My most recent experience was absolutely amazing. Initially I went to a different Nissan Dealership and the customer service was subpar which lead me Tenneson Nissan. The moment I entered the doors knew this was the place I was going to purchase from. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. Every team member that I encountered displayed great customer service, but My salesman, Mr. Keith was absolutely exceptional. I told him I wanted, and he got me what I needed. The entire time I was there(9a-2p) He was patient and very courteous. I left Nissan in a car that I absolutely LOVE!!!!!

Took my 2001 frontier to be repaired for engine trouble. After 5DAYS was told that one part was put on wrong that's why it took so long. After an hour of paying $1700, truck was not fixed with the same problem. Will not return calls and claiming not at fault. Have taken a claim with better business bureau and contacted a lawyer. Also, Nissan corporate will not do anything even when this dealership has their product and name

Perhaps not all customers are yet aware that there used to be a boast of FREE oil changes for life! Recently that was worded differently on the commercial...oil changes for life is what you will hear now! Some of us read our contract after the fact and discovered that while the dealership was advocating FREE oil changes the contract had a price added to it of nearly $1,000 for oil changes!!!! So, I was just wondering since presumptuously this dealership wants to be considered ethical, when will we be getting that money back in the mail since when we bought our car we were told (and your commercials said) oil changes for life were FREE?!

I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder in March of 2013. Right away I started having problems with it shaking while going between 25-30 mph. Tenneson Nissan told me that was normal. I told them there's no way it is normal for a vehicle to shake that much. Every time I went to them and complained about it I was given the run around. I was told they had a fix and would call me when the part came in (never got a call). Then I was told that they could only fix it if it shook bad enough to make it to a certain point on their machine they were using. As bad as it shook, amazingly they claimed it wasn't bad enough to register on their machine. Another time the lady that works in the service department told me that as soon as I reached 30,000 she was sure it would stop shaking. So basically, let's get you to go over your 30,000 mile warranty so you're stuck with the problem. Then, December 2015 I took it for my free oil change, which is a joke because they don't do what they should when doing an oil change, and I once again complained about the shaking. I was told that they now they had a fix for it through a recall and they reprogrammed the computer and Todd Gann assured me that would fix my problem with the shaking. Wrong! A couple of days later I'm driving and it shakes really bad and starts sputtering and I get stuck going about 40 mph as it is about to completely break down. Thank goodness I wasn't on the interstate in busy traffic because I could've been killed, along with my children and innocent people. I took it back to Tenneson Nissan. They said it was the body valve. It was under warranty, but they claimed it was backordered. They had my pathfinder for 3 weeks before I finally got it back. For 3 weeks I was inconvenienced, having to borrow someone else's car so that I could go to work and get my kids to school and all of their after school activities. I got it back on a Friday and did not drive it until Monday so that I could get new tires put on. As I'm going home from getting my new tires I notice 2 lights have come on. Then I go to pick my son up from school and it completely dies! I'm stuck in the driveway of the school blocking traffic. I had no choice but to call Tenneson Nissan to bring a wrecker. They call the next day to day my alternator is bad and that it'll cost $1100 to fix it. There was no way I was going to pay them that much money when nothing was wrong with my alternator before I took it to them to replace the body valve. I ended up paying them almost $200 to cover the cost of the wrecker and diagnostic test they performed, which was a ridiculous amount. I took it to a trusted mechanic and ended up needing a new battery and alternator. A new alternator for a 3 year old vehicle. It's funny how my battery and alternator was fine until I got it back from Tenneson Nissan. I guess they figured since I got the body valve replaced for free that they'd mess something else up so that I'd come back and they could make some money off of me. Boy were they wrong! I'll never do business with them again! I'll gladly pay for my oil changes from here on out so I know they are actually being done and done right! I hate to say it but I believe they are nothing but crooks out to bleed their customers dry. And, they need a lot of work on customer service.

