coworkers enough. Wonderful experience with excellent hospitality, Holly, Bruce, and Kam made it worth while, Please keep up the great work. I had never met a group of people that are so sincere, my mom was in the hospital the day before and she was release the following day and we went to Tim Lally, I had told Bruce about my mom condition the night when she was in the hospital, when we got up there Holly gave her a huge hug and ask her how she is doing and Bruce did the same as well. I have purchased 2 cars from Tim Lally and Devin Lindsey, both times I had a wonderful experience. Devin made sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle selection. He went the extra mile to work the deal for me and I truly appreciate him for that. He made sure that my children was entertained while we were there because car buying is a very long process and children can become inpatient at times. The finance person (Jason Creager), was very nice as well and hilarious. He made sure he explained everything in detail to me and made sure it was clear before we proceeded to the next step of the signing process. We have been loyal customers to Tim Lally for over 7 years. We have always received excellent customer service from all of the departments but particularly from Curtis Tate in the service department. Curtis has always been helpful and friendly and has gone the extra mile for us more than once. It is because of this service that we have purchased our second car from this dealership. When Curtis said it was probably time to look at the option of turning in my car and look at purchasing something else we trusted his opinion. Robert Pollard was a no pressure salesman who showed us what we wanted to see and was very patient, friendly and helpful. We also received great service from Jason Creager in the finance department. Thinking, you was still at the old location. was very impressed with the new place as soon as I got close. Had a good idea what I wanted between new two models. Salesperson was very helpful in sorting out the differences and availability, as well as facilitating test drives. I didn't get the hard sell, which I hate, but the salesperson understood at the outset that we were not ready to buy. After we left and compared other options, we chose to go with Lally. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what we wanted in stock, but eagerly began the search for what we wanted through other dealers. Once the car was found, we took delivery later that day which was helpful for our personal schedule. The remainder of the process was pleasant. They offer Allstate insurance in their dealership which is very convenient. We did not need the insurance, but chose to review their estimates. No pressure. We were offered varying degrees of maintenance and extended warranties. The associate explained the coverages, pros & cons and costs. We made our decision and we weren't pressured in taking coverage, which is very refreshing. Again, I hate the car buying process but, this was pleasant. Btw, Tim Lally is in their new location which is very nice. They offer nice services like a wifi, nail salon and a movie theater, all complimentary, to make service visits go more quickly. Excellent experience.

Everything about Tim Lally service is exceptional, from the on-line reservation process and reminder telephone call the day before, to the communicative welcome by service staff, descriptions of possible solutions to various problems, followup when causes were identified and the cost of repair needs reviewed for approval/time estimates before proceeding and timely completion of work needed. The new facility on Miles Road is clean, spacious and close by the service staff and checkout. The only thing I miss is the on-site cafe where customers could purchase sandwiches at the old location.

I have no idea why GM required them to spend the probably million dollars to build this new building in order to keep their franchise. My car was super filthy, it had dog hair, stains and just overall dirty. I've had the car for 3 years and never had a cleaning. When i took my car in for just a detail, they found dents in my windshield and 3 recalls on my car. They told me while the car was in their care, they would take car of those. The windshield was free through my insurance and the recalls were free of course. I only went in for a detail cleaning. My car was clean and free of recalls! I was a very happy customer!

I was just on my way to work about 8:00 am Tuesday morning, when I heard a terrible noise in my car. I immediately called my job to let them know I was on my way to my dealer because my car was not running well and I thought it may have something to do with those 4 recalls I had. I was really afraid to drive it but I didn't have much choice. I was told it would cost about $2500 to fix my car so I decided to see is I could purchase a new car. That's when I met Devin Lindsey. I explained to him I was not prepared for this but I would look at what he had to offer. He was very patient and caring, as if he knew exactly what I was going through. I wasn't sure what to do but I believe in God and I asked him to pray with me and he did. I'm sure I was not an easy customer, but in spite of all my rejections he remained calm and understanding. He's a good sales person, not pushy or opinionated. He explained as well as showed me how some of the features worked and helped me set up On Star and Sirius Radio. Devin was excellent and very knowledgeable in sales. Devin has a listening ear, and was very attentive to what I wanted, much more than the sale of vehicle. He understood the type of job that I had been entrusted with and never stopped until I was extremely happy. He continued to work until time for him to get off....yet he never stopped. I was tired, had not eaten dinner and I was at the end of long day. Devon smiled and say Mrs. Butler waited! Devin asked me to wait one minute, I stood at the front door, and waited. Here comes Ms. Holly Vansil with Devin. She asked me to tell her what I wanted so I did! I wanted a vehicles with a navigational system, comfort, beauty, and a car note not higher than the one I already had. I had negative equity on my vehicle so lots of work had too be done. Ms. Holly said I have a vehicle for you!!! I waited until Devin came back with a vehicle and he opened the door and I was ready to get in and go!!!! It was cold outside and the heated seat were a dream...the ride was so comfortable and the extras made my long day more enjoyable. Heated seats, sun roof, navigational system, leather seats, back up camera, etc. I was sold!!!Ms. Holly worked on the finance charge with grace and a pleasant smile. It's 9:00pm and closing time. Ms. Holly asked me to call Devin in the morning with a confirmation on whether I wanted to purchase the vehicle.When I arrived home, my husband said what did you think... I explained with excitement all the features this vehicle had, my husband was amazed. I texted Devon that night with a yes!!!The next day Ms. Holly worked on the finance charge and I could not have been happier. Finance charge was lower than what I was currently paying. The negative equity did not take my payments over what I was already paying. I was blessed beyond measure of the wonderful service that I was extended at Tim Lally.Jason from finance worked extremely hard to ensure that all the work that had been done on the front end did not go down the drain. Jason found saving under his desk and the that made the deal even sweeter. The maintain package was higher than I could afford so I could only pick a few things, YET I was extremely happy and grateful. I truly believe that God blesses His children with a few pleasures of this world. I am grateful , blessed and extremely happy with this vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles over the years through Tim Lally Chevrolet, and I have always had the best experience in doing so. Everyone I encounter in the dealership always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. The person with whom I deal on a regular basis there is Brian Lightner. Brian has always given me a fair deal and provided me with service for my vehicles, whether it is for the body shop, service or parts (yes, I have used all of these services). Two years ago, my wife's vehicle was rear-ended and we got EVERYTHING taken care of at Tim Lally: the body shop repaired the vehicle, provided us with a rental vehicle and dealt with all of the insurance companies involved, only leaving us with drop off and pick up of our car. It was great! I cannot say enough good things about Tim Lally Chevrolet, the people in which they employ and the great service that I have received in all areas they provide. I will be back here in a few months when my son is ready for his first car and I have peace of mind knowing that we can go to a place we trust.