I purchased a Nissan Frontier from this dealership in 2013 I had a flat tire in 2015. when I went to change the tire there was no spare under the truck. my wife contacted the dealership to see if we could purchase a spare and the Service manager Eric Byrd and he said he would see what he could do. he called us back and told us that if we could come by he would have a spare tire for us at no charge. because there was supposed to have been one on the truck originally. the service & parts dept. did a great job of taking care of us. thank you Eric and staff. Finally he told me I might need to go some were els.And the worst thing is I called and Left a message for Mr. Tenneson letting him know what was going on, I told him if one person matters to please call me. That was about 5 to 6 months .

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Tenneson Nissan with the hopes that it would suffice our needs for a larger vehicle for our growing family. Jeremy was our salesman on this particular day. He followed us to the used car lot near Tifton's Walmart. After the ignition was turned, we immediately heard a noise coming from the engine bay. Jeremy assured us that it should be fine and he would have the service department look at it upon our arrival back to the main dealership. Well...suffice it to say, the service department did not look at it that day. We were there 3.5 hours filling out paperwork. They went over our trade-in vehicle with a fine-toothed comb, but not the one that we were purchasing. I was disappointed in the fact that after we were able to reach an agreement on price, Jeremy returned to the desk with a message from the service manager: "My manager said he would rather lose money on a car, than lose a customer." My wife had to bring the vehicle back to Tenneson so the service department could perform the check on the noise. They said it could be a recalled part, but their diagnostics showed nothing was wrong with the car. They proceeded to tell my wife that she could and should take it to the nearest dealership for that make of car and have their service department check it out since Tenneson Nissan doesn't service those parts. Well, after I proceeded to speak with Erick Byrd, the customer relations manager, I determined that this dealership doesn't know the first thing about customer service! First rule in Customer Service: The Customer is always right! Well, my wife called Erick to let him know that she was still in Tifton and that she had called the other dealership to price the problem. The other dealership said $90 to have diagnostics run on the vehicle, plus whatever the costs would be to fix the car. Apparently, Erick mentioned to her that there wasn't much they (Tenneson) could do for her today. He sent her back to our hometown, which is 45mins away. Half way home, my wife receives a call from David McMahan, a sales manager. He also called me. David tells both of us that it isn't their policy nor is it good business for something like this to happen. David then proceeded to ask my wife to turn around and return to Tifton. He proceeded to inform her that they would go over the newly-purchased car with a fine-toothed comb and locate the problem. In the meantime, he said he would provide her with a rental car. THe rental car that was provided was a Nissan Armada, a gas-guzzler. This gas-guzzler contained less than 1/2 of a tank of gas. We live 45mins away!! We were given no estimated completion time on the repairs of her car. The timing chain was messed up and Tennesson had to drive my wife's car to the dealership that can repair the vehicle. Now I have to pay for gas in this big, black tank due to their laziness and poor customer service! I am THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED!!! I have left calls for Cory Tenneson, David McMahan, and Cody Rayburn. No call has been returned from any of these men. TENNESON NISSAN HAS NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Their motto should be: TENNESON NISSAN: TALL ON GRIEF-SHORT ON SATISFACTION!

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Right after I got the vehicle, it started sputtering. I questioned Brooke about it and he said it was not in a recall but to keep a look out for a letter from Nissan just in case. It has continued to get worse. I took it into the service department so they could duplicate it. They told me they did not have a fix for it and neither did Nissan. All they keep telling me is to be patient. I have been given the runaround since I got this vehicle. I am totally disappointed in my purchase of this Pathfinder. As I have been told, there are several others with the same problem. This vehicle is very costly to have trouble within the first few weeks of ownership.

I came to have my oil dipstick replaced. The yellow part of the dipstick was visible when I took my car. The mechanic embedded the dipstick further in the tube and made me pay the labor to fix it. I had to wait several hours which was ridiculous. Nissan slogan should short on service and large on price.