DECEIT & FRAUD BUYER BEWARETim Lally Chevrolet has a foundation based on deceit, incompetence, and fraud. Tim Lally charges for items that dont need to be replaced and surreptitiously increase the bill for services that are based on incompetence and deceit. In addition, their supervisor Mark Rigby, will be sure to scream at you and denigrate you in front of other employees. Caught red-handed, Tim Lally is unwilling to resolve their mistakes, and invites you to take them to court. Before buying or taking your vehicle to Tim Lally, look up how many lawsuits theyve been involved in (its public record) and consider my story below. I recently took my vehicle to Tim Lally because my check engine light was on and my vehicle wasnt running correctly. After a diagnostic, I was initially told that replacing a sensor (costing nearly $750) would completely resolve the problem. In addition, the service manager convinced me to also replace a solenoid that ostensibly would go bad in the future. So, I agreed to the $1,600 in repairs based on the promise, and diagnostic, that I would be on my merry little way once the repairs were completed. Unfortunately, the repairs did nothing, and Im in the same position as I was when I brought the vehicle in. After paying for parts and services that were ultimately superfluous, Tim Lally then claimed that the problem was due to some other mechanical problem - an additional $4,200. What! At this point, they had my vehicle for a week, and no way was I going to spend another $4,200 for something that should have been diagnosed from the start. So, I did what anyone else would do, I asked for a refund for the unneeded services that were already performed and planned on taking my vehicle to a more competent repair shop. I took off work to pick up my vehicle and figured they would be apologetic about the situation. Boy was I wrong. After talking to the service manager, I was quickly taken back into an office away from other customers. Supervisor Mark Rigby immediately closed the door and began to yell and scream demanding payment for repairs. He said I dont care what you do or what your story is, pay the money or take me to small claims. I realized that it was Marks conscious effort to try and get me to yell back, but I wasnt going to bring myself down to that level. Every time I spoke, I was interrupted and yelled at some more. He even went as far as making denigrating comments about my reputation but this is the first time I met the guy. (By the way, I realized quickly that Mark Rigby was unwilling to resolve the issue so I quickly started to record the conversation. A blog and recording will be linked to this complaint) Instead of refunding me for repairs that supposedly would solve my problem, I was given only one choice pay the bill or we keep your vehicle hostage. And thats where it stands. I write this letter, as my vehicle sits in the cold, unrepaired, and $1,600 in the hole. But this isnt the first time Tim Lally has treated customers this way. Three months ago I brought my truck in because the wheels were shaking. Just 15 days before I brought it in, I had the brake pads replaced by another mechanic. Yet, Tim Lally called to say that I needed an entire brake job, pads and all. Just to be sure, I snuck back into the garage, crawled under the truck, and to no surprise the pads I had replace 15 days prior still had bar code on them. To no surprise, I would not recommend Tim Lally. Im told that in situations like these, there are consumer protection laws that allow for complete recovery. Im not sure on the laws, but Im also told that customers can actually get up to triple damages if certain guidelines are not followed by mechanics. In any event, my vehicle sits at Tim Lally as I write this complaint. My face is still soaked from the wet breath of Mark Rigby yelling in my face. And Tim Lally has a brand new facility that they need to pay for bilking consumers to cover the bill.

Devin Lindsey provided great personal service to me and my husband. The day we came to Timlally Devin appeared to me very busy with customers. My thought was "he is going to be too busy " to help us with this important process (finding a affordable vehicle that we like. I am glad ?? to say I was wrong. Devin provided undeniable personal service never letting us feel less important and called us when he found the car we were looking for. Brenda Milliner was our salesperson. We started our experience on the Saturday before Easter, when banks were closed. It took time over the week to get information sorted out for our lease trade in. We wanted to take advantage of the dealer rebates available on the Chevy Sonic LTZ I was interested in, but the rebate time was expiring while my husband and I both had to work. The dealership extended the rebate time allowance for us and Brenda stayed 2 hours late to help us finish the sale. The finance department got us a great loan rate. We ended up trading in 2 cars and the dealership gave us a good value on both.

My mother always used Brian Lightner when buying her cars so when it was time for my first big girl purchase I didn't think twice, Called him up at Tim Lally! I knew I could tell him what I wanted and he would find it for me while making sure I didn't break the bank! It was the easiest process ever, they made me feel so comfortable with such a big first time experience and explained everything clearly. When Brian wasn't available he hooked me up with a salesman to help, Henry was friendly and patient with the test drive process, which is good cause I'm indecisive! It's important to feel like you can trust the people you are buying cars from and the positive treatment since my purchase just shows I made the right decision. I'll be buying all my future cars from Brian Lightner, and Tim Lally Chevrolet!

After promptly answering my online request for information, I set up an appointment to meet with Ryan. From the start he was extremely professional and personal. Ryan went above and beyond to find a car to make me happy. He worked to meet both my needs in a new car and my budget. When we got done I was leasing a 2016 impala ltz..I believe I was his very first sell. And then a couple days later he sold my old car.. I was looking for a car that I could not find locally and reached out to a number of dealers. Jim "Z' originally responded with the best offer I received, though it wasn't the price I was looking for, and I wasn't prepared to buy otherwise. A couple of days later Jim emailed me again offering me the price I had requested. I told him done deal. Turns out he had gone to bat for me with the higher ups using the arguments I had set out for my price request and they signed off. Fast forward, every single step of the process was top notch. Jim "Z" handled every detail, responded to any questions quickly and with great enthusiasm. My car arrived in perfect condition, just as Jim had promised. I have bought a lot of cars, and I have to say this is probably the best and easiest experience I have ever had. No question that I received better service from 2000+ miles away than at any local dealer.

I went to the new location in Warrensville and I like it. The only complaint is it looks like every other Chevy Dealer. The other location had a more sporty look which i like cause it reminds me of nascar. Unless there is more for me to explore besides the service area!

Bought a Chevrolet SS an extremely difficult vehicle to find as it is a limited production model. I located one at this dealership and was able to speak with Jim and feel confident in what I was purchasing from 1500 miles away. Jim was able to provide me with ample pictures and videos of the vehicle to assure me I was purchasing a solid vehicle. Jim made himself available at all times throughout the day and night if I had any questions or concerns. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone no matter how near or far you are.

I've bought many cars over the years from Tim Lally, I one thing that stands out is no pressure sales once I come in the door. They have worked with me on a cost that I can live with and even on the down payment. Once I have purchased the car the service I receive has been super. If I didn't like working with the people at Tim Lally I would not keep coming back and recommend them to anyone looking for a car. In short you won't go wrong with Tim Lally.

I was received well, and advised that the dealership was moving. I was told the dealership would close that weekend, but would open at the new location that Monday. The estimate that I was given really helped, because I had another estimate that was much more expensive. We needed the work done because my wife drives the Malibu, and covers more distance everyday than I do with my car. I really appreciate everything done to help us.

All the employees that I worked with in purchasing a car at Tim Lally were friendly, available and most importantly knowledgeable. The did a phenomenal job of helping me locate a car that fit my price range and specifications and they worked around my schedule when it came to scheduling a test drive. The also were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. My family has bought four cars now at Tim Lally and we will continue to do business with them. I actually did respond to the first survey sent and can't imagine where it went, but I really don't trust computers. On the other hand, I do trust Tim Lally Chevrolet. It has been my dealership of choice for a very long time. My Sales Consultant was Joey Hurtuk. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, Joey is a gentleman. I believe this is the 3rd vehicle I have leased with Joey's, assistance. He takes care of details, explains everything completely and makes certain you get the vehicle you want and are completely satisfied with all aspects of the sale. The financial part of my experience was handled by Jason. Jason was efficient, well organized and moved things along in a timely fashion. He too, is a fine gentleman and explained all aspects of what I needed to read and sign. Joey and Jason made a fine team. When all the legalities were taken care of Joey delivered my new Equinox. He went over the features with me. Since my previous Equinox didn't have some new features, he made sure I knew how implement the new things. It is always a pleasure to deal with the Lally's Team. I also know that if I have a question or concern I can call Joey and it will be taken care for me. All in all, I believe that the individuals at Tim Lally Chevrolet work very hard to help make their dealership a #1 establishment.

I met with Joey and told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. After all I really didn't "need" a new vehicle.I told him that if those expectations could be met I would buy a car from him on the spot. After looking at and test driving the Chevy Equinox, Joey and his team went to work and after some time he came back with an offer that met my expectations. It was a long shot but they did it. I came to Tim Lally's Service Department to have nitrogen placed in my tires. I was greeted with a warm welcome by AJ Wagner after entering the service garage and explained to AJ my reason for visiting. As I waited in the waiting area I noticed the friendliness of the Tim Lally employees, Curtis, Jane and a few Sales people asking if I was being taken care of and after answering, I was wished.... "have a nice day". Tim Lally goes the extra mile, my car was washed, I found a complimentary Tim Lally ice scraper in my console, and, I had a plastic coated covering placed over my floor mats for protection from the mechanics shoes, that's great!. Great experience at Tim Lally Chevrolet!

As a woman trying to figure out how to buy a car, because I was thoroughly confused, salesman Ryan DeMassimo was a breath of fresh air. I had visited several other dealerships and I really was not comfortable with how I was treated. They did not listen to what my needs were, only wanted to sell me THAT MINUTE of course what they thought I needed! Ryan was the first salesperson to listen to me and not try to talk me out of what I knew I needed and only talk to me about what I told him I needed. I become frustrated easily when I feel that I am constantly redirected and with Ryan the experience was not only a calm and peaceful one, but actually a fun one too! He has a way with connecting to his customers that I have not ever experienced at a car dealership and I have purchased more cars over the years than you can imagine. I thought I preferred small dealerships over larger ones because they would be easier to navigate and get in and out of, but because of my experience with Ryan I have changed my mind. It has nothing to do with the size of the dealership, but with the knowledge, personality, and mindfulness of the salesperson period. I received such personalized service and had a wonderful no pressure experience with Ryan. It's like choosing a doctor, an insurance agent, an accountant you can trust and build a lifelong relationship with. I will be buying my cars and sending my friends and family to Tim Lally Chevrolet from this day forward and telling them Ryan DeMassimo is the one to see! Great Job and thank you much!

The DIC alerted me that it was time for an oil change. Tim Lally is in my neighborhood so I booked the appointment online. Was waited on right away, given an estimate of the time (which was spot on), and away I went. Everyone was courteous and explained things thoroughly. I like the fact that the vehicle doesn't just get an oil change but an inspection.

Joe Z (salesman) and Jason (finance manager) bent over backwards to make my car buying experience very rewarding. Joe thoroughly described the attributes of my new car and answered all of my questions regarding my new Trax. I was provided a very fair trade-in allowance and all of my finance options were thoroughly explained to me in advance. I was never pressured to buy but allowed to come to my own final decision. All of the folks working at Tim Lally were friendly and courteous. The amenities at the dealership are awesome. I would recommend Tim Lally as a dealership and Joe Z as a salesman to anyone.

I have been trying to find a car for the past month due to recent car issues. Because I wanted to find a car before winter, I was in a rush (but trying to due as much research in the little free time I actually had). My first experience there was wonderful. I was urged to go by my dad because he had purchased a car from Devin before. I wasn't even thinking of buying a Chevy, but the time and effort that went into my finding a great car and comparing the different models was amazingly refreshing. Even thought I told Devin that I most likely would not buy today, he took the time to go over every question and concern I had for finding the perfect vehicle for my lifestyle. In the next few weeks I went to a few more dealerships, but no one took the time and had the patience with me like Devin did. In the end, I had to go back to Tim Lally for one more look and I found the perfect car! Every one that I worked with (Devin, the Financial people, and the car insurance rep) were very nice and informational. All of the concerns I had, since it was my first car buying experience, were quickly taken care of. I would have to say that out of all the big purchases I have made, this one was by far the least stressful!

Devin was knowledgible, well spoken, and walked us through the sales process. He was patient, and answered all of our questions. From the time that Ryan walked to the edge of the car lot in the cold until the time Jason was handing my wife the keys was nothing like I ever experienced at any car lot!!!! We were very well attended to like a five star restaurant or hotel. After awhile I had forgotten that we were at a car lot. From the in-house restaurant to the movie theater, I would go there to hang out...lolol. Ryan D. was great. He listened to us and gave us a better deal than we asked for. My wife and I had a lease from another brand and were in the market to get out of it early due to problems with the vehicle and getting no help from the company. We arrived at Tim Lally and sat with joe Ciammaichella. He asked what we were looking for and the reasons behind our requests. He asked what our budget was with the monthly payment and took us over to a traverse immediately. We explained why we were not choosing to go with the other brand and he was very compassionate. He explained different options we could get while staying within our budget. He picked out one traverse that was exactly what we were looking for. We drove it and fell in love. This is not easy for me to say considering I always said I'd never buy a Chevy and I was proved wrong with my assumptions thanks to joe. He was very intelligent about the brand and answered all out questions without delay or asking another sales person. He immediately started on the finance part which was very smooth. Joe and his team bent over backwards to earn our business. We have bought many new cars over the years and this is buy far the easiest and funniest experience we have had. Not only has Chevy earned our business but joe and Tim Lally have as well. I dropped my car off to get new tires and the process was very quick and easy, very important since I was trying to get to work on time. The car was finished on time, the price was exactly what I was quoted and my car was washed and ready for me to pick it up. If you want to buy or lease a vehicle, Tim Lally is the place to go. In the past 1 1/2 years, my wife and I have purchased a van for two of our disabled children, leased a Trax for us,. Then our daughter and son each leased a Cruze. All those deals were nice, but none better then this. My lease was coming to an end on my Silverado and called my salesman, Joey Hurtuk, and asked if he would start looking for a new truck for me. I expected a call in a few weeks, however that was not the case at all. About 30 minutes later he called and said come on up, the truck was ready in the front of the building. Joey and I sat in the truck made a deal in less then 5 minutes. He goes inside to get the paperwork started, comes back and offered me a drink, as I'm waiting and receptionist offers me some food. A few minutes later I was eating some mozzarella sticks and enjoying a raspberry tea "wow". By the time I was done eating, the bed liner was in. How's that for service? Shortly after that I was in the office with the Finance Manager, Jason Creager. The paperwork went smooth, he and I talked quite a bit about our families and past purchases, what a "great guy", neat and professional. Joey and I went out to my new truck, set up the Onstar and he explained every feature in detail. This young man is full of energy and is a polite and not a pushy salesman. The best vehicle experience ever.