Our experience with the sales staff, specifically Jeremy and Brandon, was great. I did have to ask three times for a dealer invoice, which they were hesitant for me to have without sitting down to "talk numbers." Speaking of numbers, they priced a 2011 Pathfinder SV at $5000 over the Edmonds "True Value." When I called Jeremy and told him we were serious about proceeding I indicated that we needed to work on the Internet "best price." I interpreted the tone in his voice as being nervous. He correctly cautioned me that they would not consider a whole lot, maybe the extra $500 I was seeking for my trade-in. I emailed an offer which he forwarded to the sales manager. (I almost feel bad for Jeremy, because the sales manager called me and left an angry voicemail. Sorry, Jeremy, for putting you in that position, but thanks for forwarding it.) His tone was clear: angry! My offer was, and I quote, "ridiculous." I'll be the first to admit it was low, intentionally. I will say that the sales manager took my call right away and afforded me a brief opportunity to tell him I was going off of the Edmonds price, and I was willing to come up on my offer if he was willing to come down - good old fashioned negotiating. I was not surprised with his response: NO, maybe $800. He made it clear that someone would pay full price for that certified pre-owned vehicle. That's sad, and it's sad that the dealership knows this, does a lot of business and takes advantage of the ignorant consumer. The incentive of "Free oil changes for life!" is not an incentive. A local oil change and tire rotation, with coupon, is $35 for a synthetic blend. Doing the math, it's simple: you'll average 2 or 3 (typically) oil changes per year. If you plan to trade after putting 100,000 miles on the 34,000 the vehicle already has, you'll trade in around 7 years, about a year after financing if you finance. That's a 'savings' of $735. Really? Start at a price $5000 over market value, add in $500 for "document fees/processing", and 7% sales tax...do the math. If you're willing to pay that much over the market value for 'service' you're only hurting the rest of us trying to negotiate a fair price and paying cash. There are plenty of other dealers out there that are willing to negotiate. Tenneson is not one of them.

When I bought my car, I chose Tenneson because of their excellent service dept. I had a Nissan before I traded for a newer model so I was familiar with the service dept. Everyone was friendly, busy, and took care of business. I never had to wait long and was informed of any repairs or needs regarding my car. At that time, John Autry was the person I dealt with, and he was excellent and helpful. I scheduled an appointment to have the car purchased from Tenneson serviced. I arrived 15 minutes early. After over two hours of wait time, I still did not have my car. I finally ask about it and was told it had to have a new battery. I haven't had any trouble with my battery, and couldn't understand why they even tested it to come up with the "bad" reading. I wondered why something was done to my car without informing me or asking me first. I was then told it would be about 10 more minutes so I waited another 30 before telling the manager that I had to leave. Waiting over two hours as unacceptable to me. There were only two other cars in bays having some type of repairs made. I was told that they were one man short that day, but it still took a very long time, and changes were made to my car without my knowledge. I did get my car after about 2 1/2 hours. I've never waited that long for an oil change. I want to say that the service dept of a dealership is what sells cars. Anyone can write up the paperwork for a new car, but the service dept. is what will keep someone coming back to buy a car at that dealership. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Tenneson up until the last months, and I'm sad to see it deteriorate. I hope you can do something to get things more organized and more professional. I will buy another car one day, and I'd love to buy it from Tenneson, but not with the current service dept. I'll look elsewhere when I get ready to trade if the one at Tenneson hasn't made an effort to provide excellent customer service. Thanks.

We recently bought a car, three weeks ago to be exact! And we noticed a problem with it, took it back. they said it was just off balanced tires, turns out it was the motor mount. being as my car is still under manufactures insurance tenneson could not fix it, its sitting at prince chevy in tifton. my car is still under extended with tenneson, knowing i will not have a vehicle for a week, i have called multiple times just to get, "ill try to figure something out and call you back." guess what! no call back!! this is getting frustrating and im sick of not having a vehicle. i dont see why they would do this to valued costumers. they should just hand over a loaner car, i mean come on. ive only had the xxxx thing 3 weeks!! i will NEVER by another vehicle from them again, and i do not suggest them if you want good costumer service!!

I purchased a CPO vehicle from this dealership six months ago and I am already having trouble with the car. My brakes hace been making an awful noise when I back up and they refuse to do anything about it. FInally, they tell me, after 3 months of complaining, that I need new brake pads on the front and back ($400). The vehicle should have never been sold as a CPO if the brakes only lasted 6 months. I refuse to ever go back to any Tennesson dealerships; they are a bunch of low life crooks.

My husband and I came from Alabama wanting to trade his truck in on something more fuel efficient. We stopped by the preowned lot and a young man met us in the parking lot and asked us what we were looking for and I told him we wanted something with better gas. I asked if we could get the truck appraised so we could then see what kind of price range we were looking at. The guy walked off and came back and said "I would have to call around and see what we could get for your truck. Your best bet would be to go to chevrolet." We were in shock that this salesman made NO time to even help us and he never appraised the truck. So, my husband and I went to chevrolet and bought and amazing car and got extraordinary service. I will not recommend the used car lot of Tenneson Nissan to anyone.

So I wanted to buy a "Leaf", the electric car. Evidently it was this dealership's first time selling one. I walked in the door and asked to test drive the "leaf" I saw on TV. I was introduced to someone who allowed me to test drive it with us both in it and don't remember his name but doesn't matter because I never saw him again. Then came Burt Heaven who answered a lot of my questions. After a day or two I get a call from the other Burt, Burt Alfred and this is the salesperson who handled the actual ordering process. He was very courteous and kept me up to date on the progress of the order with frequent phone calls and e-mails. Then came the day of arrival about three months later and the time where money changes hands. So you see Tennesson has a $600 "documentary fee" they try to slip onto the final price and claim it's to pay for the paperwork clerk. It's the same item you see at other dealerships called such things as advertising fee, dealer prep fee, etc and is reinforced by the common tactic of "everyone has to pay it, I had to pay it" type of nonsense. There was some haggling until they cut it in half, wish I had them cut it altogether because the car was priced by the dealer at MSRP minus a floormat option I ordered. The whole process went smooth until I saw that $600 fee. And even now going on three weeks after the deal I still don't have the title and paperwork to get the permanent tag. One week left on the temp tag. My experience at the dealership was very unique and may not apply to everyone else simply because I was buying the new electric car which has a very unique buying process of its own compared to other common Nissan vehicles.

I am very upset that I allowed myself to be folled into believing that these guys were a great dealership! Not only did I recieve a car less than expe ted, I have yet to receive my paper work to file or my tag or information in regards to my auto lender! Everyone was friendly when it came it to misleading me to purchasing the vehilce, afterwards, I felt raped! This was my very first time purchasing a car and as soon as I am able to I woll cut ties and ell the car to another dealer that cares more about a conumer and not a sale! I WILL DEFINETLY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TENNESON NISSAN, UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE SETTIGN YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS ABLAXE! BUYER BEWARE!

After a previous experience that did not turn out so well for me, I was terrified about buying a new car. I called with questions before I made the drive to tifton. I have talked with Keith about 6 months prior to this. I asked for him. He was with a customer and returned my call in a timely manor. He answered all questions I had and made me feel much better about buying a car. He began my paper work so when I arrived some other it was ready. I got a great deal on the car. Every question I asked wad answered with a positive answer with proof on paper! After walking in afraid, I walked out with a smile! I appreciate all they did for me!