When we first got to the dealership we told the salesman we just started looking and we were not buying today. Given this info, the salesman was still really interested in what we were looking for and what we could afford; not just how expensive of a vehicle he can sell us. He spent a lot of time with us and showed us and explained different options. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and understood our concerns. Even though we decided not to buy there, he was still very nice and told us we could still call him with other questions or concerns. The amenities at the dealerships service department were very appealing: cinema, nail salon and a cafe that looked like a 50s diner.

My experience with Ryan Demassimo at Tim Lally was definitely worth writing about. When I first arrived I was immediately greeted at the door. Ryan then took the time to show me around and really listened to what I was looking for and what was important to me. After he found exactly what I wanted and made it happen. He was also very generous offering me food/drinks and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I let Ryan know that the easiest way to contact me is through texting, he immediately gets back to me when I have any questions and he continues to check up on me to make sure everything with my truck is going well. I highly recommend Tim Lally and my salesman Ryan Demassimo I will never go anywhere else!

This was my first time buying a car on my own. I was nervous going in. I was greeted with genuine smiles that made me feel at ease. I told them what I wanted in a vehicle, and right away we test drive a car. I never felt and pressure, everything was easy and genuine. If you are hungry, they have a food court, if you have kids, they have a play area, if you need your nails touched up, they have a nail salon. This place has it all, I will never shop anywhere else, I have found my car family!!! Thank you Tim Lally for making a nervous experience into a liberating and exciting experience!!!!

My ten o'clock appointment to replace latches per a resent factory bulletin turned into a three plus hour ordeal. The estimated time to complete the repair was forty-five to sixty minutes. I, on the one hand appreciate the service team's intent to make the repair right and to make the necessary adjustments, but the wait time was sincerely unexpected ....

Alex was extremely friendly, nice and considerate. The sale went seamlessly. He listened to my request and put me in the vehicle I wanted. This was important to me because lots of times salesperson don't listen and try and put u in something u didn't ask for. This was not the case. I love my 2016 Chevy Cruz LTZ and look forward to having a great experience with it. This is my first time purchasing a chevy for myself but I was completely sold. Because it was so late when I arrived and was pre approved but still had additional paperwork to bring back, Alex allowed me to take the car home for the weekend and come back on Monday to finish up my paperwork. No one has ever done that before. I was impressed and totally fell in love with my Chevy Cruz over the weekend. Thanks for all your help Alex. I will definitely recommend you to anyone i know that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I went to KIA of Bedford and they tried to sell me a 2011 vehicle with over 80,000 miles on it, me being a young, single, female I thought I was getting a fair deal, until a family member looked it over and advised me that it wasn't. I attempted to go back to KIA to give them a chance to give me a better deal but they refused to work with me on anything else. I came to Tim Lally Chevy and that's when Eric Brooks made my day!!! He got me into a 2015 Chevy with no miles for the same price and monthly payments that I would have paid for the 2011! We brought in the Chevy Cruze 2012 to find out what the check engine light was. We talk to a service professional Matt Nagy who helped me along the process in determined that it was the transmission computer inside the transmission itself. Since the car had over 100000 miles Matt called Chevrolet corporation and try to find out if they were willing to cover the expense of the transmission computer. Matt called me back with the good news that despite being over 100,000 miles Chevrolet corporation was willing to pay 75% of the expense and I only had to pay the deductible.I would like to personally thank Matt for everything that he did and recommend Tim Lally Chevrolet for service in the future.Respectfully, Brian Thelen :)

Dean M. offered me several purchase/lease/payment options on several vehicles and made sure I understood the differences. Henry J. made sure every little detail was handled properly and in a very timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable about the model I chose and explained all the functions of the vehicle and made certain I understood them. He stressed that I have his contact information should I need anything or have any problems. Finance was very busy that day but still took the time to explain the financials regarding the vehicle. Everyone involved was very professional and had excellent attitudes! It is obvious that they take their jobs seriously and that the customer is completely satisfied - something you don't encounter much these days - very refreshing experience! I was referred to Mike Z. and he was an awesome salesman. When I got there he was finishing something up so his brother helped me starting off (they look like twins!). Then Mike took over and helped. He listened to what I wanted and helped me to get as close as possible to what I wanted and I walked away with a great first car that's perfect for me and my lifestyle and a GREAT monthly payment to match. I previously owned a jeep Cherokee and it was an ok vehicle but then I found out I was pregnant. Turns out once you place a car seat in there is zero space :/ so I was stuck it worked for now but what about when he moves up to the next car seat which is even bigger. So I told my sister I needed a new car and she connected me with Holly Flauto. From there I decided to go in the next day. I didn't know if they would be able to help because I just got my jeep in 2015, we sat down I told her why I was in the market and what I was looking for. She pulled up some cars and then had Joe Ciammaichella test drive one with me, find out my pay off and go over my price range. They were very caring of my needs, knew I was a new mom so I didn't have much budge room for a down payment and what I wanted my monthly payments to be. while crossing my fingers they could pay off my Jeep. Well they did it they got my payments where I was comfortable, were able to get me coverage for my new Chevy Equinox for my full lease and also threw in an extra 1,600miles so I didn't have to worry about going over. I honestly never felt so at home at a dealership, Holly and Joe really did exceed my expectations. I would recommend everyone I know to go see them not only for the amazing vehicles but for the exceptional experience I had and have now also made some new friends. The day before leaving on my way to Florida in my 2005 Corvette, I visited Tim Lally Chevrolet to see if there might be something I was interested in buying. I was met with a great selection of the new Corvette design. There were at least 10 vehicles to select from and compared to previous experience at other dealers, this made shopping easy. After about an hour of sitting in all of them (and discussing color choices with my wife) and a test drive of my favorite, Mike Lally and I had lunch and went over the paperwork. With the internet I was familiar with what a fair trade of a 2005 Corvette would be and by the end of lunch we had a deal. I drove my new Corvette home and headed for Florida the next day. It was almost too easy. This is my fourth Corvette with Tim Lally Chevrolet. All were great experiences.

He not only took the time to find the right vehicle for me, but he also informed me about an issue with a car I did test drive, and stated "I can not sell you a car with a problem". When I picked up the car Henry showed me how everything works. He got me hooked up with Onstar and the Onstar app. He sync'd my phone with the car. I asked about WeatherTech floor liners and Henry also ordered those for me! He gave me his cell number and said to call him anytime with questions. He certainly went above and beyond my expectations. An unexpected circumstance forced me to buy a new truck. After having already bought 2 Corvettes there this year, I knew right where to go to get the best service and best deal. I received excellent service today Mr Brooks was very cordial and knowledgeable. We went to 4 dealerships and no one treated us as well as Mr. Brooks. He went above and beyond. I currently drive a BMW and had a brand new Ford Focus that I had bought 5 years ago. I had been loyal to Ford but when I met Mr. Brooks he showed me everything that my pre owned Sonic had and we sat and talked like we knew each other for years. I feel like I bought a new BMW. Working with Jim Z. to purchase the internet sale of the vehicle was easy. Spoke with Jim over the phone from across the country and when I arrived the Camaro was just as Jim had represented. I went to the dealership with less than perfect credit. They found me a great car and deal with the best service not only while there but through the hole process. Brenda was a great used car sales person. I also wanted to say that Holly and Dean were awesome through my hole process as well. Mike in special financing explained everything to the T any questions is always available if not will always get back to you in a timely manner. The hole team of people combined was the best ever. I would highly recommend this dealership and people to deal with.

I have never been treated the way I was treated in my whole life. Not even by my husband. Eric went above and beyond during my car buying experience. I came in having bad credit and already driving a a Hyundai that I was about to purchase. I came on the lot and he greeted me with a smile and gave me a tour of the dealership explaining to me why I should buy from Tim Lally Chevrolet. He treated me like I was a 800 credit score and introduced me to another nice gentleman named Mike Kendren. Together they worked very hard and got me approved on a brand new Cruze. I immediately took the Hyundai back. To top everything off I seen Eric at Walmart and he greeted me the same way he did at the dealership and when I came out to my car there was a 10 gift card on my windshield with 5 of hi business cards. Very good. My only disappointment was this: You advertised a sale price for this specific car on the internet. I expected to pay sales tax on this price. I understand the "incentive" stuff and math but when you buy a product you expect to pay tax on the advertised sale price, not the original cost.

She made comparing rates, rebates, etc. as well as different models available so that I could get the best deal possible. I originally bought my Chevy Cruze at another Chevy Dealership I wish to remain unnamed, and while they were very friendly with the selling of the car, the service department was cold, annoyed and unhelpful. At first, I thought it was normal, okay you bought the car now you get treated like a number and here's where you wait. Needless to say I didn't feel like driving out to said place as it's further from my home than Tim Lally, so I figured why not try their service out (That and the sales rep who sold me the car disappeared so my loyalty to him/that dealership has since dissolved). I had a young man named Dan point me in the right direction by telling me where to pull my car up to and where to go to check in. Then I was helped by Curtis who was AWESOME!!! He told me the approximate time the oil change/tire rotation would be, then he came back and let me know additional service was necessary (the check engine light was on, hence the reason for my appointment) and wanted to be sure I had the time to have it done today and I did so it all worked out. All in two hours. At aforementioned nameless Chevy dealership, my last oil change there was scheduled for 8AM on a Saturday morning and my car, oil change and tire rotation only, no additional service, was returned to me at roughly 11AM with no explanation or apology for the delay. Again, my only other experience to Chevy dealership was a bad one, but I only learned that from my experience here. I will definitely be returning for future service and will be most likely purchasing my next vehicle here as well. Also, if anyone is looking for GM certified service or a new Chevrolet I'll be pointing them in your direction (Not sure if you sell used cars too but I'll be sure to edit my sales pitch once I find this bit of information out).

I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in for immediate service due to some very serious issues with my car. I was very pleased to get an appointment within the hour that I called. AJ, who I dealt with was very pleasant and informed of everything that needed to be done. He was very helpful and seemed to want to assist me and make this experience painless. I was informed my car would need a completely new ECM. Once I was told my car would have to be kept over night and I would be set up with a rental, I was very pleased. Except for the fact I was given a hard time getting the rental. An hour and half later, after having to plead for a car, I was finally set up with Enterprise. Once I picked my car up the next day, I trusted that everything was taken car of and my car had a new ECM that would solve the problem. A week and a half later, i started to have the same problem I did before I had a new ECM. Since, Tim Lally is not the most convenient to me, I set up an appointment at Serpentini to have it looked at AGAIN. I was informed by them after a diagnostic that although my ECM was replaced, it wasn't programmed correctly, causing the ECM to not function properly. This is a big problem. I trusted my car to a certified service department and received work that damaged my car even more? I don't understand how this could even happen! Needless to say, I won't be back for anymore awful service.

Service was done well; I even got a car wash and a minor repair was done along the way through a routine oil change. This was very helpful during the beginning of a very busy weekend. Curtis and the team worked together to make the service experience easy to complete. I even got a free warm cookie from the cafe. I had a very good experience with Jim Z. a few months ago so I decided to take my daughter into the dealership for her first new car. Again Jim was great, fast, friendly and no nonsense. At the end of the day he noticed me looking at a 2014 Sonic, he must have known I liked it and shot me an offer I couldn't refuse. So I took it, and I'm happy to say I love my little Sonic! $22 to fill up this weekend, Ha! Jim was great, he also helped me uncover a online coupon deal that got me two $100 accessory coupons that i used toward a fog light kit for my 2015 Sonic which was purchased 3 months earlier. The the dealership went so far as to wave any extra cost and gave them to me free. The coupons didn't cover the full cost of the kit or taxes, but they went the extra mile. Thanks Jim and the Lally Chevy crew. Jim even took out the aftermarket stereo system from my trade saving me time (2 Amplifiers and a backup battery, plus all the wiring, fuses and connectors.

To really get my point across about this review, I need to explain the experience I had before I met with Jim. I had found a used Chevy Trax LTZ that I was very interested in. Espresso paint, black/brown interior - Just gorgeous. Well the previous dealership couldn't approve me, and CONSTANTLY tried to get me into something else. The LS trim, the LT trim, and other vehicles all together. I found a Trax at Tim Lally running about the same price but for brand new, and called them up. Jim explained it was just sold, but he could get another one here in day. I agreed it was worth one last shot, because I was so stressed from the previous dealer I couldn't handle much more. He got me approved, for the exact one I wanted. I told the other dealer I found one and thanks for his help, and he was still calling/texting me every hour trying to compete with him. Now that I had found someone else, I was magically approved for anything I wanted at an insane price. I stayed with Jim. Jim Z at Tim Lally knew what I wanted from the get-go and never once strayed. There was even a Trax on their lot (that I could take home immediately instead of waiting for mine to come in) and he convinced me to be patient. He knew it wasn't the one I loved and I would regret it. He convinced me that he would make my dream car happen, and he delivered ten fold. I have told everyone in my family that I will not go anywhere else for a vehicle ever again, and have recommended him to all my friends and family. He truly renewed my faith in car buying, and I'm sitting at home relieved with my brand new car in the driveway. Thank you, Jim Z!!!!!

Scheduled oil changes especially in the early morning should not take more than a hour or so. If I had not checked with the service desk at 85 min I would have been waiting much longer. This was my 5th oil change and they have all taken from 1hr 45 min to 2 1/2 hr. This takes to long.

We all know how time consuming purchasing/leasing a vehicle can be. I inquired about a few vehicles I was interested in online through Holly Flauto. I have small children and it is not easy for me to just come in and sit for hours upon hours. We had come up with what I was looking for through email and messaging. Most recent visit was very satisfied, but the first visit to replace a tire ,someone scratched my brand new wheel with the tire machine. I wasnt told about it, found it myself. I figured i couldnt proove it so i didnt take it back. The new 2014 18" wheels get scratched by a tire changer or wheel balancer if not installed correctly.

The experience at Tim Lally couldn't have been better. I live in SC and found the exact vehicle that I wanted on autotrader.com located at Tim Lally Chevrolet in Bedford, OH. It was priced better than the local dealerships and had all the options that I wanted. The salesman, Jim Zabielski picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. It was a very smooth process and there was never any of the typical dealership hassle.