My spouse and I were looking for a used car with a resaonable down payment and fair monthly payments. I was referred by a friend to visit cars.com, which I did and I saw several cars from several dealers. Needless to say, none were appealing to either of us. Just when I was about to give up hope here comes Burt Heaven to the rescue! Mr. Heaven was truly a GOD SEND (with the last name Heaven, I'd imagien he would be)! Mr. Heaven allowed me to advise him what my spouse and I could afford as far as a down payment and monthly payments. Mr. Heaven continued to work with me and was dilligent in doing so. Mr. Heaven treated me as a close relative as opposed to someone shopping for an automobile. Later the same day, Mr. Heaven called me advising me that I was apporved for a new 2011 Nissan! Imagine my surprise! I was thanking GOD and trying to contain my excitement at the same time because I couldnt believe it! Mr. Heaven kept me very well informed througout the entire process. I was elated to learn that Mr. Heaven would have the car deliverd to me! I had the absolute pleasure of meeting another well-rounded genteleman by the name of Jay Shamis, who's not only very informative, polite, and handsome. Mr. Shamis delivered the paperwork and my new 2011 Nissan to my spouse and I and explained everything thoroughly to us both. I didnt feel as though there were hidden costs or fees or that either of the Sales associates were only "out to make a sale." Mr. Shamis took the time to explain the lifetime oil change, every function of the automobile and get this, he even knows the Tenneson Nissian creed on the back of the business card! This really impressed my spouse and I because Mr. Shamis appears to be an individual focused on helping those other than himself and is very fluent in automobile language. Mr. Shamis also called me the next day to make sure everything was fine with myself and to ensure that I was enjoying the automobile. How awesome is that! I really appreciate Burt Heaven and Jay Shamis, I feel as though these two are by far the best Sales Assosciates that Tenneson Nissan has to offer. These two made the car buying process as seamless and thorough and easy as possible, no pressure, no headaches! I am so thankful for the two awesome Sales Associates that I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with, I feel very blessed and fortunate to have chosen Tenneson Nissan as my dealership of choice! I would definetly reccomend the Tenneson Nissan dealership and the two people that made car buying a pleasure to anyone, Jay Shamis and Burt Heaven. Thanks so much!

I was in the market for a used vehicle on trade. After speaking with Bert Heaven for a couple of days I decided to drive over to him and view the vehicle. After I arrived I informed him that I didnt want my credit run until I saw the vehicle and knew I was interested. About 20 minutes after sitting and waiting Mr Heaven comes to me with a grin on his face and says"youll never beleive what happened" I said Im sure I can the vehicle is sold right. He said yes, as I was getting ready to go he asks me to wait that he may have another vehicle for me. I wait and he drives up with a similar vehicle I have already seen and looked up on my phone listed on their website. The vehicle was in poor shape had a ton more miles and the window price was nearly $4000 more! than they had listed on their own page! I feel they thought as if they could take advantage of a "young, dumb" female, and they were sadly mistaken. As I told him I wasnt interested we walked back into the show room where a song was playing, he so whittingly sang the song with his own words for all to hear " I cant do nothing for you hahaha! " This was rediculous and I was embarrased to have brought my mother along for the ride to such an awful place of business. The only pleasent thing I have to say about the entire experience is the Fleet sales women was extremely friendly to my family and myself. The staff was rude to her as well.

When we visited the dealership we had already determined where we needeed to be with our trade ands what our payment had to be in order to purchase a 2011 Nissan Frontier.Jay and Rob in Finance worked with us to purchase the Frontier we desired and were very professional in their efforts to meet our requirements. As a result we left the dealership with the vehicle we wanted, at a price and interest rate that worked for us. All of our questions were answered with professionalism, courtesy and without pressure.Thank you Jay and Rob for the great deal.

The staff that work there were all eager to see if they could help us and continued to ask if we were ok or would like a drink. This was nice and let me know they want to make their customers happy and comfortable during the car buyying process. Keith was great and I drove home with the car I love and within my price range. Tenneson has new cutsomers for life. Thanks for all you did and thank you for workiing with our budget.Leah Christopher

The staff was friendly...however..WRITE DOWN NAMES!!!! I got passed from salesman to salesman until I ended up with Ulyses. FINALLY ,made through all the hoops and negotiating and went to get my car. The car wasnt ready when I got to the dealership after a 2hr drive there and I had to get it from the detail shop. I was sent 2hrs back home with no temporary tag or paperwork. When I called, the finance manager Robby stated he would get everything overnighted to me. Called the next afternoon, Pam the title clerk knew nothing about my situation. She has stated that she will have a driver deliver my items to me today. We will see. I am hoping to be able to add to this review when I have more positive things to say... I have since found out that this dealership is part of a group with several others around Southeast Georgia that don't have very high customer ratings. I am SO hoping this turns out well.P.S. I LOVE my car though!!