From the time you arrive, and up until you leave with your new or used vehicle, every employee there is fully attentive and very polite. Even if your salesman has to walk away, there was always someone to ask if you needed anything to make your visit more pleasant. I came in to Tim Lally to look for a new car with my child. Not only was I greeted quickly, I was treated as an individual who was buying a car, and not just "half" of a purchase. I was not talked down to, and it was never insinuated that I should "ask my husband" for his opinion, as was my last experiance purchasing a car. My needs were listened to, and were taken into consideration when cars were being suggested. The random concerns of my child were even addressed very professionally. Holly and her team took great care of me during and after the purchase of my car, and went above and beyond my expectations. I have found more than just a sales person in Holly and I would certainly recommend her and her team highly!

I had been to too many dealership's and I was tired of "bs" so I called and got Jim Z. on the the phone and ask him a few questions that everyone else screwed up. I surprised that he answered them correctly (stopped me from pruning up). So I told him I wasn't putting up with any sales shinanigans I wanted to be in and out straight forward. Jim assured me that there wouldn't be any problems or surprises, and he kept his word. Jim didn't sell a car that day he built a relationship.

I had been looking for my dream car to come within my budget. I wasn't in a hurry and came in just to look and met Jimmy Z my salesman. They initially didn't have something for me but he stayed in touch and finally a car came in that met everything I was looking for. I went and looked at it and fell in love. We did the paperwork and they actually delivered it to my house a couple hours later after detailing it. Jim Zabielski stayed in touch even after the sale. He even let me know a that a newer nicer model came in that was still within my original budget and I went back in and bought that on also. They have a good selection and have good communication with their customers and they just don't try to sell something that's on the lot. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. We purchased a Sky Saturn today from Alex Reed. Alex was extremely professional and kind. I was very impressed at his quick response due to the fact that I found information about this vehicle just this morning via internet. When I went into the dealership I was looking to get into a lease. I had a friend with me to co-sign and we ended up not getting approved for the lease. The dealership worked hard to get me into a car that worked with what I wanted to pay. I had an equinox that i was looking at at another dealership that has more miles. Ended up getting a brand new Malibu from Tim Lally. Do not get me wrong I like my car but I do wish that I would have looked a little more at the features the car has. IT has bluetooth but you cannot play the music though the speakers, there is not a spare tire, no satellite radio, but it has Onstar? Just doesn't seem to make sense.

I was surprised to see footprints on the driver's side rug. When the service person looked, he said it was just water. However, I thought they put a piece of paper or plastic to avoid that...it did dry a bit later. The new key they made stuck a bit at first but later (two days later) worked more smoothly.

I go up to Tim Lally and as usual she greets me with a big hug. She was able to ask the right questions to get me the right deals. Tim Lally Chevrolet boasts having a lot of bays in their service department. However, when I called to make an appointment for my 2014 Traverse lease for an oil change and routine tire rotation, I had to wait 5 weeks to get an appointment. And when I arrived for my 10:00am appt I had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to check me in. The service I received was fine. The employees were all polite and professional, but if you are going to boast about how many service bays you have I would imagine it wouldn't take so long to get an appointment.

Brought car in for recall on switchblade key replacement... ignition keys were made but fobs were not changed. The recall mentioned that it included new keys and fobs. had I not known that the fobs would not get replaced, I would've declined. But outside of that, I always receive great service from this dealership.

I received a notice of recall for my vehicle. The notice from GM indicated the power steering and ignition needed to be replaced immediately they were dangerous. The repairs were no cost to me and covered by the manufacturer.I called Lally to make an appointment. Lally indicated that they were very busy and I would have to wait at least 6 months to get the vehicle repaired. Lally indicated if I had an accident or the vehicle quit working due to the recall problems I could have the vehicle towed to their shop. They said they would look at it at that time. I made several attempts to have the matter resolved through GM's customer service line over several weeks. No help. I called the Ohio Attorney General's office and finally received some attention from Lally, not a phone call but the AG.indicating I could call for an appointment. By this time I had called Classic Chevy in Mentor and they made the repairs the next day.I will likely never go to Lally or recommend them for anything ever. They were less than helpful or courteous. I can see why there are so many negative reviews of this dealership.

My experience with Tim Lally Chevy is always excellent. This is the second car I have purchased from them and I will continue to go back. Joe H is the is the salesman I like to deal with. The efficiency that the dealearship works is fantastic. Everything is done quickly, efficiently, and without pressure to do something you don't want to do. I live five minutes from a large Chevy dealership. I travel 45 minutes to do business with Joe and the Tim Lally dealership because the experience is that much better for me.

My experience was great. I had time in the showroom to look around, but more than that I was given a car to test drive for a few days and that really calmed me so that I didn't feel pressured into anything. I had time to talk everything over with my husband and make my decision. The salesman was wonderful and really tried to make us comfortable while we were there. He was quite courteous and took the time to inform us of what Tim Lally had to offer us.