Talked to Burt Heaven in December and we couldn't get to an agreeable price / interest rate. Called Burt because I feel he tried to make things happen in December to tell him I was ready for a car. I call him at about three o'clock in the afternoon. Told him I was still looking for the same thing - he remembered me - and told me he would physically deliver my car (about 60-65 miles away) before the day was out. I received my 2010 Altima about five minutes after eight that night. Very pleased with Burt and I am trusting that Tenneson Nissan will back him up as being the dealer he tells me they are.

My experience at Tenneson was excellent. Burt Heaven was willing to stay late and work with my husband and I. He had my car waiting to be test drove that evening, and allowed for us to have our privacy driving and discussing the car without being hassled. The other staff were also very polite and kind to us. They all worked well to give us the best service and best car that was in our budget. We truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to work with us. We will be future customers! Thanks,Beth and Travis Purvis

Bought a new Frontier 4x4 and had a great experience. Jay was very helpful but didn't pressure me. Feel like I got a fair deal and overall experience was very good. Probably the best new car experience I've had. The inventory was very good too. By far the best in South Georgia...

My experience at Tenneson Nissan in Tifton Georgia was extrodinary. Bert Alfred was the salesman that helped me and my family. I drive quite a few miles to work each day and was in need of a car. My brother was visiting from Atlanta and it was a dreary rainy day so my entire family loaded up to go to Tenneson Nissan just to look around at some of their used cars. Since I am on a pretty strict budget, my brother in law was very clear as to the range I needed my monthly payments to be. Within no time at my complete surprise, Bert had me in a new car (which was the car of my dream...Nissan Altima) and my monthly payments where they needed to be. It was a great day and one me nor my family will never forget. Bert, as well as everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful.

Quality of work and timeliness was great on repairs. Personal attention was even better. This gentleman stayed late at work so that I could come get my disabled mother's medication out of the car I had left for service. He did not even hesitate to offer to wait 30 minutes late for me to drive to the dealership.

I recently bought a new Murano. I was greeted at the door and offered something to drink. Jay listened to my likes and dislikes and found the perfect car for me. He went over all the details about the car and warrenty issues with me and introduced me to most of the staff. I had a 2009 Murano that I had seviced at Tennenson. The quality of service I recieved from the service department was the main reason I decided to discuss a new car with them.

Keith Merrill met me at the front of the office and introduced himself immediately. He was very friendly and ready to assist me. I can't say this about another dealer I visited the same day. Buying a car is not the most pleasant thing for me; however, Keith made my visit as pleasurable as he possibly could. He was sincere, knowledgeable and was in no hurry. When I called him on the phone, he was always available which was important and eager to assist me with my request. I did not get to visit the service area since they were closed Saturday before I finished with my transaction. The proof in the puddin will be the service center which will remain to be seen, but I do hope they are as pleasant to deal with as Keith has been. I will recommend Tenneson Nissan to my friends.ThanksWallace Sansbury

I do recommend Tenneson Nissan and here is why, I was out looking for a new car due to our country's resent gas prices. I had a 2007 Jeep Commander which I liked but it wasn't good on gas mileage and I'm a single guy so it was a little much for me. My Jeep at best got 22 MPG and I needed to get a better vehicle that got better gas mileage. I wanted a vehicle that that had good horsepower and that got good gas mileage. I went to Tenneson Nissan because of their commercials and because I had a four door Altima in 2005 and I loved that car. The only reason I got rid of it was because at the time I thought I wanted a bigger vehicle with more power and I was wrong. I rated my experience there a 5 all around. When it came to customer care the sales man Bert Alfred treated me with respect which a lot of sales people don't do because I'm a young man and they don't think you'll be serious about buying a car. He also let me do what I wanted to do look at whatever car I wanted and answered all my questions I asked. The quality of work was fast as it could be since they had to look at my vehicle inspect it and come up with a price for me to like for tread in which they gave me a great price. The Friendliness was great everyone was nice ready to will and deal and was ready to get me in a new vehicle. The price was great I have no complaints at all, I didn't even have to waste my time in going back in forth with prices they automatically went 5,000.00 under sticker price for the first offer which was a great offer and I was sold. My overall experience was great treated me with respect didn't see my age as a bad thing and was willing to bend over backwards to make me happy. I would recommend Tenneson Nissan to anybody who's ready to buy a vehicle because their ready to get rid of any vehicle they have.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT TENNESON NISSAN IN TIFTON. I CHOSE THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF GREAT ADVERTISEMENT. I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP ASKED FOR A SALESMAN--- I GOT KEITH MERRILL. I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT I WAS WANTING. HE GOT MY NUMBER, CALLED ME BACK AS HE HAD PROMISED, AND WE DID BUISNESS. IT WAS BECAUSE OF KEITH AND HIS HONESTY AND THE HARDWORK OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WORKING WITH US TO GET WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE. THE MADE ME A PROMISE BEFORE I DROVE TO TIFTON AND THE KEPT THEIR WORD. THEY ALSO TOLERATED MY 4YR.OLD DAUGHTER DURING THE LONG PROCESS. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. WHEN THE TIME COMES TO GET ANOTHER VECHICHLE WE WILL BE BACK.

Dustin was a wonderful salesman to work with. He was friendly, knowledgable and took extra care in making sure we were comfortable. We have a newborn so Dustin brought his laptop to the car and talked to use by our car so we didnt have to get him out. He made car shpping and buying a convenient and pleasent experience. He was not pushy. He listened to what I said I wanted and even read between the lines to find the perfect match for my family and I. Dustin is one of the two reasons we would recommend Tenneson Nissan. He is the top reason we would recommend Tenneson! Nissan was not my top car choice but because of Dustins attitude and character we decided no matter what, he would be the person to sale us a car. The pathfinder was the car I liked the most that fit my familys needs. I am proud of the 2011 Pathfinder we purchased and am proud to have met Dustin. He is someone other car salesman should aspire to be like. I talked to three car salesmen this past week, Dustin was the only one to call me back when he said he would. Thank you Dustin for your care and help in this exciting time in my familys life.

I had a bad experience with this dealer from day 1. They wouldn't sell me the vehicle I was looking at and tried to deceive me on the one I purchased and tried to hide a dent from me and my wife. They told me they would fix the dent but I had to call the manager in order for them to do it. They were friendly but nobody knew what the other person was doing in trying to "please the customer". at one point the "dent man" said he couldn't fix it and offered me 100$ to fix it...I told them they were crazy. I eventually.got it fixed but Major hassles all around on the whole deal. Not recommending them to anyone.

It took two months for us to actually trade on the vehicle we wanted but we did so we are pleased. We talked with Keith Merrill briefly on the lot on a Sunday afternoon and on Monday, he started working up a deal with us. We emailed and came to the dealership once and talked over pricing and couldn't come to an agreement so we left. Our daughter was looking at your inventory a month later when she realized the vehicle we wanted was still online and it was cheaper so we contacted Keith again and made the purchase. Keith was very pleasant and not hard to deal with. We don't like the bickering back and forth having him have to run in and out of the office asking the boss each time we made an offer, but we got thru that and like I said, we made the purchase. The showroom was immaculate and so was the service dept and that is very appealing to us. Everyone was very friendly when Keith showed my daughter the dealership and where to go for services, etc.

Jay was a wonderful salesman. He has a great, easy going personality and very funny. Jay did not seem the least bit annoyed that we had our 4 year old with us. Glad there was a play area for times we had to wait. We never felt pressured by anyone. The dealership team worked with us to get best price on trade in and payments where we wanted them. Oil changes for life is a good plus.Overall experience was real good. Down side...phone calls for information that should've been taken before signing papers. I would recommend Jay to train all future salespersons. His personality made for the best experience.