I had a serious issue with my vehicle (brand new) and had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. I have always wanted a new sports car. So I was finally at a time in my life where I could afford to make this decision. So I went out into the world of dealerships. I came across Tim Lallys lot and I was intrigued by the size so I stopped in. To give some background I am a young professional and I work for a professional sports organization. I live by myself downtown and I have a credit score of around 730. I was looking to trade in a 09 Jeep with under 55k miles on it that was already paid off. My bad experience started as soon as I walked into the dealership there was about 5 sales staff standing by the secretary talking. Instead of helping me they looked at me and kept talking. After I realized that I wasnt going to get much help In front of the 5 sales staff I had to ask the secretary to page salesmen. As soon as I asked her to do so she obviously looked right next to us at the 5 salesmen standing there. All five of them on key pointed to one salesman who was busy with some paperwork. That was strike one for me. The way that I took it as my money was not good here and I wasnt going to be respected. The salesmen name was Chris. Chris was about the only good and positive thing about this dealership. Chris worked with me and helped me out through the whole process. I work in sales so I understand how the process of buying works. After we found a car I like me and Chris started talking numbers. They came to me with an awful offer so of course I tried to get a better deal. Chris and I worked out another number and he went to his managers to clear it. After only one time of asking for a better price Chris had to come back to me and say this exact quote I am really sorry but these guys dont know if youre serious can you sign this sheet of paper stating that you really would like to buy a car today? This was strike two I was floored to hear this. I was just trying to get a better deal and then I have to sign a sheet of paper because they dont think I was serious? I will reiterate and say that Chris was fantastic and had nothing to do with any of these issues. After I signed this sheet a large gentlemen I think he is a manager came over to me he wore a lot of rings and a white shirt. He also wore a gold chain and had some gray in his hair. He was so disrespectful I almost walked out then. He made comments like Well if you want to play with the big boys you need the money and I cant believe you dont want this deal. Are you really serious about buying a car? I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Again I am in sales I understand creating urgency but never have I been taught to make a customer feel bad about themselves for looking for the best choice for them. After a few hours of uncomfortable sales pushes I settled on a deal. Thank god this didnt go through. Because I was a Michigan resident there was a issue with my title so I couldnt complete the transaction until I jumped through some hoops. During the week in between working 65 hours I had to have my mom send me more papers and get my paperwork notarized and cleared by the state because thats what Tim Lallys dealership requires. After finally getting all my paperwork I went back into Tim Lallys to buy the car. This was the last and final strike for me. I expected to walk in and walk out because everything was all set. What happened next was the worst show of business I have ever seen. The manager Dean said that I didnt have the income to afford this car I work for a professional sports team and make very good money so I was shocked to hear this. I tried to tell him this must be a mistake so he tried to call the bank again. When he came back he told me that as a grown adult who lives on his own works 65 hours a week and has a credit score of 730 that I need a cosigner. I was never more humiliated and embarrassed in my life. I tried to explain to him that it was incorrect and he told me that I could get into a Chevy Cruze no problem. I didnt come into your dealership for a Cruze so I was shocked to hear this. I then said that I could just try another Chevy dealership if it wasnt going to work out and Dean told me that there is no chance of that because they all use the same banks. I was receiving a big paycheck the next day because my commission for the summer was going to be deposited into my account. I begged Dean to let me send my paystub to him the next day and have him try again at that time he agreed. The next morning I sent it to Dean at 11am. All day I awaited a call or email and I received nothing. In sales I know how important it is to contact a client and I was confused why Dean didnt want to make a sale for his dealership. I called Dean Friday when I left work at 6:30 and there was no answer so I left a message. Then a few hours later I did the same thing. Saturday rolled around and I thought there was no way that he wasnt going to contact me and of course I was wrong. I tried to call him again and to my surprise I got to his voicemail again. I was felt so disrespected by this. I already understood that no one except Chris in that dealership respected me as a buyer but for Dean not to return my call and respect me as a person is inexcusable. Monday rolled around and I was done waiting around so I went to Ganley Chevy just down the road. I believe everything happens for a reason and I am so thankful I made it to Ganley Chevy. From the moment I parked on the lot I had a sales rep waiting to talk with me. The whole time they respected me as a buyer and even the managers came over to ask how everything was going and if I was happy. When it came time for the bank approval I was nervous from what Dean said and to my surprise there were zero issues. I was accepted right away because of my income and credit. I also didnt need to jump through any hoops with my paperwork. I even asked them why I didnt need to do a bunch of paperwork and they replied with youre the customer you shouldnt have to jump through hoops that is our job My deal that I got at Tim Lallys was a 14 Camaro V6 with no extras. The deal I received at Ganley Chevy was a 14 Camaro RS V8 with all the extras like the upgraded sound system, rims, screen, lights and seats for only $500 more. And like I said of course I bought on the spot and drove away that day in my new car that I love! To sum everything up how can Tim Lallys dealership disrespect there customers and not take them seriously? I was serious about buying and they turned me down because they said I couldnt afford the car and they didnt know if they would ever see it again. Then they say its that way everywhere and I walking into Ganley and they give me a 10 times better car for basically the same price. Why did I have to jump through hoops as a customer with Tim Lallys. To reiterate my salesmen Chris was great and he needs to leave Tim Lallys ASAP because they are holding him back. I am happy with my new car and since I work in the sales industry I dont want to get anyone fired but I just hope Tim Lally sees this so he can save his dealership. Stay away from here and go down the road to Ganley for amazing service with a smile!

The car was there for the ignition switch replacement. Every thing was fine. My only complaint, if any, is that the TV and radio playing in the showroom was really loud for someone just trying to read or work on a computer. You folks need a quiet space. I managed, though. THANKS!

Originally we were told it would take 2 hours to complete the repairs. The Service individual said no it would take 3-4 hours and I had to get to work so, Matt Nagy gave me a loaner so I would not be late for work. Matt Nagy and AJ Wagner(?) are the best two Service writers at Tim Lally Chevrolet. The lady in the rental department was really nice.

Never in my life have I been insulted. I drive a Toyota Camry and was helping my daughter by her first new car. She wanted either a Chevy Equinox, Buick Terrain and Toyota RAV4. The sales person helping us was new but friendly. I explain that we wanted the best deal, and were going to shop around to find it. So after the test drive, all of a sudden the sales manager Robert Pollard comes over and things went from pleasant to outragous. He starts going on and on about how they have the best prices and best cars. I explain that the we would be making the purchase cash. I told him I was a very CONCERNED with all of the RECALLS. He asked me what kind of car I drive. I told him. Then he started talking about how Toyota cars kill the most people, and are not as nice and that we both need to be buying his Chevy, because his car won't flip. It took over almost forty minutes after the test drive to get the quote on a cash purchase. I thanked him for the quote and let him know that we would go next door to Buick. As I leaving I here him tell the sales man "go head park that Equinox them folkes don't got no money ruff ruff (like a dog) on to the next one". My daughter ended up purchasing a 2014 Toyota RAV4 and loves it. Guess where my wife and son won't be buying their next cars.

things went well. i was concerned that the car i took was a v8 when i thought it was a 6. but after being shown the mpg figures it was enough to make me feel better. and after a bit of driving the mileage is ok and my uneasy feeling have gone away. they would have been willing to get me the truck with the smaller engine if i wanted to.

My 2013 Chevy Cruze broke the trans axle and was towed April 16th, it took 44 days to fix my car...apparently no parts were available. I understand this is more of a Chevy supplier issue, but 44 days is too long. they did give me a rental car, and Rich from O'brian leasing was great. By Ohio law my car is considered a Lemon.

Curtis Tate is amazing, as usual. I called him the previous day, and he was able to fit me in for an appointment, that fit my schedule, and got me out earlier than promised so I would be on time for work. The mechanic showed me the squirrel's nest I had in my hood, and we all had a hilarious laugh. I was glad that it didn't cost much damage. The whole experience was GREAT! Even though I live in Akron, working w/ Curtis is worth the drive because I know that he will take care of everything flawlessly. I appreciate him knowing that usually I have a million things on my plate. He always gives me an accurate time estimate. Give him a raise!

I was a little annoyed that I have only had the car 2 weeks and the turn signal had problems, but it is not something that could have been caught ahead of time. I was extremely impressed about how things were handled. I have never received this level of care at any service center before and I just truly appreciate the excellent experience. From the moment I pulled into the service station 'till the time I left. I didn't spend no more than 30 minutes there but while I was waiting, I observed that the service station was surprisingly clean. The verbal conversations between the service techs were positive and it appeared that everyone was respecting each other and focused on their jobs and for sure making customers happy. Tim Lally found the problem fixed it fine and even washed the car in general however i have bumper to bumper insurance for a year had put blue windshield fluid washer in florida and put it in before i left for ohio unfortunately it froze and a fuse needed replaced but i still had to pay they gave me half off but the problem was i couldnt sifer the fluid out and there were many days in the forties but i was the one responsible?? i feel they could have fixed it for me they knew i didnt have a job!! so wasnt happy about my bumper to bumper

I was very satisfied with my salesman, but i was disappointed. I had email communication with Rachel at which I informed her I wanted to look at the car you had in stock but wanted a different color. She insisted i schedule an appointment to view the car and would have a list of cars with my preferred options available to look at too. The salesman said there were no other cars that fit my description available. I was disappointed to hear those results and that the price on the car in stock was non-negotiable considering that was my second choice. Overall my experience with the salesman was the best of any dealership I've ever visited, but I would of appreciated them being honest up front that the car i wanted was unavailable.

There were a lot of options for passing the time while service on my car was in progress.Prices were pretty high compared to other repair quotes I received ($20 ea at NTB vs $50 ea with you for the repair of a burned-out headlight) but the service was in a whole different league.

Just bought 2013 silverado 2500hd it started to have a burn smell took it back Mike Lally drove it Doug Ferguson drove it made the whole dealership Crazy then Doug found it a black piece of plastic from who knows where was melting on the exhaust! I went for an oil change and fix a recalled part. When I got there they informed me of recommended 30k maintenance and politely asked if I would like to get that done as well. They informed me of the cost and the extra time it would take and did not pressure me into getting it. I went ahead and got it done and was very happy with my service.

These guys get the Greedy Creeps Award I find them on http://autotrader.com. They have the corvette stingray I've been looking for and I am willing to pay full retail (msrp) for the car, fly to Cleveland and drive it home to New Jersey. I give the salesman Eric my credit card and make an agreement in principal by phone. I know we agreed because he told me so,, and he took my credit card info to secure the vehicle. Moments later I get an email from Eric confirming my purchase at a price which is $5,000 higher than agreed to, and $5,000 above full retail.Shame on Tim Lally Chevrolet and their greedy sales manager who instructed Eric to raise my price. Full msrp apparently wasn't good enough. I guess they have out of the market buyers dropping out of the sky all the time, willing to pay full retail and on a Monday morning....and the last day of the sales month!Shame on you Tim Lally Chevrolet.

I explained my plight when I brought my car to be serviced because the "Check your engine oil soon" light came on after a vacation trip from Valdosta, GA. I thought I would have to make an appointment but he told me how long a wait & he gave me options:nail tech, playroom for my grandson, movie theatre & the waiting area. The people that work at Tim Lally are so friendly & happy they treat you like family. Yes, I would recommend Tim Lally Chevrolet Dealership to anyone & everyone that would listen. I would tell them to ask for Jason if buying a car. I just love the atmosphere when entering the facility you feel wanted and not pressured.

When I went to TIM Lally I was geared up for a fight because of my previous experience elsewhere. My attitude was immediately put in check.I drove in the garage and was greeted right away,waitress to the desk and given a mini tour of the amenities.The one thing that I feel is a tell of character is that no matter how busy they are,they are still courteous and makes your wait as minimum as possible and as just as comfortable.I ended up purchasing my next vehicle,a Malibu, from Mike Schmida who is such a genuinely wonderful person, there is no doubt I'll be back, and not alone!

Michael Schmida is the best. I have purchased (I think) six or seven cars through him. He makes the buying experience very pleasant and offers great follow through after the sale. Whenever I need service he sets it up, along with a loner car if needed, and I get my car back fully serviced and washed. This is a great dealership with a great service staff. During my purchase process Mike Lally ususally takes the time to stop by and chat. I would not consider purchasing a vehicle with out calling Michael Schmida first and visiting Mike's dealership

I visited their dealership and saw a used Mazda 3. The price was the same on the lot as the certified Mazdas at the Mazda dealership around the corner, so I thought nothing of it. A couple of days later I noticed the car was priced on their website at $3000.00 less. They confirmed they would honor the internet special price, so I took it for a test drive. While on the test drive the Tire Pressure Monitor light came on. I asked Dan, the salesman to put it back through service and he agreed. The light was off and I took it for another test drive. Everything was fine, so I purchased the vehicle. I am extremely happy with my purchase for the price. I got a notification that my title was at the dealership, so I drove the 30 minutes out there to get it and get my registration going. When I arrived I discovered the odometer reading was incorrect. Linda was brought out to assist me and took my information. She assured me someone would call me first thing in the morning. I told her I felt inconvienced that I would have to drive back out and she told me the dealership would get plates for me. I was confused at the idea of that happening, but I waited the next morning for a call. What a surprise...Marie called me at about 9 am the next day to apologize and get things straightened out. She offered for the dealer to get the plates, and even let me pine at how ugly I think the Beautiful Ohio plates are. She went out of her way to get me the old Red, White and Blue plates. Dan the salesman even drove to my work with the paperwork I needed to sign to correct the problem. They overnighted the plates to me and made the whole complication better. To me, the world is full of snags. It's how a business provides service and makes the situation better and easier that separates how you feel about transactions. I would recommend this dealer to anyone! The next time I am buying a car I will go to TIm Lally Chevrolet first!

I recently was looking to buy a used suv the first dealership i thought about visiting was Tim Lally Chevy . All of the advertisement they do on the radio and on the tv and the help they do for the community , i thought to myself " if i was going to spend my hard earned money i wanted that dealership ( Tim Lally Chevy ) to be the place where i spend it " . When i visited for the first time i was not dissapointed the Sales Associate was very knowledgeable about vehicles so that put me at easy , i did not feel like he was trying a high pressure sales pitch , which happens to be the first time i haven't had a sales person try the " high pressure " sales technique on me . It was unfortunate they did not have the vehicle i was looking for .

I have dealt with Tim Lally chevy for many years. I have bought one car from them, and my mom & dad have bought 4 from them over the years. But most recently, i had work done on my cavalier, the check engine came on. They ran a test and found a solenoid for the evap system failed. They had it diagnosed and fixed in one day.. actually less than 2hrs! Would highly recommend for anyone who needs service work done on their car.. i think why would you go to some aftermarket place when you can get the best trained people for your car at tim lally?? will always go there with my chevy!

I HAVE PURCHASED OVER 7 CARS FROM THEM,AND SERVICE THEM ONLY THERE.MY TRANSMISSION WENT OUT ON MY TRUCK AND COST ME OVER $2000 NOT FOR A NEW ONE BUT TO REBUILD MY EGSISTING TRANNY AND GAVE ME 1 YEAR WARRANTY.IT WENT OUT AGAIN AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY $2400 FOR A REPLACEMENT TRANNY,ALL AT MY COST THEY WOULDNT HELP ME WITH THE FIRST ONE BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN A LITTLE OVER A YEAR.

Treated very well purchasing a new Suburban in April 2007. This is my 8th new car over the years and was actually pleased when I drove away the first time. No pressure and up front information from both sales and financing.I have since used Tim Lally for service on both the 2007 Suburban and my wife's 2004 Impala. Honest dealings from simple oil changes to tire replacement and transmission service on the Impala. I have recommended Tim Lally to several friends with no regrets.

This is not just a crackpot commenting for the hell of it,I work for a company that has a fleet of vehicles service and bussiness from Tim Lally chevrolet and they have got to be the worst dealership as far as service repair.I don't know if they have one good mechanic there who is competent. My service vehicle has been in there for 5 weeks(no exageration) and they still don't know whats wrong with it.My wife and I purchased a cavelier from them and had to get some warranty work done for a bad window defrost. It sat there for a week untouched. I finally picked it up(unfixed) and took it to Serpentiti in strongsville oh. which is a great place and in one day DONE. You need to investigate LALLY, this is a dead serius letter.
